Pics were taken around Barton Hill - The suburb where Massive Attack, Cheo, 3D, Inkie, Banksy, Siouxsie and the Banshees etc. have their roots deep in the playground.

It's just blocks from Barton Hills Elementary, Barton Creek Greenbelt, Zilker Park and Barton Springs Pool. 🏡 The house sits on a big lot (10,000+ sq. ft) and has a dual floor plan for rental options or owner occupant scenarios. The 3/2 and 2/2 units both have large living spaces, vaulted ceilings, and single-car garages. Total square footage comes in at more than 3500 sq. ft. 🏡 Unit A's layout isn't optimized either. If you captured some of that square footage, you'd certainly up the appeal. Actual rents are between $4200-4400, which are in-line with what I've leased nearby.
