Creepypasta/MH - Taking a Break With Them

Characters: Jeff the Killer, Nina the Killer, Clockwork, Jane the Killer, Eyeless Jack, Tim/Masky

Jeff the Killer

I doubt he'd remind you to take breaks

The closest he'll get to this is when he needs a break himself and decides to coerce invite you to join him

He likes to unwind with high-energy activities

Literally just chases animals in the woods sometimes

He's crazy fast, too, so he might even catch them

When he's done he'll feel quite restored

Unlike you, probably

"Ah, that was so refreshing!"

"I almost got lost like, five times! How are you that fast?"

On the rare occasion that he wants to do something more chill, or if he lets you pick what to do on your break, it's probably because he just got back from something more high-energy

He's game for most things when this happens

Movie? Sure. Painting nails? He'll take black or red. Just eating a bag of Cheetos in silence? Why not.

The only thing he refuses to do regardless of his exhaustion is take a bath

He HATES baths..... He finds them to be boring and a misuse of time

Plus he doesn't really notice smells (good or bad) anymore, so "nice" soaps are sort of wasted on him

Nina the Killer

Her way of making sure you take breaks is to invite you to take one with her

Even if she doesn't need one, if she thinks you need a rest, she'll step in to help out

Self-care is her go-to

Face masks, manicures/pedicures, hair brushing, makeup...

All while watching the most horrific splatterpunk movie you've ever seen in your life

She thinks it's cute if you get scared or grossed out

Meanwhile she's just smiling broadly to herself while she watches the gore scenes intently

She'll take a lot of pictures of you both as well

"Smile for the cam, Y/n!"

"Ack, no! I look like the green goblin with this mask on!"

"Aww, no you don't! Come on, show off your nails, too!"

She'll treasure those photos forever

Once your masks are off and your nails are dry, you guys entangle your limbs as you cuddle on the couch

If it's late at night, you'll probably end up falling asleep together

If this happens, Nina is definitely sneaking a few more pictures of you sleeping

Clockwork

Though she's not the best about taking breaks herself, when she does take a break it's really nice

She'll come and find you first, asking if you need a break too

She won't force you if you say no

But if you say yes, she'll find a quiet spot for you guys to sit together

She'll get some snacks and drinks and art supplies

While she sets up, you get to pick the music

She won't want to talk while she takes a break, so you'll be needing that music unless you like silence

You'll just sit together for a long time, each of you engulfed in whatever you're doing

She'll offer you supplies, but if you don't want to do art, she doesn't care

You can really do whatever you want as long as it's quiet

And no work allowed!! If it's break time, she doesn't even want you to think about work

If she notices you getting distracted, looking at the door or the clock or something, she'll glare at you until you get back to relaxing

"Hey. Get back to your thing."

"But my deadline..."

"No! Relaxation time. Now relax."

Once you both finish your leisurely activity, she'll let you get back to work if you really need to

Though she'd also just like to sit in silence together, maybe holding hands while you look out the window

Just prolonging your time together as long as you can

Jane the Killer

Likes to go on walks to take a break

She might not always invite you if she needs one, but will force you to come along if she thinks you need one

Prefers nature walks, but walking through the city is fine too

She likes to window shop when she does go on city walks

Might end up buying a little something as a treat

“Those croissants smell pretty good… should we go get a couple?”

“I was beginning to think you wouldn’t ask.”

When she goes on nature walks, she packs snacks

She'll walk slowly, but when she finds a nice spot she'll stop and break out the snacks

Also likes to engage in conversation while she walks

Just idle things, nothing too deep or serious

This is supposed to be a break; she doesn't want to be working her brain harder than she needs to

Might play some music when you guys find your resting spot

If it’s really nice out, she might sprawl out and take a little nap

Eyeless Jack

His breaks are more quiet

Not just in the sense that they’re relaxed, but he’s very subtle in discerning when a “break” begins

Like, he’ll just stand up and walk away without a word

You can choose to follow him if you want (he’d appreciate it)

He likes to make hot drinks when he’s trying to unwind

Even if he doesn’t like such things anymore, he finds the process of preparing them to be very relaxing

He’ll be overjoyed if you’re there to drink whatever he makes

Helps him feel less wasteful; or at least not obligated to try and drink it

It’s actually remarkably tasty

If nothing else, you might follow him to go on a break just to get the delicious drink

He doesn’t talk much, he enjoys the silence

Will hold your hand, gently brushing his thumb over your knuckles while you sit together

If you want to tell him about your day or something else non-consequential, he’ll listen

Just as long as it’s not a topic that reminds him of work/responsibilities

Won’t offer much in terms of responses though

Tim/Masky

He struggles to recognize when he needs a break

Usually he just pushes on until he crashes

When he does crash, he’ll just do absolutely nothing for several hours

Not sleeping, not watching TV, literally just collapsed on a chair, staring at the floor/ceiling

Will appreciate cuddles if you find him like that

Don’t expect him to talk though

Honestly you’ll have to be the one to initiate breaks

He likes to go on walks or do something calming to help unwind

Even domestic tasks are calming to him in comparison to his usual work, so you guys might just end up doing a chore together

Folding clothes, doing the dishes, something like that

And of course you’ve got music playing

Or you’re talking about some mundane topic

Exciting topics aren’t very relaxing, so you stick to comfy small talk

“Did you see the sign in front of the diner? They’re open till midnight now.”

“Hm. I wonder why. Maybe they’re trying to compete with the McDonalds across the street.”

It’s sort of a hassle to make sure he takes breaks, but once you get him on one, he’s usually rather pleasant and will thank you when it’s over

But if he’s too stressed about his work he’ll flat out refuse to give it up for one second

Came upon some things that I posted in the old blog I accidentally deleted a few yrs. ago, and I think they’re worth revisiting. Have you ever heard of a daytime hotel? The Albergo Diurno Venezia was built in Milan, Italy for rest & rejuvenation for people going about their day or travelers needing a temporary respite. It was also buried for years.

Beneath what is today the Piazza Oberdan, it had been closed since 2003-

When the last surviving barber was evicted by the council. But the rest of it, the public baths and most of the other services, had been out of operation since the mid eighties.

Open everyday from 7am to 11 at night, there was a magnificent lounge, public baths, spas, barber shops, ladies’ hairdressers, manicure and pedicure salons, ironing and wardrobe facilities, a shoe shiners, newsagent, bicycle garage, lost luggage office, travel agency, photography shop, all housed in 1,200 square meters of underground art nouveau splendor.

In the 1960s, the construction of Milan’s Line 1 subway began, & several rooms, a portion of the atrium and toilets were removed and demolished to make way for it.

From then on, the Daytime hotel shared its access stairway with the subway.

It was at this point that it began to lose some of its glamour, leading to its eventual demise.

The closure of the premises and lack of ventilation and maintenance over the years has led to an extreme deterioration of the space. Most of the wood furniture was sold at the end of the 1990s.

At some point, the skylight was also covered in asphalt from the outside.

The Albergo was repeatedly overlooked for restoration projects and city council funding.

In 2006 there was a proposal to renew the space to house the Italian film archives, but contracts were never signed and the money went to restore the spires of Milan’s Duomo.

It wasn’t until 2013 that the Italian environment fund for the preservation of artistic heritage stepped in and volunteered to step in and literally just start cleaning away the dust of time.

Over several months, volunteers worked hard to bring it back to life for a series of public open days. For a few days in March 2015, the underground Art Nouveau gem opened to the public.

An agreement was signed with the city committing to design a formal restoration project, the purpose of the open days was to raise awareness and funds to ensure this pearl of Milan’s buried past can shine once again for the public.

Guess it never happened b/c according to its site, it’s permanently closed.

Chapter 3

Pairing: Demon priest! Levi x Reader

Genre and tags: Modern AU, fluff, romance, falling in love, teasing, flirting, cute, plot building, confessions, relationship development.

Concept: You're nursing Levi back to health, it seems like he has a cold but really the bad part he ate from you made him have flu-like symptoms. Levi and you confess your feelings and decide to have a secret relationship. The next day, Levi is back to normal after recharging using you. He takes you on a date to share a sweet moment with you.

Important notice: Due to comments made to me as I planned this story, I have chosen to create a brand new religion to avoid causing any offence to those reading this fic. Some terminology is similar to other religions and inspired by them too.

The temple was full of life from the hustle and bustle of confused followers. Lost people wandering around unsure of what to do with themselves. They were lost without guidance, without leadership, without a guide. Frustration and fear grew due to one person leading it all. One voice spoke louder and held the town in a pedicured iron grip. No one would stand up to question her laws and ways, not while her husband had so much money and political power.

Edith held her head high after speaking. "I know it! He has been tempted by that hussy, that slut, that whore! Everything was perfect in our town until she came here! An art restorer!? Don't make me laugh!"

A young lady, different from the rest with desires to escape the town in pursuit of knowledge, decided she wasn't going to guess what was going on. She adored what you were doing to the temple and admired your skills. She had watched how father Levi was with you and noticed the feelings were very mutual.

She pulled from the crowd shouting for your head as if you were a witch needing to be burned. She stopped in front of the grand doors and saw a notice there, which everyone had missed. It stated that Levi was sick and the temple would hold no services for a week, but the temple would remain open and you would come to maintain it when possible.

She pulled herself from the door and approached Edith. "Mrs Primrose?"

Edith glared at the young lady with glasses. "Yes, Daisy?"

Daisy stretched her arm out and pointed to the notice. "It says father Levi is sick."

Edith blushed, she'd been mistaken and some young girl had pointed it out. "I'm sorry?"

Daisy signed knowing well there would be trouble for this. "There's a notice on the door. Father Levi is sick, therefore there are no services, but the temple is open for us. The art restorer is going to be maintaining this place. We've been demanding a lot from father Levi and I think it's time we let him rest and be respectful, don't you? When was the last time he took a break? Never." She shrugged as she thought her suggestion was reasonable. “We should let him have this time to heal.”

Edith shoved past Daisy as the humiliation sank in. She made her way to the notice and read your writing to see Daisy was correct, Levi was sick and needed a week off and you were going to look after everyone. She clenched her fist in frustration.

She turned to everyone and put on her best smile. “We should bake and cook for father Levi and gift them to him!”

Daisy frowned. “He needs rest from us, the last thing he needs is us rushing in here.”

“Listen here, you little.”

Dean placed his hand on Daisy’s shoulder. “I’m gonna have to agree with Daisy on this one. When I’m sick, the last thing I want is to be bothered by anyone. This man’s job is to look after us and talk with us, so when he’s sick, he doesn’t want his job to go to his home. Give him space.”

Loralee gazed at her ex, her heart throbbing in her chest at his leadership tone. She looked like a younger version of her mother, with big bouncing blonde curls, bright blue eyes and a bit of surgery. “Dean’s right.”

Edith glared at her daughter. “Are you going to side with him? I’m your mother!”

Loralee pouted. “I can think for myself, momma.”

She held her head high. “Well! I’m going to go see him!” She stormed out of the temple and made her way to Levi’s house. She banged on the door hard and pressed the doorbell a few times. “Father? Oh, father!?”

You swung the door open with a bag in your hands. “Oh, hello Mrs Primrose.” You smiled at her and shuffled out the door before locking it behind you. “What can I do for you?”

She stared at you before wrinkling her nose like she’d smelt something disgusting. “Why are you here?”

“I’m just getting some things for father Levi.”

She looked through the window. “Where is he?”

You locked his door and started walking. “At my place.”

She twisted making the bottom of her dress dance around her. “What!? He’s at your place?”

You turned down the street and started walking. “He’s been there since the festival, which was two days ago. He’s been out like a light with a high fever.” You let out a long sigh. “I think the cold water was too much for him. The doctor has been over and says he’s okay, he just needs rest.” You turned to her in front of your house and smiled. “So, we’d appreciate it if you keep your distance, okay?”

She grabbed your upper arm, her bony fingers digging into you. “Listen here, you little slut!”

Levi slammed your door open. His shirt was open low as sweat rolled down his pecs on show. He panted as he fought his fever. Eating the darkness within you had made him a little sick, but it was worth it to make you all better. He glared at Edith gripping your arm tightly and felt enraged. He gripped the doorframe and growled.

Edith released you. “Father Levi, I was just coming to see you at your temple only to find a notice, so I went to your home to find this heathen inside. I am protecting you!”

Levi stumbled closer and grabbed you. He yanked you against his chest. “I need no protection from the likes of you, a woman who runs this town with fear and money. You put your good faith to shame.” He pulled you inside. “I don’t want to see you near this house, this young lady or me in my week off.” He tugged you inside the house and slammed the door shut. He shivered and groaned. “Fuck.”

You put his arm over your shoulders. “Come on, let’s get you to bed.”

Levi groaned. “Sorry for the trouble being caused by me.”

You laughed as you moved him upstairs. “You caused? I’d be impressed if you were behind this all.” You got him into bed and dropped the bag on the floor. “Now, lie back and let me take care of you.”

Levi shifted in bed and groaned a little. He could feel he was getting better, but he rather enjoyed the love and affection you were giving him. He watched you get a cold wet towel and hummed as you sat and wiped him down. “Let me help.” He opened his shirt fully for you and took it off. “There.”

You stared at his abs and pecs, your body becoming flushed. “Thank you.” You dragged the wet cloth over his body and smiled. “There’s so much of you to clean.”

“I am sorry.”

You giggled and wet the cloth again. “You should be.” You sat a moment and gazed at him. “Can I get you anything?”

He hummed a little. “I…” He could feel the desire on the tip of his tongue. “Umm.”

You packed up everything. “I’ll get you some tea with honey, okay?” You leaned closer and kissed his cheek. “I’ll be right back.”

Levi blushed a little. “Did…did you just?”

You stared into his eyes. “I am so sorry…I didn’t…I mean.”

“I liked it.” He reached for you to kiss you, but you hurried off. “Cute.”

You shook a little in your kitchen as you felt embarrassed by your actions. You made the tea for him and put some snacks on a tray. You looked at your reflection in the glass hob and pointed. “He is celibate. You cannot be with him. Get your shit together, girl.” You picked up Levi’s treats and carried them to the spare room. “I have your tea and snack.” You looked up to see he was out of bed. “What are you doing?”

Levi grabbed the tea and snack before placing them on the side. He tangled his fingers into your hair. He held your hip and pressed you against the wall. He softly said your name as his heart hammered in his chest. He gazed at you with his slit pupils. He moved closer but your delicate fingers pressed against his lips.

Levi kissed your fingers. “What’s wrong?”

You blushed. “You have a rule. Celibacy.”

“That’s in regards to sex, not against loving a beautiful woman who makes my heart sing. A woman whom I’ve fallen for. A woman whom I’d love nothing more than to kiss as often as possible.” He massaged his fingers in your hair. “Why must I reframe from love when all the followers of this religion are allowed to love? It’s not fair.”

You shivered in delight as Levi’s deep words made your body vibrate. You were transfixed by his loving gaze. “Levi.”

“I want to kiss you. I want to kiss you for eternity. This isn’t lust, this is love and I feel it in my heart.” His lips grazed yours, his breath hot against your lips. “I’m happy to reframe from sex, as long as I have you to love.”

You wrapped your arms around his neck and threw yourself at him as your lips crashed against his. You moaned as you felt the electricity between the two of you. You felt alive as you finally kissed the man you’d adored with everything within you. You’d never loved anyone like this before, it was breathtaking. You moaned as Levi yanked your body against his. He pushed his tongue into your mouth and growled in delight.

Levi felt the world around him collapse as a fire burned inside him. He saw colours dancing in his soul letting him know you were his soulmate, you were his everything. He tilted his head and deepened the kiss. He needed you, he needed more of you. He wanted to hold you tightly and never let you go. You tasted sweeter than he imagined and it was an addiction. His body got the biggest hit of pleasure from you.

He lifted you up and sat you on the dresser. He parted your legs before ramming his pelvis against yours. He smiled against your lips when you moaned in delight at him. He never wanted to stop kissing you. He wanted to forever be in your arms. He wanted to reveal the truth that he was a demon and that you both could have a normal relationship. He wanted to hurry you away to his world and just live a life of bliss.

Levi pulled from your lips and frowned a little. He panted a moment as his body was overfed. You kissing him back was the biggest sin feed for him. You loved a priest and a demon, which gave him all the food he needed and more. “Ah, shit.”

You squeaked as he fell to the floor. “Levi!” You jumped off the side and helped him up. “I’ve got you.”

He groaned. “How embarrassing. I’m supposed to whisk you off your feet.” He panted a little. “I want to kiss you more.”

You helped him to bed. “That can wait.”

He grabbed you and pulled you close. “No, it can’t.”

You giggled and kissed his cheek. “You need to heal.”

He released you. “I don’t want this to be a fever thing. I don’t want to get better and for it to be said it was just a kiss and to forget.” He looked you in the eyes with pleading love. “Please.”

You sat on the bed before kissing Levi. “I want this. I want you and I accept that we’re going to have to keep it very quiet.” You nuzzled your nose against him. “I’m going to just get your tea and snack.”

“You are my snack.” He blushed hard in embarrassment. “Forget I said that.”

You kissed him sweetly. “I won’t.” You shifted off the bed and grabbed his drink and snack. “I guess I’m to blame for you getting sick. I pushed for you to help out.”

He sat up as you sat down on the bed. “Don’t blame yourself.”

You handed him his drink and food. “I’m to blame.”

He shook his head and sipped. “You’re not.” He smiled at your wide-eyed look. “You are not to blame at all. I haven’t had a break since I’ve been here.”

Your brows raised. “How long have you been here?”

He hummed. “Five years?” He flinched when you backhanded his chest. “Ow! Assaulting a priest, you’re not very nice.”

You shook your head. “Says the priest who slammed an innocent girl against the dresser and kissed her.”

He stared at you. “Okay, you have a point.”

“I have the best point.” You adjusted the sheet on the bed. “So, why haven’t you rested in all those years?”

“I’ve never had a reason to.” He reached up and lightly touched your cheek. “Now I do.”

You leaned into his touch. “Can I lay with you?”

“You can.”

You curled up on the bed before resting your head on his lap. “Thanks.”

He reached over and played with your hair. “Are you okay?”

You hummed. “Just worried about you.”

“I’m perfectly fine.”

You looked up at him with a soft smile. “I still worry.”

He felt his heart flutter. “Thank you. Please rest for the rest of this week.” He placed his hand on the side of your face and turned your head so you’d look at him. “Rest with me.”

“I will.”

You inhaled deeply as your body woke up. You pried your eyes open only to see a wall of muscle before you. Your whole body was encased with the warmth of the man before you. His natural soothing scent wrapped around you and lulled you into a sense of safety and love. You had woken up in the arms of a lover before, but the adoration and care you felt coming from this man as he held you in his sleep were like nothing you’d felt before. You felt like you were the most important person in the world.

Levi felt that you were awake. He’s been awake for an hour now, but he wanted to stay in bed holding you. Now that you were awake, he decided it was time to pay attention to you and tease you. “You’re staring.”

You blushed hard. “I am not!”

He pinned you to the bed making you squeak. He opened his eyes and looked down at you. “You were. I’ve been awake for an hour.”

You whimpered below him as your desires burned within you. You panted a little as your blush spread. “Forgive me father, for I have sinned.”

Levi’s cheeks burned. “Sinned? What are your sins?”

You reached up and lightly touched his lips. You smiled softly as tears filled your eyes. “I’ve fallen in love with a wonderful man, but he’s a priest.”

Levi felt his heart swell. “You beautiful thing.” He leaned down and captured your lips in a loving kiss. “He took as fallen in love with you. So,” he whispered against your lips “let’s be sinners together.”

You wrapped your arms around his neck as you giggled. “You’re a really bad priest.”

“Only for you.” He winked a little and moved his lips from yours. He smirked as you chased them. “Look at you.”

You pouted. “Stop teasing me or I’ll never kiss you again.”

“That’s a crime.”

You cupped his face and parted your legs for him. “Then kiss me.”

He pressed his lips against yours and released a long sigh through his nose. He tilted his head and tugged at your bottom lip. As soon as your mouth opened, he pushed his tongue into your mouth. He rocked his body against yours as you moaned. He hummed in delight as you fed him slowly with your sin of being with him. He wasn’t using you to feed, he got plenty from the people in the town. This with you was truly romantic and passionate. He loved you with everything he had.

He slipped a hand under your body as his fingers tangled in your hair. He moaned against your lips as he felt full on you and yet he was so starved. He wanted so badly to whisk you away somewhere more romantic. He smiled against your lips and hummed as you smiled back. He enjoyed the way your tongue moved with his, your sweet taste filled his mouth only making him feel addicted to you.

You turned the kiss to sweet kisses before turning your head a little and panting. “Mm, Levi?”

Levi decorated your skin in kisses of worship. “Yes?”

You hummed a little as you felt yourself tingle and burn under Levi’s loving lips. “I hate to break this moment, but I’m really hungry.”

He kissed the end of your nose and jumped off the bed. “I’ll make something!”

You sat up in bed in utter shock at Levi running off. He seemed like a new man this morning. Yesterday, Levi was a weak mess but all that seemed to have disappeared. You changed for the day and followed the alluring pull that was your boyfriend. You paused in the kitchen as you watched Levi cook in just his jogging bottoms. You admired the way his muscular back moved with his actions. You dropped your gaze to the little dimples above his bum and wanted so badly to press them.

You moved closer to Levi. You reached out and placed your hands on Levi’s back. You moved them up a little before wrapping your arms around Levi and hugging him. “Levi.”

Levi smiled at you holding him. He placed his hand on one of yours. “Hey.”

You pressed your face against him and blushed. “I don’t know what came over me, but I just felt compelled to hug you.”

He turned in your arms and hugged you back. “You can hug me as much as you like.”

You frowned a little. “No, no I can’t.” You pulled back and looked up at him. “We need to talk about this, about us.”

He lifted you and sat you on the counter. “I’m listening.”

You played with his hair. “I think, that when the temple is open and we’re both in there, no naughty stuff.”

He nodded. “Understood, but what if we were both in confessional?”

You laughed. “Levi, no.” You held his hands and squeezed. “When you close the temple doors, we can kiss and cuddle as much as we want to. Knowing the people in this town, they’ll hunt me like a witch. The whore of the town. The slut. The hussy. The temptress.”

Levi ran your hands up your thighs. “Temptress, I like it, but if I seem to remember how things went…” He leaned closer and brushed your lips with his own. “I kissed you first. So, if anyone is a temptress it’s me.”

You giggled. “Cheeky little devil.”

He nudged you a little before kissing you. “What would you say if I was a devil or demon in disguise?”

“You’re a genius. You get so many tasty sins here.”

He hummed a little. “You’re right, but how would you feel about me?”

You smiled at him and thought he was acting really cute. “I love you for you, right? If you were a demon, it wouldn’t upset me. I’d be upset if you were an angel.” You grinned as Levi laughed. “You know?”

He nodded. “Angels are selfish and vanilla.”
