In all seriousness, this was such a sweet thing to say and I greatly appreciate your lovely words, babe!!!! And don't worry about spoilers cause the comic I'm working on is just a one-off story about Lydia having a sapphic crush lol. But onto the asks!!!

So, Beautyjuice mostly sticks to her feminized suit, but there are a few scenarios where she would dress up. Like, in the show, there are some situations for Beetlejuice to change his outfit, and it's the same deal for her but the only difference is that she's fem presenting. And she doesn't have to wear a corset at all. She's very insistent on it cause she likes how it makes her breasts pop up. She loves her titties and flaunts them constantly without shame. Either to seduce some poor sap out of their money or just for funsies.

And I was mostly inspired by, obviously, the Beautyjuice design in the show, but also drag queens as well. The exaggerated proportions and hair were a big factor. My mindset the entire time was "Does she look like she's serving cunt 💅🏼???" And I think I captured that pretty well 😊

In terms of personality, she's far more affectionate than my canon's Beetlejuice. Normal BJ doesn't like to be touched and doesn't ever touch anyone, save for the occasional hug with Lydia. He's a lot more like Moviejuice where he's not somebody you really wanna touch or else you'll end up dead in a ditch somewhere. But Beauty is way more touchy. She'll stroke your face, let a hand linger on your shoulder, run her fingers through your hair (and pull it), etc. It's all mostly to get your attention and manipulate in some way. But otherwise, she's just as much a gross, petty grade-A asshole as normal Beetlejuice.

And Lydia has seen her before and hung out with BJ in his Beauty form, but she's not a fan. Mainly because she always ends up witnessing her flirting with someone and it makes her gag. She's way more fond of Bettyjuice, which is BJ's teen girl alter ego which he uses to hang out with Lyds at school. In contrast, Bettyjuice is a mean e-girl type who loves to fight the school jocks, get into detention, and brag about how she has more followers than Claire Brewster. I posted Betty earlier but I'll reupload both fem designs here just to show the difference

Lydia definitely hangs out with Betty a lot more than Beauty. BUT they love to have typical girly fun, whether it's Beauty or Betty. They'll go shopping, talk shit on Claire, have slumber parties, do their makeup, etc. But funny enough, Beetlejuice does all that anyway in his standard form, so it's not any different than when they usually hang out lol. And here's a scene of Lydia helping Beauty in her corset.

yet another what-if scenario for your blog! sorry if this has been done already, it’s not exactly some wild idea, but

(tw suicide, murder, death)

so yk how severely fucked up sunny is

and how, pre-incident, he let his emotions build up by a LOT and it kinda pre-effed him up?

what if sunny, due to mounting stress, took his own life shortly after the incident, and left basil to keep their secret or share it with the world?

like, okay. imagine you’re basil, and you’ve just seen your friend kill his sister. you commit the most heinous action of your life to protect him—then he kills himself.

so not only are you dealing with the grief of losing your best friend and his sister (who is also your friend), you also have to decide whether to keep your mutual and grave secret, and ALSO have to come to terms with the fact that you tried to protect him for nothing. i mean, frankly, what’s the point in making someone look innocent for the rest of their lives if they die?

hero may be the first to notice something’s wrong with basil. like, wrong wrong. typically, when something is distressing basil, he gets really clingy, and wants to share what’s on his mind. however, now he’s begun to distance himself.

either way,

all of them would be absolutely destroyed, searching for answers and finding none (basil knows too much, which isn’t much better.)

hero feels like he should’ve been more attentive to the two of them, blaming himself for not seeing issues that, at least for mari, weren’t there. he probably won’t return to romance for a long time.

aubrey will resort to rage to deal with her overwhelming emotions—she’s just lost her crush and her honorary-sister; all the good in her shitty life sucked out in one fell swoop.

kel crushes his emotions deep down inside of him because they are far too scary to confront. instead, he takes to comforting aubrey and hero, which doesn’t really help anyone. he’s always one bad day away from completely breaking down due to unaddressed emotional turmoil.

basil… well, damn. he saw one of his friends die, and if you’re especially mean, he can be the one to find sunny’s body. now he has this burden of vile truth on his back, with no good way to shove it off, so it won’t break those he holds so dear—and, of course, he’s grieving the loss of sunny and mari (or trying to, at least), but that gets very difficult once you begin to question you and your late friend’s moral status due to the murder and framing of said murder of your other dead friend. basil probably feels inclined to join them.

rumors in faraway would spread like wildfire.

“how bad of parents do you have to be so that BOTH of your children commit suicide?”

“i bet that their parents killed them. they were so happy before!”

“i bet that the sister taking her life pushed her brother over the edge…”

ah, and hero was dating her.

“she had a boyfriend, her piano… she seemed so happy! everything was going well for her! i wonder why…”

“oh, her poor boyfriend. he must be hurting so much.”

what a time to be alive.

LOOKS AT YOU LOVINGLY you are so talented and this is an amazing what if situation, so don't worry about this being done before or not being wild enough!!!!! A very fresh idea 👁👁

A big YIKES for Basil though, the universe never seems to be on his side it seems........neither for the gang either. I don't see there being a good ending for this either :(( at least not one I can think of!

❤️Favorite character

This won't come as a surprise to many of any of you but, yeah, it's rimmer. I want to put him in situations, I want to take him out of situations, there's the full duality there. I relate to him a lot (which probably isn't a good sign lol) and I strongly believe you cannot have red dwarf without him (i mean, look at the ratings for season 7 even with the girlboss that is kochanski). His character itself has such good potential, the angst that comes with being a hologram, the touch-starved-ness (?), his entire childhood, his need for academic validation even 3 million years into the future when all who would care anyway are dead, I could go on forever.

👿Least favorite character

Don't do this to me man 😭 I don't even know if I have one?? At least not out of the main crew. There's no character that actually makes me vibrate with rage in a bad way... If I did really have a think it would probably be a one-off character that was only in one episode and never mentioned again. Oh! I've just remembered, some fanon interpretations of Toddhunter honestly made my skin crawl with how horrible he is, but obviously that's just fanon, and some fanon interpretations have him as honestly a really good meaning guy- looking at you, Work Thing ;)

💐Comfort character

If you can't guess at this point I honestly don't know what to say. It's rimmer, look I know I know, the comfort character who has had no comfort in his entire life/death but *slaps roof of car* this baby can fit so much projection! He's so varied, he's gay to me, he's bi to me, he's autistic to me, he has ptsd to me, he's yearning, he's in denial, he's just- HE *I am dragged away by a lone hand through the doorframe before I can continue*

😍Character you have the biggest crush on

Are you sensing a theme yet 😐 I'd say I don't wish to be perceived for this but let's be honest, my tags reveal all, and the majority of the fandom agrees. It's Rimmer. Again. 🤝Character you relate to the most

WHY IS IT ALWAYS RIMMER ON THIS ASK GAME PLEASE HELP😭😭😭 Hes a stickler for the rules (as long as they benefit him), he's probably autistic, he loves hammond organ music (very disappointed that he hates my main man Glenn Miller though 😔), he was an outcast for most of his childhood, he was bullied, he spirals at the slightest bad thing. I'm starting to really sense this isnt a good thing 😭 (I swear I'm doing okay I've got a good support system please don't worry)

🔥Character you think is overrated

I don't know?? 😭😭 I think all of red dwarf's characters really add to the material as a whole, and hey, it's not like this fandom is really big enough for overrating anything. I might say Duane Dibley, because yeah he's funny, Danny really performs well as that character but I don't really understand as to why he was so much of a fan favourite that they brought him back (for season 6 I think it was?) So if I had to say one character it would be Duane.

🧨Character you love to hate

*smacking my face against the doorframe* its rimmer again 😭😭😭 he's such a prick, especially in the early seasons man, I simultaneously want to look after him and throw him against a wall. I contain multitudes, it's okay

🙈Character you always forget exists

I guess I'd have to say Holly? He's got brilliant comedic timing and delivery (as Lovett and Hayridge) but the fact she was cut out in the later seasons and then brought back in season 8 and then gone again in the more recent ones just feels disjointed so she's easily forgotten sadly. (Yes I use she/he pronouns for Holly, she's genderfluid to me <3)

🐰Favorite non-human character

I'm gonna be honest, it would really have to be Holly. (I'm discounting Hologram Rimmer because he still sees himself as human in some way and he's had far too much screentime in this post). The comedic timing, the deadpan delivery, that amazing scene where she counts by smacking her head against the screen always makes me howl.

❤️‍🩹Character who deserved better

All of them. All of them. Rimmer, for reasons we've already gone into. Lister, the survivors guilt, he was SA'd at 12?!!, his entire relationship with Kochanski, his alcoholism, crushing loneliness, I could go on. The Cat, his entire species left him and his family because they were old and/or disabled, again loneliness. Kryten, literally in denial about his crew being dead, left alone for over 3 million years and still somehow hanging onto his sanity through episodes of androids, the need to do anything, literally anything to make sure he doesn't think to hard about anything other than laundry, honestly people need to talk about him more. Kochanski, losing her dave, stuck with this dave who looks exactly like hers but is so different, watching him destroy himself, having nothing in common with any of the crew, LONELINESS MAN.
