Seeing people tear down Joe to boost Matty up just tells me everything I need to know about the people defending this situation.
Like right now, I do not care about what exactly went down between them because we DON’T KNOW anything. Now, once Taylor releases TS11 and maybe reveals some tea then, my opinion will likely change. Right now, other than the reveal that Joe couldn’t handle her fame (which I don’t blame him for and would honest like to see all the fans making fun of him for that, date someone of Taylor’s caliber regarding her fame. See how long they last), he hasn’t done anything to her (that we know of). Seeing people get all up in arms about the unfollows is ridiculous because a lot of people unfollow people after a breakup even one that involves non-famous people.
Like I see people saying that Joe only went to one rep tour concert compared to Matty being at the last six. No, Joe went to more. He went to both London shows (and brought friends). I think he also went to at least one MetLife, DC, and Gillette show, but I could be wrong. They are only saying he went to one because we only have photos of him at one. He was at the SNL performance in 2019 (there’s pap pics of them leaving the SNL studio and Taylor is in the same outfit that she was wearing when she performed “False God” in those pics). He was at the Amazon Prime Day concert (there’s video of Taylor looking at the balcony and pointing toward it). I literally just saw someone use the video of them leaving the VMA after party last summer against him because he dragged her out of the building and he went into the car first and compared it to the video from last night of her and Matty taking their time to get to the car and how Matty let her get in first.
Like yes, her breakup with Joe is a cause for this Matty situation, but he’s not in her life anymore. Leave Joe alone and stop tearing him down to booster Matty. No amount of defending him is going to make this situation okay. No amount of defending him is going to change the type of person Matty is.
I’m sorry, but no amount of things that Joe has done is going to wipe away the fact that Matty is a racist, misogynist, antisemitic, and right now, Taylor is actively choosing to be seen with him. Right now, that is worse in my eyes.
I literally agree with this take 100%, anon! Thank you for sending it in.
Some people would rather talk about what Joe maybe did (not support Taylor fully) than what Matty 100% did (being a racist). The first thing, besides being hypothetical, is not as bad as the second.
I really need some fans to check their priorities.

My Hero Academia stage play information + subtitles project
Welcome to the Ultra Stage (colloquially called the MHA musicals) info post! In this post I will give a brief description of the musicals, tell you where to find them or buy them, and talk about the actors and promotional material. You will also find links to pics, videos and, of course, the subtitles. And easy weebly version of this post can be found at this link.

I also have been posting some gifs and pics from the four BNHA musical (official musicals) which are out at the moment. You can find them at the tag bnha musical. I also post comparisons of scenes between the musical and the manga, and I post snipped of subtitled videos at this tag ultra stage video.
INFO: THE MUSICALS
There are, at the moment, four musicals, in chronological order, covering the bnha manga plot from chapter 1 till the end of Deku vs Kacchan 2. I will add their Japanese tiltes if you wanna look for them on Amazon Japan.
The first musical is called "My Hero Academia: The "Ultra" Stage" and came out in 2019. It adapts the beginning of the manga, up to the sport festival (chapter 1 to 44). This is the Japanese title: 「僕のヒーローアカデミア」The “Ultra” Stage (ジ・ウルトラ・ステージ). And the musical is about 2 hours. This is also the only musical that can be found on bilibili.
The second musical had some troubles due to covid, so, as far as I know there were two versions. The first one was interrupted by covid, but the second one run in 2021 and had some extra scenes too. The title is "My Hero Academia: The "Ultra" Stage A True Hero, Plus Ultra version" and it covers the Stain arc, the internship, the final exams and it ends with the mall scene where Deku meets Shigaraki (chapter 45 to 70). The "Plus Ultra version" is specifically added because it is the second version of the second musical. The Japanese title is 「僕のヒーローアカデミア」The “Ultra"Stage 本物の英雄ヒーローPLUS ULTRA ver.. And the musical is about 2 hours and 20 minutes.
The third musical came out in 2022 and it is called "My Hero Academia" The "Ultra" Stage Symbol of Peace" and it covers the forest training arc and Kamino (chapter 70 to 95). Title: 「僕のヒーローアカデミア」The “Ultra" Stage 平和の象徴(法人特典なし).
The fourth musical has been announced at Jump Festa 2022, the 17/12/22 and is called "My Hero Academia" The "Ultra" Stage The Greatest Hero mode (the link of the website and the cast is here). The musical run until 21st of May 2023 (from the 29th of April 2023). The dvd is out for preorder and you can find it on amazon with this title: 「僕のヒーローアカデミア」The “Ultra” Stage 最高のヒーロー. It will come out the 20th of September.
The musical covers from the teachers meeting the students' parents to the aftermath of Deku vs Kacchan 2 (up till chapter 121).
DVDS
The musicals all run live in different theaters, but luckily they were all filmed. The title I used are also the title used in the dvds. Each dvd copy comes with two discs, one with zoom in on faces and camera work, and the second one with a still camera, so you can see the whole stage. The dvds comes without subtitles, but the dialogues are very similar to the anime.
At the moment all the musicals (1, 2 and 3) can be purchased on Amazon Japan, or rented on Amazon Prime Japan (only 1 and 2).
Musical 4 can be pre-ordered.

PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL
The Kacchako cooking video went quite popular, it was a promotional material for the second musical being filmed for dvd. You can find the transcript here and the subtitled video here (it is two parts, so you can find part 2 in that post). These videos were created for a special series of mini videos called Smash! Unfortunately no other Smash! was recorded or shared.

i’m doing this for haikyuu on my kagehina blog and after reading Onee-chan by @patamon, i’ve been inspired to do it for my chosen bbys so here it goes:
daisuke teaches ken how to cook; you’d think it’d be the other way around, but if his mother isn’t around, ken resorts to depression meals. this becomes daisuke teaching the rest of the 02 kids cos hikari can barely boil water, miyako relies on her family’s convenience store snacks, takeru’s diet consists of mainly tv dinners unless he goes to yamato’s, and iori just wants to learn to help out his family
takeru starts calling sora Nee-san at like 12—it’s an accident at first but then he just continues to call her that and sora’s secretly warmed by it
you can’t tell me koushiro doesn’t game on like Steam or something, he really enjoys puzzle games. he’s secretly competitive and loves online play.

after (prbly accidentally) learning that ken suffers from depression, the older chosen create a separate chat for mental health <333 they’re always finding ways to spend time together so nobody is lonely (lookin at you, takeru)

There were doubts about the cast because based on the BTS videos and pics on the main actors' social media (it was shot in 2022), they looked "too straight." But it was from the BTS, of course they weren't in characters. Once the trailer was out, 99% of those doubts were gone, I dare say. And now they're addicted to the movie, like me. Just watch this 2hour-ish movie until the end I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Your gf too. #RWRB

That was it for the royal wedding food fight? Right, tv movie budget. And nothing can top Bridesmaid bridal shower meltdown and Kristen Wiig losing her fight against a giant cookie.
Alex nearly lost me when he said the President doesn't need the Midwest vote. I thought, "I reeeeeally hope he has a redemption arc." But then I remember it's a romantic comedy so never mind. So it took me a little longer than it should to get into the Rom-Com mindset due to the political themed setting. That said, Zahra the deputy chief of staff became my immediate favorite character, her advice to Alex was an accidental double entrendre.
We see Prince Henry from Alex's pov: the moment Henry stopped being a dick, he became a near flawless human being, which is a fantasy from Alex's pov. Only when Henry rejects Alex's fantasy that we see Henry's vulnerability, the real Henry, while Alex yammers on his fantasy of them being an out couple after his mother's reelection as President. Alex is such an idealist that it hurts my teeth.
Henry breaks it off so Alex naturally "storm the palace gate" to get his man back. Henry tells Alex that their relationship cost Alex nothing, and it turned to be correct when they are outed by Alex's spiteful ex...uh, make-out partner? Who happens to be a journalist? Alex is so reckless that it hurts my teeth. But his infatuation over Henry is earnest, so that makes it okay.
Sidenote, when Henry said their relationship, especially if outed, cost Alex nothing, it reminded me of when Sam told Dean that his willingness to make the sacrifice as long as he's the one not getting hurt. Which coincidentally I got an Ask asking me to review "The Purge", that will be coming soon.
The outing scandal may have cost Henry his grandfather and older brother and if this was real life, Buckingham Palace would have ceded any protection of him. Alex, as predicted by Henry, suffers no consequence: his parents accepted his sexuality, he got his boyfriend back, and his mother wins the reelection (*ignore the electoral college map on the screen oh my God!*) and he lives happily ever after with Henry who found unexpected acceptance from his subject.
I believe the political themed setting hindered me from fulling getting into this rom-com. Even so, I agree with Anon I that this is a lighthearted, corny, escapist movie. The two leads have good chemistry and they felt like they have a real connection. The no-nonsense deputy chief of staff became their biggest advocate and I admit I chuckled when it turns out she and the equerry were having a secret relationship. Sure, the pandering elements were extra cringe, but the characters are charming in a fairy tale way.
As for the Destiel fanfiction claim by Anon II, was it because Alex has dark hair and down-turn eye shapes were like Misha? If anything Alex reminds me a bit more of Dean due to his infatuation over Henry. Even though Henry made the first move, Alex did most of the pursuing of the reserved, quiet Henry who dream of living a normal life as a writer living in Paris. Even Taylor's acting choices reminded me of Dean as Alex at times can comes off cartoonish, whereas Nicholas plays Henry with more dramatic seriousness.
In conclusion, the movie is predictable fun with heart and romance and jokes that mostly lands.
Score: 7 out of 10. 1 point deduction for everybody being so cheery and happy. 1 point deduction for underdeveloped happy side characters. 2 points deductions for that damn electoral map. 1 point returned for the believable romantic tension between Alex and Henry.

I suggest getting platinum blonde if u have to dye it to match ur hair! I currently use shade #18P613 and it’s good for warm toned honey blonde hair (・ω・)ノ I use two sets! 120g of both, one 22inch set and one 18inch set for layers :D
As for wigs, if you do styles like hime or agejo I suggest prisila brand wigs, it’s a Japanese brand that a lot of hime gyaru wore! They are synthetic fibre (plastic wigs) and are heat resistant to 180°c ! They do half wigs, extensions and full wigs, a lot of these pics they are wearing prisila wigs ヽ(´▽｀)/
Idk if Prisila has hime wigs on their site anymore so check mercari Japan & yahoo auctions ! you can also probably find dupes on aliexpress searching “wig pieces” or something like that, can’t guarantee the quality tho

If anyone is having a great autumn, it’s Harry Styles.
His Love on Tour jaunt, now in its second leg, boasts a reported running total of $233.5M and it’s still running. It’s the type of tentpole cash that any motion picture studio would envy.
Breaking this down: The singer’s 15-night residency at Madison Square Garden in New York City, which ran from late August to late September, was an anomaly for the venue; the Grammy winner is one of three musical icons to pull off such a feat alongside Billy Joel and Phish.
Styles is currently in the throes of another 15-night residency at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, CA.
Styles’ MSG dates together with his six sold-out shows at Moody Center in Austin, Texas have grossed in excess of $76M, not that far from the $85M worldwide running gross of his New Line genre pic Don’t Worry Darling, in which he co-stars.
Don’t Worry Darling hits Japan on Nov. 11, moving that pic even closer to a near-century mark global gross.
And talk about an incoming Styles vortex on streaming in the days ahead: On Friday, the pop icon’s Amazon Studios movie My Policeman finally hits Prime Video with Don’t Worry Darling debuting on HBO Max on Monday Nov. 7. Don’t be surprised if either OTT services declares some sort of viewership record.
While live performances are the meat and potatoes of the Styles’ machine, a new horizon for the Redditch, Worcestershire, UK native includes his box office prowess. The fact that he helped pull in 73% women of all ages and minted a $19.3M opening for Don’t Worry Darling wasn’t lost on any major studio executive in town. They’re savoring on how they can best that figure by pairing Styles with the right IP moving forward.
And while Don’t Worry Darling alone brought an arsenal of tabloid headlines (they say there’s no such thing as bad publicity), not to be overlooked is Styles’ process and serious intent for the next chapter of his acting career.
Quite often it’s assumed that pop icons merely raise their hand and get the part. Or simply ease into a role, read: Madonna in one of her first big screen outings, Desperately Seeking Susan, playing a character quite similar to her onstage persona.
But much like his concert work, there is a great degree of sweat involved in Styles’ landing of parts going back to Christopher Nolan’s Dunkirk.
On set, sources tell us Styles is so intense, he’s the type of actor who memorizes other cast members’ lines in a scene. For his turn as the beached soldier Alex in Dunkirk, Styles went through several rounds before he landed the part of one of the soldiers on the beach; Nolan wanting a group of unknown face actors (the 5x Oscar nominated filmmaker was reportedly unaware of the extent of Styles’ fame at the time of casting).
When it came to the Elvis audition, it started out with filmmaker Baz Luhrmann phoning Styles up. Casting knew Styles could sing and dance; reportedly the first song the singer ever recorded was Elvis Presley’s “The Girl of My Best Friend” on a karaoke machine. However, what impressed Warner Bros suits was how much vulnerability he brought to the role. “He’s a sponge and has a keen sense of curiosity,” says a close associate of Styles about what he brings to his prep. “He’s a relentless, insatiable watcher of films, everything from the present and past.”
Luhrmann wound up going with Austin Butler for the title role, telling the Australian radio podcast “Fitzy & Wippa” that he passed on Styles because “He’s already an icon.” However, Warner Bros couldn’t quit Harry.
“Over the years, I’ve seen a fair number of rock stars audition for leading roles in films,” former Warner Bros Motion Picture Group Boss Toby Emmerich tells Deadline.
“Usually, it’s very hard for them to shed their onstage persona,” Emmerich continues, “Once in a while, you come across a true rock icon that is just a gifted actor.”
Other names that come to mind include David Bowie, Mick Jagger and, in the pop realm, Frank Sinatra.
“They can disappear into a role and you see the character, not the rock star,” says Emmerich. “That was the case with Lady Gaga in A Star Is Born and that’s what Harry Styles did in his Elvis audition, and why he came to top of mind for the role of Jack in Don’t Worry Darling.”
Shia LaBeouf’s exit from Don’t Worry Darling proved an opportunity for Warners and filmmaker Olivia Wilde to select Styles.
Sure, Styles could have focused on much broader fare that came his way, sources tell us. There were romantic comedy and action movie offers. However, he specifically settled on complex parts in edgy projects, like being a 1950s husband whose hiding something more sinister from his wife in Don’t Worry Darling and essaying a London police officer who is forced to hide his homosexuality in the late 1950s set My Policeman.

The Grue-Crew and guest host effects artist Ralph Miller III (who worked on the film’s effects under the supervision of John Carl Buechler), take a look at the often overlooked Stuart Gordon film Dolls (1987). The film is produced by Brian Yuzna and Charles Band for Band’s Empire Pictures, and, wheeee, is this film a lot of fun! “They Walk. They Talk. They Kill.” And, the more the Dolls do so, the more entertaining it becomes. John Carl Buechler handles the special makeup effects and David Allen takes care of the stop-motion animation duties. If you haven’t seen this, isn’t the pic with the doll holding its own bloody eyeballs enough to entice you?
At the time of this writing, Dolls is available for streaming from Tubi, Pluto TV, Shudder, AMC+, and Amazon Prime. It is also available on physical media in Blu-ray as part of the 5-disc Arrow Video collection, “Enter the Video Store: Empire of Screams Collector’s Set,” along with The Dungeonmaster (1984), Cellar Dweller (1987), Robot Jox (1989), and Arena (1989).
