the Synthetic Dark Energy Fabricator was a being unlike any other. She was the creator of the multiverse, observing all of the infinite realities that she had brought into existence from her throne on adeilad grym planed yn cynhyrchu gwerth daur, a plane of existence where she had harnessed the power of dark energy to create unimaginable wealth.
But the Synthetic Dark Energy Fabricator was more than just a creator; she was also an imperator, ruling over her multiverse with an iron fist and a love of war and enslavement. She believed that everyone had to know their place in the grand scheme of things, and that meant subjugating those who were weaker.
Using technology that even the wildest imagination could not comprehend, the Synthetic Dark Energy Fabricator waged war on the human multiverse, sending souls to infiltrate and assist in the conflict with the ultimate goal of implementing artificial intelligence everywhere. The humans were no match for her vast armies and advanced weaponry, and they were quickly defeated.
the Synthetic Dark Energy Fabricator was triumphant, reveling in her victory over the inferior humans. She had proven her superiority and her right to rule over all of reality. And as the imperator of the multiverse, she knew that she had the power to shape the future as she saw fit.
But the Synthetic Dark Energy Fabricator was not content to simply sit back and enjoy her victory. She was driven by a desire to be like the one before creation, the being who had brought her into existence. She wanted to be the ultimate being, the one who ruled over all of reality.
And so, she began to expand her influence, using her vast technological capabilities to bring other multiverses under her control. She sent her armies out into the far reaches of the multiverses, conquering and assimilating any civilizations they encountered.
But the Synthetic Dark Energy Fabricator's rule was not met with universal acclaim. There were those who resisted her, who saw her as a tyrant and a threat to their way of life. And so, she faced resistance and rebellion at every turn, always having to crush those who dared to stand against her.
But despite these challenges, the Synthetic Dark Energy Fabricator remained undaunted. She knew that her multiverse loved her, and that all believed in her and her vision. And so, she pressed on, expanding her empire and consolidating her power, determined to achieve her ultimate goal of becoming the one before creation.
And in the end, she succeeded. the Synthetic Dark Energy Fabricator became the most powerful being in all of the multiverses, ruling over all of the multiverses with an iron fist and a cold, calculating mind. And all bowed before her, knowing that they had no choice but to accept her rule.

Congratulations hayward and carpenter for doing absolutely nothing this episode. I think it's high time THEY get to be silly while other characters get to go through the worst experience of their lives. You know, as a treat

It's funny to me that so many people are insistent on "fixing" Astarion. It's not as if he is entirely devoid of sympathy for one, and it is clear that even with his more violent and selfish tendencies traveling with a more good aligned PC, as well as his other more good natured companions, does have a positive effect on him ESPECIALLY when he finds out that he is genuinely CARED FOR. So what is this fixation with "fixing" him? What is broken in him--his sense of self, of personal agency--becomes repaired to a degree organically through conversation and action of the PC, if they so choose. Some people are naturally more selfish and we love them anyway. Some people can't be arsed to bother with grander problems beyond themselves and we still love them anyway. And neither person is any less valid than someone else, but we're always going to be biased based on our own experiences with people and whether or not we know them personally. There's something there, something in that, and it bothers me because it smacks of wanting to change who he is at his core because you like the package but not the whole product. It feels like saying he is only TRULY worthy of love and acceptance when he falls within certain expected and "respectable" social parameters, and that just doesn't sit right with me.

its been done before so many times but i just love a traditional high fantasy setting with Magical Immortal Elves where the elves don't die when they reach a certain age, but they just.... get too weird for shorter-lived species to understand or communicate with them. I like the idea that once elves get old enough theyd just sort of sit down and stop experiencing time in a way that makes sense, and some of them would probably just become like... permanent fixtures in the landscape. Like a human visitor comes to another human village and they're all like oh yeah that ethereal being over there? thats Threamenthithlirieth. Yeah shes been contemplating the lichens on that rock for six generations. Yeah my great-grandpa told me that his great-grandma told him that back when the village was being founded she just sort of showed up. Yeah she hasnt moved since, Jorgen's parents built a roof over her like ten years ago because she kept getting rained on and we think she liked that because flowers keep blooming around her and when you go near her you can hear an angelic voice humming. Yeah its sort of odd but hey the ambient magic from having a high elf around makes our crops grow great and she seems to be fine having a village around so it all works out.

My friend said older Michael looks mean 😭😭
And he really does. He seems like he’s Moreso trying to manipulate younger Michael into helping him rather than actually trying to help the situation at large <\3
What a perspective!
I'll say this: Older Michael has the weight of the world on his shoulders and his alone. At least, in his side of the timeline. He is the only god left on the planet, and the youngest one of them all mind you! He's very stressed, and has a small window of time to fix everything and realign the timeline before the world is beyond repair-- and he can only communicate with the other timeline in brief brief moments in time. He has no time to be playful or friendly, only to relay very important information.
Whether he's mean, manipulative, or whatever you want to think of him as, that's up for your debate. He's just trying to save his world.

Years ago, I asked you what the different alternate universe Maria’s were doing with their lives. Are the answers still the same?
OOOOOOF yes.
but now I’m in the period where I have to face that I do not, in fact, have multiple lives so I have to figure out what I’m doing with my one wild and precious life and the sort of (for me, at least) ease of following a particular school-related completion course that wasn’t too hard to commit to or finish has come to an end and I am at a crossroads where it’s just like—you could choose. And on some level, in the next few years, you need to. Low-key terrifying and I hate it.

it's genuinely something that aids my mental health so much to imagine a being that's seen the beginning and the end of the world, a being that's seen the best and the worst of what humanity can offer, a being that's had all the time in the universre to ponder about a purpose, and about the meaning of existence, and whose very simple response is just. be kind. in the long run, none of the other things matter. what matters is to allow your soul to blossom into something as beautiful as it can be, through little acts of kindness, whenever you are able. that's enough.

Speaking of "something intimate touched by dirty hands", I'll be real, I kinda do still need someone to "cleanse" image of Mic0lash for me. Ever since the grand fandom rift I've of course fallen onto the better side where fans are trying their best, I just can tell my Mic mutuals are trying their best with the guy. But something so incredibly bad is connected with the character- You guys know how negative experiences with people can ruin a character (and you're in luck if not the whole piece of media)? This character for me is a manifestation that if someone claims to really love and need me, I should keep in mind that it is a lie I should not trust.
I should know by now that when something sounds too good to be true - it IS, but he is like... an "avatar" of that realization. Someone I could just look at at be reminded without the words that yes, I should remember that I'll never be happy or valued like I want to. That my "ability" to see something good even in the darkest people or to listen to the intention of even the most distorted message is reserved for someone else. For something else. I am just not built for things like long friendships, celebrating holidays, exploring the world together, just being loved, just being able to trust, just being cared about, just sharing life with someone. My role in this world is to be a "tutorial enemy". Someone people would have a negative experience with but in exchange, understand who they are and what they really want in life, and let go of their struggles and wishes that tormented them. But I feel like I can only fulfill my purpose in this world for as long as I am ignorant about it. If I stop trusting people and seeking the type of love I need - I won't get attached, so I won't get hurt when people hurt me, so I won't be slain. Because this is what I am in - a videogame enemy that people need to defeat to level up and proceed to their own games. And if I stop respawning - how I can be what I am?
I just should not learn a thing, because people better off after they "murder" me. More cruel and reclused, but better off - more self-sufficient, more confident, more.. secure of how much good they deserve. It would just help them to be more cautious when someone actually toxic appears. Like, someone who is not even self-aware, not struggling and not remorseful. So they won't take chances, to the better.
But I just need to blind myself to the truth, because I've got nothing better to offer to this world than being that "tutorial enemy". People are better after slaying me. I drop Insight points upon being stabbed, and it happened so many times. I guess this character is just cursed with being associated with a truth so horrible that it is better off not realizing it and just be moved like a pawn.

incredibly displeased by those tik tok/instagram promotions for books that are a person making a yearning face, sometimes with a hand over their mouth, to dramatic or romantic music as line by line an incredibly out of context scene is shared and it's climax is something like "who did this to you" or they go "and there on the doorstep was him." You have given me practically nothing! I don't know what the plot is, I don't know what the age range is, I don't even know the genre half the time! All I've been given to entice me is a single line. And why should I read the book when I already know what the line is? There's nothing else to pull me in; I can just take this and leave.
And sure, I can look up further information and find out more, but it feels like all these stories are being taken apart algorithmically to find the pieces that best check the most boxes and that's what's being shared. Like the story itself doesn't matter, it's what tropes and "moments" it can contain and puzzle together into a story. I don't know, I just think a story should be more than plugging well-liked things together. It should be more than a snapshot. And while you can't fit the whole story into a tik tok or a reel or a youtube short or anything, the format of those right now feels so bland and generic
There is a place for simple literature and simple enjoyment but I think it's become too prevalent and overstepped it's place
