My wisdom teeth were just removed two days ago so it will be really easy to skip some meals fthe next few days (maybe even up to two weeks)... it feels great!!!
However, as I am only now getting back into starving myself I guess I will start slowly and only skip breakfast (which for me actually means fasting from around 6pm until 3pm the next day so it is actually great)
What are your plans for the next few days? Please let me know :)

Low cal foods with loads of fiber
I’ve noticed that with restricted I have been getting more constipated and it’s not really a great feeling. So here is a list of low cal foods that are high in fiber to help with the popping lol.
Blueberries (1 cup= 85 kcal or 100 g= 57 kcal)
Broccoli ( 1 cup steamed = 31 kcal)
Popcorn (1 cup unsalted = 33 kcal
Strawberries ( 1 cup = 49 kcal
Celery ( 2 medium stalks = 15 kcal)
Apples (1 medium apple= 95 kcal)
Here are a few food high in fiber. I hope this helps anyone who needs it, and if you have more foods to add to the list feel free to comment :)))

I hate so say it, I need pro ana advice...
I crave carbs alot, and I drink alot at work (and can do so to avoid eating)
I'm already switching my alcohol I take to white spirits and pure juices or diet coke (granted I should use diet coke more but after a night shift orange juice feels better).
I have skinny syrup I use for caramelised veg and stuff, and I added to protein shakes when I was drinking them, but I dont now BC I reckon they're too high cal and don't satisfy my cravings.
I need syrups I can use in like tea that's low cal or just hot water, or to know what adding it to soya milk is like calorie wise??
And I want to starts eating oatmeal/porraige to avoid craving the the day, but like is it best to get plain oats and skinny syrups and then what vegan milk is lowest cal???? Or get slimming world sachets?
I don't cal count, but I'm taking meds that stop you absorbing some of the fat you eat and I don't really eat a high fat diet although I clearly eat some fat from the effects.
I really need some advice from those who know the cal/fat/intakes so I can make a decision that satisfies my cravings,.starves off too much hunger ... but also aids my weight loss

I am going to start this diet today! I feel like I can do it this time around. I have also calculated how much fat I can lose and it is (in reality) at about 3kg or 6 lbs. That is lower than what is promised but I feel like that is always the case with such diets.
If anyone is interested in starting this diet with me, than please DM me, I love to do those things with a group of people together :)
