He's a well sought after man with his good looks, charming conversation skills and various other talents

So it makes sense that when you meet him and get to know him a little more, you're smitten with the radio host

But you're well aware that the chances of becoming an item with Alastor are slim to none

He's never once showed an interest in being in a relationship and visibly tenses when someone flirts with him

So you resolve yourself to try and get over this little crush and keep your friendship with him intact

If you were being honest with yourself, then it's more than just a crush, you're head over heels in love with him

You two do become fast friends though, something always drawing the two of you close, a sort of magnetic pull

You're practically the best of friends, always together, inside jokes, judging people together

A dozen almost kisses, romantically charged interactions, almost sexually charged drunken escapades

You even bring him food when he's at work so that he doesn't forget to eat and take care of himself

He's a very sweet man, cute, funny, a little touchy-feely but nothing you can't handle

You don't notice the way Alastor's smile twitches ever so slightly whenever you bring up your date

Or his sour tone and the way he tries to discourage you from going

"Y/N, do you even like him? Can you picture yourself having a future with him?"

"That's why I'm going on a date with him, besides... he's very sweet to me!"

Another eye twitch and a sound that's almost like a snarl, Alastor is sweet to you, this guy isn't special

Okay, you notice but you assume he's just being protective

Alastor doesn't even realize his thunderous expression until your soft hand grips his chin, forcing him to lock eyes with you

"Alastor, I'll be fine. I'm a big girl and I can handle myself, you don't need to worry about me.."

Even though you want him to worry about you, you want him to beg you not to go, to tell you that he-

But he won't

His attitude only gets worse once he actually sees the guy who asked you out on a date

If Alastor knew the word, then he would surely call him a himbo but he doesn't know that word, so he just calls him "Next."

Watching you interact with him was something that was truly sickening, seeing someone so clearly enamored with you

And you're enjoying the attention, Alastor gives you attention, he compliments you and takes you to fun places

Just never with obvious romantic intentions before...

What was all that sickeningly sweet stuff you used to talk about couples doing together? Dates, cuddling, sex? He could do that, with you that is-

It's not like Alastor hasn't already been practically taking you out on dates, courting you

Fuck he's in love with you and he's probably already missed his chance

He wrestles with himself over the sudden revelation all the days leading up to your date

It's not until you come out looking like the most heavenly creature on earth that Alastor realizes you're actually going on a date

He doesn't miss the frustrated look on your face and the way you hug yourself

"Well, he's the only one who's taken an interest in me, Al."

He's cautious with his words, already formulating a plan in his head based off of your reaction

He stands up and slaps his hands on your arms, giving you a charming smile as he leans in

Your body instinctively reacts, and you lean in to meet him halfway, your lips drawn to his-

"Make sure you guys tune into my show later tonight, okay? I'll have something special whipped up for your date!"

He hugs you and leaves you feeling more conflicted than ever, the feeling doesn't leave even after Alastor sees you off for your date

Your lips still tingle from that almost kiss

Your date is absolutely ruined, Alastor having completely taken over your thoughts with his strange behavior

Not that he didn't always take over your thoughts already

But you can hardly focus on your date, who's very sweet, very dumb and a little too touchy for your tastes

You end the date early, already knowing there's no shaking off your love for your best friend

You'll just long for Alastor for the rest of yours days...

Then you remember he asked you to tune into his radio show! Without even realizing it, your feet have taken you to his radio tower

You can hear him in there, getting ready for his show, you grab the handle and press your ear to the door

"Good evening, folks! I would like to dedicate this special song to the love of my life! My soulmate, Y/N!"

You feel your body freeze as a familiar song fills your ears, a song that was special only to you and Alastor

It's the closest thing to a confession that you'll probably ever get from him-

You'll take it

When you open the door to the broadcast booth you can tell he's surprised to see you there

"I thought you would at least be letting him drive you home by now..."

He's nervous but clearly trying to hide it, making his way towards you slowly

"I just wanted to be here with you..."

His arms are sliding around your waist, the nervousness he had before melting away into a smug grin

He's so fucking handsome

"You missed me so much that you ditched you date~?"

Your fingers are tangling in his hair as you pull him in closer, lips nearly touching as the emotions between you two threaten to burst

"And you just dedicated an entire love song to me on air to steal me away from my date."

His warm breath hits your face as he chuckles, bypassing your waiting lips to kiss your ear softly instead

"What can I say, my dear? I'm a fool when it comes to love~"

His voice nearly makes your knees buckle, but Alastor easily holds you up, pushing you up against the door while giving you a bruising kiss

For someone who's never really taken an interest in relationships, he's a really talented fucking kisser

Just drew this bceause i just really wanted to go to the beach and there was a power outtage and had nothing else to do...

also i guess this was also a bit of a supposed idea or scene for my Creek Karaoke AU but decided to just separate it midway.

this one has long been my idea to draw... i just keep forgetting to get to it and now i've already did it.

So this one is definitely part of the Creek Karaoke AU since the name of the Baked Goods are their pet names for each other or at least what Craig came up with and calls Tweek fer time to time.

Yes, i headcanon Craig as a Big Eater, or at least someone who's not very picky with food, thought it would be cute since in my AU, Tweek likes to cook and bake and his taste tester is Craig who either ends up Happy for being able to eat really good food or a round trip to the toilet.🤷

Also as much as Tweek likes to bake or make sweets he's not very fond of'm but Craig on the other hand🧍...

Spider & déjà blue road trip headcannons

I already said I’m on a road trip so here you go 👀 might be heavily OOC bc I’m tired

.

When Spider found out that he’s getting dragged on a road trip with his bio dad, uncles and aunt, he was not excited. First of all, because they’re likely a bunch of uncool, overly strict marines and second because they’re grown ups 🙄 but custody is custody, so he has no choice.

Mansk had a van, so they use it to travel during this trip.

The kid had no idea what he was getting into, but neither did the déjà blu.

Quaritch

Goes full mother hem mode, prepares for any contingency. Has two first-aid kits, all sorts of camping equipment and even some hidden firearms (Spider doesn’t know about the latter and it’s best it stays that way)

Packed lunches and snacks for Spider!.

Drives the car and talks about sports, fishing and hunting with Lye who’s one seat behind. He later moves to sit next to him when blondie becomes way too hyperactive for him to handle.

Spider will be back though, because Eywa knows this man is ancient and needs help working through Google maps so the squad actually gets somewhere this weekend.

Yells at passengers in the backseats when they get too loud.

Shares an earbud with Spider at one point, to drown out the snores and listens to indie with him ☺️ doesn’t want to admit it, but thinks his son’s playlist is low-key a bomb. They sing the lyrics quietly while the others sleep.

Spider

Is restless. He needs movement and sitting in a car is the exact opposite of that. Needless to say, keeping him occupied is quite difficult.

First several hours, he’s content to listen to music while looking out the window, drawing in his sketchbook or watching YouTube, but he’s itching to do something and the backseat seems much more fun, with loudly Z-dog and Lopez are talking.

Getting teased and firing back at them busies him some more, but he has to eventually come back to the front seat to argue with Miles about what roads to take and how to work the gps on his phone.

“See??? It’s saying that the road is closed!”

“Where the hell is it written!?”

“THERE! There’s an icon of some guy digging, that means road work ahead!”

“Well I sure damn how it does!”

“OH MY— DAD I SWEAR TO EYWA—”

Buys silly keychains and charms on every stop to add to an ever growing collection on his locker key, that he can then use to jingle as to further annoy the adults or get their attention.

Lyle

Provides Miles witch a company while he’s stuck trying to entertain Spider.

Proceeds to bore Spider to sleep by talking about fishing.

Takes over driving when Quaritch is too tired and has an hour long back and forth with the kid, exchanging sarcasm and making him cringe with his puns (yes, he’s the dad pun uncle, you can’t change my mind)

Pays for Spider’s keychains.

Zdog

Shares her row in the van with Lopez because they’re both high energy menaces.

Stole some of Spider’s snacks.

“Hey, hey, Spidey”

“Ugh what?”

“Ok so who do you think would win, a silverback gorilla OR a grizzly bear??”

She’s on the side of the bear, and Spider bands with her, arguing with Lopez for hours about which of the animals would kick the other’s ass.

Braids Spider’s hair when she gets bored and the kid ends up rocking Viking braids for the rest of their trip.

Lopez

Is on the side of the gorilla and borderline disowned the two he shares his seat with after hours of arguing and trying to prove to them that the monke is superior because it has a bigger brain and hands ☝️

“What the fuck is the monkey going to do to a grizzly???”

“It can use tools! Make itself a badass battle axe, like in Godzilla vs king-Kong!!”

Takes Spider’s snacks from Zdog and munches her stolen goods right in front of her.

Mansk

Mansk provided the transport, so he’s content to rest in the back of the car with Ja, who, together with him is the calmest out of the squad.

Mostly just stares out the window, listens to music or sleeps.

However, will absolutely grill whatever fish Lyle catches during the trip. He hasn’t brought grilling equipment for nothing!

Offered to sit in the middle row so he could dampen the chaos of Lopez, Z and Spidey but they declined. He’ll have to get better earplugs next time.

Ja/Alexander

The second mother hen of the group. Asked everyone a billion times if they packed everything they needed, and brought a med-kit of his own.

Is the one to disinfect Spider’s knees when he scrapes them while climbing rocks near the parking lot. He’s not a big talker, but has a softer vibe than Mansk.

Pampers Spider just a bit. Gives him his snacks when Z-dog steals them, offers him water and so on. The more subtle details that Quaritch or Spider himself may miss.

Insane yapping incoming

I would've drawn this out but obviously I'm too tired 😭

This is just me explains Kayo more thoroughly as a character. Despite how I draw her thirsting over Mizu 23/7 Kayo actually has a very complicated relationship with women in general. She sees herself as being better than most women due to her negative experiences with them growing up

Kayo became an assassin for a reason, she is a capable fighter as she is a spy. She doesn't want to hide the fact she's a woman while doing all of that because she's "better than the others". Essentially detaching herself from the women she was surrounded with

Easily, I can boil it down to her having a "not like other girls"'s phase but that can't cover everything. Kayo's main theme as a character is a nature vs nurture effect and she could've been someone entirely different. Like Mizu she grew up with people viewing her as a freak. The women around her life struggle as well (her mother was a Chinese immigrant that ended up in Japan and then her Oiran sister figure that was struggling to make money) but they also had their shitty moments

If I were to say what would be Kayo's version of the "who betrayed Mizu" theory it would be something like "who failed Kayo". Both women tried their best to raise her properly but due to outside surroundings Kayo simply was "set up to fail". Being sold off by her mother after her brother's death and having her "sister" leave her once she were "old enough" to handle being on her own. Kayo's two supportive female figures had given up on her when it came to her fascination with violence

oh yeah- the theme with violence, Kayo growing up majority in the red light district was subject to the idea of Shinju or the act of selfharm as love. Low clas oirans at the time period would perform self harm as a sign of love and dedication for her customers but some of the smart ones would pay off grave robbers to find a body and chop off a piece of their limbs for them to use. This was because men at the time period would be sold to the idea of a woman being so infatuated by them and blah blah blahhhh 🤓☝️

Keeping it brief cause I wanna talk more bout her love language in another post perhaps soon but for Kayo it's just hard for her to trust women the same way she could trust a man. Which is why when she met Mizu she was just as infatuated as she was curious. Something about Mizu was off and Kayo didn't knew what could it be. her first immediate gut reaction was jealousy cause "how could another woman be a strong fighter?? Why is she so strong am I not?" putting herself against Mizu more critically. Kayo obviously is still damaged by her past when it came to women, she can barely take most of the women who confront her seriously but overtime as she spends more time with Mizu (and possibly with Akemi too cause the girl needs more female companionship-) Kayo would see women in a different light

While Akemi finally has a supportive female friendship system Kayo needs time to open up again toward women. After being constantly hurt and lied too it's no wonder why Kayo would rather work for men like Heiji or Fowler. Keep in mind though Kayo isn't hateful with women, she won't call them names but her empathy for them is a bit lower. She has a hard time opening up and being traditional feminine in a safe environment

Paraelling with Mizu- Mizu has a masculine/androgynous built but there'll always be that hint of soft femininity in her even if it's only few. Kayo on the other hand is physically very feminine but the way she carries herself natural is more masculine leaning. Mizu and Kayo are just as different as they are equal to one another.

TLDR: Kayo was let down by the women in her life that subsequently turned her into a woman who has a hard time opening up to other women.

Next post I'll rant about Kayo's sexuality and how it's actually a retelling of the yandere trope in queer media

-he is oblivious but he really wishes he was not

-saw someone say he plays dark souls and i know damn well he does

-for multiplayer games, he would always play with chad or get chad to play other games

-ethan does not like going to frat parties much, but figures he go to some anyway for the sake of "living up to the expectation" of his fellow peers and age group

-other times he'll go if chad and the gang are going

-and when he does attend frat parties, he doesn't drink or is at least sober because he knows he'll be the one driving his friends home

-a small hobby of his is drawing

-likes drawing art of characters from shows and series he likes

-as oblivious as he may be, if any of the girls need to talk to someone, they would go to ethan

-not for advice or anything, but just for someone to listen

-he isn't the best with words but through acts of kindness and reassurance, he tries to be there for his friends

-ethan also tries to be understanding when his friends are venting or going through something

-prefers math over english classes, he is good in his english classes but he finds math more interesting and easier

-loves building and collecting legos

-mostly collects star wars lego sets

-sometimes him and chad will build legos together as they talk or watch tv

-can actually cook, he's decent at it

-after a rough interaction with a girl that he tried to talk to, ethan felt self conscious about the way he dressed

-went to mindy and anika for help

-honestly he dresses pretty decently but occasionally he will wear a really nice outfit he liked when mindy and anika took him shopping

-when he's feeling down and needs someone to talk to, he usually goes to chad, quinn, or sam

-he has a hard time being vulnerable in front of people, even his friends

-but he's glad that his friends always assure him that they're there for him like he is for them

-is unintentionally funny

-on halloween he ALWAYS goes all out

-growing up he used to always match with quinn or richie

-but as they got older, both quinn and richie stopped dressing up with ethan :(

-really wants to go trick or treating but thought it was weird if he wasn't with a little sibling or relative to be with

-he stopped trick or treating after high school, thinking that people who gave out candy would think it's odd for someone his age to trick or treating

-i could see him collecting mixtapes, dvds, and vhs tapes

-into film and cinema in general

-either he tries to comment on stuff when watching movies or analyzes it all in his head (could make a whole essay about it if he wanted to)

-uses letterboxd

-ethan and mindy like talking about film and usually like to defend their opinions about it

-can binge watch a lot of movies or shows without getting burnt out

-although quinn and ethan are siblings, i can see mindy and ethan fighting like siblings do

as for his personality… idk how far youve read into Caslore (I need to link that tag in my pinned later brb) but in case you haven’t heard much of him let me just warn ahead of time that he’s not very pleasant, beautiful on the outside nd rotten inside archetype💜

If i were to just like… name some character traits sims-style then I’d say his memorable traits are that he’s short-tempered as hell and very easy to enrage. However aside from anger outbursts and how he acts with Gortash he’s actually more introverted than you’d think and someone that doesn’t tend to talk more than necessary with people he doesn’t care about, generally just has a very cold and icy vibe laced with a feeling of superiority over most if not all people. He’s also vain as shit and conceited, very proud of his looks and knows how to use them to get what he wants☝️ He’s disrespectful and doesn’t accept any type of authority (gods included), he’s blunt and he’s destructive due to his nature (devil that was tainted by the Abyss)

If you dig a little deeper and if you actually knew and analyzed him you’d know that a lot of his really horrendous traits are more or less a defense mechanism for his insecurities, Cas is really a deeply insecure and traumatized person at his core tbh but this is something he’d never accept or even know himself. Anyways on that note he is insanely possessive and jealous, approaches most things in a very “revenge on the world for what happened to him” manner, he’s emotionally constipated and he’s kinda sexist in an err…. misogynist gay man stereotype way. If you’ve never dealt with one irl to know exactly what I mean then be grateful but if u did… yeah😵‍💫 He also looks down on any non-infernal race nd he’s just a very hateful person in general that doesn’t wish well on anyone

I suppose to not completely just shit on him though I’ll say that he has great self control and restraint in many cases, hes a very disciplined person. Also when he does care (Gortash) he turns into a far more genuine person that does actually manage to show some affection but in a way where… for his own pride he needs to balance it out still with being rude and teasing and a bit of a bastard still. He’s also, again this is only with Gortash though, pretty devoted and protective and would give his life for him no questions asked even if he himself went through so many hardships before that just to stay alive to keep fighting for his own freedom (this is also kinda what it boils down to btw. person that was never truly his own man his whole life)

anyways hope that erm… gives a bit of an insight, its a bit more detailed than anticipated even if it’s still not quite everything but yeagh🙏

Lore dumping my fnaf au

I just remembered that I inserted myself and my best friend into the au for funsies (you'll notice I do that a lot. This is how cringe I am)

In my first draft I went on a rant abt how much I hated Wilbur's face but after going back to fix it I just needed to add his glasses LMAO. Initially I forgot about the face paint until I stared at my ref LMAO it's supposed to look faded and I think I did a pretty damn good job

Other than that the rest is fine. Erm. I didn't think I'd yap so much about that the actual lore is below the cut lawl

This is Maya!!!! (she/they) she's the mechanic in the pizzaplex, is addicted to caffeine, and is my bestest friend !!!!!! In the au we live together and also work at the same place that's so funny ‼️‼️

They usually work the night shift but if there needs to be emergency repairs during the day they're always on call for that. Nights usually consist of checkups and clean up of the animatronics and androids (will get into that later).

Clearly, I have a favorite, so he's also my favorite in the au itself LMAO cSoda works in the daycare but often leaves to bother the animatronics ☝️☝️‼️‼️

the daycare has an art station so that's where they work, they also help clean up and watch over the kids with the daycare androids !!! Who are *drumroll* Mumbo and Grian !!!!

(I forgot the makeup in this doodle,, and apparently the white stripe on the red part of the dress uggghh) the daycare androids are supposed to be more human looking to not scare the little kids, but cartoony (and tall) enough to differentiate from the human coworker. I like to imagine their faces are rly simple bc they're LED screens with projected expressions to make emotions n stuff. Plus I wanted to keep their faces similar to their skins with an in universe reason for it pfsjshgdhdh

i have so so many twomp au's, some i've rambled about and soooo many i haven't for one reason or another.

sometimes just cause: not that interesting but mostly because a lot of the au's i don't talk about are extremely self indulgent and I feel like I'd just make a lot of people roll their eyes at me lmfaooooo

I love plargos

I love Lovebomb (my oc x mr flower ship)

But also, my biggest cringiest confession is that in a lot of my au's, i mash plargos and lovebomb together to create my guilty pleasure polycule. i dont have a name for it, i just know i like it. i also don't think i need a name for it cause i dont think anybody but me will care and that's ok loooool.

Granted, it's not always romantic across the board but many times it is.

The only reason i think i'd be considered cingey for this is cause

"oh of course you lumped the oc in there. you fuckin moron🙄"

And like, yeah...

For months now i have been playing with the four of them in my head like my little dolls. There are so many different au's for different variations of their relationship.

"But Bou, i thought you said Mr. Plant and Thorn couldn't stand each other!" YES!!!

AND ALSO 🤓☝️

A lot of the times my stinky poly ship is destructive and angsty and a little more grounded in what would probably happen in the end and other times, everyone is happy and thriving and having a good time.

Always, always though i love imagining the slow burn, long term struggle of going from "i can't stand you" to "oh shit i might be catching feelings for you..." and then to, "it doesn't feel right unless it's like this."

And this is often between all of them in some way shape or form. Sometimes more or less intense depending on who is involved.

I like the drama of it all. Confused, angry stubborn little blorbos with so many mixed up feelings. Sometimes it makes them worse people and sometimes they figure out how to deal with it together for happy endings. <3

But it's never without the mess in between.

I did let a little bit of this dynamic slip out when i went on about my stupid harbringers au, but not enough that it was too obvious i think looool. Enough that you could ignore it if you don't like it probably.

So why am i bringing this up? 🤔

A few reasons:

one reason being, there are times i have the urge to draw all four of them together and not that i need anyone's permission, but im always super anxious and feel like i need to explain myself all the time even tho, who honestly cares... 🤷

two, ties into the previous reason. I'm anxious as FUCK about everything i post: Art, rambles, headcannons. Even when that shit is rooted in cannon my anxiety likes to highlight all the made up little haters in my head that secretly want me dead and I get scared when i post things.

It usually ends up fine in the end every time, but it doesn't change the fact that i get scared anytime i hit the post button. but i also know i've been irrationally afraid of EVERYTHING since i was a child.

SO, i'm not gonna put this in the main tags or anything but i still wanna post this for personal reasons. like a big fuck you to my anxiety.

Sometimes i need to remind myself that nobody cares as much as i think they do and i can do whatever i want forever and it doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things. i'm in my own little corner doing my own thing and i'm having fun and i am happy.

i will gush about my au stuff and i will gush about cannon stuff and anyone who wants to get mad about it can suck on my antennae.

anyway, i probably won't actually burden anybody with my silly polycule ideas past this, but while we're here:

to everyone who has been enjoying thorn with me, i wish you all the happiness and perfect temperature tea and/or coffee or soup in all the years to come. <3

i'll probably continue just to focus on plargos and lovebomb separately. i love them that way too.

1. My Atlas :3 sooo so excited to visit them in this coming year since I am Not visiting during winter I think I'd actually die from hypothermia. A few days ago I sent him some banana bread and it got kinda soggy from the condensation but ended up really good so woooo

2. Post-Punk Revival aka me and Atlas' ocs. I'm easing myself into drawing again but ohhhhh they're the loveliest creatures that I need to talk more about + finish their toyhouse pages. I have a few art ideas though so that's fun

3. Been going back to listening to this channel called Of Herbs And Altars from Dorian B and sigh. I love listening to all of his goth stories esp since I've recently introduced my roommate to their work so we've been listening to the nostalgia project whenever she's free/not tired from work. Also also finally got to order Dorian's book so whenever it gets here I'm gonna be binge reading it lol

4. Songwriting and such. I wasn't able to bring my bass when I moved so I unfortunately haven't been able to work on basslines and such so I've been focusing on actual lyrics. It's slow esp since I've never made a song before but it's been making me happy

5. Fashion ☝️☝️ I haven't really been keeping up with the fashion weeks but I have seen some real cool runways that I need to check out such as the Jean Paul Gaultier and Sandy Liang shows (and of course. Look at 90s Mugler runways again I miss them so bad). But I've been messing around with using lingerie as outerwear (aka just layering shit underneath slip dresses so my tits aren't completely out) and I can't wait until I can really use some outfits in public :3

Ummm I think that's really it for now that's what comes to mind but I'm always down for a chat (just as a warning. I am a horrific texter and you can ask anyone I'm friends with on that)
