A summary of Paolo Bucciarati's story.

Author's Note: This is an Everyone Lives AU where Bruno married a woman and they had a son in 2004, whom he named after his father.

Warning: This include your typically JJBA gruesomeness, mental unwellness, and implied zombie sister.

Paolo Bucciarati is a boy who tries to respect his father's wishes and not get into trouble but fate has another idea.

To simplify, things have been abnormal since birth, but it takes a dark turn when he was 13, he was plagued with thoughts of Patricide. The urge to kill Bruno drove him into madness. He tried to run away, but his mother stopped him.

He confessed his troubling thoughts to Deja. She secretly put him on drugs. She wouldn't tell Bruno, especially after Paolo told her a disturbing theory. He's been having dreams of a man with Pink hair named Vinegar Doppio. Eventually, he pieced together that he was the reincarnation of the old boss of Passion and he's been channeling Doppio's thirst for revenge. His bloodlust becomes even stronger when around Giorno. Deja wasn't a stand user, but she understood how Bizanne things could get with Passione. At first, she feared Paolo going into an insane asylum. Now, she fears Bruno Killing Paolo as his duty as Sottocapo. She refuses to let that happen.

At age 14 , his stand finally emerged, named Touchtone. It would call him on the phone and other objects to tell him about future events and some advice. It gained Paolo's trust by letting him know that Leona was on the verge of a feeding frenzy. She was gonna neer human meat or else. Paolo, Gioia, and Leo would find the filthiest scum, corner them, and then murder them, giving Leona the corpse to nibble on for the next 2 weeks. thing Leona regrets was eating a kitten. She wondered if she was still human. Paolo assured her " You're more human than the scum you're eating. say you're doing the world a favor. " Finding meat for Leo calmed his murderous desires. He also honed his stand abilities.

He was even able to hide his stand until age 16 when Trish figured it out. She would feel a cold chill in the air whenever Paolo's Stand and when Paolo's bloodlust slips through. Now Paolo has random bouts of uncontrollable violent anger and it scrambles with his head.
