So apparently Hawks' villain report lists Dabi's quirk as "Blue Flame" (and the anime website has also updated for this to be the name) and before anyone gets too excited that Dabi's quirk has been given an "official" name, let me explain why I have my suspicions on this.
I feel like this has to be taken with a grain of salt because it is HAWKS writing the report, and Hawks is not omniscient. Hawks cannot write something he doesn't know, so everything he puts in the report is something he should realistically be able to know within the MHA universe. Which means Hawks probably looked at Dabi and thought "hmm, yes, his blue fire is made out of blue fire."
Remember, WE are the ones who don't know Dabi's quirk; this is not a mystery for anyone in the MHA world. In universe, everyone probably just calls it "Blue Flame" (and Touya's quirk was probably registered as Hellflame as a kid). Hawks likely concluded "well, his quirk is clearly different from Endeavor's, so I'll just call it "blue flame."
I find it similar to the recap episodes from seasons 3 and 4 calling Deku's quirk "super strength" because that is what UA probably has him registered under. Of course Aizawa and this random reporter would say the wrong quirk: they're making a guess based on what they physically see. There's no way for them to know his quirk is actually called "One For All." This is probably what happened with Hawks's report.
I guess we'll see. If his quirk actually does end up as just "blue flame" I wouldn't be surprised tbh. It's as good a name as any, I'm just a little wary that it wasn't revealed in the main series or any of the volume extras. I'm also suspicious that it was a secret in the first place if it really is just called "blue flame" (that doesn't make sense to keep as a secret because we could have guessed that ourselves).

I just recently got back into My Hero again after, like, idk, 2 to 3 years after my hyperfixation ended?? (I still kept up to date but wasn't as into it) I binge read volumes 34 to 36 in less than 24 hours and . . . WTF!?
I was already spoiled about Aoyama being the UA traitor so it didn't hurt as bad but I still felt so upset for my precious flamboyant baby. 😭
THEN
When I got to volume 36, I was like "huh, since Midoriya was warped to the wrong place wouldn't it be funny if Bakugo just straight up died before he could get there? Haha . . ."

WHY HORIKOSHI!?!!??! WHY DID THE VOLUME HAVE TO END LIKE THAT!?!? THAT CLIFFHANGER WAS AN ATTACK ON MY HEART!!
It was one thing to see THAT panel of Bakugou on my phone, it's an entirely different thing to actually read it happening and see the looks on everyone else's face once they realize what just happened.

BNHA 3rd Popularity Poll Results (French edition)
So the French editor of BNHA, Ki-oon Editions, has been hosting popularity polls for the series for the third year in a row. This poll lasted a few months (it started around April 2022 and the results were planned to be revealed in volume 34 in October 2022) and the results are finally available now, through the released version of volume 34 and online.
I’ll post the results and the number of votes until the 25th position.
As a personal note, my votes went for Shouto, Dabi, and Endeavor (one could only vote up to three characters), so I’m quite pleased to see the brothers up so high~ It’s quite interesting to see that the villain trio all made it to the top 10 as well! It’s kind of fun to compare which characters tend to be more liked depending on fandom spheres.

Oh I agree with this so much
His best covers were always minimal.
It really shows where the story’s focus is too. And like which characters are the heart and soul of the story overall.
Trying to make everyone in such a large cast equally significant is really hard to make work, especially in a very character-driven story like BNHA where some characters are insanely developed in comparison to others, many of whom are all carbon copies of each other. I’ve only seen large cast stories that explore many many many characters work in like TWO series, out of all of the ones I’ve read.
The quality of the covers, imo, improved a lot as he started narrowing down who gets to be the face of the story and who doesn’t. I know that upsets some people, but honestly once he started focusing on the actual main characters in all the big art works, all of his art improved a lot. The early covers all looked like anime promotional posters or something. With the exception of volumes 1, 5, 7, 10, and 11, none of the pre-Kamino volume covers were very good lol. And then after that they didn’t really start to kick ass until MVA.
After the Endeavor agency cover, which wasn’t bad but still pretty crowded, every cover since then has been pretty amazing (except volume 34, fuck that cover lol).
Idk, I just like how you can fairly assume who the author really cares about in his artwork.
