Back in the lab.
First day back in the gym after 2 weeks so I opted for a simple session still pulling movements from my new program and just focusing on the quality of each rep.
More is not always better. 👺
You know when you go out of town, or life gets busy and you can’t make it to the gym for a bit?
My advice is to stop referring to that as “falling off track”,
When you truly believe that a week or two off schedule is “off track”, good luck enjoying life and it’s unpredictability.
You’re still on the track. Still strapped into the life roller coaster. Right?
Just continue what you can when you can. Why even create the idea that you need to “get back on track” ?
Idk.
I always wondered why people refer to it as falling off, and needing to get back on. As far as I’m concerned when u hop on this lifestyle ride, it doesn’t really matter what you do.
Some ups and downs and loops and rights and lefts. But always moving.

I'm doing it partly out of spite, partly because the best revenge is living well. I want to get better physically, not just mentally.

Single Hand bicep curls 💪 are one of the simplest and effective exercises to train our biceps. Just Grab a Dumbell and if don't have those then you can also use water bottles or any heavy book. Start with standing upright with shoulders straight and legs spread at shoulders width. Keep a slight bend in your knees which helps to make balance while moving. now contract your arms while keeping elbows fixed. each till the height it is comfortable and slowly take your arms back. Don't let go of your arms too much there should be constant tension in your arms. Now repeat this movement. You can start with 8-12 repetitions in each set and do 2-3 sets. Gradually increase the weight as the strength of your arms increases. #QuickTip: The slowly you take your arms back, the better will be the effect of this exercise.
