🎧 — do you write while listening to music/podcasts/videos/etc, or do you need total silence?

I usually listen to music and I have a Sheldon playlist on my Spotify. I also have a Harley playlist when I am writing for her. I have to listen to something or I will go crazy but what I cannot do is listen to any kind of shows or podcasts. Because then I will definitely go crazy and otherwise get distracted.
