I'd like to see one of those Youtube reactors do an honest reaction to Louis: they would absolutely coin it in because so many in the fandom would watch it and share it. They'd have to do it incognito from a burner account but it would be so worth it.

Reactors on YouTube not calling out Louis horrible , nonexistent voice has stopped me from watching some of those channels. You can instantly tell they are pandering to his rabid fans who are all paying patrons on their channels, desperate to get him fans. There are a couple of guys in particular that I liked at first but just had to stop watching completely when they started putting Harry down and propping the rat up, I guess seeing how much their paying Louis Stan’s loved it. They even now sprinkle Larry references in there too for good measure. Sad thing is most of those channels stall eventually because viewers see through their inauthenticity eventually but shortsightedly and unknowingly to them, Larries are only just a very very small group of desperate lunatics, not a sustainable fan base to get anything good out of , just see Louis struggling career after over decade plus in the industry.

Seeing all those ridiculous Larries in their comments and a Louis Tomlinson review probably puts off serious music fans.

Re the Zayn signing - they’ve put on an extra day ( 4 half hour sessions per afternoon) but it would be interesting to know the maximum amount of tickets they would be able to sell. Banquet Records’ shop is very, very small and I don’t see Kingston police being keen on lines snaking down one of the main shopping streets roads in the town on a weekend afternoon and blocking the entrance to Primark ! Banquet (really nice outfit) put on lots of music events in Kingston and use the large Pryzm and other clubs for events - the shop itself is only used for small indie bands usually. It’s not exactly a signing in the usual sense - the LPs ( £43 ticket session) and the CD ( £14 ) are going to be presigned and ticket holders pick up their item at the door then get ‘a quick hello’ and a selfie or professional photo. No personalisation.

It's so interesting about Louis' voice because he's completely obviously a bad singer.

Then I look at all those 'reaction video' accounts on Youtube and how they use Harry and Louis as a way to build numbers. They will do a half-decent one for Harry and the comments are full of 'now do Louis' so they do. Only because it's a way to get follows. And I've seen them react to occasional bits of Harry's live vocals where he's been pitchy, and nobody says anything! Like dude you are meant to be honest here. But if they say anything at all their comments are toast.

So their motivation is building follower numbers and selling advertising and they will do that no matter what. And the Louies' motivation is forging some sort of credibility for this guy, and what a way they have found to yet again tell themselves he's good. It's a complete racket!

I never watch these youtube reactors because I know it's all about views and followers for them.

This is spot on. I'm not a singer but I played in a string quintet at university: you need a bit of sharpness to that higher instrument. He used to be a somewhat better singer but was always slightly off-key, and actually it added to the vocals overall. But he's not got a solo instrument, never had, and it's way past it now because he, specifically and not applicable to other male voices, was at his peak aged about 18-20 (let's not even talk about how he might have extended that by taking care of his voice).

It is a bit smug to compare it with Harry's voice, because they aren't identical twins who have been part of some experiment (like Larries seem to think) but there you have someone whose voice was weaker in youth and began to get really strong at about 19 or 20. I often wondered if he got extra vocal coaching for himself while still in 1D because he really got good at one point and I don't think their vocal coach was the one to bring that out.

I love his voice now, or rather, last year when I heard him live. It was better, even, than when he did the Harry's House ONO. I feel like he has more richness to come with age, as well. And that's just to do with his particular voice, it's not something anyone can replicate. It helps that he's so good at nurturing it.

releasing a live album when everyone knows you can’t sing is honestly the funniest thing ever. the first song has the most streams meaning people started to listen but stopped and didn’t listen further after hearing some of the first song. that should be troubling for him. i mean atp this is so embarrassing i’d just give it up. but greedy louis wants merch money and to party every single day under the guise of “tour”.
