basically ryan tubridy is the host of Ireland’s Late Late Show (hes a bit of a bore tbh) but once a year he hosts the Late Late Toy Show, the best invention of modern ireland.
it started years and years ago to basically advertise toys for christmas by getting kids to play with them on air. now there’s a whole country wide charity appeal that always raises a couple million euro which is just insane considering we’re a small enough country. but the basic premise is the same: get a bunch of cute kids on tv in christmas jumpers and have ryan interview them about their toys
okay backstory complete and on to this fucker
every child tries to bully him. every single child. tonight alone a boy in a spider-man costume shot a projectile at him and a little wizard girl threw a spongebob teddy at him. somehow ryan is simultaneously great with these kids and also utterly exasperated all of the time. also the nations favourite inside joke is that to get through the chaos of a three hour show and 3953 kids he just gets really really high
also couple years ago he tried to open a bottle of fanta and said fuck live on air

December 11-13
Meals:
I have been eating mostly good. A lot of veggies and chicken.
Unfortunately been some lite snacking, but tried to be in control. I hope that hasn’t fucked things up. But I finally got my period after 4 days of cramps, so I haven’t weight myself for that reason.
For meals I have eating around 500-700 kcals, with maybe 200-300 kcals in snacking. It is way too much, but I’m toning it down a lot from now on.
Working out:
Monday: was a lazy day, and I sat for the most part still trying not to cry from cramps.
Tuesday: I had to get a package from the mall since the post decided to not deliver it to my home. So I had to carry that for like 30 mins and it weighed like 15kg 😂 so that was my workout that day 😂 as long with walking to the mall so around burned 300-400 kcals
Today: I have work today so I am on my feet a lot. So that will probably burn around 300-400 kcals with walking maybe more
Forward:
I have more time to update forward cause I’m working a lot.
My plan is to work and try to get some work out done aswell, and trying to eat healthy and good.
I’m a bit scared that the 83kg mark was a bit much in December, but I’ll try my best anyway! Every gram is still better!

This May is gonna have everything. My 20th birthday AND The Sun and The Star on the 2nd. The 10th anniversary of Iron Man 3, which started my lifelong obsession with Harley Keener/Ty Simpkins, on the 3rd. Bridgerton spin-off coming on the 4th. Ed Sheeran docuseries on the 3rd and then his new album on the 5th. Breath of The Wild sequel on the 12th. The Great season 3 coming out the same day. I really am getting fed.

Im just thinking back on the fact that when Ed Sheeran did that collab with Pokego to promo his Equals album, official pokegoappLATAM posted this and i just KNOW FOR SURE that Spark's favorite music from his is Shivers because its the only song i know that has maracas on it like the post hints at!! and i will die on this hole, no one can argue with me on this.
I mean, you cant just tell me that the music/beat, the lyrics, hell!! The music video!! THE ELECTRICITY!?? IT ALL JUST SCREAMS SPARK ALL OVER!! Sjdjfjd sorry, my brain just went bsck to that because i do at some point want to draw something related with Spark and the song. Just you wait.

i hate that its taking me so mich effort to learn how to play this fingerstyle song bc for someone whos been playing for like 6 years it should uhm. you know. it shouldnt be this hard
