Visiting my dad's is so fun, till he flips me like a pancake with his tail. What's with whale heros and tossing people!!! First was gang orca during the PLE, Asshole grabbed me by the scruff and flung me in the air like a toy!! He's big and scary, but hands off the hollow boned bird for fucks sake.....

Shark Bait au, does Izuku get children to visit his Uncle Gang Orca whenever his uncle gets discriminated by a bunch of adults?
Of course he helps!!!
Izuku's presence helps alot when it comes to both children and adults. Izuku's a natural when it comes to kids and they just flock to him. While he can either ease the parents worry or make them see the error of their ways.
Tumblr media
Kugo loves having Izuku help out but sometimes the boy talks him up way too much and he worries the kids show up more for his nephew than they do for fish facts.

a song for a song
|Gen. | Mic & Midnight | 1650 words | Fantasy AU|
"Can you sing, senpai?"
Hizashi winces. He hadn't meant to cut Kayama off, even if he hasn't been entirely listening to a word she's said for the past hour or so.
Kayama straightens from her crouch, hands him yet another fistful of dirt-clodded roots to stuff into his increasingly soiled satchel. At this point, he's going to have to wash it. And his robes. And his hair, too, while he's at it. He should have braided it; it's getting kind of long. Now there's probably bugs in it.
Hizashi refuses to cry about it. Plenty of other things to cry about nowadays, and he's yet to cry about any of those, so bugs? Not gonna do it. Not today.
Kayama eyes him a little like she was eyeing those roots on the forest floor a second ago, but in the end she only snorts and says, "You're the bard here, not me."
"And you're the witch, yet here I am with dirty, smelly herbs in my robes."
"No one asked you to come, snotbrain."
Hizashi takes a moment to remind himself that he is not crying today, then says, "Well, fortunately for you, senpai, Aizawa has gotten much better at evading me with his stealthy ninja skills, so looks like you're stuck with my lovely, charmingly clingy self for the foreseeable future."
"Lucky me, indeed," Kayama mutters, even as she's foisting more assorted foliage onto Hizashi's wary arms. She waits until he deems each twig adequately bug-free before setting off again into whatever new direction through the trees her witchy senses are leading her towards.
"Yeah, I can sing," she answers at length, "I guess. Probably not as well as you can, though, if we're being honest. Not exactly my specialty, is it?"
There was a time, not two moons ago, when Hizashi would have preened at his senpai's first-ever admission that she likes his singing. Now, it just serves as a reminder of all the songs he's had caught in his throat since Oboro died.
Kayama is not looking at him, too busy charming her way through previously virgin forest brush in order to allow them easier passage. Hizashi feels her scrutiny regardless. The air is clear and sweet and open. Inviting. Hushed like a sated dinner crowd awaiting the first song of the evening. The absence where Hizashi's song would be if he weren't choking on it rings louder than his voice ever could.
Kayama slows, her shoulders rising gently in what could be a breath or a sigh. Hizashi nearly hightails it out of the forest right then and there – bugs and blushing virgin underbrush be damned – but when Kayama speaks it's only to tell him to keep an eye out for a flower that 'kind of looks like two monkeys fornicating,' and then she's off again about herbs and roots and spices and their many medicinal and decidedly non-medicinal applications.
She has a lovely voice, even when just speaking. Full and rich and with a little too much heat, like smoke from a spitting hearth fire. Hizashi's always wondered what it'd sound like in song, can't stop wondering even as she goes on and on about dirt and leaves and bark, until she finally stops to contemplate a vine unfurling from what might very well be the heavens for all the attention Hizashi's paying to it.
"Sing for me," he says, unable to choke the words down.
Kayama snorts, keeps contemplating her vine. "What, right now?"
Because that wasn't a 'no' and because she's not looking at him and because the clear forest air remains bereft of song, Hizashi asks, "Why not?"
"I don't know many songs, for one."
"Choose whatever. Anything at all."
"What if I choose a terrible song?" she asks, affecting a pout.
"No such thing, senpai!"
She rolls her eyes and bats the vine at him, but it's only a few beats before she caves. "Honestly, I only know lullabies," she says. "You know – for fussy little babies."
Hizashi laughs. "Lullabies are good! Sing me a lullaby, senpai!"
Kayama's answering grin is more teeth than anything, and it's also the first sign that Hizashi has walked into a trap. "All right," she says, voice too-innocent, "if you insist. Follow me." She flashes another snaketooth grin at him and disappears behind a curtain of vines.
At the sight of the lone finger she sticks back through to beckon him forward, Hizashi once again considers taking his chances on a solo sprint back out of the woods. In the end, his curiosity wins out over his meager self-preservation instincts. He follows.
The two-step trek through the vines is harrowing, but what he finds on the other side might be even more so. It's a perfectly picturesque clearing. Suspiciously picturesque. The clearing is warm and bright and cozy, with lush cloud-cover trees surrounding a bed of down-soft grass and wildflowers. There's even a brook babbling quietly to itself off to the side. A far cry from the barely tamed woods two steps behind him.
Kayama, perched on the grass below a swaying willow, laughs at whatever expression is on Hizashi's face. "Welcome to my den of decadence," she all but purrs, "where I bring all my... conquests."
Hizashi tries not to balk. Tries.
Kayama cackles. "Oh, don't flatter yourself. You wanted me to sing you a lullaby, so I'm going to sing you a lullaby. Properly." She pats a spot on the ground right next to her. "Come here."
Hizashi, forever hapless in the face of his senpai's schemes, does as he's told. Once he's seated, Kayama roots around in her bag for some incense to light ("For the bugs," she informs him with a roll of her eyes) and a stoppered vial filled with an unidentified lavender-colored liquid.
"For you," she says expectantly.
Hizashi downs the contents of the vial without question. It tastes like too-sweet perfume, but he's had worse tonics from Chiyo-sensei, so he doesn't complain.
"It's a new sleep potion I'm working on," Kayama explains, even though he hadn't asked. "I've been meaning to test it, but I haven't had any willing volunteers due to what happened last time – which wasn't even my fault, if anyone's asking – and Chiyo-sensei says slipping potions into other people's food is unethical because she's no fun, so here we are."
For his own peace of mind, Hizashi elects not to ask what happened last time. "How long will it take to work," he asks instead, "and how long will I stay asleep?"
"No idea, that's why we're testing it. Now lay back, unless you want to crack your skull if it takes effect suddenly."
Hizashi eyes the grassy ground warily. "How effective is this fancy incense of yours at keeping bugs away again?"
"Oh, come here, you big baby." She tugs at him until he's laying down with his head pillowed on her lap. Hizashi does his level best to not perish on the spot. She flicks him on the forehead. "Relax, already. I won't bite unless you ask me to."
"Not helping," Hizashi grumbles, willfully ignoring his fever-hot face.
Kayama's thigh is warm under his cheek, and she smells like twigs and earth and wildflowers, and Hizashi is not crushing on his senpai – he is not – but suddenly he understands all too clearly why Oboro had once badgered him for weeks to serenade Kayama on his behalf, until Hizashi had agreed on the condition that Oboro write the lyrics himself (and make that fact clear to all present witnesses), which he did, happily, and the lyrics had been terrible and mortifying and damned near impossible to put to melody, but Hizashi had put his bardly reputation on the line and done it, and Kayama had, of course, laughed like he's never heard her laugh before or since, but had also been so obviously charmed by it that Oboro didn't stop smiling for the rest of the week. If all of Hizashi's songs hadn't died with Oboro, he'd be singing that one right now.
"Sing for me, senpai," he says, because his eyes are starting to burn and because she promised and because this moment calls for song. Every moment calls for song.
"You're the bard here," says Kayama, fingers tugging knots from his hair, "not me."
"Please..."
"A song for a song, then."
"Sleepy..." he mumbles, and it's an excuse, but it's also the truth, his limbs heavy as sun-warmed sand.
"When you wake up."
He shakes his head.
"Why not?"
"Can't," he whispers, too tired to scream.
"Sure you can. You're a bard."
Is that what he is? Kayama-senpai sure seems to think so. She keeps saying it. Why does she have to keep saying it?
"I'm not singing until you say it."
No. That's not fair. She promised.
"Yamada." She smacks his sleep-numb cheek until he looks up at her blearily. "You're a bard. Aren't you?"
"I'm a bard," says Hizashi, because if there's one thing he's good at, it's telling people what they need to hear.
"Good boy," says his senpai, and she's not smiling any kind of smile, but she does finally – finally – start to sing.
Her voice is as lovely and Hizashi knew it would be, and the song – well, the song is lovely, too, in the way that all songs are lovely, even though this particular song is about a busy baby bee winding down for bedtime. Hizashi lets the lyrics wash over and through him, but the melody – the melody he soaks up along with Kayama's voice, lets it seep into the very core of him, into the sun-spooled place nestled deep behind his rib-cage from where his songs and his soul and his spells flow and flourish, and he knows without a doubt that he will never be without song again, because if nothing else, he'll always have this one simple melody, soft and whole and true.

!!!! I've missed your writing so much! I'm glad to see you're still here <3 May I request Edgeshot and Gang Orcaa (separately) with the prompt: teeth? Thank you so much!
"...you've never asked," Shinya murmurs, all but appearing next to you on the bus bench, startling you so bad, you nearly drop your phone. You juggle it for a moment, trying not to scowl as his eyes track your embarrassed fumbling.
"W-what? Asked about what?" You grumble, finally clutching the little square of metal and glass to your chest. You can't even recall what it is you were doing on it, but frankly, that doesn't matter now. As irritated as you might be, you do enjoy the strange conversations you have with Shinya, as they don't happen all that often.
"About what I look like behind this." Shinya plucks at the thick red cord, tied intricately behind his ear and your excitement about his presence draws to an awkward, unsteady halt.
"I'm going to be honest. This feels a little bit like a trap, as if you're searching for an answer I can't possibly have." It's not like you aren't curious. Shinya has lovely eyes, and a smooth voice, and you'd be lying if you said you hadn't wondered, but you've also seen the disdain on his face when people ask.
For a heartbeat, it's quiet. Only the cars steadily trundling by, and the streetlight down the way buzzing, giving you just enough light to see Shinya by. You stare at each other. Shinya breaks first, gaze dipping to your hands in your lap as he reaches up to the ties around his ears. "That's why I would like to show you," he says. The mask sags, then drops, and the only thing you can think, the only thing you can do when he takes hold of your hands, fingers stroking soft, intimate patterns over your palms and up your wrists, is to whisper:
"Teeth."
Shinya doesn't smile. He grins.

So what is Cyberbites? {Mirio Fan anon}
HELLO ANON YOU JUST HIT BRAINROT PLACE AKAKAK!
Ahem.
Sorry for the outburst. Anyway! Cyberbites started with the want for the aesthetic and imagery that could be brought to the hero academia world of the punk variety, so for slapping that into our beloved green boy, some drastic things had to be done for him to get away from the Aldera delusion.
A fight with Bakugou is the lead to that, not one of their one sided fight no. Izuku fought and drew blood with his teeth, and so he may have ingested quite a bit of the nitroglycerin like sweat, enough that he was definitely unwell, and Bakugou would know that, he studied what he quirk could do and entail very much, and yet.
Aldera forced both boys to stay, to wait for their parents. When Inko arrived at the school, quicker than any of the fashion entangled of the explosive boy could, all of them could see the moment Izuku passed out, blood pressure too low.
The week past quickly, Izuku is hospitalized and taken out of Aldera Middle school, and with the choice, he chose to conclude his studies via online courses and tests.
Now faced with tremendous freedom of time, Izuku walks, and has time to sink a bit in his rancor and sincerely rage at his society, at the way he was treated.
Did you know, there's a bit of culture in delinquent school gangs fights and the counter it has on the "upright" societal culture?
Did you know that it is Canon that in middle school, Mirio looked a lot like a gang delinquent?
Well, combining all of that, makes Izuku and Mirio meeting very much more spicy and with weight in this au, specially since it is still a fight between the two.

Who did this to you?
Keigo Takami better knowns as Hawks the number two hero. He was selected on yet another undercover mission in which he had to use his training as a spy. He was hesitant on taking this mission seeing as it was far more dangerous than anything he’s dealt with, but the commission didn’t care, they sent him anyways.
For this mission his identity is Takami K., son of the petty criminal taken down by mr. Number one. That’s where he saw him, after so long, there he was Touya Todoroki, better known as Dabi, a very well known villain and someone Keigo was very fond off, until he was gone. He had disappeared from his life, but now here they were staring at each other.
Hawks’ gaze became a bit panicked at the realization, Dabi was here, he was right in front of him, which meant his cover was most likely blown. He looked around the room, noticing they were alone. It was just them.
“What are you doing here?” Dabi in a trying to be mean way but worry very noticeable in his tone. “I- you’re here? You’re alive? Tou- Dabi…” Keigo’s brain was going way too fast for him to catch up, falling to his knees in front of him. “You were gone. You were dead. You were in my arms. I felt your heart. I FELT YOU DIE” the blonde managed to say. “Keigo… please sit down.” Dabi ushered him to sit on a sofa, him sitting on the other end of it.
“I’ll explain, but please keep down. It all started during our training. You were doing amazing as always, the perfect hero and spy, best of both worlds only thing making the commission reluctant was your heritage. Meanwhile there I was, burning myself every time I used my quirk, body not being able to withstand training, killing my self slowly; only thing pushing me being my heritage. I needed to leave, and the only way to do so was to become this. I had no choice, so I faked my death, I ran and I built myself up.” The white haired man looked at the blonde trying to find an answer to what he just said, a sign, but he seemed lost, hurt and confused all at once.
Keigo was trying to process everything, trying to makes sense of it. His body reacted before he could even think it. He wrapped his arms around Dabi, feeling his natural warmth radiating from him, feeling his heart beat, feeling him. It was him. He was here. All the emotions hitting him at once, without thinking he kissed him as if to confirm everything. Dabi was stunned at first but quickly kissed back. Slowly pulling away “sorry… I just…” Hawks murmured. “I know. You should get going, they’ll show you around.” Dabi told him and signaled him to leave.
The next few weeks went by smoothly, Hawks gathered all the information he could, leaving Dabi out of it. Today he was left at the base with some dudes that clearly didn’t like the winged hero always having comments and remarks about him. Dabi went out on something out of Hawks’ knowledge. That’s when the goons decided to strike, them being alone, it was the perfect moment for them. They caught the blonde by surprise slashing at his wings first, yanking him by his hair, throwing him to the floor and beating him over and over again. He hadn’t noticed he blacked out until he heard screaming.
“GET OUT! ALL OF YOU GET OUT!” Dabi screamed, he had gone out for a heist. Coming back to see Keigo beaten, slashed, bleeding, unconscious on the floor. Rage building, his blood boiling at the sight of him hurt. Kneeling beside him, taking him in his arms. Seeing him start to wake up, to come back. “Who did this to you?” Venom in his words, rage in his eyes; Dabi would burn the world for him and he would do it right now. Dabi motioned one of the healers in his gang to come to him “You save him and heal him right now, I don’t care if you die doing so. Either save him or I’ll kill you myself.” Dabi picked up Hawks and placed him on the bed, letting the healer do what he could, making sure there were two guards on them.
The white haired man walked out of the room, going towards the main meeting area, they had all gathered per his order. “I’ll make this very simple, you tell me who did it or else you all will get a worse treatment.” He was ready to bring all of them down if he had to. Seeing each of them how they started trying to make a plea, how they begged for mercy. Making Dabi look at them with disgust, but there were two that didn’t say a word, didn’t plea, didn’t beg for their lives. He motioned two of his henchmen to pick them up and drag them towards him. They were wearing long sleeves, jeans, as if they were covering themselves. Dabi took out his pocket knife slicing the sleeves open, seeing cuts he knew all too well how they were made, seeing how they were messily stitched up trying to hide how they were clearly made by red feathers he treasured all too much. “The rest of you OUT.” He waited until the last person was out of the room.
“I hope you better have a damn good reason cause I know there isn’t a single one. There isn’t a single fucking thing to save you right now” he used the knife to reopen the stitches, watching them bleed. “You know seeing you two bleed isn’t enough for me” with that said his hand light up. “I want to see you burn” and so he did.
Hours had passed and Hawks was finally waking up. He looked around, noticing it was Dabi’s room, and he was next to him visibly worried. “You know… a gang leader of your caliber doesn’t usually show worry” the blonde managed to say groggily. Dabi chuckled in relief hurriedly taking him in his arms hugging him tightly. “Hey hey not so tight, don’t need the medic in here again” Hawks said teasingly. He was back to his usual self and Dabi has never been this happy to hear his remarks and comments. “Idiot you scared the shit out of me” He said and kissed him softly.

Eclipse:
The last thing we need for the ritual is a virgin’s blood. May we use your blood, Gang Orca?
Gang Orca:
Why am i here. I’m pretty sure you’re also a virgin.
Eclipse:
“Virgin’s blood” doesn’t always mean a person’s blood who hasn’t had sex before, sometimes it means a person’s blood who has not used for rituals.
Gang Orca:
Sounds fake but fine.
*opens his palm*
Eclipse: *takes out his knife*
*pokes Gang Orca’s finger tip*
*tiny drop of blood drops into the pot*
Gang Orca:
…That’s it?
Eclipse:
Yes. Don’t expect me to slash open your palm.

"RUN! THEY'RE ASSIGNING HOMEWORK!!"
Looks like Aki made a new friend in UA and he is not liking the homework aspect of it. The little fellow is Pierbaka, a creation of @fynn-the-fox who's known Aki since they were in the orphanage. After being adopted by Gang Orca I'm sure Pierbaka thought he would never see her again... at least not until UA high school.

@riotmade said: kaito was always careful of showing his kids' faces on the internet -- - keisuke and kaito's public instagrams never had their faces in them, at least ; just off angles. tiny hands holding theirs, the back of their heads. carefully scrutinized to be sure that they were out of the public eye as much as possible ( especially with how insane dynazero fans could get ). this included paparazzi, of course. part of being a hero was that you could always be caught unawares, and unfortunately, being married to the number three hero didn't make anything easier for the support tech CEO. it's for all of these reasons that kai leans down, adjusts the hood on the stroller that he's currently pushing the one year old akari in so that it's a bit lower than it really needed to be, before continuing on the walk that would take them to the coffee shop, falling in line with ochako once again as they make their way. " -- so, anyways. enough about me, how's your preparations for the hero gala going ? you excited ? i know kei has been going crazy trying to find us some matching outfits or something. " he shrugs.
Tumblr media
she had one too many things on her mind to begin with, the gala? was honestly the last thing on ochako’s mind. hazel eyes glance down at akari just as kaito adjusted the hood on the stroller, good. the paparazzi were coming out in droves lately as the countdown to the gala drew closer yet with each passing day. the eyes of the world were beginning to center around the heroes as the days got closer-- ochako hated this time of year.
it was like living beneath a microscope. where each and every move you made publicly was watched and criticized. then judged again, not only by your peers, but also by the rest of the world. no matter how many people she’s saved or defended in the last year, the only thing uravity has been known for lately was being akari’s surrogate. and while that was a blessing and gift she could give to two of the people she cared very dearly about in this world, it’d done horrible for her career as a rescue hero. something, she was still trying to fix.
her gaze shifts to kaito briefly, and the corners of her lips do turn up into a smile. to see kei and kaito in matching outfits would be a picture perfect moment, surely. but, even though the thought brings a smile to her face, ochako still shrugs a shoulder, stuffing her hands into her jacket’s pockets. “ my manager hasn’t shut up about the gala for weeks now. it’s bad enough i’m already doing so many engagements each day on top of patrols-- ” ochako looks out ahead of them again, eyes constantly darting around, just in case. you never could be too careful, anymore.
sighing, ochako shakes her head, evenly. “ i mean.. i guess i’m excited? but i just hate all the glitz and glamor that goes along with it! i gave the agency so much publicity last year,  this year they’re going way over the top. ” she thinks back to last year when mina dropped everything to come and make sure a pregnant ochako was literally the belle of the ball. “ i think my agency even hired a makeup team, and i am wearing some crazy expensive dress by an international designer? i’m scared to see the heels they picked out.. they’ll probably cost more than my apartment.. ” wary eyes slide towards kaito, and they soften a fraction when they meet his. and she laughs, genuinely.
Tumblr media
“ but seeing you and kei all matchy-matchy? that’ll make my night for sure! ” if anything, at least once all the hero duties of the evening were out of the way, it’d be a night they could all enjoy together. something, that due to busy schedules, didn’t happen as much as they all would’ve liked. “ i know deku’s excited! ”

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF LE ROOFTOP GANG™ IN THE KNY AU, I MUST KNOW.
the rooftop gang™ have kind of fallen apart in this AU, it's a bit complicated. major kny and bnha spoilers ahead.
ok so at the beginning of the AU, they are all alive and well (pretty much - Shota lost his eye like in canon, during a fight against Shigaraki (Upper Moon One) but his leg is still intact).
They make up four out of twelve Hashiras, the Erasure, Voice, Cloud and Sleep Hashiras (don't ask about the forms, I haven't thought those up yet, but I do have a bit more info on the Breaths' roots). Shota, Hizashi and Oboro are in a poly marriage (sorry Nemuri fans).
Shota is the only known one of the four to receive his Demon Slayer Mark. It manifests in the final battle against AFO (the Demon King in this AU). Since he is already over the age of 25, he dies a couple of hours after it manifests, although it's unknown if he died from injuries or the Mark. Yes, I stole this from Gyomei.
Oboro goes missing sometime during the battles in the Infinity Fortress and is presumed dead.
Nemuri was killed by demons on one of her missions slightly before the Infinity Fortress arc.
Hizashi is the only one of the four who survives to the disbanding of the Demon Slayer Corps.
I'm sorry.
Also as a bit of a bonus, Hitoshi is Shota's Tsuguko. However, his whereabouts after the battle are also unknown. He fought alongside Oboro in the Fortress, and no one saw either of them after the battles. He is also presumed dead though, and he received his Mark too (he's one of seven characters in this AU to receive their Mark).
