People are forgetting g that Taliesin is also the guy who had his PC have a soul eating demon inside of him, and who killed his own PC with a poorly timed optional mechanic which he didn’t need to use. Like. Y’all thought he wasn’t going to do this? Y’all are dense. Man’s been playing 5d chess this whole time lmao.

I was thinking about how Laudna’s choice to cast Wither and Bloom saved Ashton’s ass and gave him the chance to escape while drawing Otohan’s attention to herself and its funny cause in C2 Molly chose to make himself an easier target for Lorenzo in order to keep Beau from dropping in what would have been a full round of attacks coming her way and why am I crying lol

Listen I cannot blame Marisha Ray here because if I was looking at Laura freakin Bailey and she said, out of the blue, even in character, “Can I kiss you?” I would panic and fall off of my chair too

So we can all agree the Matron of Ravens is objectively the coolest god in Exandria, right?

Unfortunately the Critical Role Fandom has once again proven how DISGUSTING they are to put it lightly. Y'all are hypocrites. You saw Ashton a clearly traumatized, suicidal person with huge abandonment issues who love their friends to death and did a mistake out of said trauma and fear and wanna crucify them for it like the rest of Bells Hells aren't also ticking time bombs that would do similar stupid shit under the right circumstances. It's gotten to the point where some of y'all are saying some shit so VILE about Ashton that it clearly speaks volumes about y'alls character irl, this is beyond just commentary on a fictional story some of you are clearly HORRIBLE human beings. Anyone who has anything bad to say about them isn't welcome on my blog and should do themselves a favor and block me immediately.

Hey y'all, friendly reminder:
It has been only 11 days in game since Bells Hells reunited from the split (episode 64). Can you imagine everything they've done and endured in such a short time?
Helping Keyleth to heal from her wounds back in Zephrah.
Going on a quest to find Evontra'vir in the Shattered Teeth.
Searching for the spark of Rau'shan in the heart of a volcano.
Fighting a Ludinus Da'leth Simulacrum and members of the Ruby Vanguard shortly after.
Returning to Whitestone to plan what's next concerning the Bloody Bridge and Ruidus, Bells Hells volunteered to do a recon mission on Ruidus before the big assault (and because there was no one else currently available).
Ashton tried to take the shard of Rau'shan and almost died, some BH members were not well after that.
Retreat in the Feywild at Nana Morri's place, some well needed team building exercises, they learned a lot from each other. Also Fearne decided to take the spark of Rau'shan and that worked.
Returning to Marquet, infiltrating the Malleus Key site and taking the Bloody Bridge to Ruidus.
Arriving on Ruidus right in ennemy territory, avoiding as much as possible combat, the scouting begins.
So I think you can agree with me when I say that Bells Hells haven't had much room to breathe and having a calm conversation about their personal problems lately, in fact, pretty much since Zephrah.
What I'm referring to here is Laudna and Delilah. For some reason some people still don't understand that Delilah is ALWAYS THERE WATCHING. So you may be thinking: Why the Delilah problem is not solved yet?
Because Bells Hells are working on a bigger problem right now (You know, the destruction of the gods and possibly Exandria, no big deal /j) and also, Delilah doesn't really represent a direct threat for BH, she's aligned with their goal. But on top of that, they don't really know how to fight her and neither does Laudna. So they can't do anything for now. And yes, I think BH are very aware that Delilah is a problem.
What happened with Laudna and the Willmaster in the last episode (ep 85), there's probably a reason behind that but we just don't know it yet. Patience and let the players play their game.
Note: I'm well aware that Laudna and some BH members want to use Delilah's power to accomplish their mission but it's far from being a popular choice within the group, even for Laudna herself.

I’m now completely caught up on all the chapters of Candela Obscura, and I just love that male players from two out of the four Circles heard “do you want to play a cosmic horror tabletop RPG?” And immediately decided to be incredibly romantic, sopping wet pathetically in love with another player character, and having that inform most of their roleplay choices. Just. Amazing. Love seeing dudes choose to be heartsick puppydogs. It’s especially pleasant to me considering how many dudebro “fans” of Critical Role complained that Fjord wasn’t cool anymore once he multiclassed/became a paladin (and dropped his Texas Cowboy persona), and have whined like little bitch babies about Travis’ two Old Man characters in campaign 3. I thrive on how often Travis Willingham in particular chooses not to play hyper masculine cardboard cutout male power fantasy characters, in favor of dorks, wimps, and freaky little weirdos. We can always count on Liam to create a heart wrenchingly tragic character, and Taliesin to create something so random, artistic, and rare that Matt has to create a new subclass just for him, and Sam to create something out of this world weird, funny, and tragic. But traditionally handsome, masculine male players, whether legacy or new, playing Super Simps and super far out of the box fantasy characters just makes me so happy.
