Vox is fully aware of what he’s doing but figures as long as he’s not actively keeping him from doing his work then whatever, sure Val, you can sit in my lap. Val maintaining the careful line between staying within what Vox will tolerate and what will piss off Killjoy to maximize her discomfort. Killjoy has to bring her own pens in case Vox wants her to sign something because Satan forbid she touch a pen after a gay has handled it. Val looks for every excuse ever to have to use her pen.

so someone uploaded a video on twitter where she asked Viv about Alastor's and Vox's relationship. Viv answered that it's complicated and sad, and damn, I'm not sure if I'm ready for the angst in season 2

I think it's specifically mentioned that Val is Hispanic, not Latino?

"Latino" refers to people from Central/South America and the Caribbean. Hispanic just means that Val is from a Spanish-speaking country, including European ones. Vaggie would be considered both Hispanic and Latina, given that she's from El Salvador, a Spanish speaking country in Central America. Val is just Hispanic.

Val used to try to poach Vox's 666 employees for his studio, but now that Killjoy has pissed him off he splits his time spent looking for talent between looking for his own studio and looking for Vox's. Anybody visibly gay and SOC (sinner of color) gets nudged towards Vox. The white gays are his. He starts trying to shuffle the behind the scenes staff around too. His studio ends up whiter and straighter than it's ever been and he's about to lose his goddamn mind because one of these guys just asked him what gracias means (he said it to Velvette, Valentino does not thank his staff) but if it gives Killjoy an aneurysm it'll be worth it.

HOW ARE THESE NOT THE SAME COLOUR? they're both under the section of the photo that's covered in shadow

and I will debunk yellow RIGHT here

we know the heart on val's belt is yellow right?

so let's look here, it matches up with the colour of his left arm's poking out sleeve

therefore the other sleeve in the shadow of the picture is ALSO yellow. but would you look at that? it is nowhere NEAR the colour of vox's turtleneck

I can pick out the lighting y'all love so much but you can see it doesn't match up AT ALL

and if you still wanna argue about them not being in the same lighting

picked out from vox's poking out sleeve to match val's sleeve, THEY ARE LITERALLY RIGHT ON TOP OF EACH OTHER DON'T TRY TO SAY THEY'RE NOT THE SAME LIGHTING
