SONIC OC BARRAGE GO

Introducing a bunch of my sonic ocs that no one really asked for, but I felt like drawing!

The "Squad of the Future" redux because the squad got bigger

Each character and a little bit about themselve's under the readmore!

Angel Robotnik-Cemerald the Cat

The oldest of the squad, being a few hundred years old now, though she lost track a long time ago. She is a clone created by Eggman, using both His and Vick's Dna, made to be the perfect heir to share his eventual kingdom with. ... Well she got his smarts and his love for building, but thats about it. She has to keep her little half brother, Draco, out of trouble.

Draco Johnathan Cemerald-Robotnik the Hedgecat

The "brains" of the group, 12 year old Draco is the son of Vick Cemerald and Shadow Robotnik. He has a problem with his arrogance, but doesn't hesitate to put himself between his friends and danger. He's constantly bugging his big sisters, both his half sister Angel as well as his full sister Raven. Demetre is his very best friend.

Demetre the Porcupine

Demetre is Draco's keeper, aka the one to always humble the dumbest smart person he knows. With his ability to fire his quills at a rapid rate, he's more of a long range attacker. He enjoys science, like Draco, though isn't quite on his level.

Henry the Bearded Dragon

Henry is a quiet kind of guy, usually having his nose in a book or drawing sick comics. He's a tad self conscious about his looks, so he tries to look the part of "bad boy". But with his big heart and stupendous healing abilities, he's a great ally to have.

Kevin the Armadillo and Mesmer the Hedgehog

Kevin is the literal big brother of the group, with his little Sibling Mesmer always by his side. They may not be the strongest of the squad, but their experiences in life make them invaluable. Mesmer is always reminding everyone that theres time to smile, while Kevin reminds them of responsibility that they all share.

Lexis the Sloth

Lexis is the powerhouse, with an explosive power to gather potential energy and turn it into kinetic energy. To prevent herself from making a destructive mistake, Lexis prefers to spend her free time sleeping, either in a bed or where ever she can get cozy.

Prince Kappa of the Kingdom of Shells and Princess Marina of the Kingdom of Urchins

Prince Kappa and Princess Marina are two royals from the same continent, one madly in love with the other. I'll give you three guesses as to which is which. Marina's father, King Marin, wants the two to be wed in order to combine the two kingdoms. Kappa, however, as a single heir to a kingless kingdom, does not want this. He does not like Marina in that way and just wants to be friends who hang out.

Jaque the Hedgehog

The Dream Walker, Jaque has the ability to enter the astral plane in his sleep as well as the dreamscapes of others. He is incapable of having dreams of his own. Usually he's the therapist of the friend group, unable to help himself on coming upon nightmares when called out to.

Piper the Retriever

Although not the oldest, Piper has big Mom friend energy, scolding the more irresponsible of the group often. While having no powers to speak of, she has a great sense of leadership though claims that shes no leader. She loves to take care of her friends, especially when they forget to eat, sleep, or sometimes breathe.

Axel the Meerkat

The strongman, loving to casually show off his strength, Axel has, you guessed it, strength class abilities. He is a mute sort, never seeming to utter a word, though no one really knows why. His best friend Gou seems to understand him regardless.

Gou the Porcupine

Gou is a Speedster, only able to launch a single quill at a time but with great precision and speed. His best friend Axel tends to keep his class clown attitude in check, but with his big mouth its hard to get out of the tricky situations they get into. He uses a cyber sleeve on his right arm to gather intel, and to also sometimes watch videos on TuYube.

Dr. Nikolia Moore the Tigeress

Nikolia is the team's Medic, being the only one of them certified with a doctorate in medicine as well as nutritional health. Her deadpan face can be intimidating to most, but her heart is that of a mother. A mother who will rip off the head of something hurting an innocent, a friend, or worse, a child. She is a strong believer in Doctor/Patient Confidentiality, and would never out someone for anything with out asking if it was okay to speak on the matter. She and Angel are Colleagues.

She hated that he was right. Cocky mother fu– Nope. Not going to let him win. “Fine,” she answered quickly. She turned around and looked over her shoulder, but he moved like a damn sloth. He practically floated when he walked and she hated that. She really, really hated that. “It’s not a fashion show,” she groaned. “Could you move with a purpose?”

She noticed him roll his eyes but he didn’t change a damn thing. “If I didn’t know any better,” he started as he grabbed onto the zipper on her back, “I’d say you’re just impatient for me to put my hands on you.” He’s fucking insufferable. I hate him. He swiped a pair of tweezers off the makeup counter and leaned down. She swallowed hard and immediately regretted it, but she could feel the heat of his breath on her neck as he fiddled with the zipper. “Am I making you nervous, Lexi?” She couldn’t see his face but she could only imagine how absolutely fucking satisfied he looked.

Her face twisted into a disgusted expression. “Don’t flatter yourself,” she said. “The last thing I want you thinking is I’m actually into you.” I hate that he is probably so pleased with himself right now. “Besides, I would never fall for your little game. We both know what you’re doing here.”

“And what’s that?” He continued to tug at the fabric of her dress.

Why is this making my body ache in ways it never has? Ugh. “You want to win.”

She heard a light clink as he placed the tweezers back on the counter. “Win the game, win the money, win a heart,” he said. “That's why we’re all here, no?”

She hated him. She hated him so much it consumed her. She despised him, she couldn’t wait to see the look on his face when he lost the game at the end of the season. And this time, she’d have a front row seat to it, she was more than positive of that. “I still don’t like you.” The words left her lips so easily, she thought, but somehow, they still had a bitter aftertaste.

56. What’s your favourite animal?

I know last time there was an ask game there was a question about what you’re most excited to see in the aquarium and I already used the beluga whale answer, but I think I have to go with that again. I love them so much. I am a big fan of all sea life really. Otherwise, maybe a sloth. I think they’re real cute.

64. What was the last movie you saw? Opinion?

Gosh so I’m like not a huge movie person and I’m really racking my brain to remember what my last one even was. I genuinely think the last one I sat down to watch intently was Vivarium in September last year, lmaooo. 2019 psychological thriller with Jesse Eisenberg, I liked it a lot to be honest. Very eerie. I don’t think the horror bro crowd was fond of it bc it was very-on-the-nose with metaphors, but I didn’t really mind that. Only critique I agree with is it could’ve been cut down by at least 40 minutes and probably would’ve done better as like an online short horror film.

98. How did your first crush develop?

I had petty crushes in elementary school but I can’t really recall details. My first significant crush was Jeremiah at youth group in like 7th or 8th grade, it developed because I thought he was cute and he flirted with me but it turns out he liked my friend Lexi and was using me to get to her! 1. wakes up first?

Fez. My boy likes to make breakfast for his wife and to look at the sunset. He relates nights to work, so he prefers to spend his free time looking at the sunrise and going out with her lil bro and wife.

2. goes to bed first?

They both go at the same time, but fez always falls asleep first with his head in Lexi's chest and her giving her back rubs.

37. Animal?

Lexi loves cats. She loves going to animal shelters just to spoil them. Fez loves sloths! He says smth like "man, i wanna live like that. Chillin n stuff, they don't worry about anything and they fuckn cute!"

notes on big canon divergences with the new muses

Lexi & Anna: Still working this out bc I haven't actually gotten to watch the arc with the ghosts at the beginning of s3 play out yet BUT basically my canon divergence is at some point when things are going haywire, they both actually fully cross back over instead of staying ghosts.

All GOT muses: I ignore all of season 8 and most of season 7. I'm not here for the character assassination. (Also @ book based peeps, I'm book friendly but I've only read the first book and around 1/4 of the second but that was YEARS ago, so bear with me as my book knowledge is on the level of a confused sloth.)

Daenerys: I basically ignore everything that happens after Dany arrives in Westeros. Some events beyond that point can be included with plotting, but my Dany is typically (unless writing earlier in the timeline) freshly landed on Dragonstone and her arc from that point onward will be different. I'm not here for the "Mad Queen" shit they pulled in s8 in the slightest. Also sidenote, I'm not down with romantic Jonerys if the R+L=J plot is followed as canon for obvious reasons.

Margaery: I don't have much that's canon divergent about Margaery (at the moment but this may change as my rewatch continues). I will have a verse where Margaery managed to escape the sept and get far enough away to survive the explosion just because I do love giving dead characters alternate endings, but it is an AU.

Sansa: Ok so. Listen. I'm not a fan of male writers putting female characters through unnecessary torture p*rn and r*pe plots as if that is somehow required to "make them stronger", and that whole spiel about Sansa basically saying she's grateful that she went through shit bc of how it changed her or whatever the hell they were trying to say?? Absolutely not. D&D are forever on my shit list especially because of this plotline, one that wasn't even originally Sansa's in the books. So while I will follow that yes, she was engaged to Ramsay and he was cruel to her, they did not marry before she fled and [redacted] did not happen. Also, my Sansa absolutely told Jon about her plan with the Knights of the Vale. I see no reason why she would keep that information from him at all, D&D tried to force a *Girlboss* moment and ended up making both her and Jon look stupid for it, and I hate that. So that's being tossed out the window besties.

here's the ones we've had since middle school first. the pink llama is from disney from a trip in like 7th grade? the sloth is from our friend cherri, and the flamingo was one of those valentines day things from school our friend bought us.

here's one's kainé's won from the local arcade. the rillakkuma (?) is named cheesecake

all the pokemon plushies we have. the leafeon is a build a bear named aerith.

gifts from friends and stuff. the kk slider was a birthday present for one of our syskids that someone bought her. really sweet.

grouping these tgt because they're cute. the white bunny in the middle and the sleeping cinnamoroll are from the host's boyfriend.

Preach the Good News. Be prepared in season and out of season.

2 Timothy 4:2

This missive almost didn't happen. Was it ever out of season for me Sunday morning. It was warm and muggy outside and I am a little weary of warm and muggy. My body was sore and sluggish. I was out of sorts in a vague sort of way. My chair was very, very comfortable. The house was quiet and peaceful. I was saying to myself, very convincingly, "It won't hurt you to not walk this morning." I was making a very good case for sloth!

Then that passage from 2 Timothy exploded in my ears. It was a quiet thunder that drowned out everything.

I remembered, I frequently remember, a good friend and saintly person who traveled with us to Haiti a few years back. She has bad knees. She is not in the best of physical condition. One of our places of ministry in Haiti is a community called Lexi. It is up a mountain. A steep mountain. At that time it was inaccessible by motor vehicle. You walked a strenuous, halting walk. It is hot. It is humid. The footing is treacherous. I always tell folks if they don't feel up to it they can stay "home" that day. I do my pastoral thing and give them an out. A sincere out but an out nevertheless.

She spent the night before Lexi praying and crying. She came out the next morning and confronted me with these words, "I didn't come to Haiti to sit in my room!”

That evening, when she returned, she was the poster child for physical exhaustion. But she verily glowed with spiritual reward. In season and out my friends.

In season and out.

It is well and good to Walk when things are in rhythm. When the air is cool and the humidity low you go for it. When everyone is agreeable and life is easy you just sort of go with the flow.

But in some seasons the climb is hard. You meet opposition. You feel betrayed. You question your faith. You want to quit. Happened to me in a big way more than once.

The Holy Spirit kicked my butt. Jesus came and got all up in my face "you knew this when you decided to Walk. No one told you every step was downhill and unimpeded.

Getting out of my funk and back into my Walk has brought the best years of my life and of my ministry.

This almost didn't happen today. But it did.

It did.

For the first time in like a week I actually feel happy. The last week has been pretty rough because of multiple reasons, but today I just feel so light and free of bad energy.

The real cherry on top is I’m going to meet a sloth on Saturday and I couldn’t be more excited!! If you didn’t know I LOVE sloths soooo much. I’m probably going to cry when I hold it but I’m perfectly fine with that haha.

Anyways I hope everyone is having a good week/ day, I love you all so much! 💕

The concept of falling in love is a strange one for Frank. It reeks of familiarity and kicks him in the gut every time he finds himself thinking of you. It’s guilt, deeply carved somewhere inside, reminding him that everyone around him dies. The thought of you being hurt because of him keeps him up at night. Ideally, he would like to be able hop into his truck and drive somewhere far far away to keep you safe from the terror that follows The Punisher. He’s tried that a few times already and every time his compass has failed, in a way, and led him back to you– to his shelter. That’s what he’s made out of you. You feel like home to him, something he’s missed enormously. Especially after that kiss. It made it way too hard to keep fighting that instinct and do the right thing, that would be staying away.

Unexpectedly, he chooses what he considers the wrong choice, that being– seeking that after a friend mentioned once. It terrifies him more than staying away if he’s being honest. Part of him believes he’s tainting Maria’s memory, like he’s failing her somehow, but after many meetings and talks with Curt, he would know that’s not the case at all. Maria would want him to have anything other than violence in his life, she’d want him to move on, to fall in love, and to make peace with himself.

She wouldn’t want you to live the rest of your days like a hermit in some bumfuck town in bumfucking nowhere.– Curt’s words after Frank suggested for the fifth time he should bolt.

He takes it slow though, sloth-like-slow, even when it’s zeroing into a year since he met you, and well aware he's loved you ever since, otherwise he wouldn't have gone through all this inner turmoil. He's not looking for a quick affair, no... He wants you, all of you.

Approaching this relationship as if he was disarming a bomb; he carefully chooses when and how to ask you out, finding himself repeating in his head over and over every word so he doesn't mess up.

He would pat himself on the back if it didn’t look ridiculous doing so, because when he finally arms himself with valor to cut the first wire, it goes as smoothly as he rehearsed. It’s only a week after you kissed him that he decides to go for a coffee date, something simple and casual, just to break the ice. And you, obviously, took him up on that offer. He was still nervous no matter what, and chugged more coffee than he should, hearing you talk mostly about your pets, Rocco, your boxer, who he’s met a few times already when you’ve brought him to the shelter, and your two cats Lexi and Piper. He doesn’t mind though, he prefers to be the listener.

That gave him an idea for a second date, it’s something just as casual. Once upon a time he’d gone way over the top and would have tried to impress you by choosing a fancy place way more expensive than he can afford. Right now, he knows your soft spot and he’s sticking to that.

A pet date as a second sounds pretty good to him, so his pit bull, Harley, could meet your dog. It feels like a necessary step. If you're planning for this to become something for the long haul, they need to get along. Now, Rocco is the most amicable dog in the world, never had a problem mingling with other animals. Harley, on the other hand, wasn't as friendly when she first got to the shelter, pretty much like Frank, but after a paramount of caring and training, you’re ecstatic to see how she’s succeeded under Frank's wing. It takes them no more than a few minutes, after cautiously being introduced, to play with the other and run around without problems.

You went to the dog park in his neighborhood, and while you watched your dogs run with that endless energy they both seem to have, he used that as an opportunity to find your hand and lace fingers with you as you strolled behind your babies from a distance. It took you so much by surprise that you were the one speechless that time. The pace of your heart skyrocketed like crazy and you could see yourself falling madly in love with this man as he lifted your hand up to his lips to kiss your knuckles. You were pretty much there already, you didn’t need much more than that to realize this is the guy you wanted to be with.

On the third time you got together, you were forced to face your first setback, nothing incredibly difficult to get past it. The bomb didn’t went off luckily, but you could see the misunderstanding made him more embarrassed than anything else.

You were set for dinner and a movie and as you walked up to the restaurant, his self-awareness, the crowded street, and a man following not so closely behind you, led him to believe that it was someone after him. You could see his cogs turning fast in his skull as he grabbed your arm with one hand, and reached with the other to the piece in his belt. He managed to have you hidden in the restaurant of his choosing, while he waited for the supposedly stalker in an alley nearby. At the end, it was someone who was just going in the same direction as you. Granted, the guy in particular looked as sketchy as hell, but Frank should know better by now that you can't judge someone based on looks only. Bad guys usually don't look the part, it's those they don’t you gotta watch out for. You know that from experience and so has he. He'd told you about his friend Billy over the phone one night he couldn't sleep, you've seen him on the news as well and going back to that former statement, Russo didn't look like he had broken a plate in his life. Well, turns out he broke more than a few hearts, including Frank's.

Dinner was a little awkward at first. The thing that unsettled you more was finding out that he was carrying a gun when being with you like he was preparing for the worst. It must be exhausting for him to carry that burden every second of every single day. You wished you could ease him up somehow and you voiced that, carefully, because it was palpable there’s still a few things that are triggering for him and there’s nothing you can do to change that, Frank is always going to be Frank, and while you appreciate him for wanting to keep you safe, it’s not going to work if every time there’s a potential thread he’s going to pull out a gun. So, he made a compromise for the time being, and had you keep his gun in your purse instead. It’s not a good solution but it's the best you could come up with at that moment.

“I'm sorry I freaked you out,” his fingers were laced together, and you could see he was still anxious by the way his eyes kept darting out the window, as his pointer finger tapped repeatedly on his knuckles,“we don't have to stay.”

“You wanna leave?” you pulled your stare from the menu you were scanning.

“No, I just don't want you to be stuck with me.”

“Frank… I–” you frowned, unsure of what to say next, and reached with your hand across the table to grab his forearm. Your grip putting an end to that twitch of his finger as he locked eyes with you. “I wouldn't be here if I didn't want to, trust me. You are the one stuck with me whether you like it or not. It's gonna take more than that to freak me out.”

“That so?" you watched his lips shyly turning into a resemblance of a smile behind his beard.

You shrugged playfully before picking together a pizza to both of your tastes.

He was in charge of choosing a restaurant, and dinner was a success no matter what happened earlier. Then, you were the one to pick a movie, and you chose Knives Out beforehand, having your tickets ready on your phone. Frank relaxed more into that second part of the date, enough that you found yourself observing him instead of the film. He was utterly invested in it, and you were more into seeing his reaction than anything that happened on the screen.

Honestly, all you wanted to do is make out with him like a teenager. It was embarrassing, yes, but you’ve held long enough and a few kisses here and there weren’t enough anymore.

It wasn’t enough for him either cause now, at the end of the night, when he takes you home, he has your back pressed against the door of your apartment before you can fish for the keys in your bag. His palms frame your hips, fingers sneaking in under your sweater, sinking softly in your skin every other second, weakening your knees by the undoing of his tongue granting you a new kind of kiss; firm and eager, tasting your mouth as if it was his new favorite dessert.

To keep yourself from buckling down, you lock arms around his neck and get lost in the tenderness of lips, fitting perfectly with yours.

He's overly interested in exploring every corner of your mouth. Hopefully he's just as enthusiastic about getting to know the rest of you further.

Unfortunately, your sweet make out session gets interrupted by a sound coming from behind your neighbor's door, Mrs. Anderson, who likes to spy from her peephole to keep tabs on what happens in the hallway, especially when it comes to your comings and goings. To say she doesn't like you very much is an understatement. She despises every time you bring friends, or worst of all– she's always complaining about your dog, and has tried many times to convince your landlord and the neighbors association that it isn't safe to have that kind of breed, in particular, living in the building. Her request has been shut down over and over but she keeps finding new ways to annoy you out of spite.

You sigh and part from his lips, hearing her door opening to the hallway. You smooth your hands on Frank's shirt, hoping really hard she's just taking the trash out. Sadly you're not so lucky.

“Everything alright here?” the middle aged woman says.

“Yes, Mrs. Anderson, everything's peachy.” You utter, cocooned by Frank's tallness, as he moves his lips to your forehead.

“I was just checking. Is that a new boyfriend of yours?”

You feel his mouth drawing a smile against your skin.

“It's actually… none of your business. Go back to the bachelor or whatever you're watching. ”

“Well, whoever he is, I hope it lasts more than all the others.”

Frank frowns at you, completely shocked at your not-so-passive-aggressive but totally hostile exchange with your neighbor.

“By the way, that damn dog has been barking all afternoon after one of your friends came around looking for you.”

She slams the door shut after that, but you know she's still watching and listening from the other side, and you flip her off hoping that she'd see it.

“What the hell was that?” Frank snorts.

“A pain in the butt.”

Letting out a long sigh, you shove your hand in your purse to grab your keys, and turn around to open the door.

“I didn't know you had enemies.”

“Just the one,” you shift in your boots, spinning to look at him again under the open threshold.

“I guess… I should get going,” his hand extends to cup your jaw.

“I'm sorry she ruined the moment,” you lean on his touch.

“Me too, sweetheart.”

“You could stay, you know?”

“You want me to?”

“I really want you to, Frank,” you say honestly, trying not to sound so desperate to spend more time with him.

You hear your dog behind you, coming to greet you at the door but he seems more excited to have found Frank there than you as he perks up, circling around him, smelling his boots.

“Hey, boy.”

“See? He wants you to come in too,” a smile illuminates your face, as one of your palms brushes his beard, and you step closer to purr over his lips, “please?”

“Yeah, alright. Can't really say no to that face, can't I?”

“You could try,” you press your curved lips to his mouth.

Euphoria: The actual enneagram types of Rue, Jules, Maddy, Nate, Kat, Cassie, Lexi, Fez, and Ashtray

The Main Character: Rue Bennett [Type 9]

Core Desire: To have inner stability "peace of mind"

Core Fear: Of loss and separation

Core Weakness: Sloth

Core Longing: Your presence matters

Rue definitely does not come across as a peacemaker, as most of what we see of her is reckless and impulsive behavior, however, her intentions are to achieve and maintain inner rest as her mind is constantly battling with mental illness, trauma, grief, loss, and guilt. Rue constantly expresses that she never quite felt peace until she started abusing drugs. Prior to her life as an addict, she was described to be kind, compassionate, sociable. Rue is favored by most of the people in her life, even the ones she constantly disregards safety and well-being for (Leslie, Gia, Lexi, Fez, Jules, etc.) She is very much defined by the people in her life, which is why losing her father was so life altering for her. 9′s care the most about making sure those in their lives are happy even if that means they aren’t. Her choice of path to addiction is an unconscious acting out on that her mental health issues and struggles cause her to be a burden on others and that they would be better off without her. Rue doesn’t feel that she matters to others, nor does she feel that she matters to herself. Rue comes to terms with needing to figure out how to better manage her trauma; Lexi’s play provided her a different perspective of herself and her life.

The Love-Interest: Jules Vaughn [Type 7]

Core Desire: To be satisfied and content—to have their needs fulfilled

Core Fear: Of being deprived and in pain

Core Weakness: Gluttony

Core Longing: You will be taken care of

Jules is very cheerful, warm, and adventurous. She has an aura that draws others to her. Underneath this free-spirited presentation, she masks past trauma of gender dysphoria, self-harm, and childhood neglect per her mother’s past substance abuse problems. Jules tends to fill herself up through pleasurable experiences with others whether it be exploring her sexuality, dating multiple people at a time, riding her bike, or attending parties. Jules has a hard time focusing on one person at a time because she wants to have her cake and eat it too. She is pleasure focused, thus acts first and thinks later. She can be a positive light to others in platonic friendships in which she cannot gain anything from. Jules wants to feel cared for by others and ensure her needs are being met by others even when it is not being reciprocated by her. She tends to present a fear of commitment and self-sabotages anything that could become something real.

The Queen Bee: Maddy Perez [Type 3]

Core Desire: To feel valuable and worthwhile

Core Fear: Of being worthless

Core Weakness: Deceit

Core Longing: You are loved for simply being you

Maddy presents herself as a tough and confident “bad bitch”, however, behind this persona she is vulnerable, emotional, and sensitive. She desires to withhold status and success despite her disinterest in work. Maddy wants to feel that she has worth because she witnessed what it was like to be treated as if you have none. She learned while young that the world values and honors superficial things such as status, wealth, and beauty so sets out to create this for herself. As a child, she performed in beauty pageants. As a teen, she always shows up in bold make-up and eye-catching fashion, leads a popular girl-friend group, becomes a cheerleader, dates a well-off popular jock, and studies the rich in hopes of becoming one of them. She got a job nannying for a rich woman in hopes of learning more about her and her world. There are very few close ones in her life she lets see her with her guard down which is why disloyalty is so heartbreaking to her. She wants to feel loved for who she truly is, not just what she presents.

The Adversary: Nate Jacobs [Type 8]

Core Desire: To protect themselves (to be in control of their own lifeand destiny)

Core Fear: Of being harmed or controlled by others

Core Weakness: Lust/Excess

Core Longing: You will not be betrayed

Nate’s personality is manifestation of his privilege and childhood trauma. He was born to a well-off family but with lies and secrets. His father’s explicit private life altered his emotional and physical development as he is unsure about his sexuality and thus insecure about his masculinity. He channels his trauma into antisocial behaviors such as driving while intoxicated, beating others to near death, and physical and emotionally abusing/controlling women he dates. While his trauma explains his behavior, it doesn’t excuse it. Nate clearly wants to feel in control of his life and protect himself from harm because no one else ever did. He never allows himself to be vulnerable to his feelings. Perhaps if he allowed this, he could find some inner healing.

The Maverick: Kat Hernandez [Type 4]

Core Desire: To find themselves and their significance (to create an identity)

Core Fear: That they have no identity or personal significance

Core Weakness: Envy

Core Longing: You are seen and loved for exactly who you are - special and unique

Kat’s entire character arc is seeking her own an identity while feeling inferior to others. Kat often feels overlooked because she is not the ideal beauty standard, so she overcompensates with dressing in very bold looks and maintaining a fan base via her secret internet alter egos. Kat continues to struggle with her identity as she experiments with sex and dating. She comes to terms with being unhappy with a stereotypical nice gentleman like guy and desiring someone more challenging at the end of season 2.

The Hot Girl: Cassie Howard [Type 2]

Core Desire: To feel loved

Core Fear: Of being unwanted, unworthy of being loved

Core Weakness: Pride

Core Longing: You are wanted and loved

Cassie is seemingly kind and sweet but very lost and disconnected from herself. From a young age, Casse was admired for her beauty and sensuality but never for who she is. She is very underdeveloped in this way as she cut off that part of herself. Cassie lives for the feeling of being desired by others in which she confuses as love. This pattern leads to frequently being mistreated and devalued by men. Cassie could be described as a “love addict” as she wants to be loved so bad that she is willing to ruin close relationships with others for it. Cassie expresses guilt but doesn’t allow herself space to feel or express unpleasant things. To Cassie, romantic love is all that matters as you are lovable for what you give to men rather than what and who you are.

The Best Friend: Lexi Howard [Type 6]

Core Desire: To have security and support

Core Fear: Of being without support and guidance

Core Weakness: Anxiety

Core Longing: You are safe and secure

Lexi is the most level-headed and stable character in Euphoria and this sets her apart from the rest. She is genuine, dependable, trustworthy, and loyal. She is so loyal that people tend to take advantage of her loyalty because they know she’ll be there for them. Lexi is this way because she wants the same treatment in return. She expresses how unsafe she feels in the world, always expecting the worst case scenario to happen, even more so when things are going okay. This is trauma stemming from her relationship with her father. Lexi values Rue so much because their friendship was the only stable and consistent relationship she had during the timeframe of when her dad was in and out her life. Lexi feels that she is responsible for others as she is only reliable one in most of her social groups. Because Lexi is so overlooked, she was able to develop as an individual in her personality traits and personal values unlike Cassie who got all the attention for her looks. Cassie resents Lexi for being liked for who she is rather than her looks. Despite their complicated relationship, Lexi cares greatly for Cassie and wishes better for her yet their opposite life experiences serve as a barrier for her ability to truly empathize with her struggles.

The Hero: Fezco [Type 9]

Core Desire: To have inner stability "peace of mind"

Core Fear: Of loss and separation

Core Weakness: Sloth

Core Longing: Your presence matters

Fez is calm, collected, family-oriented, and protective. He is most likely a 9w8. He is defined by his family and close ones. His main concern is maintaining his well-being and lifestyle. He fears losing what he has and who is in his life.

The Sidekick: Ashtray [Type 5]

Core Desire: To be capable and competent

Core Fear: Being useless, helpless, or incapable

Core Weakness: Avarice

Core Longing: Your needs are not a problem

Ashtray is isolated, observant, curious, and self-reliant. He takes on the persona of adult rather than child due to being exposed to a lifestyle of crime. While Fezco is his older brother, Ashtray serves as the protector and leader. He wants to be capable and competent to take on all threats. This is unfortunately results in his death and him attempting a shootout with the cops is the first time we ever see him appear childlike.
