Hi everyone! 🙋🏼‍♀️ . I hope you're all doing great and the new year sees you all well. It's been a minute since my last post, so thought I'd better get back into it! . This week Phoenix came back in to start some groundwork and light exercise - he's enjoyed a long holiday while I've been off unwell! We don't have any big goals at the moment as I'm not allowed to ride - I'm just enjoying my boy from the ground, and doing a bit of conditioning work with him. Like I often say - horse hair and dirt is great medicine 💕 . We're still trying to work out what's happening with me, I've had 7 scans since Nov, lots of bloods, and next week I have another specialist appointment. Basically the main issue is that I haven't been able to eat, and I've had horrendous tummy pain and a bit of nausea. . My drs are pretty sure it's an issue combining my liver, bile ducts, and gallbladder, so hopefully they can get me sorted asap 🤞✨️ . In the meantime im just doing what i can, but also listening to my body (for once) and trying not to push it too much. It feels wonderful to be back out there with my favourite pony though! . I'll keep the updates coming- it may be slow going, but we all know I love a challenge! 😅 Bring on our comeback 💕 . Hey everyone! 🙋🏼‍♀️ . Hope you're all doing well and enjoying the sunshine - much needed and appreciated after all the rain we've had! . It's been a minute since my last update, but life has been a bit mental (I'm saying that like it's a new occurrence, lol! 😅🙈) . We've been on a bit of a roller coaster with my health in the last couple of weeks; more scans and doctors visits etc, and unfortunately I haven't had much energy to get outside. On the bright side, I couldn't have done much with all the rain and mud about, anyway! . After a few sunny days I've felt a bit more recharged, so today I rotated their paddocks, fixed a fence, and contacted a local instructor to come help us get our journey properly started. . It will be a bit slower going than what I imagined, but now that we know a bit more about what's going on with me health-wise, and I've found some extra support, I'm definitely looking forward to taking that leap and getting cracking again 💪😁 . With summer right around the corner, I'm excited to get my fitness up, spending more time outside, and getting back in the saddle 🥰☀️ .
