What is a movie you could go back to again and again, and why is it special to you? ^.^
Ooooo good question! Here's 5!
The Shining (1980, Stanley Kubrick) is just so magnificent, even if it isn't that scary by today's standards. I adore it sm!
Rear Window (1954, Alfred Hitchcock) is, in my opinion, Hitchcock's best film and is a phenomenal mystery thriller. I studied it in college and it's just superb.
The Karate Kid (1984, John G. Alvidsen) is one of the all-time underdog stories and is super sentimental for me because I watched it a lot with my sisters growing up.
Se7en (1995, David Fincher) is one of the best thrillers ever made and is quintessential Fincher. The performances of Brad Pitt and Morgan Freeman are excellent and the twist is iconic.
Wall-E (2008, Andrew Stanton) is one of the most heartwarming and truly wonderful films to be made and the character of Wall-E is just so adorable. This is another that is very close to my heart because I watched it with my family a lot!

Bonjour!

Spent Sunday with my Hussey family at the Elkin Theater for a private screening of "John G. Alvidsen: King of the Underdogs". I'm so proud of my awesome uncle, who was an executive producer on this documentary. 🎥 (at Aberdeen, Mississippi)
