i get into hi fi rush and then proceed to make the most TOXIC ASS hfr oc. this is seltzer (he/they). he is Hashtag Problematic.

hes a precanon character who i created for the main purpose of exploring chais backstory which is FREE REAL ESTATE and subject chai to wretched things. making up a reason why chai is such a lonely ass independent guy at the start of the game AND SELF INDULGING AT THE SAME TIME (i love emotional whump). seltzer is red flag ass emotionally manipulative motherfucker. lmao

he is uhh. chais ex-"friend" that chai met at a venue during a local band performance in college. in quotes bc its a kinda complicated one sided deal. hes in a band called acid scale thats just a group of friends fucking around with instruments. their skills are mediocre and their music is DOGSHIT

somehow chai ends up hanging out with them. it doesnt end well

Maybe I’m okay with it if Hirano never traditionally “loves” Kagi. Or anyone. Maybe it never will turn into the same kind of love Kagi feels. Kagi is nevertheless such a source of inspiration and strength and comfort to Hirano. Even if he never feels a desire to touch or get married or whatever. Maybe he does it because Kagi asks and he loves making Kagi happy most of all. He wouldn’t seek it if not asked. But Kagi is always asking. And he knows it makes Kagi happy. Does anyone see the vision. Do you understand. Maybe kagi will be okay with it if Hirano never “loves” him the same way Kagi loves him. Because he knows how Hirano works and he knows how Hirano cares. And he knows he is unique to Hirano. He knows Hirano wouldn’t do these things with anyone else. And that’s still love in its own way.

#every day I convince myself more and more of aroace-spec Hirano #or maybe the perceived slow-burn is getting to me #it’s like. I kind of keep forgetting that there is still going to be more relationship and character development #but also. At this point in time at least they are so queerplatonic to me #AND it all wraps back around to the theme of different kinds of love #we do not love each other in the same ways. but that’s what makes it special #also a queerplatonic relationship answers all the weird limbo relationship stuff they have goin on in future ssmy chapters #idk. anyways. maybe im crazy #also all comes back to How do you quantify being someone’s most important person #Kagi WILL be the most important person to Kagi. it’s just a question of how that manifests #at this point I can’t imagine it manifesting in Hirano necessarily wanting to touch Kagi or saying things like I love you #it’s simply. laughter and happiness and comfort #they are already old together. do you get it #I never feel like I’m properly able to explain the feelings I have. whatever #surely someone gets it #sunnfish.kghr #Hirano to kagiura #Hirano and kagiura

oh my go i just watched the virus sbemail for the first time and oh my goddude i feel like i just had a like 8 course feast put together to feed hundreds oh my gosshness. IT HAD SO MANY THINGSI LOVE…… the way sb sounded so actually distraught and truly scared from the moment the error screen appeared and the way he tried to get to cheat for some form of help or comfort and also at the end he didn’t even hit or insult or do ANYTHING to bubs that was how messed up he was he just ran off and cried.. ive noticed that’s just what sb does when he’s truly upset and has no idea what to do. just run run run . and also more of?????? Homestar seeming to know more and be more aware of where they are than any other character!?????? bubs took the direct approach of destroying the compy itself - which can we talk about how cool that in itself is. the way, since the in-universe hsr world from what im seeing is a digital world, the way it can all be affected by a computer inside of it rather than a computer outside of it or rather hosting it, the same way an irl virus would spread from a physical thing… that is So fucking cool to me. oh my god dude. but yeah bubs had a more direct approach like a more hands-on solution for it but homestar…. ive noticed other instances of this too where he seems to know stuff the others don’t. and obviously they all know they have a website they all bring it up sometimes but like. homestar seems to know it isn’t THEIR website they’re in. as in they didn’t make it themselves. idk just the way he was calmly plucking the menu buttons while sb was SO disturbed by the mere sight of him doing that, and the way the popups were of him out of anything. idk its very cool to me. to imagine homestar beinf the only self aware one.

#Spot says stuff #rw #i suggested we should play as lilypad n then i proceeded to call shkik wife honey and other pet names for like 90% of time #naturally i was NSH and shkik was Moon and Sunny showed up out of nowhere (early) after a white lizard merc'd me in industrial #some kind of husband codin turned on in my brain cuz i killed like. five daddy long legs to ensure Safety of the other two i never killed-#-a daddy long legs before that LKVJDSMVLSKD once was when shkik was afk n i was meant to ferry the fam to the next shelter #that was So stressful cuz i had to figure out her controls collect Suns and then collect Her and then QUICKLY get outta there cuz a daddy-#-was like five cm from catchin our ass. then it didnt wanna leave from where we needed to go so i just. killed it. cuz apparently thats an-#-easy feat JLSKDMCSKLD im always so proud when i manage to clutch a clean save like that #oh! this was my first time goin thru Pebs the intended way as well!! so i properly got to experience unfortunate development. somehow i-#-managed to get thru on my second try. we were both very surprised. i blame artis bomb jump n shkiks guidance #and when we finally (both alive this time) managed to get to Pebs we realized we lost Suns somewhere along the way and like. they were just #-fuckin Gone couldnt find them for like 20 mins so we will be makin the journey again next time. we aint losin Sunny when their personality #-is that of a coward its too funny to lose that. either way praises to shkik for solving our memory crypts food crisis #we really hope to find a Pebbles soon so we can have the whole fam n panic twice as much. i gotta father those scrubs. so i shall.
