More misc. Abbey operation thoughts because I’m insane.

• There is an Infirmary of sorts within the abbey that will deal with the populations more minor to moderate health problems. But for anything severe like broken bones and serious and chronic illnesses they go to the nearest hospital for licensed medical attention.

• The abbey also has a Nursery/Daycare area because there are obviously kids living in the abbey because some siblings of sin come into the church already with kids or choose to have kids.

•Speaking of which, and going off an old headcannon of mine. Children in the abbey are raised communally, sure they know who their parent(s) are but everyone pitches in regardless of if it’s their kid or not. Only exception is Emeritus kids, they are raised ONLY by their immediate family (parent/s, siblings, grandparents) to make sure they have as much exposure to their future role as possible.

• Some of the siblings plan activity nights. Be it making crafts, watching a movie or playing board games, it’s all meticulously planned with sign up sheets and a suggestion box.

•Every six months there is 100% a day where EVERYONE in the abbey is tasked with deep cleaning. Nobody is safe from cleaning day. Ghouls, siblings, papas, higher clergy member, everyone is put to work scrubbing every last stone in that abbey until it shines. The chapel of ritual stinks like dead human sacrifice and Sister Imperator is tired of it.

• Old lady knitting club. Just a bunch of the oldest sisters of sin knitting and talking shit. Imperator goes on Fridays to decompress and gossip.

•there are secret passages in the abbey that some of the teenage inhabitants of the abbey hide in to do the typical rebellious teenage things like smoke weed and drink the wine they stole off the altar.

•BIG! LIBRARY! Books, lots of ‘em! All over! Just a whole bunch of physical media meticulously stored in a library for anyone to use for any purpose. Books? Hell yeah! Vinyl records? Of course! Cassette tapes? You bet! CD’s? Whole section of them! Film reels? They may not be pristine but they got those too! VHS tapes, DVD’s, they have it all archived.

•jobs for each and every sibling and ghoul are posted on a bulletin board outside of imperators office, just in case anyone forgets.

•piggybacking off my last batch of headcannons, they definitely sell some of their excess produce when the Papas aren’t actively touring. Money is still coming in from albums and whatnot, sure, but it’s nice for the ministry to have that little extra cash.

•The papas teach some of the religion classes and it’s a gamble on who they teach because their class could be made up of adults just entering into the fold or literal toddlers who can’t even spell “cat” yet.

Which brings me to silly scenarios that have 100% happened because I said so.

• Primo had to teach toddlers once. They did not care about the simplified version of how Lucifer fell, all they cared about was the sick new monster truck in the toy chest. Primo did have to admit that this monster truck was pretty cool as it was one of the cars where you pull it back enough and it goes forward on its own. (You know what I’m talking about)

• The old ladies in the knitting club are old enough to remember when each of the Emeritus boys were born. So whenever a rumor spreads about one of those boys, they are the first ones to discuss it. “Did you hear that Nihils youngest boy got drunk and started doing the most bizarre things to the furniture?” “Terzo?” “No! The younger one! Copia I think his name is… oh I remember when he was just a tot…” these devolve into wandering down memory lane.

• When Imperator goes, it’s mostly to gossip and drink wine. She’ll maybe knit a scarf…maybe…

• Terzo taught a class of teens once, and never again. Two teen girls pointed out how damaged his skin was and that he did a shit job covering his grays with box dye. He never wants to do that again.

• During those big cleaning days twice a year, it’s never the chapel that’s the filthiest, it’s the ghouls quarters. It’s always the ghouls quarters.

You might have an hair-dying issues.

I mean, you knew it wasn't the best thing for your hair. You've heard millions of times from your parents, friends, and others, that dying your hair could damage it. But you're a demigod. You also have a 99.99% chance of being wiped out by a monster, so losing a bit of hair couldn't be that bad.

So one day, you tried it. And you loved it. After that, you couldn't stop. It's not like you 'wouldn't be able to live if you didn't dye my hair,' but you liked dying your hair every once in a while.

Actually, it was one of the things that attracted Jason to you.

He thought every color you dyed your hair looked perfect on you, and that the way you acted and dressed made you even more of a charming person. But did he ever say that out-loud? nope. Not until he confessed to you and you two started dating.

Now, this was before you (and the other campers,) found out about the other camp and that Jason wasn't Greek. So for a while, the two of you were able to hang out together and be the cute little lovers you were.

And then he went to the other camp, and went on a bunch of quests, and even though you knew that he had to be the hero he was, you had to admit—you missed him. And Iris messages weren't enough.

But after a while, you got used to it. Or, at least, you got used to him being gone for a long time. Being able to see his face and voice made you smile, and somewhat made you feel better. And when you heard about the defeat of Gaia/Gaea, the idea of being able to see your blonde boyfriend made that need to see him come back.

One day, you were in your cabin's bathroom, dying your hair—you heard a particular voice at the bathroom door.

"What color are you dying your hair now, Carissima?" Jason asked, leaning on the door frame.

"Blonde. Also, since when did you-" You turned your head and you jaw basically dropped.

"Hi, Baby-"

"YOUR HAIR. where is it? what is... where is the fluffiness?" You blinked, and the silence in the room was deadly. "I-I mean, it's cute! you look handsome, Jace. But.. what made you go from pretty boy to pretty military soldier?"

Jason shrugged. "Don't know. After this whole war, I wanted to try something new, y'know?"

"Oh, don't ask me if I know about trying something new. Look at me right now!" You said in a sarcastic tone, pointing to your [ insert color of your choosing ] colored hands.

Jason rolled his eyes, which made you laugh. Honestly, you were surprised you hadn't jumped off the counter you were sitting on and hugged him. But it was probably because the hair part caught you off guard.

"Okay, Uhm, quick question. How important is that shirt to you?"

"... Not that important, why?"

"BECAUSE I HAVEN- because, my love, I haven't seen you in months. I want to give you a hug, obviously." You made a fake angry face.

"Oh. I mean, I'd let you stain any of my shirts anyday if I meant I got a hug from you." He smiled and walked up to the counter. As soon as he came into arm reach, you wrapped your arms around him and pulled him into a hug.

"Hey, I just thought of something." You lifted your head up. "Wanna hear it?"

"Of course I do." He looked over at you with a raised eyebrow.

"Okay, so what if, and stay with me here—what if you let me dye your hair, but instead of fully dying it, I can make like little hearts.. with my hair dye."

"I mean.. I wouldn't mind if you did. I just don't know if it would, well, look nice on me." Jason admitted.

"Oh, you'll be okay. I have a good feeling you'll look great. Plus, If it comes out looking like trash, i'll make you a hat to wear."

[ time skip ?? ]

Like you said, You knew he would look great. It took awhile for it to get done (because you forced him to tell you all the stories he could about his time on the Argo II,) But seeing him with blue stars in his hair made you giggle.

"Do you like it?" You asked as Jason inspected it in the mirror.

"Sorta. It's not bad, I think it just has to grow on me, y'know?"

"Mhm. But like.. on a scale of one to ten, how much do you like it?"

"Honestly, like a 7.5. But not because you did bad, just because it's new to me." He leaned down and kissed you on the cheek. "Thank you, corculum."

You smiled and kissed his cheek in return. "Your welcome, My love."

For a moment, there was a beat of silence between you two. A comfortable type of silence, not that icky type. "Oh, and the next time you go on a quest—you gotta sneak me with you. I don't think I can go another few months without seeing you."

Jason smiled, wrapping his arms around you. "I'll make sure to remember that. Though, you can't blame me if you get caught."

"I mean, I could.. but I think I love you too much to do so."

This one's a mess of an AU but here we fuckin GO

Princess Bee is a nextgen au but within closer-to-canon (like I change /some/ things like Adrien being left in the dark and Gabe being 'such a good father') and post-Season 5.

So ofc more sympathetic to Chloé, but things go down somewhat similar in after being roped into Monarch's nonsense, Andre gets a divorce and gives up all custody rights, and Audrey takes Chloé off to wherever. NY, London, who knows.

Chloé has fully come to realize how fucked this is and all. So she spends the following years getting better. It's hard af without a support system, but she knows she wants to be a better person and that she needs to get her shit together and make sure she has some kind off job path set up because she knows that Audrey will kick her the second she turns 18.

After said kicking out, Chloé changes her last name and uses the better grades she's been getting and the money she squirreled away to get a law degree and also some actual professional therapy to unpack her various traumas in a better way than just rawdogging it on trial and error.

Sometime in her 20s, after getting her shit together both financially and in the mental health department, Chloé decides she wants a kid of her own. She gets a friend to be surrogate father, and gets on with having her own kid. And she's good at it! Not just because she goes 'just do the opposite of what my parents did' but also she does her research and tries her best.

Skip ahead to when the daughter is a teenager, the same age as Chloé was when the Hero v Villain nonsense was happening in Paris.

Chloé gets notice because Andre died and he never actually changed his will to exclude her and she gets everything. She goes to Paris to deal with it and sees the hotel in disrepair and unfortunately Andre's second wife wants answers about the child she never knew about(she's both horrified and furious to find out what happened). After a lot of talking, the pair decide to work together to restore the hotel.

Meanwhile, Chloé brought her daughter with her and ofc enrolled her in school. And just so happens to end up in the class as the rest of the Miracuclass Next Gens. And oh would you look at that the need arises for a bunch of kid Heroes!

Meanwhile the old Team Miraculous are trying to navigate adult life, try to give the kids pointers, and panicking because Chloé coincidentally comes back to town right when a new Villain pops up?

So we have different perspectives of what's happening here. Chloé is just playing irl Homescapes. The kids are on their own superhero adventure. And Marinette is stuck in 'oh god oh god my unfinished business is coming back to bite me in the ass!!'.

Hello! That's so fair, my Odette writings do not offer a lot of description for them! They do have their own tag [HERE] although not much is in it, currently. Some of the screenshots I'm including here and the writings which you've already seen! I'm very sorry for how rambling this is but None is where a lot of alts and relationships spawn from! None is neither a miqo'te nor a service animal (though I think they'd give a huff at the title)! None is the saddest creature in the whole world, a widower, Odette's favorite lil guy, Gerry's estranged step-parent, and a Lalafell:

A Lalafell ranger who makes their living guiding people through the Shroud. These days they are 'mostly' retired. They're well past their middle age and when they were younger they made a deal with sylphs. To be fleet-footed and quick and the best hunter. It came with some side effects:

They wear a hat to cover the ears. It's a bit silly to have two sets and, frankly, None doesn't wanna talk about it. They are stoic, pragmatic, and a bit of a hermit when they can afford it. None is a widower, their late wife was an duskwight woman named Aloutte, who was a widow herself with a young child; Geraldine. None and Gerry were never close and in the wake of Aloutte's passing that distant only grew. None and Odette met at the Menphina temple she was raised at. The Sisters there offer grief counseling and when Aloutte first fell sick she made them go to make the transition easier. A child at the time, Odette was obsessed from the moment they met. A pale shadow trailing after them. Where None failed with Gerry, they bonded with Odette. After Aloutte's passing None returned to the temple to live long term, some grievers need more support than others, they and Odette spent a lot of time together. They very much fill a uncle/aunt role for Odette; a trusted advisor who isn't the adults who raised her. When Odette took her vows and started to travel it was None who traveled with her, taught her basic outdoors skills, bought her Beauty and taught her how to care for chocobos. When Odette has to leave her flock of karakul to travel it is None she calls to care for them. Also, while Aloutte's loss and the grief that follows is very important to None as a character I feel it is important to note they were the saddest creature in the whole world before they knew the warmth of Aloutte's embrace! Sometimes you're just born with a heavy heart, you know? Because of how important they are to Odette. Odile... fucking hates their guts. Oooh, she hates their guts so much!!! The feeling is mutual and Odile and None have come to blows a few times. Something they both keep from Odette; None because they don't want to make her worry, Odile because she'll use the information to drive a wedge at some point. None also features in Odette's WoL AU, they're an honorary scion and spend most of their time with the other off-screen members. They spend time with Krile and Tatatru discussing lalafell things and I like to imagine that F'lhaminn and None have a lot to talk about. This is... pretty long so I will stop here! But I hope this satisfies some curiosity about None and thank you SO MUCH for asking about them!

I love weekends together so much!

We did so much and it was so nice to have a weekend like that because they never really happen. We started this car journal thing and are gonna write down everything we do together and all the adventures and stuff we plan to do etc! It’s so cute. He makes me very happy and I love him so much. I am very lucky! I love him dearly and he’s the best thing that has happened to me.
