hi, pumpkin bread anon here, hope this isnt a bother- i didnt get this experience last time i baked, due to the recipe i used calling for baking powder instead of yeast, but. i'm making some french bread rn, and as i'm watching the dough poof i'm realising just how right you were on that post.. these microbes. they r such funky lil lads and i would kill for them. i hope they know i'm proud of them
