So could you do a, Xavier x fem!reader , where she's Wednesday's cousin and has a crush on Xavier. When Wednesday goes to Xaviers shed and thing pushes the blanket from over the painting, could it be a painting of the reader, and Wednesday thinks its creepy and she tells reader and you can decide how it ends. (idk if that made scenes but I thought it would cute.)
picture of you
summary | after discovering a picture of you, wednesday can't keep her mouth shut

Wednesday couldn’t hold a single ounce of love to anyone, except her cousin, and you really couldn’t call it love. The two of you grew up together with your father constantly on the run, staying with your aunt and uncle and cousins most of your life.
You were the blunt end of Wednesday’s emotions, trying to make up for her lack of.
Unlike your cousin, you were excited to start at Nevermore. Since you were little, your aunt would tell you the stories of her time there hoping that one day you and Wednesday would attend. While you basked in her stories, Wednesday just rolled her eyes at her mother, sick of hearing about her marvelous time at Nevermore.
Standing next to Enid as she showed the two of you around, Ophelia Hall did not have enough room, leaving the three of you together as roommates.
Starting to think in your head, Enid’s voice had drowned out as you scanned over the quad before your eyes stopped to stare.
Turning, Xavier saw you looking at him, giving you a little half smile before turning back to his painting which was ravens, you think.
The rest of your day at Nevermore wasn’t much, taking your own route while Wednesday took hers but you didn’t expect to be sitting in the infirmary already.
Sitting on the other side of her bed, both you and Xavier watched her quietly. He was the one to find you after bringing Wednesday to the nurse, explaining about what happened.
“Thank you again, the two of you are even now.” You smiled softly.
Xavier looked up at you, his eyes slightly wide, “You aren’t talking about my-”
“I am.” You laughed quietly.
“Can never leave that in my past.” He looked down, smiling.
Since the two of you have grown closer but once Wednesday started her journey to find the Hyde, you knew you couldn’t leave her on her own, going with her and keeping all of it from Xavier.
Wednesday kept most of her theories to herself, especially that she believes that Xavier is the Hyde.
Heading out to the woods towards Xavier’s shed hoping he could clear out some answers for her.
Once arriving, Thing could sense something, running from Wednesday, walking around Xavier’s shed, looking over to see the canvas, covered.
Pulling down the cover, Xavier looked over, letting out a sigh watching Wednesday walk over towards the painting.
“Look, listen.” Before he could even explain, Wednesday spoke.
“You drew her.”
The picture was you during the Rave’N walking down the stairs, your dress swaying as you stepped down each step. Standing behind her, Xavier lifted his hand, letting the painting come to life, your self painting following your steps walking down the stairs.
“I-I couldn’t stop thinking about her.” He confessed. Xavier truly didn’t know what Wednesday was going to do with the information, probably knowing that you were going to find out soon enough. “Just let me tell her first.”
“I make no promises.” Wednesday spoke.
Coming back into her dorm, Wednesday contemplated what Xavier told her, knowing he probably would never tell you, and after hearing Enid gush about you and Xavier potentially being together, Wednesday thought it was best to let you know.
Upon entering the room, she saw Enid sitting on her bed watching a movie, looking up, you saw your cousin coming into the room.
“You finished what you were looking for?” You asked her, pausing the movie, turning your attention to Wednesday.
“No, my dream didn’t help.” She concluded, finally turning to look at you. “Xavier drew a picture of you.”
There was a moment of silence before Enid let out a loud squeal. Both of you turned to see Enid, practically shaking in her spot.
“Oh my god!” She gushed, grabbing onto your shoulders, shaking you back and forth, “I told you he liked you back!”
You couldn’t barely comprehend what she said, still shocked that Xavier drew a picture of you, you always thought he saw you as a friend, a friend wouldn’t draw a friend would they?
For the rest of the night you had to listen to Enid go on and on about you and Xavier, saying that the two of you needed to get together immediately, along with that, saying that the two of you could go on double dates with her and Ajax.
“Enid.” You said calmly, “He doesn’t know that I know.”
“Right.” Enid nodded her head slowly, “You’ll have to tell him tomorrow then.”
You knew Enid was right, you needed to talk to Xavier eventually.
Seeing him in classes the next few days, you tried to plan it out as much as could, speaking to him after class but something always got in the way of you getting to him.
Finally gaining the courage, you made your way towards his dorm, frowning when he didn’t answer, after the 3rd time trying you gave up, but still on a mission to find him.
Going out into the woods, following the familiar trail towards his art shed, knowing it was the only other place he would be that wasn’t his room outside of class.
“Xavier.” You knocked on the wood, opening the door slightly, poking your head in slightly.
Seeing that his headphones were on, you slipped in quietly, slowly making your way next to him, “Hi.”
Jumping, Xavier tried to hide what he was hiding while trying to answer back to you. “Shit, you scared me.”
“I’m sorry.” You apologized, “I knocked, but you had your headphones on, and I was wondering if we could talk?”
Finally looking at what he was drawing, your eyes widened, seeing the couple on his canvas.
“That looks beautiful Xavier.” You confessed, letting your eyes soak every spot. “Who did you draw?”
Feeling conflicted, Xavier didn’t know what to say, he knew that it was time to tell you about the other painting, and along with that, telling you how he feels about you.
Feeling his mouth dry, Xavier muttered up a small whisper, “It’s us.”
Closing his eyes, Xavier was waiting for the worst, saying that you now hated the painting, or that you didn’t think of the two of you like that.
“Really?” You smiled, “I kind of came to talk about us.”
Xavier let out a small sigh, looking up from his lap, looking at you, waiting for you to continue. “Wednesday told me about your painting.”
Letting out a hough, Xavier knew that Wednesday couldn’t keep her mouth shut, always wanting to know everyone’s drama.
Silently, Xavier stood going back to your painting, pulling down the sheet. You stood on his side, letting out a quiet gasp. It was, you couldn’t even form into words about what you thought about it.
“I know it’s kind of weird but-mmpphh!”
His words were cut off when he felt you grab ahold of his collar, pulling him down towards you. Feeling his lips on yours, Xavier greedily grabbed your face practically forcing his lips any farther on yours.
Humming, you smiled into the kiss, feeling your bottom lip being sucked, pulling away slightly, looking out a quiet moan.
Pulling away, both your lips swollen, you shyly looked up at Xavier.
“I guess you liked it.” He murmured.
“I think I liked it a lot more.” You smirked, “I have to thank the artist properly.”
“Another kiss should be sufficient.” He smiled, pulling you closer to him. “And maybe a date if he’s lucky.”
“I think I could make that happen, he seems really cute and my friends are constantly telling me that the two of us would be perfect together.”
“I think they have the right idea.” He smiled, gazing down at you, silently thanking your cousin for giving the two of you that final little push.

Hi there! I have a request for Xavier Thorpe or Tyler Galpin if you are interested! Basically an Addams!reader in which she is the complete opposite of Wednesday, not because she's sunshine and rainbows, she's still an Addams after all, but she takes after their dad. Excitable about pain and murder and torture with a flair for the dramatics
just like your dad
xavier thorpe x fem!addams!reader
summary: xavier and you share a bond for art. while your styles are different, you share experiences.
warnings: fluff, swearing, you’re goth
works for blood related or adopted, no physical descriptions
i made the reader draw (idk why, when i was writing it just flowed to me) so sorry if this isn’t exactly what you wanted, i tried lol!!
Tumblr media
ever since you and your sister, wednesday, had arrived at nevermore, there has been very different experiences.
while wednesday tended to be emotionless, full of hatred, yet somehow caring deep under her dead stare. you were passionate, expressed yourself, and family oriented.
seeing the way your father cherished and treated your mother has had a huge impact on you ever since you were little.
he would always go out of his way for your mother. he would kill for her, he would die for her, and he would live for her.
and you wanted to experience that same kind of love.
you kept an open mind at nevermore. after all, they did have a ton of students and a fencing program that you immediately joined.
your father had taught you, wednesday, and pugsley the fine arts of torture and pain from a very young age.
it was something you all had taken a liking too, but for you it drove deeper then just pain. it was more what pain could do on a psychological level, how it can mentally mess someone up for good.
and despite wednesday and her stone-cold self that she inherited from your mother, you had also taken on your father’s dramatic personality.
that’s why you easily made friends at nevermore. people liked being around you, especially xavier thorpe.
it wasn’t a lie to anyone that he found you enticing. you were gorgeous, unafraid, and most of all… different.
different in a sense that while others tended to shy away, you would stick up despite the judgement you could face. different in a way that drove xavier insane, and he needed to be around you constantly or else he felt like a part of him was missing.
“what are you up to, y/n?” xavier raised his eyebrows in confusion as you sat on a nearby bench that overlooked the quad of nevermore.
you peered up at him, showing him your sketch. you had drawn everyone in the quad with an explosion in the middle.
“what’s that for?” xavier asked, sitting next to you.
“just a thought i had, staring off at the crowd. isn’t explosions fun?” you smiled at the boy.
“watch..” xavier took his hand and held it over your drawing.
you watched in anticipation as the drawing you had done began to come to life. the little explosion blew up, causing everyone to come flying backwards.
“oh my…” you trailed off. xavier smiled at your excitement.
“do you want to come see my little get away?”
➽─────────────────❥
there wasn’t a silent moment on the way to xavier’s art shed.
you were blurting out ideas you had, and xavier just listened. he loved hearing you talk about things you were passionate about.
“when i was little, my father taught us all the importance of family. he was devastated when my uncle fester disappeared, but my mom was there to help him through it.”
“seeing love in a beautifully sickening way, it made me crave it. i want to be pursued like that.”
xavier stared at you. he felt his stomach ache as the two of you made it to his art shed.
“y/n-”
“what’s this?” you accidentally interrupted him.
xavier, now embarrassed, began to unlock his shed.
“you’re not going to kill me, right?” you looked at the boy.
“what? no-”
“shame.”
xavier stared at you in shock as you entered his little getaway. you looked around the small shed, artwork depicted everywhere.
“is this where you draw?”
“draw, paint, think. basically.”
xavier nervously watched as you inspected each painting carefully.
“what’s this?”
you pointed to a sketch that was you.
“that’s uh- nothing.” xavier quickly shut the sketch book. his tall frame was now extremely close to you.
“do you draw me, xavier?” you stared up at him through your lashes.
it was a new feeling inside of you, and you couldn’t tell what. but the way he had portrayed you in such a beautiful way, it made your heart… flutter?
you could see the embarrassment on his face. his cheeks tinted red and he avoided your gaze.
you suddenly were aware of the cologne he was wearing. the scent filled your nostrils as his big hand covered the sketch.
“you don’t need to be embarrassed. i’m quite a piece of art, huh?” you couldn’t help but tease him.
xavier smiled at you.
“look.”
you opened your own notebook and showed him the sketches you’ve drawn. not as well as xavier’s, but the creativity behind each one was evident.
there was a reoccurring theme of pain and torture behind each one that should’ve frightened xavier, but it only made him more insightful.
“is your mom and dad into all this stuff?”
you peered up at xavier.
“my father showed us all from a young age the beauty of pain and torture. i tend to focus on the physiological level rather then physical, unlike my sister.”
“you really are just like your dad, huh?” xavier started to tease you now.
“you could say that. i definitely take after him more than my mother.”
“can i help you with your sketch work?”
you hesitantly nodded. xavier grabbed his stool and sat down, you standing very close to him.
his knee would bump into your leg every time he moved. the motion was enough to send shocks into both your bodies.
xavier flipped through your notebook.
“the overall creativity is amazing. it really allows me to see what goes on inside your head, which is what art is supposed to represent. but the line-work could use some help.”
you watched him carefully, not noticing the way your eyes stared at his veiny hands.
with the flip of another page, xavier landed on the drawing you had completely forgotten about.
it was you, at the weathervane, smiling wide as you sat across from a boy who looked identical to xavier. to make matters even worse, there were little hearts above the two of you.
now it was your turn to be embarrassed as xavier looked up at you, a giant smirk on his face.
“thing must have drawn that-“
“oh yeah? because the way the lines connect is just like the other drawings.”
“i don’t know what you’re talking about.”
“how about you let me take you out to the weathervane?”
“like a-“
“date. a date.”
you stared directly into xavier’s blue eyes. his gaze was intimidating and you would be lying if you said you weren’t a little scared.
“fine.”

I promise.
Xavier x Reader
Reader: Wednesday’s twin, the twins can share powers because they are connected, and Y/N can control electricity.
Tumblr media
“I tried being your friend,” he scoffs. “Look where that got me.”
“This isn't about us, Xavier.”
He lunged forward, chains rattling, he points at me. “No, it’s about you!”
His eyes flicker over to Wednesday. “Every time you both get involved, people get hurt.” He makes eye contact with me. “You’re toxic. All you ever do is make things worse.”
Wednesday takes a step toward the cell, an effort to put some distance between us.
I put my head down and close my eyes. Wednesday watches as I wipe all of my emotions away. She steps away from the cage.
I open up the page revealing the picture of Wednesday and I on the battle field with the pilgrim.
“Tyler warned me that something bad was coming. And I think—“ “No!” Xavier raises his voice. “You’ve already shown me that. I don’t care.”
Y/N gulps. Wednesday feels a wave of grief wash over her. This is her fault. She was the one who pushed her sister to indulge in a friendship with Tyler. She is the one who tried to shove off her sisters need for love and affection onto someone else. She is the one who turned her against Xavier and sent her to the lions den.
“Do you want to stop this? Then leave. Both of you, go far away and never come back.” Wednesday can feel her sisters heart shattering. “Do you understand? That can’t happen if neither of you aren’t here. That’s how you save everyone, okay. So, go.”
“LEAVE!” His chains rattle and for the first time Wednesday sees her sister jump. Tears in her eyes, she closes the paper, and leaves.
Xavier watches her go and then turns to Wednesday. “You too, Add—“ Wednesday steps forward and grabs his shirt. “Never, talk to my sister like that again. You want someone to blame? Someone to hate? You hate me.” Wednesday shoved him back.
Xavier scoffs as she walks away. “She never doubted you. Even when she saw your paintings. She always believed that you weren’t the Hyde.” Wednesday doesn’t look back, but she waits a moment and when all she is met with is silence she leaves.
His body goes limp and he falls to his knees. “Up you go!” Galpin says, keys shaking in his hand. “Time for the transfer.”
Xavier’s eyes seek out any sign of the Addams but he is quickly shoved into the back of the sheriff's police car.
Closing his eyes he remembers all the times that Y/N had shown him kindness. She put on a hard exterior like her sister, but he knew better. He remembered their whispered stories from the first time they met. They were just kids, but even then Y/N knew that she was different, even from her own family of misfits. When they arrived at Nevermore, Xavier knew that she was just as in love with him as he is her. But the Addams twins had perfected their united front. In many ways, Y/N had trained herself to disappear. She now appeared to be a copy of Wednesday.
And she fooled him. She made him believe that she did not care for him. That he was simply a means to an end and then it turned out he was the end—for a while atleast.
“What are we doing?” Xavier asks when the car stops. Sheriff Galpin talks on the phone for a minute and then pulls out his personal phone and looks at his son’s location. “You tracking your little monster?” Xavier scoffs. Tyler was another mistake he made. Xavier should have seen him for what he truly was. He should have warned Y/N. Instead, he allowed her to push him away and befriend a monster.
“You shut it.” Galpin shuts off the car and gets out.
“Hey, wait. Wait! Hey! What about me? What…” Xavier slams his hands onto the wire mesh. “Oh, you asshole!” Xavier kicks the seat and screams in frustration. There is no way to get the chain off and even if he gets out of the car, he is at risk of tripping and hanging himself with the restraints that tie his hands and feet to his neck.
Closing his eyes, the scene from the jail cell play like a movie. He could see the hatred in her eyes that she thought she was hiding. At the time he was telling himself that it was directed at him. But he knew as soon as Wednesday stepped inbetween them that it was a self hatred that was clawing inside her.
Xavier screams once more.
“Can I tell you a secret?” Y/N whispers. She pushes up on her elbow, being careful not to disturb the corpse too much. Xavier nods, but then remembers that his new friend can not see him because they are in a closed casket. “I’m not like the rest of my family.” She sighs. “Sure I am weird and love dancing with seriel killers, but I am diffrent.” Xavier leans over the dead body.
“One summer my parents hired this man-killer nanny and she sent us away to summer camp so she could marry and kill my uncle…” Xavier hangs onto every word. “I have never told a soul, but I loved it. Sure the company was horrendous, but I loved camp. I also love the color pink.” Y/N laughs. She goes through a lists more things that she likes.
“Dont get me wrong, I love my sister. I have killed for my sister—and we have this weird twin thing where we can see the same vision or memories as each other, but I am diffrent.” Xavier stills as her breath washes over him. “I am me.” “I see you.” Xavier says. “You promise?” “I promise,” Xavier grasps her hand and sparks appear. “Hey, Xavier, what if no one finds us?”
Thump, thump. “Yes!” Xavier yells as Thing slides down the back window. “Yes! Yes! Yes, Thing!”
After Thing releases him, Xavier thanks him and takes off running to the school. No one tries to stop him as he grabs the bow and arrows from the archery range and rushes to the courtyard. “Stay away from her!” He shouts. Arrow aimed at the pilgrims heart. He takes in the sight. The courtyard is burning and in the middle stand the Addam’s twins and the pilgrim. “No!” Y/N shouts as he releases the arrow. Wednesday looks at her sister and then jumps infront of Xavier. Both twins fall to the ground.
“We’re fine!” Wednesday shouts, her hands reaching for Y/N. A large black and purple brusie forms on Y/N’s chest where the arrow is impaled in her sister. “Oh my—“ Xavier looks at them both with wide eyes. “Go!” Y/N shouts. “Get them out of here.”
Xavier hesitates and locks eyes with Y/N. “I see you.”
“You promise?” She looks at him with wide eyes. “Yes, I promise. That is the only reason I am going right now.” Xavier squeezes her hand a bolt of electricity shoots up his arm. “Now!” Wednesday shouts. Xavier runs towards the other students. He turns around and watches Y/N pull the arrow out of Wednesday. Both of them stand. Wednesday grabs the sword and Y/N’s hands spark with electricity.
At the gate, Xavier stands with the school as they wait. “Where’s Y/N and Wednesday?” Enid asks, her body shaking. Xavier looks around at his friends and then Enid is pushing through the crowd. Before his thoughts can catch up his feet are running towards Y/N.
Enid falls into their arms. Without thought, Wednesdays pulls away from Enid, her hand entwined with her sisters seperates them as well. Xavier’s eyes rake over Y/N. Her black school uniform is ripped and underneath it is a pink shirt. After a second, both of the twins throw their arms around Enid and bury their heads in her neck.
Looking up, Y/N’s eyes connect with Xavier’s. She pulls away from her sister and Enid. Wednesday hesitantly lets go of her hand. “Xavier—” Y/N goes to explain. Xavier steps forward. “I’m so sorry.” Her eyes gloss over at his words. “I am sorry too. I should have told you that I see you too.”
She reaches out towards him. Her hands stop just before tey touch his face. He leans forward. The buzz of electricity dances along his skin. “I see you, Xavier Thorpe.”
Xavier pulls her into a hug.
Tumblr media
Xavier leans on the railing and smiles at Y/N. His cheeks flush a pretty pink when she smiles back and tugs her sisters hand, leading them up the stairs.
“Addams,” Xavier shoved his hands in his coat pockets. Wednesday raises an eyebrow at him. “Hurt her and she will kill you herself.”
Xavier smirks. “Then I’ll raise you from the dead and kill you again,” Wednesday smiles. Xavier’s smirk wavers as he looks into her dead eyes. “Message recieved.”
Y/N steps toward Xavier and their hands intertwine. Wednesday mutters something about the car. “Hey, Wednesday.” Xavier turns his head to look at her. “Thank you.” “Now it’s your turn. But this time, don’t save me. Save my sister.” Wednesday disappears down the stairs.
“Come visit me?” Y/N whispers. Their noses touching. His hands grip her waist. Her new pink sweater a beautiful contrast to her black hair. Xavier tilts his head. There lips centimeters apart. “I promise.”
Y/n smiles and leans back. “Good, because i got something for you if you do…” She smiles and then twirls out of his arms. “Got to go.” “Me too,” He reaches for her one last time. Their hands meet and then she pulls away.
Thinking about doing a series of Oneshots. Y’all interested? Smut to come of course.
Requests are open
Phone calls with Xavier.

The Thorpe Dilemma #1
Tumblr media
Before he even met them, Xavier had heard a lot about the Addams Family. Xavier met Wednesday was when she saved his life.
The second time they met he saved hers. Which lead to him meeting you, something which he was denied the privilege of at his god mother's funeral.
Xavier like anyone else he mentioned the interaction to (Ajax) wouldn't consider it romantic. You didn't say a word to him and the only reaction he got was a smirk.
It was a little disappointing considering the fact that he had been waiting desperately for that interaction even since he first saw you.
But he couldn't deny you looked hot doing it.
Present Xavier would consider himself lucky if he got you to look in his direction just once. Till that happened though he would stick to drawing you.
While your short interaction(ish) was plaguing Xavier's mind, you were thinking about anything but him. There was something off about Nevermore.
"It couldn't be any worse than the school we went to before" you thought.
The supernatural always fascinated you. While Wednesday was trying to figure out whether or not she should despise the school, you were glad to be in a school that was otherwise filled with students who possessed magically abilities, just by being your natural violent self.
Unlike Wednesday you were able to admit (much to her disgust) that you would miss the family seances and were worried about Pugsley. After all, the reason you were here was severely hurting every kid who was dumb enough to bully about him.
Pugsley was your cousin and you lived with him Wednesday and your aunt and uncle. Your dad Fester, decided that you should focus on studying rather than travel the world and getting arrested, at least till you were an adult.
He wasn't an absent father in any way though. He would visit often and teach you and your cousins how to fight and sometimes take you with him to rob a bank or two.
He also told you about Nevermore, the place where he had found you. Maybe that's why you were somewhat happy to be here.
You would find out why you were abandoned near some crypt and if you could actually do magic like your dad suspected you could.
"You know he likes you right?" Enid asks breaking your train of thought. "Who?" You ask knowing damn well who has been looking at you with most love struck eyes since you got here. "Xavier, he keeps staring at you !".
The way your back was turned to him he could only really see your hair and your particularly alluring ass- but that view was unfortunately blocked by the chair you were sitting on.
"If you like him, maybe you should talk to him." Enid says. "I don't concern myself with matters as trivial as dating. Especially not with the likes of Xavier Thorpe.". That was a balant lie.
You didn't want Xavier to overhear what you really felt. What did you feel though? He had what most people would consider an attractive face.
You simply recognised that it was- that he was- ughhh. Handling crushes was not your strong suit.
You turn around to get a look at him and both Enid and Xavier catch you. You quickly whip back around and focus on the lesson being taught despite your aunt having already taught you about this plant.
That plan was quickly interrupted by Enid. "You were looking at him!". " I look at Mrs Thornhill when she's teaching too. I don't see you assuming I like her despite how attractive she is, your double standards confuse me.".
Xavier on the other hand didn't think he would be able to pay attention ever again.
"Looks like you do have a chance after all" Ajax sajd jabbing Xavier's arm with his elbow. Xavier smiled continued to stare at the back of your head because you finally looked at him.

Billy Hargrove x addams!reader
Billy Hargrove meeting and developing a crush on you, who he just happened to run into while on vacation. Not HIS vacation, mind you—he’s still living in Hawkins, Indiana. The shit with the upside down is over. That vecna guy is gone for good. Everybody else thinks it was just some weird freak earthquake disaster that tore the town apart, and life in Hawkins moves on and goes back to being just as boring and insufferable as he remembers.
So WHY are you there? WHY is that your idea of a good vacation destination? Because of all the weird shit that happened, of course! You’re a young adult, the same age as Billy, and your parents let you venture off on your own for a little road trip. You visit all sorts of ghost towns and haunted houses, stop to go werewolf hunting in the swamps and even run into some vampires on the coast before you double back and head to Hawkins. Besides a few memorials commemorating those who died in the earthquake, you don’t find much—which is weird, considering everything you heard about the town having some connection with another dimension—and you’re about to leave for home before you run into a guy.
He’s not your usual type. In fact, compared to your past boyfriends, he sticks out like a sore thumb. He’s big and broad shouldered, with a curly mullet and bright blue eyes the likes or which you’ve never seen before. But something about him makes you stop and talk to him outside the diner, and you end up getting along SO much better than you expected.
You’re not his usual type, either. He’s usually more into hustler models, not weird goths who wear sunglasses at night and can’t stop talking about disembodied hands and whatever the fuck a Cousin Itt is. But hey, he can’t deny that you’re hot—and disarming, and easy to talk to, and actually really fucking funny.
He manages to score a date with you before you leave town. And then another, and another, because you’ve already called home and told your parents that you were running a bit behind, but you have a surprise for them. Because once you get to know him and you dig your way past his macho facade, Billy is actually really, really sweet, and you think you might bring him home to meet the family.
Plus, on your first date, he threatened to a kill a guy who looked at you for a second too long. The idea of Billy dueling someone to the death is just so romantic, the sort of thing your father would do for your mother, and the more he threatens people, the more you fall in love.
When you tell him you really do have to go back home, he’s devastated. He doesn’t want to go back to life in hawkins before you. He doesn’t want to have to deal with his shitty dad. He’s really distraught, actually, because you were such a good escape from his home life, and he can’t bear to see you leave…so of course he agrees to come with you. He jumps at the opportunity to skip town. He’s got a bag packed and he’s picking you up from the motel later that night with his camaro. Is it a little crazy to go out of state with somebody he just met? Yeah, but it sure beats sticking around Hawkins.
You’re ecstatic. You know your parents will be a little disappointed that he doesn’t have two heads and he doesn’t howl at the moon, but you don’t care. You think he’ll manage to fit in just fine after some adjusting.
Then again, you’re a lot more used to your family then he is.
It’s raining as the car pulls up to the front gate. Billy’s jaw drops as he sees the house. It’s massive and stately, but from what he can see as the gates swing open on their own, it’s run down. It doesn’t look like anyone’s lived there in years, but you’re absolutely positive that it’s the right place. You think it’s cute that he keeps asking, and you take all of his comments about it looking like a dump (respectfully) as compliments.
He parks in front of the door and gets out first, already preparing for his nice “hello mr. And Mrs. so and so, I’m a perfectly respectable gentleman” routine. He gets the passenger door for you, taking your hand as he helps you out, and you’re giggling and biting your lip because you know the more old fashioned he acts the better the impression on your parents.
“Leave the bags in the car, don’t worry about them,” you tell him as you climb the steps. “Lurch will grab them.”
“…Lurch?” He asks as you ring the doorbell.
He hears a foghorn. Not a bell.
Okay, Billy. He tells himself. So they’re weirdos. Not a big deal. You’ve got this under control.
When the door swings open and he’s faced with the tallest man he has ever seen in his life, he begins to doubt that he’s got this.
“Welcome home,” the butler says slowly, in a voice that seems to be reverberating through Billy’s very bones.
“I missed you so much, Lurch, you have no idea!” You exclaim, surging forward to wrap your arms around Lurch’s waist.
Billy stares as Lurch smiles and pats your head. He figures this is about as weird as things will get. Clearly your parents have a lot of money, to afford a house like that and keep a butler around. They’re just a little eccentric, probably.
He soon realizes that that’s a severe understatement.
“Aha! There you are!”
Billy’s eyes are wide as something sharp whizzes past his head, narrowly missing him. It turns out to be a dart, and it hits the doorframe just beside Lurch. The thrower is, of course, your father—a short man in a pinstripe suit, a cigar clenched between his teeth and an absolutely wild look in his eyes that has Billy automatically fearing for his life.
“Father!” You run forward to meet him, hugging him tightly.
“Welcome home, welcome home!“ Gomez laughs, dropping his handful of remaining darts as he returns the hug. Then, he spots Billy, and he’s suddenly shaking his hand with a bone crushing grip and insisting that the two of you come into the parlor because Mamá is nearly finished preparing dinner and everyone had better eat quickly so they can catch the remainder of the thunder storm.
You’re ecstatic, and Billy is utterly shocked, because a house full of spiderwebs and exotic taxidermy is not something he’s experienced before. He’s pretty sure there’s a real mummy in the corner. He’s also pretty sure the bear rug roared at him.
“Oh, darling, look at you!” A woman in an extremely tight black dress says as she knits. Billy thinks he can hear disappointment in her voice when she adds “only five fingers on each hand…”
And at the mention of hand, one of them pops out of a box on a nearby table, and Billy nearly jumps out of his skin.
And that’s still not the strangest thing he’ll see in your house, by far. Because Cousin Itt is. And Uncle Fester is a close second.
Your grandmother is a real witch. Like, for real. He’s doing his best to be polite at dinner, but your little sister Wednesday keeps making comments about how much she thinks his organs would sell for and his first instinct is to shoot back like he would with Max. Your mother has to tell Pugsley that he can’t have live dynamite at the table, and he has to wait until after dinner to set it off. They have a pet lion named Kitty who eats the leftovers. And despite all the weirdness, it’s the best family dinner he’s ever experienced.
He goes outside in the rain with you even though it’ll mess up his hair. He totally sticks out, because your family all wear nothing but black and he’s in jeans and a red silk shirt, but your father spends way too long inspecting the weave of it and then declaring that he likes it, so Billy counts that as a win. The entire family likes him, he thinks, so he decides to stay for a while…because honestly, it’s not so bad at the Addams house.
Gomez teaches him how to fence and how to be a good boyfriend. He has hours worth of stories about how he wooed Morticia, even though Billy quickly learns that the real story was more about love at first sight and less about winning her hand in a fight to the death. Morticia teaches Billy about communication and also how to take care of plants, which he’s surprisingly good at (Cleopatra the African strangler takes a liking to him. He learns to appreciate the strangling.)
Uncle Fester…doesn’t really teach him anything, but he’s a fun guy to have around. He figures out what all of Thing’s hand gestures and signs mean, and learns that he’s actually a formidable arm wrestling opponent, despite not actually having an arm. Cousin Itt gets easier and easier to understand as the days go by. Mama uses him as a taste tester for meals, because “this boy’s surprisingly resilient! I coulda sworn breakfast would’ve killed him, but here he is!”
Wednesday warms up to him. Pugsley thinks he’s cool. They play games like wake the dead and Billy discovers that zombies do in fact exist, and he isn’t as surprised as he maybe should be.
When new, normal people come visit, Billy takes it upon himself to be one of the first ones they deal with, because they generally do better with him than Gomez, for some reason. Billy discovers that he never has to work a day in his life if he’s involved with your family, and that’s just an added bonus, because he really, really enjoys dating you, and he enjoys how relaxed your family is about him being your boyfriend. You even get to share a room.
He settles in so well that he nearly forgets about Hawkins entirely, and it’s pretty healing for him. The stuff in your life is weird as hell, but it’s a weird he can handle. And he knows now that if his father ever comes calling, he’s gonna have a LOT more than Billy to worry about.

⊹ ⋆゚꒰ఎ ♡ ໒꒱ ⋆゚⊹
I get caught red handed as the foreign, high-pitched sound of a message notification fills in the pause of a family discussion during dinner. I freeze, accepting my fate as the center of attention as we sit in dead silence. I always liked my solitude and the quiet, let alone words and things beginning with ‘dead’, but this one was making me nauseous, and not in a good way. This is where it ends. What a drag. The taste of my favorite dish or my father’s neverending stories of his years at Nevermore could not have made it up to the void I felt inside of me.
I slide my right hand into my pocket slowly and imperceptibly, disabling the sound of my phone. I see a familiar contact name as my phone screen lights up. Xavier. Of course it has to be him. Oh the place and time. Brushing off the brim of emotions that overwhelms me, I take the knife and the fork back in my shaky hands and force out a few words of explanation that my parents deserve.
“My apologies, perhaps bringing a phone to a family function wasn’t the best idea. Will note for next time” I end up murmuring indistinctly with a fake smile, looking down at my plate in humiliation. My eyes then anxiously wander across the room, examining my family’s faces. Everyone is eyeing me back in utter confusion. That, however, doesn’t stop my mom from engaging into the conversation furthermore, as she puts the napkin back on her lap.
“Y/n, darling,” she said softly. “Would you mind explaining how you happen to possess the soul-sucking electronic device of meaningless affirmation in the first place?”
The question was expected and I should’ve came prepared - no one in the house knew about Xavier’s thoughtful gift to me, except for Wednesday, of course. The alien and humbling feeling of excitement, mixed with admiration, has overfilled me to the point where confessing to my sister on the spot was inevitable. The timing was especially right, as next came the unsettling messages from our stalker that we’re yet to decode.
“It was a parting gift from my friend when I left Nevermore for this winter break” I clarify blandly, making eye contact with my mother. My train of thought, which was more a contemplation of my eventful life anyway, was cut off by a voice at the end of the table.
“Does the friend in question happen to be the handsome young man from that one time at the Nightshade library?” Uncle Fester asks frisky and somewhat mockingly, stuffing his mouth with salad.
I am in the beam of spotlight once again as the family is left on a cliffhanger. Hurts to admit, I overreacted. This is where it ends. My ego are pride are shattered in a million pieces. Who knew that the terrible loss of a subjective self-identity of a heartless, disastrous hellbound teenage girl would come so soon.
Hastily picking up the food on my plate with a fork, I utter the following in a grumbly indistinct manner, trying hard not to blush. “Yes, it was him.”
My parents meet each others gazes as they smile. They let me rest from the discussion for half a minute, murmuring sweet nothings to one another, and just when I begin to think my blaze of glory is finally over, my mom picks the conversation up again.
“So, mind telling us more about it? What is his name?”
“Xavier Thorpe.” Wednesday shot back before I was even able to respond. Perhaps the complete disgust of the ongoing discussion has pushed her to my rescue, hoping to end this nightmare as soon as possible.
My mother hums in approval and continues the love interest trivia, raising her brow. “He’s Vincent Thorpe’s son, isn’t he?”
“Wait, what?!” Pugsley says at the edge of his seat, excited from overhearing his favorite psychic’s name.
“Yes, yes he is. I am not sure as of where me and Xavier stand and I would appreciate it if you give me some time before we talk about this again” I let out a sigh as I finally say what’s been on my mind. “For now, excuse me, I have to go. Thank you for a wonderful meal.”
I get up and make my way upstairs, to find some peace and quiet in my bedroom. Laying on my back and staring at the ceiling in complete despair, I pull out the phone from my pocket after some time, checking the messages.
“Hey! I was thinking of asking you out for coffee, how does that sound?”
I am doomed. So doomed.

Wednesday {The show} x Male! Reader- pt.2
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
*Wednesday and Y/N are doing something absurdly dangerous*
Wednesday: I think Houdini did something like this once. Why, if I recall correctly, he was out of the hospital in no time.
Y/N 'This is the safest thing I've ever done' L/N: Well that's encouraging!
━━━━━━━━━▼━━━━━━━━━
Enid: Who thinks I can fit 15 marshmallows in my mouth?
Wednesday: You’re a hazard to society
Y/N: And a coward. DO TWENTY.
━━━━━━━━━▼━━━━━━━━━
Enid: I told Wednesday their ears flush when they lie.
Y/N: Why?
Enid: Look.
Enid: Hey Wednesday! Do you love us?
Wednesday, covering their ears: No.
Y/N:
━━━━━━━━━▼━━━━━━━━━
Enid: Come on, I wasn’t that drunk last night.
Y/N: You were flirting with Wednesday.
Enid: So what? She's my girlfriend.
Y/N: You asked her if she was single.
Enid:
━━━━━━━━━▼━━━━━━━━━
Wednesday, trying not to smile: And then you cried when I said I wasn't.
Enid: Let me show you a picture from last night that really upset me
Y/N: Okay, but in my defense, Wednesday bet me 50 cents I couldn’t drink all that shampoo.
Enid: That’s not what I wanted to- you drank SHAMPOO?!
━━━━━━━━━▼━━━━━━━━━
*Enid and Wednesday sitting in jail together*
Wednesday, Y/N's younger sister BY A mONtH: So who should we call?
Enid, younger sister by proxy: I’d call Y/N, but I feel safer in jail
━━━━━━━━━▼━━━━━━━━━
Enid, in a high voice, holding barbie: hey ken! I was thinking about going back to school and starting a career!
Wednesday, in a deep voice, holding ken: nonsense, barbie. you’re staying home and having my kids
Y/N, checking in on them: what the fuck are you guys doing?
Enid: playing systemic oppression
━━━━━━━━━▼━━━━━━━━━
Enid : But what about Wednesday? She is my SOULMATE!
Y/N: You said that about a ball of yarn once!
━━━━━━━━━▼━━━━━━━━━
Wednesday: I have locked Y/N in a cage designed by his own art. Oh, he has been well and truly hoist by his own petard.
Enid : Could you put it another way? I didn’t understand a word of that.
Wednesday: I’m blackmailing him.
Enid : Oh, happy days.
━━━━━━━━━▼━━━━━━━━━
Wednesday: What are you writing?
Y/N to Wednesday about their family house: The government wants to know what kind of weapons we have our house. I'm letting them know it's private information.
Enid, looking over Y/N's shoulder: This just says 'fuck around and find out' in calligraphy.
━━━━━━━━━▼━━━━━━━━━
Y/N: Sometimes I like to place my hands on someone’s cheeks, look into their eyes...
Y/N: ...And violently jerk their head until it snaps.
Enid : ...That took an unexpected turn.
Wednesday: So did their neck.

Addams reader who can see and communicate with the dead with the Yandere platonic spidervers. They would be similar to Wednesday and goes to nevermore high.
Oooo yes! I like the idea that they work with Therapist Spiderman so they can at least tell the spider people their dead canon event person’s words. Miguel often sees them and therapist spiderman drinking coffee mixed with alcohol because god their both annoyed. The spider people love you but god damn are you scary, now your school on the other hand….you are with Pavitr (for this Addams!Reader will have Pavitr as their Enid bc it fits) and you two are roommate so he gets the most time.
People definitely know their has to be something going on with you two as you two act like a couple time to time but also Pavitr follows you like a loss puppy. The Addams or your family LOVE Pavitr or your parents do while your siblings tolerate him, Wednesday can relate to you the most with Enid.
Has Pavitr threatened people who flirt with you?….yes on many occasions and he doesn’t plan on stopping. Has Pavitr ‘jokingly’ said you two are dating? Yes..he isn’t joking. Pavitr is obsessed and his Home Screen is your picture, his gallery has pictures of you, and he draws you a lot. He’s so obsessed man.
I love this concept Anon! Please do tell me more about it!

Ange De La Morte Preview
eddie munson x addams!reader
short snippit of one of my WIPs
warnings: none
it was your first day at hawkins high. stalking the corridors to your locker, you felt countless eyes on you analysing you like scientists waiting for a chemical reaction. your peers parted as you trekked through the halls, hastily moving as if you were contagious. even the passing teachers seemed nervous to approach you.
needless to say you were underwhelmed.
you were used to the stares certainly, as they were guaranteed to accompany an addams wherever they went. you were disappointed though, since you had heard some horror stories of the supernatural and odd occurrences that were rumored to have taken place in the small indiana town. so far it seemed to be just that- rumors. rumors made up to scare kids into behaving or they'd taking away by the big, bad boogie man. and judging from the stares, you were those scary stores manifest.
as you opened your locker, resigning to another mundane year of boring people you would never understand or care about, you collected your necessities for your next class: textbook, notebook, pens, fire ants, highlighters. the necessities.
you were about to close your locker when you spotted him behind you in your locker mirror left behind by the last occupant.
the first thing that caught your eyes was a head of dark curly hair before you noticed the smile underneath his bangs. his laugh as he spoke to his friends reached your ears as you bit your lip. the laugh was insanely loud, high pitched, and utterly obnoxious. you loved it.
you closed your locker before he caught you starring. by the time your sorted out your bookbag and turned around he was gone; much to your disappointment.
walking into your first class only to see him in front of the only open seat in the room brought a smile to your lips. you mentally sent a quick thank you to grandmama, who'd told you she would make sure the ancestors would make this your year. it certainly was starting out to be.
the boy turned around as you took your seat, openly gawking at you and you couldn't help but smirk at his reaction to you. you raised an eyebrow and he quickly looked away and cleared his throat.
your teacher started speaking before the boy had a chance to explain himself. the man announced your arrival to the class- a new student who'd just transferred from new jersey. he motioned for you to join him at the front of the classroom to introduce yourself, which you had no intention of doing. "no thank you."
"i'm sorry?"
you looked back up at your teacher from the book you had brought to class, 'a clutch of vampires.' a gift from your mother as a reward for your grades from the previous year.
"i said 'no.' thank you though." you didn't notice the stares of your classmates or the slack jawed surprise written on your teacher - mr caldwell's face. you did however feel the gaze of the boy in front of you, looking back into his dark eyes only to be met with a mischievous, downright devious grin that gave you butterflies.

Addams & Abbotts 😈 | Rhett Abbott x Addams!OC — crossover AU
Tumblr media
Rhett Abbott masterlist
Characters & Pairings: Rhett Abbott x Persephone Addams!OC (romantic), Wednesday Addams (Wednesday version), Amy Abbott, Desdemona Addams, Maria Olivares.
Content Warnings: profanity, dark humor, mentions of torture | Female!OC (she/her) | wc: 2.2k
Premise: After months of being together, one would think the stares and flabbergasted expressions of the town folk would settle down whenever the Addams & Abbotts were out. But it still came as a surprise. And for one person in particular, she wasn’t expecting to come face to face with the person of her nightmares when trying to shoot her shot with her ex.
Note: so sorry it has taken me this long to post this update! Thank you all for your patience if you’ve been waiting and I hope you enjoy it! I know it’s shorter compared to the others I’ve posted but the next one is going to follow episode 1 of Wednesday!
——————————
“Oh fuck,” were the first words out of Rhett’s mouth when he glanced out the window for a breif second, coffee mug in his hand nearly falling from his grip.
“What is it,” Amy asked with a mouthful of food, turning to see what he was looking at before her own groan sounded. “This is gonna be interesting.” The cowboy gave his niece a look causing her to shrug and continue to eat.
They were currently at the diner for a quick lunch after running errands all day. But it wasn’t just them together, in the bathroom was Persephone, Desdemona, and Wednesday. It was a nice Saturday afternoon with the group depositing the monthly profits from the stores, shopping for school supplies for Amy and Wednesday, and picking up things for their families.
At no point did they expect Maria to waltz into town.
She was with a friend and it appeared they were heading right for the entrance of the restaurant. “Don’t say anything,” Rhett pointed a finger, when he heard the bell above the door ring, “and don’t make eye contact.”
“You ain’t gotta tell me twice.”
They continued to eat their food, not paying attention to their surroundings as they waited for the others to return. Mona had been getting fussy so Percy went to change her diaper and freshen up, Wednesday tagging along to assist since sometimes tending to little Mona was a team effort. Rhett prayed they'd be getting back at any second because the last thing he needed was to deal with his ex.
Speaking of the devil….
“Rhett?” Fuckin’ great.
Gulping the coffee in his mouth with a light grimace, Rhett looked up to see Maria staring back at him. There was surprise in her gaze, obviously not expecting to see him. “It is you.”
“Hello, Maria,” he nodded, going back to his eggs. Amy made a face, turning away as to not let Maria see her amused expression.
“Wow, it’s good to see you,” she tried to smile. “You look good.”
“Thanks,” he didn’t compliment her back, and her reaction confirmed she expected he would. “Didn’t expect you to be back in town.”
“I’m just visiting for the week. I’ll be heading out Sunday.”
Was she trying to hint something? Probably. The way she was looking at him gave off the sense she was hoping he’d ask her out. Amy made a face, viewing Maria’s demeanor as a pathetic attempt.
Rhett just nodded, “Well best you get back to your friend. It looks like she’s waitin’ for ya,” he pointed the fork briefly to the direction her friend was seated at. He expected to hear her walk away, but when she remained standing Rhett tilted his head at her. “What is it, Maria?”
“Can…” she hesitates, brushing a piece of hair behind her ear. “You wanna maybe grab a drink later? Or after the rodeo this weekend if you’re available.”
He couldn’t believe what she was asking. Was she really serious? She ended things with him after he left everything behind to be with her. Now she wants a second chance and is acting like nothing happened.
Amy cut him off before he could even say a word, “I don’t think his girlfriend would like that.” The look on Maria’s face would’ve sent Rhett laughing, but instead he just shrugs when she looks at him for confirmation.
“She’s right. My girl wouldn’t like that at all.”
“Your girl?” Maria repeated, stunned by the revelation. “You’ve got a girlfriend?”
A different voice answered her, one that sent chills along her arms. “You’re damn right he does.”
The voice was much older than in high school, but still possessed the haunting tone it was known for. It almost made Maria not want to turn. For she knew the onyx colored eyes would be staring back at her. Still, she couldn’t help but wonder if it really was Persephone Addams.
Turns out she wasn’t alone. Beside her, with the same blank expression with subtle hits of fury, was Wednesday Addams. And in Persephone’s arms was a baby girl who was the spitting image of the woman. If Maria’s eyes were playing tricks on her, it looked like the baby was glaring too.
“Maria,” Percy’s voice was monotone. “What a surprise to see you….here of all places.”
It took a moment for Maria to find the words. Their stares were what you’d see in horror movies. Wednesday appeared as though she was lighting Maria on fire where she stood. It was unsettling.
“Persephone,” she finally said the name after so many years. “The same could be said for you I guess. I didn’t know you were back in town.” A sound emitted from Percy, likely a scoff.
“Oh I’ve been back for a while,” Mona was passed to Rhett, the cowboy placing her in his lap to distract her from the tension rising between the two women. Persephone could imagine what her nemesis was thinking, “Am I missing something?” “Is that their daughter?” “Why are they having lunch with her sister and his niece?”
“Have you?” Maria was genuinely curious to know. At no point did it come to her attention that Persephone was also in Wabang. While she noticed the new antique and book stores, she just assumed it was one of the many businesses the Addams family owned.
“Over a year. Going on two this coming spring,” placing a manicured hand on Rhett’s shoulder, feeling Maria’s eyes shoot to the gesture, Persephone lightly squeezed, “Right, darling? I believe it’s been that long.”
“You know I ain’t good at keeping track of time, baby,” Percy noticed Maria react to the pet name. A mix of defeat and envy. “But it sounds about right.”
Addams and Abbotts. Abbotts and Addams. There was a combination no one was expecting.
Cutting in, Maria asks, “how long have you two….been a thing?”
“I believe dating or in a relationship is the appropriate term,” Percy turns back to her. “And almost a year.”
“Wow,” Maria exhaled, lips tightening. “I didn’t expect you two would…..” Smirking, Persephone starts to nod her head.
“Go on. Say what you’re thinking.”
“I-I shouldn’t—.”
“Why not?” She tilts her head, encouraging Maria to free the words from her lips that she so desperately wants to say. “It’s never stopped you before.”
“That was a long time ago,” Maria’s eyes narrowed, “I’m not like that anymore.” She received a scoff.
“Oh, that’s so wonderful to hear. Don’t you think, Rhett? Maria is all grown up,” the condescending tone in Percy’s voice was making the anger rise in Maria. Bringing delight to the oldest Addams. “But….you obviously were thinking it, Maria. You can’t help but want to know how Rhett Abbott and Persephone Addams became what you call ‘a thing.’”
Rhett thought about stepping in. Only because people were starting to watch the scene unfold. But he learned a long time ago that when Persephone Addams needed to say something she was going to say it.
And this bout with Maria was ten years in the making.
Holding her chin high, as though it would really do anything, Maria paid a glance to the cowboy and baby girl in his lap. “Well if you want honesty, then I’ll give it to you. I think you two hooked up in drunkenly Rhett Abbott fashion and he knocked you up. So, it only makes sense he’s with you because you two have a child together.”
Silence followed, so thick it could cut through wood. Rhett placed his coffee mug down slowly, glancing to see what his girlfriend would do. One look between Wednesday and Persephone and, to Maria’s surprise, the two sisters burst into laughter—an unsettling sight since Wednesday Addams never laughed in public before. A sigh of relief left Rhett, rolling his eyes at his ex who just stood stunned.
“What the fuck is so funny?”
“Oh, Maria?” Persephone wiped her eyes, “It amazes me you actually got a job as a bank teller when you have no idea how to do math. It was always your weak spot in school considering you paid Jason Barker to do your homework.”
Seeing the confusion, Persephone broke it down for her. “Maria, my daughter is just shy of her second birthday. I told you I returned to Wabang just over a year ago and that Rhett and I have been together for almost a year. So, please explain to me how the math adds up?” She didn’t allow Maria to answer. “That’s right, it doesn’t. Rhett is not her biological father, but he treats her like she’s his own.”
“I can see you are already questioning what happened to the child’s father,” Wednesday voices. “I can assure you he’s occupied at the moment. Life in prison keeps his days busy.”
Maria was flabbergasted. “Wha—?”
“He didn’t do anything…but I made it sure it looked like he did.”
That made a choked sound leave Maria, waiting to see if Wednesday would admit she was fucking with her.
But Wednesday Addams never fucked around. It’s other people who do and they find out the consequences.
Persephone narrows her eyes slightly, “How disrespectful of you, Maria, to assume Rhett and I are only together because of a child conceived from a one night stand—and even if that were the case, who’s to say nothing real could’ve come from that? For some people, it does happen to them.” She takes a step closer, causing Maria to take one back. “Clearly don’t know the type of man he is now. And you sure as hell don’t know me. But you seem to have stayed the same—despite you believing the opposite.”
By now Maria was red as a tomato from the heat in her, “who the hell do you think you are to judge me? I highly doubt you’ve changed since high school, Persephone. The only thing that’s changed is you got a kid—who I wouldn’t be surprised if the father ran off because he realized what a psycho you are.” If the words were affecting Percy, she wasn’t showing it. Instead she just remained smirking, nodding as Maria continued to rant. “Still the same gothic freakshow who obviously manipulated Rhett into feeling sorry for you—.”
The slapping of Rhett’s hand on the table made Maria and Amy flinch, neither of the Addams girls reacting as Rhett passed Mona to his niece to stand by Persephone.
“That’s enough,” his voice was heard. “You’re ain’t gonna insult my girlfriend or insinuate shit about me to make yourself feel better. After everything you’ve done—high school to now, you’ve no right to come in here and act all high and mighty,” Rhett watched her flinch, face consorting into a frown. “You’ve got no place here. Best if you leave now while you can, Maria. Otherwise…” he trailed, bidding a glance to the Addams sisters, “you know what, I’ll let them warn you.”
“Warn me?” The way he said it sounded more like a threat than a warning.
“Well actually,” Percy hums, a menacing smile taking over. One Maria was already dreading to find out what it meant. “I already did what I wanted to do a long time ago. You remember, Maria?” The color drained from Maria, a paleness replacing.
She was referring to the incident in high school. Where Percy dropped a black widow spider on her face and sent her to the ER…..and therapy. The shitshow that followed had Maria wish she could erase it from her memory. Only good thing that came out of it was Percy leaving Wabang, but not because she was forced to, but because she wanted to. They couldn’t press charges or expel her without issuing the same on Maria.
Seeing the memory replay in Maria’s head, Percy’s grin grew wider. “But Wednesday’s been planning her bit for years. And now that you’re back she can finally put it in motion! How exciting, sister! I know you’ve been waiting years for this.” A childlike clap makes Maria flinch once more, staring at Percy like she was crazy.
“I have been looking forward to using the new blow torch father got me for Christmas,” Wednesday confirmed, never straying her gaze from Maria.
Within seconds the woman was out the door, her friend that was waiting chasing after her, but not before shooting a glance at the group. Persephone gave a sigh of victory, “I knew that would work.” Turning to Rhett, she placed a kiss to the corner of his mouth, “Thank you for standing up for me, darling.”
“I know you can handle anything on your own, Percy. But I’ll be damned if I let her call you those names. No one will ever say that to you again—especially her.”
Wednesday appeared disappointed, “I didn’t even get the chance to mention about the rats I’m training to use as a torture method. Maybe I will get the chance next time.”
At the mentions of rats, Rhett and Percy turned to each other, both thinking the same thing. “Well if that ain’t fucking poetic.”
Leaving the tip, Rhett gathered Mona in his arms, taking Percy’s hand in his free one and followed Wednesday and Amy out the diner. People stared, especially the ones familiar with the stories between the couple and Maria.
It seems history was about to repeat itself. There was always something going on whenever the Abbotts and Addams hit the streets of town. First a drifter ends up in a hospital, and then buckle bunnies are coming down with food poisoning. Now throw in an old nemesis/ex and things were bound to get crazy soon enough.
After all, revenge was a dish best served cold.

When you started at Nevermore with your sister, everyone was always curious about you. Wondering why you weren’t named after a day of the week, if you were just as crazy as the rumors they heard about Wednesday.
Though growing up together, you couldn’t lie and say that you weren’t ‘weird’, you were just like Wednesday, always curious, your murderous tendencies, but you just had a better grip on your emotions.
You met Ajax your first day, when Enid was giving you a tour along with Wednesday. Watching as he came up to Enid, gossiping about Wednesday and seeing how his face morphed into shock with a little of embarrassment when he saw the two of you right next to Enid.
With the small population of Nevermore, you had almost all your classes with Ajax. You were noisy, wanting to know what he was hiding under his beanie.
“Snakes.” He was infatuated with you, the minute he met you. Next to Wednesday, you looked so different, and he wanted to get to know you more. “Keep them hidden so I don’t stone anyone.”
Your mother told you about the nightshades, though it was supposed to be hidden, she wanted one of her daughters to know about it. And as much as you didn’t want to talk to her, you just sat in front of the crystal ball letting her go on and on about whatever she talked about.
Your mother told you about the nightshades, though it was supposed to be hidden, she wanted one of her daughters to know about it. And as much as you didn’t want to talk to her, you just sat in front of the crystal ball letting her go on and on about whatever she talked about.
“You are looking ghastly.” You just rolled your eyes at her, picking your hand over the ball seeing your picture fade away.
“She needs someone to talk to.” Something you learned as the two of you got older, you were more sensitive to your emotions and others.
As the weeks passed at Nevermore, the students were wary of the two of you, but Wednesday couldn’t care, since the first day, she expressed that she wasn’t looking to be friends with anyone, and that she’d find a way to leave Nevermore.
“So,” You turned to look at Ajax, “Are you going to the Rave’N this weekend?”
You just nodded your head, before turning to your work.
“Oh,” Hearing his voice slightly going up an octave, “Would you maybe want to go together?”
Freezing, you turned to look at him, slowly blinking at him. Ajax was nice, and remembered Enid gushing about how much he had a crush on you, saying how much the two of you would be perfect for each other.
Ajax was just as nervous as you, you still hadn’t said anything to him and he just deflated about to ramble out excuses and apologies.
“Yes.” You spoke, your voice wavering, “Yes, t-that would be nice.”
It seemed forced out of you, but he could see in your eyes that it was genuine.
You could barely focus for the rest of class, it felt weird. There was something in your stomach, you felt flush whenever you looked at Ajax.
The gossip she is, it wasn’t hard for Enid to find out that Ajax asked you, bombarding you with questions, already describing the dress you were going to wear.
Letting her take you around Jericho, you entrusted her with picking your dress because you knew you couldn’t, Enid saying you lacked a sense of fashion, needing more color in your wardrobe.
“Try this.” Enid shoved another dress in your hands. Going back into the dressing room, you slipped on the dress, zipping it as far as you could. Looking back up in the mirror, you finally got a better look at it.
“I think I like it.” You sounded rather confused, looking at Enid who was just jumping for joy, exclaiming about how good you looked.
“This is it!” She expressed, “You have to get it, you know what I’ll get it for you.”
You followed the bright girl up to counter and back out to Jericho. The shuttle back, Enid couldn’t help but express how beautiful you were gonna be and how that you were going to be the best looking person out there.
-
“Is it bad?” You frowned looked at Ajax seeing how his mouth was gaped open since the moment you opened the door.
“No!” He shook his head rapidly, denying, “no, you look gorgeous.”
Hearing Enid squeal behind you, you turned to see her holding Wednesday’s camera, capturing a picture of the two of you.
“I’m gonna keep this for your wedding day!” She smiled, “And when I do my maid of honor speech, I’ll tell everyone all about today.”
Ajax could sense how creeped out you were getting, more than usual, offering you his hand, guiding you down to the Rave’N.
“Ajax, Y/n, what a beautiful couple!” Ms. Thornhill smiled at the two of you. Since Wednesday brought you into her grand scheme, you were wary about Ms. Thornhill.
“Thanks.” Ajax beamed at her. Just giving her a tight lip smile, you let Ajax guide you into the auditorium. Enid and Wednesday were already there, your sister staring at you while her eyes flickered over towards Ajax, while Enid is smiling brightly giving you two thumbs up.
You could sense that Ajax was hesitant on asking you anything most of the night, and you were also in the same boat, it was your first time going out with someone in that type of capacity.
“Would you-” You started, choking on your own words, Ajax just simply stayed quiet letting you finish your sentence, “Would you like to dance with me?”
“Yeah.” He smiled, letting you guide the two of you towards your group of friends who were already dancing, everyone forming their own circle while Enid and Wednesday stood a little farther out.
Awkwardly you watched as everyone started to dance and jump to the music, while you were barely moving your shoulders.
“Relax.” Ajax whispered in your ear, “Just relax and be yourself.”
It seemed to help you loosen up a bit, Ajax watching you start to dance. It was odd, but he liked how it complimented you so well.
Throughout the rest of the night you were able to loosen up, your hands in Ajax’s as the two of you danced together.
And for a split second, it felt like time stopped. As you still danced, from above, the pips started to leak, red splattering everywhere.
You didn’t notice it at first, but when you saw how Ajax’s red beanie continued to be covered you it really set in.
As the music continued, everyone was screaming, starting to panic, trying to hide from it. Ajax tried to get you to go with him, but seeing you smile, something he had never seen, and you still were dancing.
In the midst of all the chaos and panic, Ajax thought you looked beautiful.
“Dude, let’s go.” Xavier grabbed his shoulder, trying to get him out of the dance.
“I can’t man, I can’t leave Y/n here.” He looked back at you, seeing you with your sister now, the two of you continuing to dance. “And tell me you’d leave if Wednesday was still here.”
“Whatever man.”
Ajax watched as Xavier left, now starting to come get you.
“C’mon,” He grabbed your hand, “Let’s get you cleaned up.”
Sighing, you left your sister who was already starting to go on her own path, letting Ajax bring you back to his room.
Ridding yourself of your dress, Ajax lended you a clean pair of clothes, while he started to clean out the rest of the paint that was still on your skin.
“I uh had a lot of fun tonight.” You whispered, watching him move the wipe down your arm. “Though the paint was underwhelming, I wish it was blood.”
Ajax just slowly nodded remembering how similar you were to your sister in some traits. Sliding his hand down your arm to grasp yours, he looked up at you smiling.
“Yeah totally.” He smiled. “Maybe we can do it again, maybe without the paint.”
“I don’t think there’s another dance?” You cocked your head.
Ajax sighed softly seeing how you didn’t understand his proposition.
“Oh, I meant like a date, maybe coffee, a movie, just the two of us?”
“Yes.” You nodded slowly, feeling that nervous thing in your stomach once again, “Ajax, why does my stomach feel weird whenever I’m around you?”
“It’s butterflies.” His smile was infectious, seeing the corners of your mouth slowly curl upward.
“Butterflies.”

Roommates Pt. 2
Tumblr media
Rooming with another person was hard for you. You were an only child and were not socialized very well but you were excited to room with someone other than the few ghost and dream figured that came into your room.
Your fathers tried their best but you were always blunt when you were younger and still were but you knew you’d work on it. But you scared the first roommate so badly you honestly thought you’d killed him.
Addams are different. You are destined to take pride in the occult, the spooky and the supernatural and that being what you knew and what you came from: you made a gift basket full of thing you enjoyed. The poor siren boy promptly screamed, fainted and fell to the floor when you flicked the light in and shoved it in his arms. It was humiliating to go get the Dorm Father and show him your passed out roomie.
You had come to the conclusion that you would probably never be given another roommate. But then there was a knock, you looked up from your bed.
“Come in! It’s open.”
You watched as a new boy, luggage, duffel bag and back pack on his form.
“Uh… this is dorm room seven C?”
“Yes?”
“Oh cool cool. I guess I am your new roommate.”
The boy shyly pulled out a piece of paper. You got up from your bed and walked to him. You took it from him.
“You lasted longer than the last one.” You said, voice flat.
“Wha?”
“Do you know why I didn’t have one before? Didn’t you think it weird that mine was open?”
“Nah,” he said, walking to the empty bed and sitting his bags down, “I just showed up where they wanted me.”
You were a little surprised, an odd smile came to your face, “The last one fainted when I gave him the gift I made.”
“You gave them a gift?”
“Yeah… should have maybe got to know them better.”
The boy looked at you, then back down, “Well… I’m Ajax. Ajax Petropolus.”
You told him your name, extending a hand. He laughed a little bit.
“I thought handshaking was like a thing old people did.”
You raised your eyebrow.
You and Ajax made a promise to always spend Saturday morning cleaning up the room, which you had gotten a start on. You piled up your laundry that you’d take to the laundry room and wash. You began dusting when he woke up. “Eyes.”
You immediately shut your eyes, “So, sleep well?”
“Dude, I had the craziest dream.”
“About?”
“Everything was completely normal. Like normie Normal. We were just normal kids dude. No powers, no nothing.”
“Weird.”
“Crazy. Okay, you can open them.”
You opened your eyes and saw him standing beside the mirror, rubbing sleep from his eyes. You smiled. You knew you liked him but he was oblivious. Which you decided to seek consul for after you finished cleaning. You were surprised she was still attending Nevermore after what she did on Out Reach Day but she was someone who was honest, even to a fault.
“Why do you feel the need to confine yourself in a relationship?” Wednesday asked as she pulled the bow across the cello neck, slowly tuning the new string she’d put on.
“Because I like him.” You said, gently polishing your flute.
“Why do you like him? He is a plain teenage boy who you could easily find another of.”
You sighed, “Because he is him.”
“Do you enjoy confusing me with your needless want of affection, validation and companionship. You are like a dog.”
You chuckled, “Do you enjoy infringing on my chance of youth with your lifeline of dull, bitter and twisted demeanor? You’re like a pit of nothingness.”
She looked at you, “While I can never truly understand why you find necessity in this, it’s a disservice to you to let you go at this alone.”
“Alright! Partners in crime! What’s the plan, Day?”
“Quiet. And I will ask Enid for advice. And I will get Thing to look into his conversation.”
“Make sure he isn’t seen. Or heard.” You said.
Suddenly the dorm door flung open, Enid standing there.
“Hello Enid.” Wednesday said, not looking up.
“Wednesday! I need your advice on my outfit for my date and you,” the blonde pointed at you. “What does Ajax like? Favorite color? What kind of outfits?”
“Why?” You asked, already having a suspicion that slowly made your heart crack.
“Because I am going on a date with him! Isn’t it exciting! I liked him for so long.” She said, grinning widely.
You felt your heart shatter as you plastered on a smile and turned to Wednesday, her eyes barely softening. That’s why she disapproved. She knew.
You looked back at Enid. “He really likes hats. Beanies, that kinda style. Wear the beret! It’s cute on you. Oh shit,” you looked at your phone, “I gotta be getting back. Good luck, Enid!”
You stood up and walked out of the room. You were trying to breathe and stay calm. You just needed to make it to your room but Ajax would be there getting ready.
You turned the corner and walked down the stairs to the only other thing that gave you comfort in this school: the Edgar Allan Poe statue. You tucked yourself between his pedestal and the stone wall. You just sobbed. Soft cries turned to loud heaving, tears streamed down your face and you bit into your shirt sleeve to prevent yourself from making more noise but it was too late.
“Hey…”
You flung open your eyes, there he stood. Fucking Xavier. You pried yourself out of your place and stood up, looking through him.
“What do you want?”
He sighed, “I just heard you and got worried…”
“Oh please, misery loves company. So which one is it this go around? Wednesday? Bianca? Daddy dearest?”
He rolled his eyes, “God, you’re so…”
“So?”
“Goddamn defensive! Like what the hell did I actually do to you? “
You chuckled, “Oh you’re dense! Think with me, would you accept comfort from the boy who mocked you? Would you be nice to the guy who told everybody who he was before he was ready? Would you?”
Xavier looked at you, “I didn’t mean to do that to you. I know it was wron-“
“Shut the hell up! Shut up! Shut up! Go away! I don’t need you, you prick!” You screamed at him.
“You shut up! I am trying to make things better!”
“I don’t owe you the chance! Stop! Stop trying to! I don’t want to be around you!”
You were crying harder now, you wiped your eyes and hung your head. You felt a pull and then you felt him hug you.
“Let. Go.”
“No.”
You felt yourself slowly breaking, you felt yourself go limp and then you hugged back. You sobbed into his shoulder.
“Damn you, Thorpe.”
“Addams. Shut up.”
You were in your dorm, staring out the window. You glanced at the clock, he’d be back in a few minutes. Maybe. You sighed. Of course he liked her, he was always talking about her and you had no idea what had gotten into you that you thought he’d ever like you.
You got up from bed and walked to your full length mirror. You stared at yourself, glowing eyes looking back. You only liked your eyes since they looked like your Dads: normal in the day but they glowed gold in the night. Everything else, you hated.
You gently touched your face. You looked to the few pimples that had appeared.
You looked at your mouth: chapped lips and your teeth never seemed to be as white or as straight as other peoples.
You looked at your hands, constantly dry and cracking from the sand.
You looked at yourself fully, you felt like a disaster was staring back. You began to cry. No wonder he didn’t like you.
You had an insufferable attitude, you were hideous, you weren’t funny and you had nothing interesting about you.
You were standing there when the door opened, you looked and saw Ajax. He didn’t look as if he’d just been on a date. You were confused.
“Hey? Did you and Eni-“
He just walked in and shut the door. You walked to him and turned on the light, showed the fact that he’d been crying.
“Oh… what happened?”
“Well… I went on the date. But I realized something half way through. And I went to the bathroom and my beanie fell off and I… I stoned myself.”
You gave him a small smile. “Well, what did you realize? I mean to leave a date early.”
“Well she also realized something. Uh, Enid really likes Wednesday… she just felt as if she could make her jealous but like, I get it.”
You felt a dab of anger, that was really rude of her but if he’d already let it go, you didn’t see a reason to go on a man hunt.
Ajax walked to his bed and sat down, “Could you sit down? I kinda need to tell you something.”
“Yea, sure.” You grew worried as you sat down beside him, “what is it man?”
“Well… I kissed her.”
You stared at him, “And?”
“I- Please promise you won’t get mad?”
You looped your arm around him, “I could never get mad at you dude.”
Ajax stared at you, “O-okay. I kissed her and I… I thought about you.”
You froze and stared at him, he stared back. You choked on your words a bit. “Uh, Ajax… Dude, I-“
“You don’t have to like me back, I just didn’t know if I should tell you or not, ya know I jus-“
You gently pulled him into a kiss. “You ramble a lot.” You gently whispered as you pulled away.
You both sat there in silence for a moment. He was the one to break the silence, “So you like me back?”
You burst out laughing, “Well no shit!”
He laughed too, he stood up, “Hey, I’m going to change into pajamas. So, close your eyes.”
You contained your laughter and slowly closed them. You felt a kiss to your forehead and you grinned. Ajax got changed quickly and then turned to you.
“Uh… I got a question… um, so if we like cuddle, how are you going to not open your eyes?”
Valid question. You thought for a moment, “Hey, in the top drawer of my nightstand, there’s a sleep mask.”
Ajax walked to your nightstand and opened the drawer and dug around until he found it. He got it and handed it to you. He slowly stepped out of you line of sight. “Open.”
You opened your eyes and quickly put on the eye mask, adjusted it and looked up. “Alright. Stand in front of me, let’s see if this works.”
“And if it doesn’t?”
“Cement is a okay cuddler.” You joked.
He chuckled, “Okay, okay, here we go.” He stepped in front of you, eyes open.
You yelled “Ahh! No! Stone! I been turned to stone!”
He scoffed, “Not funny.” He said.
You laid down and he laid beside you, you slowly interlocked your hands. Silence falling between the two of you. You decided to lay on your side and Ajax looped his arm around you. You both readjusted your hands and you felt something move, it gently touched and moved along your hairline.
“Uh, Ajax?”
“Sorry, that’s Trevor.”
“Trevor?”
“Yeah,” Ajax’s hand moved to get ‘Trevor’ away, “I named my snakes.”
“That’s cute. What are all of their names?”
Ajax grinned to himself, “Well there’s Trevor, Gwen, Eric, Fabio, Patrick…”
As he talked, Trevor moved back to your hair line, gently giving what you guessed were snake kisses. You slowly fell asleep to the sound of his voice.
Ajax stopped when he noticed sand coming from your hair and circling around your head, like a halo. He watched as tiny figures danced around the ring. He smiled: So that’s what your dreams look like. Temptation got the best of him as he lifted his free hand to touch the sand. It slowly ran down his arm and he felt extremely sleepy and he was out like a light within seconds.
Snakes and Sand. Alliteration.

The Thorpe Dilemma #2
Tumblr media
"I can't believe I got Y/n Addams to confess that they have a thing for Xavier Thorpe!" Enid squealed.
"And I can't believe that I believed you when you said you wouldn't annoy me about it. You're taking my tolerance of your presence for granted Enid."
"I warned you of this cousin." Wednesday said.
"I regret not heeding it. From now, I solemnly swear to trust your judgement no matter how violent."
That made Wednesday lips turn up for a second before she returned to writing her novel.
"I've already thought of a ship name." Enid said pick up her phone. "Don't you you dare make a hashtag out of this Sinclaire." You say snatching her phone away from her.
You hold it out of her reach. "Hey!" Says Enid trying to take it back from you.
"'ll be taking your leave now dear cousin." You do a dramatic hand gesture and hand Enid back here a phone. "I have a crypt to find.".
Xavier was in his shed painting the monster he saw in his dreams. It made him paranoid. He felt like he was always being watched. It wasn't the monster that was watching him.
You were roaming around the woods in search of the crypt with Thing by your side. Yes you knew that your aunt and uncle asked Thing to watch over you and your cousin.
Wednesday threatened to lock him in a drawer. You offered to let him stay with you since you lacked a roomate.
"Thing, get off my shoulder. I don't care that walking on the ground will ruin your princess manicure!". The shed came into your view before you could throw Thing off.
"Someone is in that shed" You saw walking up to the window. You spot Xavier painting and scoff.
"Why is it that I always end up coming across my dilemma while trying to avoid it." You duck down before he can spot you, waiting for him to turn around and then you begin walking away.
He hears Thing thump to the ground as you turn around suddenly and mistakes it for footsteps. He comes outside brandishing his paint brush like a weapon, searching for the source of the sound.
He looks behind his shed and spots your very recognisable form (due to all his staring in class) walking away from it. "Hi Y/n" He calls out to your grinning.
He can swear he hears you mumble "This is all your fault." before you turn around greeting him with a curt nod and begin waking off. "Wait up!" He says trying to catch up to you. You stop to let him.
"What are you doing out here?" He asks looking a little confused. "I could ask you the same". " Weems let me take this shed for my art and stuff". You glare at the ground bewildering him. Then he sees Thing.
"Is that a severed hand?" He asks disturbed and confused at the same time. "Yes, a living one" you respond smirking.
"That's hot" he thinks staring at your lips.
"This is Thing Addams." You say, "We're related.... somehow".
You continue heading into the forest. "You still haven't answered my question. What are you doing out here?"He asks again. "I'm looking for a crypt" you respond hopefully that you said it eerily enough to make him want to leave.
When you turn to look for his reaction you are disappointed to find no trace of terror. "Why" he asks.
"It's the only place on campus with a dead body in it. Frankly it's the only interesting place." That did scare him a bit.
"I know where it is. I could help you find it." Xavier says with a hopefull tone. "Lead the way" you say gesturing infront of you.
He obliges a little hesitantly. Your raise your eyebrows as he turns around to look at you "Is there something you want to ask me?".
"What abilities do you have? I mean why are you here?". "I'm not sure if I have any abilities. As for the reason I am here, it's because of my destructive tendencies". "Like what?" He asks amused.
"Don't act as if you don't read Enid incoherent blog." You scoff. He chuckles
"Did you and Wednesday really leave piranhas in the school's swimming pool." He asks slowing down to walk next to you.
"Depends." You ask "On what?" "On whether you'll like the answer." You say smiling. The both of are suprised at your words.
"Was that a weird way of flirting with him?!?!?" You think, your smile dropping. You look away from him and keep walking forward.
"You look really pretty when you smile. You should do it more often." He says.
You continue to avoid looking at him confused at your own actions and the way you felt when he complimented you.
That's when you see the footprint. "Hey Xavier, werewolf prints don't look like that right? He looks down "No."
You take out your camera and click a photo of it. "Do you always carry a camera with you?". "It's safer this way."
"Look claw marks" He points at a tree nearby. You go forward to touch it and suddenly a silver sort of aura appears around you.
You close your eyes and see a monsters hand with very sharp claws scratching the tree. "Y/n" Xavier asks worried.
You fall the ground and your eyes open slightly to see Xavier. Then you see a vision of Xavier painting the tree with claw marks.
You gain more control of your movement and begin walking around his shed. And see it is filled with painting of a monster.
There is a painting covered with tarp the only part of it that is visible is a hand holding a pencil and wearing a ring that your father gave you. You go forward to uncover it and then you disconnect from the vision and pass out.
-------------------------------------------------------
When you open your eyes you find yourself in the hospital wing. You look around to find Wednesday standing next to you along with Enid.
"They're awake!" Enid says excitedly. "I can see that Enid. I suggest you stop shouting or you'll give them a migraine." You're sort of relieved to not see Xavier there, not wanting to speak with him after what you said.
"Why am I here?" You say." Xavier said you passed out and fell to the ground. No concussion unfortunately. It would have been entertaining to see you lose your mind." Wednesday says making you laugh slightly. You feel a hand squeezing yours gently.
"Hello Thing" you greet. "Thing also mentioned that there was this kind of silver mist around you when you touched a tree or something. He refused to give more details. I didn't know you could do magic".
"Neither did I" you respond. You sit up slightly letting go of Thing. "It seems that I have also begun seeing visions dear cousin."

honestly i need to see max or neil’s reaction to billy basically running away to live with his goth gf’s “weird” family. the whole billy x addams!reader thing is just so interesting and amazing. and i feel like it’s pretty poc friendly too bc the addams fam would definitely adopt a kid
100% yes! I meant to sprinkle in the possibility of reader being adopted but I think I forgot 🥴 there are so many options when it comes to that. The extended addams family is so big and diverse, and I feel like everybody would know that gomez and morticia would take in a baby/child in need, so reader could be a distant cousin, or the child of some family friends, or the kid of some local witch, or just any random baby who needed a loving home. I feel like they would go above and beyond in terms of learning about/caring for a child who’s a different ethnicity than them, and with limitless resources at their disposal, they would call in the experts when it comes to things like hair care. They would also be great parents when it comes to anything like chronic illness or disability, because again, limitless resources. Like you need mobility aids? They’re probably gonna either be very old or very weird, but done. The house needs less steps and more ramps outside? Immediately adjusted to suit you. The addams family is such a good setting for x reader stuff I think, because of stuff like this!!
So yeah anyways Billy is around too lol
I feel like Max’s reaction would be more disbelief. On the surface she would act like it’s a good thing he’s going because that means more peace and quiet, but she’d be like ????? You’re doing WHAT??
And Neil would be so pissed off and what if he tries to follow and he ends up at the addams residence 👀 there are so many things there that would just eat him lol

Don't Make Me Say It Again. (x.t)
Tumblr media
Pairing: Xavier Thorpe x Fem!Addams!Reader
Summary: blurb! xavier is close to snapping when you don't realize what he has been hinting.
Warnings: mutual pining, fluff
a/n: okay, another one before i go torture myself in actually reading my textbook that i haven't picked up in weeks.
masterlist
Tumblr media
“Shouldn’t you be with your sister?” Xavier questioned as you tied on your apron.
“No, she wanted to work at pilgrim world for some odd reason. I would rather die than dress up as a colonist,” you informed the boy.
“That doesn’t surprise me.”
“Hey, Y/N! Need a hand?” Tyler called out from behind the counter as you and Xavier cleaned the tables.
“Already got one,” you replied back pointing to Thing wiping the table.
“I thought I told you and your sister that he was bad news,” Xavier whispered to you as he reached over to grab a mug on your side of the table.
“Twice actually, but I couldn’t care less about him. Wait. Enlighten me,” you turned to face him.
That was when you noticed how close you two actually were. Though you were standing around a foot away from each other, it was concerning how he seemed to step closer to talk.
“It happened last Outreach Day. I was working on a mural for the town then he and his friends come up and start attacking me. They destroyed the mural and left me with bruised ribs. People like him don’t like people like us,” he explained.
“Hm.”
“It’s not like you would care anyways, right?” Xavier scoffed walking off to the next table.
“It seems like he’s changed, quiter softer now, which is disappointing,” you admitted as you followed Xavier. “Why do you care so much if I talk to him though?”
“You’re kidding.”
“Why would I kid?” you blanked.
“Open your eyes, Y/N! I have been here on your side this entire time, and you still don’t get it?” Xavier snapped banging the table with the tub full of plates and mugs taking a step closer to you. “Sometimes it’s unbelievable how little empathy you have for others.”
“Xavier,” you breathed out taking a step back.
“I like you, Y/n. What do I have to do for you to see that?” he followed in taking a step closer.
“You know I don’t actually like Tyler, right? You might be an imbecile and infuriating but-” you hinted.
“Really know how to make a guy blush,” he let out a small laugh.
“It’s the attributes I like about you though,” you muttered under your breath.
“What was that?” he mocked.
“Don’t make me say it again,” you deadpanned looking down on the floor avoiding his gaze.
“No, I don’t think I heard you the first time,” he joked he lifted your chin with his hand. “What did you say?”
“I’m not saying it again.”
“You gonna let me kiss you?”
“Depends,” you answered.
He moved his hand from your chin to the back of your neck pulling you into a kiss. You found yourself kissing him back wrapping your arms around his neck. You could feel him smile into the kiss. You didn’t kow how long you to stayed there for until you heard a cough behind you.
“Seems like you’ve had fun working,” Wednesday said unimpressed as she pulled you away from Xavier. In which he just laughed as you tried to get your arm out of Wednesday’s grip.
"Wednesday, why do you always have to grab the same arm," you whined as she dragged you out.
