In 'Anne with an E' I think it's really interesting how her teacher, refers to her as 'Anne Shirley' in the beginning, but when se confronts Billy for being a bully (when they're rebuilding the house) and earns their respect, he starts calling her 'Anne Shirley-Cuthbert'

Which I think, is a very nice detail
