had a 10-min consult with an ed therapist today
Only a few times have I felt so invalidated and frustrated.
I’m not underweight, nor have I ever been
I don’t actively choose to purge (I genuinely just feel sick when I eat)
I don’t purposefully restrict or count calories (I have meds that kill my appetite, which is both a blessing and a curse)
I choose to not eat but it’s because of how physically sick I feel after a meal. I only eat when I know I can go home right after so I can deal with it there.
I’m managing with all the responsibilities and commitments I’ve taken on this semester
I’ve been playing tug-of-war with ana/mia for almost 9 years and have never been sick enough to do anything but lose like 20-30 pounds before I decide to ‘recover’ and put it all back on, just to start the cycle again
So it can’t be that bad, right?

Sooooo… I finally reached my gw after several trials and tribulations. ✨✨
Plot twist, I look the exact fucking same. I’m not about to go lower because I worked too hard to get here, but I am very unhappy with the energy I’ve created in studio today. I wanna know if I look different to anyone else, but I can’t ask because ya know. I’m just gonna have to wait and see if someone says it to me. My family doesn’t mind their business, so they say something whenever I’ve gained or lost weight and they’ve noticed. So if someone else says there’s a difference, I am gonna try my best to take their word for it this time since I can never see the results myself. I’m tryna stay positive. 😭 And it sucks because you can’t rely on your own eyes. You just gotta believe how other people say they’re perceiving you. But whatever. I reached the gw, so I’m gonna walk around and pretend I know I’m hot. (ps I do not know)

i’ve been under my calorie goals and over my exercise goals every day this week but every morning it’s the exact same number. can’t do metabolism days bc i’m already high restricting. can’t go lower bc i’ll get super ill. only option is death!!

restriction rules for me 💗
1. aim for a total of 2723 cals a week
2. 250 cals on week days; 736 on weekends
3. avoid any fried food, corn, cake, white bread, and pasta for a month (30-31 days)
4. it is scientifically proven high levels of stress cause cravings for high calorie foods. if you feel like binging, indulge in specific foods you’re craving such as peanut butter, cottage cheese apples, (food with actual nutrients). REFRAIN FROM BINGING ON FOOD RESTRICTED FOR A MONTH
5. you demonstrate control not only by restricting but also by indulging in your cravings without binging. it’s better to go over your calorie limit by 100-200 calories rather than binging unhealthy foods
6. LOG YOUR CALORIES EACH DAY. IF YOU GO OVER YOUR LIMIT ONE DAY SUBTRACT THAT FROM YOUR REMAINING CALORIES ALLOWED FOR THE WEEK TO MAKE UP FOR IT.
7. if you must binge/take a metabolism day, once again refrain from eating the food restricted for a month
8. KEEP TRACK OF YOUR WEIGHT—log in every morning on Saturday morning after using the restroom.
9. LOOK AT TH!N$P0 TO REMEMBER WHY YOU’RE DOING THIS. TO BE HAPPY, TO DANCE, TO FEEL LOVED BY OTHERS AND YOURSELF. ONLY YOU PREVENT YOURSELF FROM ACHIEVING YOUR OWN HAPPINESS. YOU ARE NOT AN ANIMAL. YOU ARE IN CONTROL. YOU DECIDE WHETHER YOU FAIL OR SUCCEED.
10. DEADLINE TO REACH ULTIMATE GOAL WEIGHT OF 43kgs/95 lbs IS BEFORE NEXT SUMMER 🧚‍♀️🧚🧚‍♂️✨✨✨⭐️
