BIRDCAGE (Avis Caveam)🕊️🗝️

"Gigantic bird-like beings that stand out for their bizarre appearance and hunting method. They capture prey with their malleable rib cage bodies akin to trapping something within a birdcage (hence the name) and later start pecking through the gaps to feed. The ribs can also extend to grasp larger beings and their seemingly hollow thin bodies allow for a silent flight, making them a threat to even humans. To complement the name the tip of the tail resembles a key.

Despite their vicious hunting nature younglings can imprint or be tamed as they grow"🗝

The Albatross Harpy

Legends tell of great bird/cookie hybrids that used to roam the sky. Beings of the winds and symbols for mystery and fortune to sailors everywhere.

The Albatross Harpy is said to be the biggest of these creatures, and in some cultures, revered for their supposed gifts of luck.

Some dare claim if you could just catch and cage one, you'd be the luckiest sailor at sea and fortune is bound your way.

But, that is a grave misconception.

As in truth the Harpy, and furthermore, the Albatross Harpy are bringers of Karma.

They can bring wind to your sails, yes…

But they could very well send down a terrible typhoon on you and your crew.

So to lock one up… Would bring a terrible stream of misfortune to you.

Some would go so far to argue this applies to them as well.

A fair balance.

I introduce Sir Silhouette, otherwise known as Silly. A patient and well meaning man with an appreciation for all things big and small

Currently he heals from an abusive relationship, he seeks out the things he enjoys and keeps his positive attitude for life despite this. He has been through much worse than this in the past however a wound is a wound and things hurt even if they're not as scary as horrifying past things, this is something he is trying to process; he can still be hurt by things that are not as severe as what has hurt him in the past. That being said, the relationship he has left in itself is not to be overlooked either, that is something he is trying to stop doing because it has hurt him a lot.

He is quite therapeutic for me.

He is gentle and will continue to fight against his developing feelings of hostility.

He will not let cruel people make him lose hope and trust in the world.

In 2021, Mighty Jaxx released small Sesame Street figurines called Nubbies that had a scan and play figure. The line featured 10 different figures, with 7 characters represented. Bert, Ernie, and Elmo received two figures each, a normal and a glitter variant. Big Bird, Cookie Monster, Count von Count, and Abby Cadabby received only a normal version.
