honestly I don’t think Roy really show what he doesn’t like so a lot of this is made up.

-hates messes. He will freaken clean it up if it’s huge. Also makes him stress

-More personal headcanon but he personally doesn’t like being in bodies of water. If it’s for a rescue, he’ll deal with it but he really doesn’t like feeling of being in a lake or the ocean

-the cold. Roy doesn’t enjoy winter. There’s fun stuff to do but he gets super cold after awhile

-He does have a little bit of a medical fear. Again, he’ll do it because he’s a rescuer but he always has that fear that Jin will find something similar to his dad’s heart condition.

-this one is more of a crack headcanon but he gets so annoyed at Keven and Doug. The whole RT does though so, it’s not just him

-Hates Onions. He just hates the taste and how it makes his eyes watery

-Not a fan of dogs. He got chased by one as a kid and he doesn’t really like being near them. Small dogs scare him more

ellie who hasn’t seen drew all day, has been run ragged by her classes, tripping over her own two feet to try and reach the restaurant drew said him and the boys said they were meeting at for team bonding. her legs hurt like hell, but if she stops to sit on a bench she’s probably snoozing instantly.

she’s that type of tired.

and by a stroke of luck she manages to locate the restaurant they had mentioned earlier. she comes stumbling in the door, apologizing to the poor people she almost hit.

then she sets her sight on drew

“baby” she whisper yells, as she quickly makes her way to drew.

when she gets to him she practically collapses in his arms. he manages to get himself back in the booth, ellie cuddled up next to him- and she barely is able to stay awake long enough to order. she’s out cold in what seems to be like seconds after the waiter walks away.

drew js calmly leans over and switches her head to lay in the crook of his neck “sleep well sweet girl” he whispers out

one of the boys tries to speak at a normal volume and drew abt kills em.

Summary: You liked Seungmin for a long time but just like the typical cliche you didn't confess fearing loss of friendship. But what happens, when Seungmin announces he is going on a date. “Y/N, I have a date today, so I will see you later in the evening. Take care yourself for me? Because I know otherwise you won’t. Anyways, bye.” He gently ruffled your hair before jogging off to the other side...

This sentence is looming around in your head from the time he said it and its been nearly 3 hours, 3 freaken hours!! Are you shocked? Yes. Are you happy for him? Obviously Yes. Are you surprised? Damn Yes. Are you happy that he finally got his ‘the one’? BIG NO!!

Because it had to be you.. No, not in a creepy way but you were crushing on him past these 3, almost 4 ? Does it matter anymore, now? You don't know. Although now here we are, watching (not exactly) him confessing to his crush, the girl you assume or should i say has to be 100% confirmed from the biology class shared by you all. Damn you have seen your boy grow up a lot and as much as it hurts but you are genuinely happy and wish the best for him. But how did this mess came up in at the first place?

Long story short...

You and Seungmin weren’t exactly childhood friends but met each other in the elementary school of grade 4th. You were the bubbly, friendly, quite observant and responsibility driven child and a bit talkative while he was more like you, had more qualities just that he was the quiet kid, doesn’t wears too much expression or almost none person in comparison to you who had expressions changed according to situation but mostly you as well had a habit to keep a neutral expression before feeling comfortable and letting people meet your new side.

He joined your school after the summer break due to his dad’s transfer, at first neither of you spoke to each other but after noticing him sitting alone all the time for two days straight, you went to him to have a polite conversation, “Hey, I am Y-

“I know who you are”, he cut you off making you a bit startled but you calmed yourself once more, “That’s nice to hear. Just wanted to say that you can sit with me in class periods or maybe in lunch-break if you want of course, because here everyone is a bit either too shy or bold, so you have to find your match before it gets boring and the annual event of school tests our limits as friends. Anyways, have a nice day.” Maybe, it was your mini speech, or you trying to help him or whatever as the day after weekend, Seungmin came in to ask if he could sit with you in lunch and from their your friendship bloomed...

Maybe it was the final year of Junior high school, the final basketball match at the inter-junior high school level, with Seungmin being the sports captain as well as basketball captain aiming at the basket at the last min which earned him whopping 5 points making him, his team of course winning the prestigious title, which made you realize that you have fallen for love him; no, not because of the match but because he gave a small smile with a wink at your direction making your heart flutter, cheeks rosy red before the whole school burst into happy screams and cheers.

These are just glimpses of 1001 reasons and facts which made you fall for him but what's there for him? Does he like you? As a friend, yes. As a lover? No? Maybe? Not sure? There have been some changes in his personality and interaction but those don't suggest a direction for his liking towards you as more than a friend or it does? You don't know or rather don't wanna know and end to making assumptions and reaching on conclusion.

Now to the present scenario...

Everything was normal at school, just as the usual routine except that the girl from Biology class whom Seungmin is now going to be proposing was absent and he kinda was looking for her but when her attendance was marked absent he didn’t pursue further but other than it was fine until the nuclear weapon was launched and what made the mission 200% successful was your period cramps that came in as a bonus. You were wondering what exactly wrong move did you take in this life course or was it a bad deed’s consequence taking its place right now at the moment.

Its currently 5 in evening, 3 hours back from school with Seungmin’s phrase running around in head including the past hour’s sudden terrible attack of period flow along with cramps making you almost immobile and fear of ruining your new white sheets because of the heavy flow you are sitting on a soft rug near the bed with the poor back finally getting the deserved support from bed’s side and tears continuously flowing down. At this point, you didn’t even knew what was more hurtful, your period cramps or the fact that you couldn’t confess or you are angry at yourself or above all. It was too overwhelming and made you really emotionally exhausted that you fell asleep.

It was only through your phone’s ringtone that made you slowly open your eyes and registered the surroundings. Another ring came in, you picked up without looking at the caller id.

Y/N: h-hello ?

Seungmin: Where the Hell Are You??

(Okay that was pretty harsh)

Y/N: I-I am at home, why?

Seungmin: You aren't picking up your calls and what happened to your voice? Bub, are you crying??

Y/N (internally cursing): w-what? No, no.. I was sleeping and you know if I am too tired and something. I sleep like this, okay. I have to rush washroom n-now. Talk to you later?

He hummed before you ended the call. 'Bub', he affectionately called you this pet name only when he senses something wrong or you need his hugs and wants you to rant but he couldn't have find out that you are crying, right because your voice sounds pretty much similar and as a new set of tears started flowing down again. You were too pathetic in this state and hated yourself. It was a matter of 10 mins, when your doorbell rang.

You quickly washed your face before answering the door as you thought that the parcel your parents talked about it has arrived, you just had to collect it or if it wasn't the parcel person then it had to be your neighbour who shares her either diy creation or something new that she cooks once in a fortnight.

You straighten out your t shirt before opening the door to the least person you had hoped would come, "S-Seungmin?"

"Hey, bub. Can I come in?" You nodded before opening the door letting him in. After, that you both went to the living and sat on the couch.

It was a dead silence none of you spoke anything, waiting for the other to start and which Seungmin did taking you off guard, "Why were you crying?"

"I wasn't crying at all. It's just something went in my eye and it hurt a bit", you did answered him well in comparison to what you thought but.. "I know you are lying to me Y/N and you know exactly the reason why?"

You gave him a confused look before the realization hit you, his sister was an eye doctor and you always consulted her, "No, I spoke to unn- "You didn't because she called me up today and also asked me about your health. Now, what's the other excuse?" He raised his right eyebrow tilting his head towards the right resting on his arm.

'what kind of luck you are having today, just simply great!!' you thought to yourself as you tried to come up with another excuse "S-Seungmin, it's j-, he cut you off

"Don't you not trust me? Or are you tired of me just like the others and wanna break the friendship? You know it hurts to know that s-

"No, no... That's not the case Min.. I can't never.. You mean so much to me that it would be impossible to break any relationship with you! Please, don't say that.." you said while trying to comfort him but in vain.

"Then, what is it? Why are you crying bub? Did someone say anything? Did someone did something to you? Just tell me their names, okay?" He hugged you making your head fall on the crook of his neck. "It's you." You mumbled quietly but sadly he heard.

“Then why did you lie? You have completely lost trust in me!!! I don’t know why? You just said that its me who is the cause of your tears contradicting your own statement! I know that, i am not the best person to be spoken to because of my nature and personality but i won’t disappoint you.” at this point he almost yelling with sadness evident in his speech because he had heard problems and stuff that mattered you in context especially and now when you didn’t answer his calls as well as neither answering to his questions, it scared him to death fearing that one of his assumptions coming true in near future.

“Y/N, I- “There is no point in talking or discussing. Its better to leave.” You knew its a stupid decision leading to further arguments and miscommunication but you felt you couldn’t deal right now. “What do you mean by leave? Don’t you me-” he countered back only to be cut off by you again.

“I mean that lets leave this argument or discussion because there is no point. I don’t know what you wanna know or hear but i have nothing left to say and even if i did it will cause more problems.” Tears were streaming down because of the terrible cramps, the continuous feeling of not confessing and now answering to his questions were all making you feel guilty, sad and overwhelmed.

“Its better to cause more pro- “I LIKE YOU!!! I LIKE YOU SO MUCH KIM SEUNGMIN THAT IT HURTS TO KNOW THAT YOU ARE WITH SOMEONE ELSE AND AFTER THAT YOU WANNA BREAK THIS FRIENDSHIP. ITS OKAY, BECAUSE IT HAD TO BE SOMEDAY AND SOMEHOW. IT HURTS SO MUCH THAT YOU MATTER TO THE POINT THAT I CAN FIGHT THE WORLD FOR YOU EVEN IF YOU DON’T FEEL THIS WAY!”, echos of your scream was heard in the silent house followed by your loud sobs, you don’t know how he will act or react after this but at least you confessed even if its late but you did, giving yourself the chance to heal after all this mess.

“Bub, why didn’t you tell me before? hum, angel? Come here.” he now scooped you up in his arms, making you sit on his lap, your face pressed into his sturdy chest taking his cool mint deo’s fragrance in. He ran his fingers through your hair and planted a soft kiss on your head. “Now, i know that why you weren’t talking before and its also right that I don’t like you. I am really sorry”. your heart stopped beating, tears were threatening to spill again and you tried to remove yourself from his grip. “Its okay I-I und-

“I don’t feel the same way because I love you for God’s sake. I love you so much that it hurts to feel that what if you didn’t feel the same way and just wanted me as your friend. I-i l-love y-you s-so mu-much”, he said as he sniffled a bit after all, he was such a softie for his girl and hearing her confession pushed me over the edge.

“You are so stupid. I hate you so much. God, give him bra- AHH!!” you yelled because of the cramp making you hold your stomach. “ Baby, what happened? Is it aching?” he placed his hand over yours, gently pressing the area. “Is it period cramps baby?” you weakly nodded.

He then carried you to the bedroom and was about to place you on your bed. “The sheets will get ruined” you meekly said and he rolled his eyes. “these sheets aren’t important than you and i will buy you more.” He placed you on bed before preparing a small warm bath. “I have prepared you a bath, it might be exhaustive because of this mess. I will order some medicines and snacks for you.” he showed you his signature puppy smile before helping you to stand. “You know that I can wa-

A smirk came on his face and came to you whispering in your ears, “Baby, when I said I went for a date, what did you think? I really thought my baby isn’t that forgetful but its okay. It's been two months. Two freaken months, since this has began. The cold shoulders and responses at first you can get their small smiles, eye smiles which held so much of warmth but now it's nothing! It feels as if it's just you living on this mansion all alone with a bunch servants who are your only family. Who have been the only ones taking care of you no matter who much work they have.

It was too much for you to handle, you had planned to talk to them but how and when yet you knew it was necessary not only for you but for the little angel who was about to come in a few months. By some miracle you were getting your answers the very next day.

The next day you woke up with slight headache due to the amount of tears shed, slightly brushing your teeth and then gargling with lukewarm water you came out of the room only to be hit with a totally rich aroma of food and fragrance of roses along with soft music playing in the background. You really thought that you had died because for the past almost two months the house was eerily quiet and such sudden noise was rather quite scary frankly to be said, it was a gentle tap and your name being called did you turn to see Kyungsoo and Suho standing with soft smiles plastered on their faces.

As you saw them, the first reaction was to go and hug them tightly but as you were so upset for the this all time, you coldly greeted them before going to the kitchen. Both Kyungsoo and Suho exchanged a glance before following you thinking that it maybe because of the hormones.

Kyungsoo: Hey, babe. Both me and hyung prepared this food for you and don’t worry, i had spoken to the doctor as well as the pediatrician, so its completely safe for you to eat.

Y/N (coldly): Thank you but i can’t anything for now except for a slice or two of bread as i feel nauseous and might vomit but maybe later on i might try to eat. You have food, i will leave.

Xiumin who just came back with Chanyeol after buying some milkshakes, fresh fruit juices, fruits and medicines for you were all stunned when they heard this conversation exchange and the way you left with a small plate carrying two slices without greeting them. Chanyeol aggressively rubbed his temples before plopping on the ouch loudly with the others.

Chanyeol: What just happened? Is it because of her raging horm-

Xiumin: Its more than that. There is something which is bothering her and especially due to lack of our presence both in staying here and having a decent conversation, might be adding fuel to her frustration.

The others nodded to his response and that’s when Ms Dia the head house in charge entered the living room. She saw the gentlemen sitting, greeted them, asked them about their work and was about to leave before Suho stopped her.

Suho: Dia aunty, what has happened to Y/N? Is everything okay? is the baby troubling her or something?

Ms Dia: Son, the baby developing may at times troubles every mother, its only when it creates serious issues for the mother, we have to look in. Anyways, Its more than the changes of hormones and baby troubling. The problem is you all.

Them: US???????

Ms Dia slightly nodded before speaking: Yes, you all. Do you guys realize how long its been since you had a proper food at the dining with Y/N or having a conversation with her asking about how is she feeling, maybe spending like 2 mins out of your busy schedule. Nothing, did you do. As much as rude i am being sounding but that’s not how things work especially if you have a woman whose carrying your own child in question. As much as it sounds a sweet and happy stuff which it really is but it becomes really exhaustive for the mother in question. Its not just about her mood change, or food cravings its more than the bullshit seen in the movies and tv shows. My only suggestion would be that give her 10 mins and then talk to her but please let her do the whole monotone as only then you would understand.

The all four nodded and thanked her before planning something for you.

Chanyeol: I am getting angry and i might go and punch someone.

Kyungsoo: Yah! as much as i wanna hate to admit but god damn it, its our own fault.

After an hour, these four knocked at your room’s door and you didn’t had the option to say no because you too wanted your answers,Therefore, you called them in while trying to busing yourself in the novel in your hand.

In a more serious theme however, Yoosung is probably one of those protagonists that start out to be really innocent and clueless on the topic of fighting.

Semi-villain, and probably misunderstood like Zen. Later he would join the 'good team' as well.

You just assume he's a villain because he's the heir of the 'bad guys' company. But he's such a darling.

He would probably be the most powerful and important character in the whole plot. He got that money and bodyguards, people working for him, etc.

People's first thought to assuming Jumin is a villain would be:

"ANOTHER FREAKING HOT VILLAIN?"

"Defender of Justice, 707 to the rescue!"

He would be such a well written hero, his story will go down in history.

A cheerful and happy go lucky hero with backstory. His character has so much of depth.

Hard to not like this fellow.

You better not mess with Seven or anyone he cares for though, because he's not playing games when you do.

All jokes and cheery, till it becomes serious and he turns into a smoking hot hero.

Cue dramatic transformation scene and he becomes extra sharp and handsome without the glasses.

A villain.

Of course the poor baby had and still has the bestest of intentions.

He only wants to bring everyone the peace and happiness they deserve.

But get too greedy, cause the world doesn't work like that and your actions can reflect to have the opposite effect.

He's lost, and he never meant for it to happen. But things that already happened, happened and scars are bound to be left.

But maybe... someone out there can show him, it's not late to make things right.

A villain and a puppet, controlled to complete evil deeds.

But for the most part, he would be a character you will feel sympathy towards, because you know those actions aren't his intentions.

He would also be a victim saved by the hero at one point of the story.

Also would join the good team after healing to get revenge on the people that controlled him and help other victims still held captive.

🧸 Vanderwood 🧸

Vanderwood would probably be a villain, cold and distant, that being the only thing he had grown up to.

He sees no more good in the world. People never learn with kind words, which is why he believes the only way is to fight fire with fire.

Until maybe... *poke poke* you show him there's still some love and positivity left in the world?

And it may not be told at first but, secretly, he's a "violent hero" in his own way, because he only punishes people with guilt.

Bonus: Mc and Rika

She would be a villain, no questions, no question marks, she's a villain.

People would have split opinions on her character, some may call her a snake, while some may say she needs a chance of redemption. (Hehe basically Rika's situation)

But like most well written villains, she has a reason and though her actions may never and can never be justified...

With some real love and help, her evil deeds may one day come to a red light.

A saint, an angel, a hero.

I swear Mc's heart is made out of gold, and they're so patient.

And though Mc's heroic story, isn't one of the typical, not all hero's wear a cape.

And then u remember that u don't have weekend for another 3 days?

And all i really want is go and sleep. Preferably on the beach (its to cold. But the ascetic would be awsome)

Oh god... that reminds me when I was working at Walmart, and since I was there weekend accountant, I didn't get to do Friday night hang out with my friends, or more realistically hang out at home with popcorn binging on some tv guilty pleasure. No, my ass had to be awake by 345 Saturday morning to get to work and count there damn money.

I can't say I miss those days. They had their perks, but I'm more than happy to be able to freaken sleep.

I would go nap with you on a beach. We can bring lots of blankets, I sleep better in the cold anyway. Let's do it.

Entry 17: a snowstorm hit today while we tried to go to the top of the mountain, the phone lines are down, why are we studying this place anyway? It's just a dumb mountain that 2 people got lost on.

Jeremy: weird.. WAIT A SEC IS *THAT* BLOOD?

Fred: that time it seems you are correct. What the fuck happened here? It seems there's a trail of footprints and blood that way, well, less footprints and more just.. tracks.. I can't tell what might have made them. let's go, we gotta find out what happend.

Jeremy: are you kidding? Like every horror movie ever we FOLLOW the monster?!

Fred: it's not a monster.. some animal might have scared her and made her drop her journal and run or something.

Jeremy: fine but if we die bc of you I will kick your ghost ass.

*2 hours later*

Fred: let's set up some sorta camp. Luckily I brought food from the main base, so no death from starvation. And also I brought 2 tents. I came prepared.

Jeremy: what about things to make a campfire?

Fred: ....... Fuck.

Jeremy: we won't die luckily, but that sucks. Let's set up the camp here, there is a clear area over there.

*26 mins later*

Fred: well that should be good, food is outside due to oh having 2 tents.. that sucks, but there are very few animals in this cold so it should be good. Let's go to sleep.

*6 hours pass*

*metallic crunching and banging*

Fred: you hear that germ? Something is outside!

Jeremy: hecc no I'm staying in the tent, you go outside and kill yourself.

Fred: fine. I don't want this animal eating our food!

*footsteps*

Fred: WHAT THE FU- ARGH...

Jeremy: ok well now I HAVE to check on him

*he peaks outside the tent*

Heck it almost bit off my leg and it ate almost all our food! We got a few meals worth left. We gotta pack that up and get going. We must follow the trail more no matter what it takes.

Jeremy: good to hear your ok, bud. But we cant go, you can barely walk!

Fred: WE NEED TO SAVE CRYSTAL BEFORE THAT MONSTER DOES MORE TO HER! If your not going I am. I can still sorta wal- *trip* ow.. I'm going.

Jeremy: fine. Atleast let me help you. *More footsteps*

Jeremy: we are going nowhere and you need rest

Fred: we are going somewhere and no I don't. Speaking of what's that in the distance? Looks like a abandoned building. It would be warmer there then anywhere else, I bet that's the monsters hide out.

Jeremy: there are broken windows and papers surrounding it. It's a abandoned research building. The research team went missing studying this Mountain I bet! But they hired ANOTHER research team to discover a missing research team?! How stupid IS group 1?

Jeremy: well we are here. I doubt we should go in the main entrance. We should probably climb through a window.

*breaking glass and a plop*

Fred: I'm in. Now to find crystal.. how many hallways *are* there In this building? It's like its one gaint room with a buncha walls slapped randomly everywhere- come look germ! Come look! It's crystal! I think she was hurt!

Jeremy: ya think?

Fred: well, let's get her outa-

*growls*

Fred: germ... Run... I'll get crystal.

Jeremy: no. For once I don't wanna be the guy that doesn't do anything. For once I want to help people. I'll fend it off. I think i know where it is.

*Jeremy picks up a sharp piece of glass as a weapon*

Fred: alright. Good for him. Now I gotta pick her up and *OWW* oh yea my leg... Who cares

Excuse the teacher rant...

Teaching is fucken hard. Beyond hard.

It almost feels impossible.

But at the same time, I still love it.

Well. Scratch that.

I love teaching the subject I am passionate about, interested in and have an understanding of. That is when teaching is interesting - being able to create lessons, research topics and create more resources.

But what I’m currently teaching is not that. Not that by a long shot.

Right now I am stuck in a holding pattern, teaching something I really have very little knowledge (or experience) in. I mean, I enjoy some aspects of it, but more as a hobby that I do from time to time rather than having to teach it day-in, day-out.

And it is seriously screwing with my mental health right now.

I dread coming to school every damn day of the week. I dread having to front up and teach students something I am not sure in, where I feel like a fraud, where I feel like I am constantly failing them because my understanding and knowledge is so freaken limited. And even doing research to broaden my understanding brings me no joy - it feels like absolute torture.

I dread my free periods where I sit in my office which just feels cold and uninviting, but I know I need to be here. I try to fill the void with listening to music or watching/listening to something to spark some interest, but even then it just falls completed flat.

I just don’t know what to do anymore.

The longer I stay, the more I understand why so many are leaving the teaching profession so quickly. Teachers are required to be so many things and fulfill so many roles, all the while teaching, taking part in extra-curricular activities, meetings, marking, more meetings. It’s just hit after hit. Add in the fact so many teachers are required to teach outside their specialty, well that just takes the cake. You get promised support and assistance, which is grand in theory, but the reality is something completely different. The expectation that those teachers with knowledge will teach their own classes and support those who are still learning just does seem ridiculous.

Like I said before, I just don’t know what to do anymore.

There are very few roles available in my subject at the moment, and even when they come available they are nowhere near where I live now. That would mean moving away from family to a completely unknown place which terrifies me.

So do I stay in my holding pattern, teaching a subject I really have very little interest or knowledge in? Just leave? Find an entirely new career?

I just don’t know anymore.

richard is great, but... you know.

Silicon Valley Review - Seasons 1-5

What I liked:

It is completely relatable. As someone currently working in the tech industry, I found that a lot of the show to be pretty realistic especially in terms of tech jargon, software practices and methodology (YES, Scrum is an implementation of a real software development methodology called Agile and I live it everyday at work), and even the most ridiculous sounding formulas on the show have been proven to be accurate (here's an example). And seeing as how this show is a satire, it's kind of comforting to know that some of the stuff that I find silly and/or comical about the software industry are also things that are being parodied and mocked on this show. After watching the show I'd read reviews saying that Pied Piper's small successes followed by their constant big failures and getting steamrolled by Hooli were getting a bit tired and repetitive, but I actually wasn't bothered by the storyline. Unfortunately, this is the reality of the start up and Corporate American cultures, and I think the show does a great job of realistically depicting the struggle.

The writing is great: the technical concepts are well researched and the jokes are FREAKEN HILARIOUS. There's a good mix of the humor being both witty and inappropriate and I love me some nerdy jokes, raunchy jokes and nerdy raunchy jokes (again, this is a good example). I do wonder, though, for viewers that are not familiar with tech jargon or concepts if they would find it as funny?

Richard is my favorite character because I like what he represents and I can completely identify with him and his plight (not to mention he started out as a QA engineer). He's a nerd (I love nerds) and an idealist who strives for success through hard work and doing the right thing, but constantly comes up disappointed, bewildered and crushed when the Gavin Belsons of the world who run the cold, heartless tech corporations like Hooli succeed through political maneuvering, manipulation, backstabbing and lying. At times he's a bit wishy washy, but I know that to survive in a cut-throat environment, anyone with a conscience would face the same ethical dilemmas as he does, because no one wants to be the nice guy that finishes last. I love (and maybe relate a little bit too much) to those moments when has to prove his point because he KNOWS he was right. Despite the fact that he's a genius with a moral compass, he is far from perfect - he aspires, he struggles, he fails, and he gets back up and tries again - which I think makes him one of the more realistic characters I've seen on television. Plus, in real life I just love Thomas Middleditch and think he is one of the funniest people - I think his knack for improv (his characters on the Comedy Bang Bang podcast are hilarious) helps him play this quirky, goofy nerd so well.

Zach Woods is awesome as Jared and my second most favorite character. I think what makes his character so funny is that he comes off as this optimistically cheery yes-man, who randomly and non-chalantly gives us small tidbits of his character's really dark and disturbing childhood. And while his mostly unfailing loyalty to Richard is kind of endearing, it's also amusingly creepy. Many (many?) years ago, before he was even Gabe on The Office, I had seen him in an improv show. His experience in improv definitely pays off as he delivers a lot of the shows funniest and unexpected lines.

Gilfoyle's no-bullshit opinions and digs at Dinesh that are always delivered in his monotone deadpan. If you don't pay attention, you might miss the joke.

Big Head's cluelessness: "My username is 'password' and my password is 'password'". LOL!

I thought TJ Miller was good - almost too good, ha - as Erlich and he had a lot of funny moments, but at the same time, I also think that the timing of -- SPOILER ALERT -- his exit from the show worked out well in terms of where they were at with his storyline and the series continued on well after his departure.

The satire extends beyond the TV screen. The fictional entities on the show exist in ‘real life’ including the home page for Richard's own startup, Pied Piper, the tech blog Code Rag, Jian Yang's Hot Dog app, and even Big Head’s interview with Wired Magazine. So cute!

What I didn't like:

The episodes are so short and there are so few of them (seasons 1 and 5 had 8 episodes each, and the rest of the seasons had 10). On top of that, the next season is the last one :(

Final Thoughts:

What can I say - I LOVE this show!! Although, I will admit it did take me a while to get into it - it wasn't until the last 2 episodes of the first season that I really started getting into the storyline and invested in the characters. But since it took me a bit to settle into the first season, after getting through season 5, we went back and re-watched season 1... and then ended up re-watching the entire series again. Yes, that's right - I binged the entire series TWICE.

Season 6 is going to premiere this October 27th and I can't wait!!!
