THANK YOU SM it means a lot!! I really want to when school doesn't have me busy, zombie aus have always been a particular fav of mine across fandoms. I'll post some thoughts I have on the greenblings (Kugie included!) for now:
Shin, Kanna, and Kugie -- Siblings who quickly only got to have each other after the outbreak began. As the youngest, Kanna is both Kugie and Shin's top priority to protect, though she isn't helpless; she's soft-spoken and not the best fighter, but has a keen eye and notices things the other two sometimes don't. She's a smart kid and doesn't enjoy being overly babied, but she does greatly look up to her sister and brother.
As eldest, Shin tries his best to be the adult for them and look out for them, but it is Kugie who is really the most headfirst, stepping into danger when Shin hesitates. He's freaking the hell out at all times but tries to keep it in to not stir panic in his sisters. Kugie and Shin clash quite a bit but it's out of care. Shin always insists eating last or not at all because "he'll survive", and it is usually him who manages to find food for the three. His job-hopping pre-outbreak allows him to be generally familiar with the area and its buildings, as he's been in and out of various locations. Having worked in bad parts of town, his wittiness is what gets him out of situations moreso than brawn; before meeting Keiji and Qtaro and getting firearms from Qtaro, Shin's plan is often to run or sneak away. He's good at foraging, though the poor guy can only carry so much.
Kugie is soft and outwardly concerned for her younger sister, and yells at her older brother to stop being stupid and to be more careful damn it! She would tell Shin to just be quiet and eat the food. She's the type to get frustrated because she just cares, and is antsy to stay on track with things rather than hiding away. Resourceful, she makes a tool or weapon out of anything and often runs in if something is happening to either of her siblings. Kugie enjoys viewing herself as an independent person, and to a degree she is. She will endanger herself for others, ultimately leading to her death (which i'd rather draw out than type out at some point ^_^ !)

so ima start working on the hierarchy for Matron in the Playhouse (thank the creation of Canva)
it'll mainly focus on the replication crew since they're the ones holding everything together. So this means lore is gonna be new from what i originally planned (i keep re-drafting, cons of a writer/storyteller)
hopefully by the end of the day, the post will be uploaded to the au blog-

Hi!! So I saw barbie for the third time recently so of course I made a yttd (dummies) au with it!
Also there will be Barbie spoilers but not like plot spoilers this is mainly inspired by the doll logic. This isn’t even the yttd dolls in the Barbie movie. It’s literally just inspired by the doll logic. (After going back it dies have trailer spoilers but it’s basically fine)
Also this gets LONG
Ok so to start the dummies are not in Barbieland, there in a dollhouse asunaro has created. Which all the dolls asunaro has created live there.
(Also the dummies have always been dolls) (also asunaro’s a toy company now I guess(I mean it fits with the orphanage thing))
Ok to start off the doll human connection thing
Anzu’s the (main) doll/toy that Reko and Alice played with as kids
I also dont know if i should make her weird Barbie, like they playing with her too hard as kids works but also they could use her now to play with the others
Hayasaka and Gin have a similar relationship. Hayasaka was actually given to Gin pretty recently so he could play with the others.
Kurumada is a doll that Shin bought that Kanna likes to play with sometimes
Ranmaru is a fashion doll that sara will make clothes for and doesn’t rlly get played with.
The only time he does is when Gin and/or Kanna ask her too
So he just kinda sits on a shelf in her room most the time
Hinako was a cop/police kinda doll given to Keiji as a kid that he ended up forgetting about and him mom found at some point and gave it back to him (after Mr. Policeman’s death) and he ended up changing Hinako up a lot to fit where he is now
(also I might make a Nimona au with them at some point but idk)
Now here is where it gets difficult
This is rlly the only thing I can think of for Mai and Qtaro that I can think of (Without it being weird)
I hc qtaro as gay amd Mai as a lesbian but if you don’t and think Qtaro’s into women (or ship them) I feel like this could get a little weird
So I feel like the TikTok I linked is rlly the only thing that could work
Especially since I feel like Mai would be pretty fashionable (if anyone has any ideas Lmk)
Everything else that’s doll logic is the same
Also there is no Barbie ken thing it’s just a dollhouse(basically)
I am going to use the main plot of something happens to one of the dolls and had to go to the real world to fix it
I didnt rlly have a plan oh who but after typing this it’s going to be Hinako/Keiji
I want another dummy to go with her but as of typing this idk who yet (it’s probably going to be Ranmaru)
I actually don’t have much after this
It’s rlly just Hinako brings the humans to the dollhouse

what are kannas judgmental opinions on the gaang (+mai and ty lee?)
okay i’ve written before on how kanna feels about the gaang, but you specifically said judgmental which is a whole other question. bc I do think that kanna can be a massive cunt when she wants (or needs) to be :)
katara: she is gonna get their whole village killed, not because she inherently has a target on back, but because she insists on making one anyway. literally one day of quiet and she’d never ask for anything ever again. literally just one day where she sits inside and doesn’t yell and doesn’t run off somewhere and give kanna a heart attack. she’s too fucking old for this….. please katara. just go inside and do your chores, quietly. you are killing your grandmother. is that what you want, katara, huh??? to kill your grandmother? katara catches a cold one day and stays curled up in bed and doesn’t speak because she has a sore throat, and kanna just spends the whole day bringing her soup and katara is so cute and cuddly the whole time it’s literally the best day of her life.
sokka: exact opposite problem, which is that he’s too obedient and it kinda scares her. please fight back just a little. just take one day off. breaks are important! she was a rebellious child, so as much as katara exhausts her, she also understands her very well. she does not understand sokka at all. he literally does everything she would ever ask from him before she even has to ask (to the point that katara thinks he does nothing, because kanna never forces sokka into doing anything). she has no idea who raised him to be this obedient, because it certainly wasn’t her. he used to be funny and curious and full of life as a child, but now his miserable depressed aura saps the vibes out of every room. at least when she’s doing chores with katara they chit chat and make jokes, but with sokka, she doesn’t even want that boy in her house. absolute vibe killer.
aang: he’s a bad influence on katara. or maybe katara is a bad influence on him? either way they should know better than to go into a fire nation ship. say what you will about sokka’s wet miserable aura, but he simply would not do that. but he’s also really cute, so. it’s ok :)
toph: this girl clearly thinks that she is too good to visit the south pole and she has no idea why sokka speaks so highly of that rich snob. and the first time she meets her, toph isn’t even all that polite to her?? this kid is yet another delinquent bad influence on her grandkids. (she grows on her.)
suki: she has absolutely nothing bad to say about suki. next!
zuko: invaded her village + attacked sokka + grabbed her and shoved her rudely + kidnapped aang + stupid hair + pure evil. (once they are introduced properly after the war, though, zuko apologizes and he’s really sweet about it so she forgives him and basically just likes him from that point forward.)
mai: katara hates her but sokka loves her so she doesn’t know what to think. on one hand, katara is her favorite, but on the other hand, sokka exercises better judgment. she barely talks in her presence, so she genuinely has no clue. she kind of gives off scary vibes though. who can say.
ty lee: the most charming girl in the world, second only to suki. kanna has nothing bad to say about ty lee. in fact she once suggests to katara that she could stand to be more like ty lee, and katara throws a hissy fit. which is exactly the kind of behavior kanna was referring to. oh well.
appa: perfect creature. no notes.
momo: his green eyes are staring directly into her soul. for the love of god please get him some brown contacts.

every saiki k fan has to watch the live action. you dont get it. they had 5 dollars, 3 bad wigs and a dream. the 2 running manga gags around kento yamazaki ("the fortuneteller told me i will meet kento yamazaki!" "omg the fortuneteller told me i will date kento yamazaki" "does she not know any other celebrities") and kanna hashimoto (saiki draws teruhashi using his soul capture power and it her) were possibly the only payment those two got. they went all out on the absurdity by refusing do a single special effect seriously. some scenes look like playing dolls with pngs. saikis mom actually does an "its morbin time" title call joke. saikis dad seems to possess canonical, semi purposeful, semi instinctual power to speak calamities into existence with sole purpose to annoy and burden his son. teruhashi is MUCH more evil and MUCH MUCH more lovable its insane how endearing the portrayal is. it all looks so dogshit tho. still no clue all these famous actors worked on this fever dream of a movie. watch live action saikik.
