This is soo disgusting! So who killed Lacy & Connor Peterson then if Scott is innocent, who killed Laci & Connor? These lawyers need to be disbarred smh because they have no respect for Laci’s memory, her parents, family, & friends! I need to know who killed Laci & Connor then smh so disrespectful! The LA Innocence Project should be helping a black or brown person who really needs the help!!
Listening to the phone call between Scott and his mistress Amber Frey you hear a guilty man. Scott still called his mistress as his wife was missing and people were searching for Laci & Connor. If he thought Laci was still alive he won’t have called his mistress because he would have known Laci would find out sooner about the affair existed. Smh it’s a disgrace he called the mistress because he thought her body would never be found.
The LA Innocence Project is only helping Scott Peterson try to get away w/ murder because he is a handsome, clean cut “All-American” man. It’s pathetic and these lawyers need to be disbarred!
I just want to know who killed Laci then cut her body up and dumped her in the bay. Smh Scott who did it then they better have the so called killer’s name since they claiming his innocence!! I am angry it’s no justice in America every defense lawyer is paid to lie & prosecutor lied to win a case. If Scott Peterson get out of jail I would never get over it!
🤬😡😤

Coffin births
Tumblr media
Also sometimes called postmortem fetal extrusion, coffin births are an extremely rare phenomenon whereby the putrefaction and build-up of intra-abdominal gases of the corpses of pregnant women force the prolapse of the uterus (sometimes forcing it inside-out) and, with it, the expulsion of the fetus.
Tumblr media
The above image is from an archaeological dig in Italy in 2018 which revealed the remains of a coffin birth from the 7th or 8th century, when these occurrences were much more common.
There have been no true cases of coffin birth recorded in modern times. It was speculated that Laci Peterson's body experienced a coffin birth when it washed ashore in San Francisco Bay and her fetus was found separately washed ashore on a different beach; however, it was later determined during the autopsy that the abdominal cavity had ruptured and the seawater had washed out her internal organs as well as the fetus.

5/11/2005 Wednesday 2005
Th (Scott and Laci Peterspn house is on the market. Getting on the bidder's list won't be easy They want $400, 000.
Jim's being a pill. Just don't buy into it. 74 degrees in Modesto at 6:45pm Average now is 81 degrees.
So, we are headed into choppy waters. I guess really, we are in them.
5/11/2005Well, Ahhhh! Trip to Granada Hills! The last hurah. Jim draped tween Margie and Ruth Ann.
5/12/2005 Thursday 7:13am
Jim starts out in a bad mood. I feel hung over. Not an easy combo.
Ruth Ann dies. But, got the trash out. That's a start. We'll feel better tomorrow. Big trip to Southern California. Ahhhhh! I can do this!
9:55am Jim got bitchy with Jennifer T. She hung up on him.
5/14/2005 6:45am Granada Hills.
We start out. Jim's being a pill "don't leave the bathroom door closed." I gave it right back "Don't be rude...(sort of)".
Ruth's oxygen machine rumble hums along. She's on oxygen 24-7. She can come out to the living room...and, is really there (mentally). She did space out once, but, she knew it and thought it was funny.
Peggy gets up. She will stay "till the end (Ruth's death). Peggy is very attentive.
Lisa and Jeff and Jerry were here. Acting like they don't know (that Ruth is dying).
John, Jim and I went to Chaple of the Roses yesterday. Met with a female employee there (Re: Ruth Ann's funeral arrangements). The employee instantly disliked Jim. (Probably because he insisted on a cheap burn and plastic box for Ruth Ann's body instead of an expensive coffin. He did this when my father died in 2000. And, I did it for Jim when he died in 2009. Jim taught me well).
to be continued in tomorrow's blog
Note:
Jim was my gay partner who died in 2009. He was very close to his cousin Ruth Ann who was 67. She had been diagnosed with Ovarian cancer in 1994. In 2005, we lived in Modesto California, Northern California. Ruth Ann and John lived in Granada Hills in Southern California.
Margie was Jim's Mom. She died in April of 2005. In 2005, May, I was 49 and Jim was 57.
Although i felt hung over in the above entry, I quit drinking in 2011 and have been sober for 12 years.

Episode 463: Comfort me
We open in the old cemetery north of town, where well-meaning governess Vicki and matriarch Liz are looking for the grave of Vicki’s old boyfriend Peter. Vicki last saw Peter this past Friday, which was over 170 years ago. That discrepancy was the result of some time travel she did in between. Vicki met Peter while spending nineteen weeks in the late eighteenth century. She came back home on…

Scott Peterson: Venus Love Style Reading 🥀
Scott Peterson, whose name became infamously linked to a tragic crime, was convicted in 2004 for the murder of his wife, Laci Peterson, and their unborn son, Conner. The case gripped the nation, unfolding a story that, on the surface, seemed to be that of an all-American family. Yet, as details emerged, the facade of a loving husband and father-to-be crumbled, revealing a much more sinister reality. Laci Peterson disappeared on Christmas Eve of 2002, sparking a massive search operation. Scott's initial portrayal as a grieving husband began to falter under scrutiny, especially when it was revealed he had been having an affair with another woman, Amber Frey, who was unaware of his marital status. This revelation casts a shadow of deceit and infidelity over Peterson's character, undermining his initial claims of innocence.
Tumblr media
The investigation uncovered a web of lies and suspicious behavior, from Scott's purchase of a boat shortly before Laci's disappearance to his actions and movements on the day she went missing. The discovery of Laci and Conner's bodies near the area where Scott had been fishing on the day of Laci's disappearance further implicated him, despite his vehement denials of any wrongdoing. Scott Peterson's trial was a media sensation, drawing attention not only to the details of the case but also to broader issues of marital betrayal, the portrayal of victims and perpetrators in the media, and the death penalty in the United States. Convicted of first-degree murder for Laci's death and second-degree murder for the death of their unborn son, Peterson was sentenced to death, later commuted to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole after California declared a moratorium on the death penalty.
Tumblr media
Scott has Venus in Virgo, meaning Venus is in FALL. The concept of a planet being "in fall" is not about doom and gloom but rather about the complexity and depth it brings to the planet's expression. For Venus in Virgo, this positioning emphasizes a more analytical and critical approach to love and relationships. The warmth and spontaneity of Venus are replaced with a desire for perfection, often leading to a critical or overly analytical attitude towards partners and a tendency to focus on flaws or what can be improved rather than unconditional acceptance and affection. Already a placement fraught with critical and perfection-seeking tendencies, it gains a more sinister hue when we consider the destructive degree at 22. This isn't just about striving for an unattainable ideal in love or being overly critical of a partner; it's a harbinger of a love twisted, where the pursuit of perfection becomes a destructive force, not just emotionally, but in the most tragic and final sense.
Scott also has Venus in the 10th House, which when negatively aspected indicates an individual who uses relationships as a means to an end—where partners are chosen or valued based on how they contribute to one's image or goals. The desire for an ideal image to the public might overshadow the genuine emotional connection in the relationship. This could manifest as presenting a facade of a perfect relationship or family life to the world, even if the reality is far from perfect.
The sextile between Venus and Mercury in the secretive 12th House, rather than merely suggesting a preference for intellectual connection and private conversations, now casts a shadow of duplicity. It's as if Scott's capacity for intimate communication was a double-edged sword, capable of deception as easily as a connection. This aspect, under this grim light, speaks to a mind that could rationalize the irrational, and justify the unjustifiable, where the whispered words behind closed doors were not of love, but of lies. The square between Venus and Saturn in the 7th House, the domain of committed partnerships, becomes even more ominous. Instead of simply implying a strained or duty-bound approach to relationships, this aspect now screams of a suffocating control, a need to dominate and dictate the terms of love until it chokes the life out of it—literally. Saturn's cold, restrictive influence here speaks not to the normal challenges of marriage but to a relationship under siege, where one partner becomes a warden, and the other a prisoner.
Tumblr media
The trine to the North Node in the 2nd House, which might in other contexts suggest a journey towards valuing oneself and one's possessions now has a macabre twist. This aspect, in the story of a man who killed his wife, hints at the ultimate material possession: taking a life into one's own hands, and claiming ownership over another's existence. It's a stark and harrowing reminder that in some twisted minds, love and possession can become fatally conflated. The stark parallels between Scott Peterson's astrological chart and the heinous crime he committed serve as a chilling reminder of how the darker facets of our personalities can be reflected in the stars. While astrology often offers insights into our strengths, desires, and potentials, in Scott's case, it also mirrors the depths of deceit, manipulation, and control that led to an unfathomable tragedy.

“Women who obsess over stories about killer husbands aren’t indulging in tabloid sensationalism or thinking in complicated psychosexual metaphors. They are, literally, worried that their husbands are going to kill them — and those fears are not irrational.
‘Our trust in men is as unearned as it is unreciprocated — yet it's expected,’ writes feminist Chelsea G. Summers. And this is where true crime's real value lies: Unlike love songs, unlike rom-coms, and unlike romance novels, true crime has no interest in telling us to trust men. Unlike politicians or bosses, it doesn't seek to gaslight women.
Bluebeard stories provide one of the few venues women have to talk about the pervasive nature of marital violence. Like the slashers, they convert private trauma into public spectacle, giving women a language for their pain.
Look again to all those women obsessing over Laci Peterson while we waged war on Iraq, the trivial housewives with their trivial concerns: Between 2001 and 2012, the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan killed 6,488 US soldiers. In that same span of time, over 10,470 American women were murdered by their partners. Women who followed Laci's case weren't ignoring the war abroad, they were paying attention to the war at home. That war is long and bloody, and there is no chance of a ceasefire any time soon. If we had no way to talk about it, we might die of the silence alone.”

Arguably, one of the most sensational and infamous modern day murder cases was that of Laci Peterson and her unborn son. Scott Peterson, Laci's husband, was convicted of those murders. The case overshadowed an eerily similar murder case that had taken place some months earlier in the same area.
On 1 May, 2002, 24-year-old Evelyn Hernandez, who was 9-months pregnant, disappeared with her 5-year-old son, Alex. Shortly afterwards, Evelyn’s wallet was discovered in a parking lot near the workplace of Herman Aguilera, the father of the child that Evelyn was weeks away from giving birth to. There appeared to be no more clues and no sign of Evelyn and Alex.
That was until 24 July, when a decomposed torso and legs washed up near the Bay Bridge. DNA testing was ordered on the ghastly discovered and confirmed that the dismembered remains belonged to Evelyn. The remainder of her body, her unborn baby, and Alex were nowhere to be found. Investigators immediately zoned in on Herman.
It was revealed that Evelyn had been dating Aguilera for a number of years until she discovered that he was already married. Regardless of this, they continued to see one another due to the fact that Evelyn was expecting his baby - something he allegedly wasn’t too pleased about. Aguilera initially cooperated with investigators but eventually stopped and hired a lawyer. His wife provided an alibi for him for the day of the disappearance.
The disturbing case still remains unsolved.

ohhhh 18, 9, and 2 for your Steve and Eddie (any verse you'd like
interrogate me about my characters
you are FEEEDING MEEEEE i'm sorry this took me like a couple of days my brain had to power back up after the weekend
2. THEIR EMOTIONAL/MORAL WEAK SPOTS
hellfire & ice/sequel!eddie starts off as your garden variety drug dealer and progressively adds a couple more tools in his criminal belt as the years go on and honestly? doesn't really see that much of a boohoo about it. yes, it's what the world expects from all munsons, yes, it's bad bad work for bad bad men but eddie can't see himself working a straight job. ever. he's not equipped for it. and, he's made peace with the fact that he'll never be a rockstar (jk no the fuck he has not he's so bitter) so he's all, might as well make the wasted years i have on this stupid earth a little more interesting. he's got a little bit of a robin hood complex going on once we meet him in his late 20s.
clear cut!steve is also a criminal albeit the smoother kind, and kind of works off a similar thing of i've never been good at anything else, so this might as well be my career. except for steve, it's banking on how far he can get with that tireless, bottomless, all-consuming harrington charm. working in insurance, or whatever the fuck his father did, never quite scratched the itch of bold faced robbery that... well, robbery did. it's funny, though. steve's never had the aspirations towards grandeur that his fellow thieves have had, because he knows what it's like to grow up in a cushy rich household. steve's just doing it for the thrill of fooling everybody. and he is, by the way. fooling everybody. even you. remember that.
9. HUMILIATING MEMORIES
hellfire and ice!eddie, like.... do you mean his entire life up to this point and actually, beyond. he once got so unbelievably fucking stoned that he thought calling a phone sex line was a good idea but then once the sexy operator lady picked up, he got so freaked out that he could only talk in fozzie bear voice and he couldn't drop the bit for 20 minutes. fun conversation with wayne about that phone bill. he's also written so much bad poetry, so many embarrassing near-self insert stories (one of us, one of us) where he romances many a comely elfin lady. he once slipped one of these stories into chess club captain martha peterson's locker in freshman year as, like, an effort at wooing her but then he got pulled into the fucking guidance counselor's office because she said he was stalking him.
old hollywood!steve... again. regrets. humiliations. he has a few. one could be punching bela lugosi out after a stage production of dracula because he thought he was a real vampire (drunk). another could be punching out an extra on the set of the merry widow in 1925 because he was sniffing around mae murray, who steve was also sniffing around at the time (jilted). steve was replaced by 'that rodent-voiced bastard john gilbert' and the extra he clocked? none other than clark gable. among other embarrassments; not securing a finalized divorce from his first wife before he married his second (drunk), the time he fully pissed his pants when buster keaton played a prank on him during a seance (stoned), getting caught wailing for a second chance outside joan crawford's room at the garden of alla hotel (that woman was inside having lesbian sex).
18. THINGS THEY'LL NEVER ADMIT
old hollywood!eddie knows his entire career is based on fluke, but he's too embarrassed to nurture his real talent, which is writing. to be honest, he does stunts because he kind of has a death wish. not being able to express himself was killing him, but he was always too full of piss and vinegar and cowardice to kill himself. but now people see him, or what the studios have made of him, and it's glorious and horrifying and naked and fake and full of possibility that he's too scared to touch.
hellfire & ice/burning up & burning out!steve (moreso sequel relevant, but) has always thought lacy was a fucking weirdo honestly and blames lacy for nancy pulling away from him during his senior year, not like nancy becoming a person was a factor or anything... until they're older and steve and lacy grow increasingly fond of each other. he wishes he took the job that his dad laid out for him on a silver platter sometimes and married someone stable, like tina or whoever. steve's increasingly more anxious socially as he ages, knowing that most people see him as some kind of joke, but he has to put on the face and be the guy, whatever that means to him in 1994. he's terrified that he's built his life around constructs that are flimsy; being independent from his family, following a path when he's not sure of himself as a person, desperately trying to make the thing with nancy work when she's there because he's familiar and he's there because he's afraid.
