6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

ooft, okay. there's probably more than this but the following have major character death warnings that could very well be classed as angsty lmao:

i wrote this little ficlet: Gone (SVU, bensler/EO) in which a raid goes wrong and it's just pain from start to finish and then there's Until Long After She Takes Her Final Breath which is a Good Girls/brio fic in which their reunion at the beginning of season 3 goes very differently.

Why don't we go to Venus? is another Good Girls/brio fic in which the summary is: Rio killed her and that was supposed to be the end of it but Beth doesn’t seem to be done with him quite yet.

that one is probably my angstiest overall but the ending is probably the least angsty bit about it??? haha

7. What’s the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

honestly? i have no idea and i have no clue how to check 😭😂

8. Do you get hate on fics?

there was someone going around the SVU/OC fandom leaving weird hate comments on people's stuff (anonymously) and i got one but while it felt rude, it didn't feel like hate, but also it felt like it was supposed to be hateful, y'know? pretty sure i just deleted it though (i for sure ignored it) 😂

but generally, no. i'm lucky to say that i tend to avoid hate on social media and that includes fanfiction.

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?

i have done and the variety isn't huge but it's there? i guess?

10. Do you write crossovers? What’s the craziest one you’ve written?

i have done! beyond the obvious (where shows, etc share worlds), i did a boondock saints/the walking dead one (which was also co-written) because norman reedus stars in both 😂

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?

not that i'm aware of?

12. Have you ever had a fic translated?

again, not that i'm aware of

13. Have you ever co-written a fic before?

yes! the aforemention boondock saints/the walking dead fic was co-written on ff.net and i co-wrote (with the same person), a fast and furious fic.

14. What’s your all time favourite ship?

i lost myself a ton in writing olivia/elliot from svu/organized crime as well as beth/rio from good girls so they'd probably battle it out for top spot.

BUT

if i'm being brutally honest, my all time favourite ever to write were fast and furious ships 😂 especially the OGs (specifically vince and leon) with my OCs (although there were canon ships i loved to write too!). it was just so fun and freeing and i constantly think about it.

(i also loved when i wrote random marvel/mcu pairings, winterwitch was probably my number one for them and again, i think about it a lot)

15. What’s a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

i think it's unlikely i'll finish a lot but especially a degree of separation. i kind of hate it, i'm so sorry 😭😭😭

16. What are your writing strengths?

the thought of analysing my own writing right now sounds painful but two of the most common nice things people tell me is that: 1) they like how i write dialogue and 2) they like my writing style in general

(but of which i highly appreciate!)

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

i don't do it enough?

nah. true but seriously, there's a ton, however, i do tend to waffle on and write something in several sentences that could have been just one 😭

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

I don't think i've ever done it? if i have it'll be dialogue or whatever that's already in the show/move/etc

19. First fandom you wrote for?

The Fast and the Furious 🥰

20. Favourite fic you’ve written?

still on ao3: it has to be Why don't we go to Venus? but also Knock First which is a Beth/Rio/Original Male Character threesome fic that was SO MUCH fun

no longer posted: a fic for The Fast and the Furious. it was a Vince/OC story. it was so much fun to write and it was one of my most popular back when i was posting on ff.net and i miss this story all the time (even though it's probably awful 😂) and always think about re-writing and posting it again on ao3

1 How many works do you have on Ao3?

2 What's your total Ao3 word count?

3 What fandoms do you write for?

Buffy the Vampire Slayer (and technically Angel, I suppose, but not really), Mass Effect (but not recently)

I've also tried writing some Avatar: The Last Airbender and Farscape and Person of Interest works over the years, but nothing that I've finished yet.

4 What are your top five fics by kudos?

Coexist: Season 3 Buffy AU in which it was Giles, and not Jenny, who was murdered by Angelus in Season 2 [27 chapters; 277,084 words; various POVs but mostly alternating Buffy/Faith]

Last Year's Rain Didn't Fall Quite So Hard: Season 4 Buffy AU in which Faith wakes up from her coma having forgotten about killing Allan Finch and everyting that happened afterwards [one shot; 16,904 words; Buffy POV]

Together: Season 3 Buffy AU in which the Homecoming Dance goes a bit differently [one shot; 2,711 words; Faith POV]

Done: post-canon Buffy fic set a few years after the end of Season 7, with Buffy having mostly stepped back from being an active Slayer [one shot; 4,312 words; Buffy POV]

Mixed Signals: post-canon Buffy fic looking at Faith's changing relationship with Buffy since first meeting her [one shot; 4,919 words; Faith POV]

5 Do you respond to comments?

Not often or promptly enough. I try though: I really do appreciate the comments I get a lot.

6 What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

Think this is a toss-up between two different canon-compliant Faith POV one-shots: One Girl In All The World and Calling.

7 What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

Together is the happiest and fluffiest thing I can imagine ever writing.

8 Do you get hate on fics?

I don't think so? None that I can remember anyway. (I do use the block and mute features on Ao3 though, so maybe I'm just blissfully ignorant.)

9 Do you write smut? If so, what kind?

No. Just don't have the talent for it.

10 Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written?

I don't have any published crossovers but I do have very vague ideas for a Buffy/Farscape crossover that I sometimes play around with in my mind. (Largely inspired by the joke of taking the couple of times Crichton makes references to 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' which his crewmates don't get, and pretending that they're right to assume he's talking about a person he knows rather than a TV show he used to watch.)

11 Have you ever had a fic stolen?

Not to my knowledge (and honestly I'm not sure I'd want to know if I had?).

12 Have you ever had a fic translated?

If I have I don't know about it (and I would love to know if I did!).

13 Have you ever co-written a fic before?

No. I think it might be fun, but I'd probably have to change the way I write a lot.

14 What's your all time favorite ship?

Moya!

I mean, look at her!

15 What's a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

I'd love to finish either of my uncompleted Mass Effect fics (the first and longest, Residuum, is actually fully planned out and has been for years: I just got stuck on writing a particular chapter and never managed to come back to it; I had a fairly detailed plan for Night Winds in Nos Astra when I posted the first chapter but then I decided I hated it and never figured out how to fix it.)

16 What are your writing strengths?

Dream sequences. Internal monologues. Foreshadowing. Planning. Quoting bits of canon back at the reader in hopefully interesting ways. Hopefully getting the characters' voices sounding reasonably accurate.

17 What are your writing weaknesses?

Deadlines. Brevity. Physical descriptions. Titles.

18 Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

I haven't really thought about it much before, honestly.

19 First fandom you wrote for?

Mass Effect is the first fandom I submitted anything for anywhere online. I wrote some Avatar: The Last Airbender fic before that though (a long Azula POV AU that I would kind of like to come back to one day, though I'd probably have to rewrite it from scratch).

20 Favorite fic you've written

Realistically, I think popular consensus must be correct that Coexist is the best thing I've ever written (though I sometimes wish I'd spent more than a minute thinking up a title). It's definitely the work I'm proudest of, and I think it contains some of my best writing (and ... well, most of my writing, based on the numbers I just posted). But I have a bit of a soft spot for some of my earlier Mass Effect fics, which aren't incredibly polished but I learned a lot from working on, and for Last Year's Rain Didn't Fall Quite So Hard as well.

hello, lola. first let me start by saying here is a different vampire ranking without a definition of best, just vibes (you create one vampire au and suddenly this is your whole life). I am not rereading it though, so no promises that I'm not about to contradict myself

I appreciate how hard you worked on asking this, so I hope you appreciate how hard I worked on answering it

Least want to befriend to most want to befriend:

damon - he seems like a walking red flag, he really does

2. dakota fanning - I respect a girlboss but I do think she would kill me after one wrong move. would constantly have a tummy ache, stressed to the max.

3. spike - I have never seen buffy, but google tells me he was a villain. have to play it safe here

4. bella - I'm so sorry bella but I think you would annoy me

5. blade - I really tried looking him up to give an honest friend ranking, but there were so many version?? is it a comic? a movie? a tv show? idk I got confused therefore he defaults to the middle of the list

6. laurent - one of the nicer members of his little posse (unlike that bitch james). might try to kill me but a good sob story would probably get me out of it

7. count dracula - i just read his backstory. that's so tragic, I think he could use a friend

8. carlisle - turning a bunch of teenagers into vampires when they were on their death bed is a little odd, but he had good intentions. and now look at the house he provides for them like I'll move in no questions asked

9. stefan - admittedly have only seen a few seasons of tvd, but he seems to have some kind of morals so that's always a good place to start for a friendship

10. eric - "calculating yet loyal and generally willing to absolve those that aggravate him, unless they have grievously crossed him. However, he is fiercely vindictive towards anyone who harms or threatens those he loves". thank you, trueblood.fandom.com. If I'm befriending all of these vampires, making him a top priority seems like a good choice

11. count von count - he has a cat. I'm using him and abusing our friendship for that. sorry count

12. lola - who shouldn't (?) be on this list (unless you have a secret to tell)

4. count dracula - willy wonka looking vampire. sorry to your older gentleman crush. you can keep him

5. eric northman - I do not know this man but he is giving 'just some guy' with a little bit of finance bro

6. bella - one too many awkward smiles while tucks her hair behind her ear moments, you know?

7. spike - cheek bones are cheek boning. some may say too much though. hair is giving 90s boy band. although for his time I can excuse it

8. carlisle cullen - not the biggest dilf in twilight, but an important one

9. laurent - unfortunate that you didn't pick the picture where he rolls up with his jacket undone and no shirt underneath. what an entrance. he also gets hotness points because laurent is a very good vampire name

10. stefan salvatore - the objectively better brother based on my limited knowledge. good picture. love a henley moment. look at those forearms.

Same Bat channel.After a brief stint on The WB's ill-fated martial-arts drama "Black Sash," 22-year-old Los Angeles native Drew Fuller has landed on another, more successful, WB show, the magical "Charmed.""Today, I'm in heaven," he says, calling in from the "Charmed" set. "I go to heaven."Fuller makes his debut in the two-hour, fifth-season finale, "Oh My Goddess," airing Sunday, May 11, at 8 p.m. ET., in which the ancient Titans are released from their prisons beneath Arctic ice and seek vengeance on their jailers, the oft-mentioned but seldom seen Elders. The Greek gods nearly defeat good witches Phoebe and Paige Halliwell (Alyssa Milano, Rose McGowan), but they are saved by Chris (Fuller), a mysterious Whitelighter from the future. In the "Charmed" universe, Whitelighters are departed souls who serve the Elders and act as the immortal guardians of good witches. But in Chris' case, he is not exactly all about sweetness and light. "I take a look at my character," he says, "and the first thing that comes to mind is Puck. I'm very mischievous. When I'm asked a question, I never am able to give a straight answer. I dance around the question and answer a completely different question." "So I start a little fire here, a little fire there -- but in a sweet way, which is what makes me still likeable. You're not going to hate my character." After Chris saves Charmed Ones Phoebe and Paige, Leo (Brian Krause), the Whitelighter husband of eldest sister Piper (Holly Marie Combs), decides to give the witches the power to defeat the Titans by transforming them into Greek goddesses. But this silver lining has a definite cloud, as Leo accepts the call to become the new leader of the Elders, which means abandoning Piper and their baby son, Wyatt. Beyond the finale, Fuller has signed on for at least two episodes next year. Despite his sadness at the cancellation of "Black Sash," he says, "Shed no tears for anyone in regards to this. I have the best life." But that life is not without challenges. "The hardest thing about coming to 'Charmed' is the dialogue," Fuller says. "It's about warlocks and witches and saving the planet, and 'This is what happened in the future on my world.'" "You're talking about things that are not everyday conversation, and you've got to make it sound very believable without taking yourself too seriously. That's why the show is so successful, because the girls have such fun with it." And while he's the youngest of a very small group of male characters on a female-dominated show, Fuller has no complaints. "I'm in the best position possible. I work with three amazingly beautiful women who are all really smart. Conversations are amazing." The scenery isn't bad, either. "I'm sitting in this office right now," Fuller says, "and there's a picture of Alyssa dressed as this Egyptian mummy, goddess type of thing, staring at me. Then right next to her is Rose, dressed as a nymph. Then the third poster is Alyssa dressed as a mermaid." As the May sweeps continue in the fantasy-TV world, The WB's "Angel" has already averted one apocalypse, UPN's "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" faces yet another in its series finale on May 20, while "Charmed" tries to keep Greek gods from destroying the world."Of course," Fuller says, "it's the season finale. Season 6 Interview

Asked what he thought when he read the end of last season's finale, Fuller laughs. "I was excited. I'm like, 'Yes!' First thought, swear to God, 'I'm the only guy on the show. Yes!' Is that bad? When I read that, I was, 'Right on, I'm the new guy, and I'm the only guy, so there are going to be no misconceptions whatsoever about who the guy on the show is.' I'm the new Whitelighter; he's the old Whitelighter." One can't blame Leo for being upset, since Chris was trying to weasel his way into the sisters' affections. "Whoa!" Fuller says. "That's a horrible word, 'weasel.' Let's rephrase that. I'm a Cheshire cat, or Puck, very mischievous and very fun. It's not like I'm doing anything really wrong to the point where anyone will hate me. "I'm always doing something. I might start a fire here, but I'll put one out over there. I'm always redeeming myself in some form or another. I promise!" At this point, Chris' true motives -- and some fans are speculating that he's the grown-up Wyatt -- remain hidden from viewers. "I just finished episode five, just more of the same thing," Fuller says. "It's going to be a slow reveal to the audience in regards to what I'm about, who I am, what my goals are, and why I'm really here. I'm playing it like I know. I have certain ideas. I've built a story in my head. "As long as I'm keeping the audience and the girls and everyone in suspense, I don't want anyone to know what I'm doing. The only one who knows what I'm doing is me, and possibly Brad. I like being the Cheshire Cat. I love being mischievous. It's so boring to play straight-up. "I love the fact of toying with the audience. Hi there! I’ve been absent from Tumblr for years, and I also dropped off reading the Buffy comics after they cancelled “Angel and Spike”, and now I have no idea where to start in order to catch up! There are so many titles, I’m sure I’m not even aware of some. Anyway, back in the day you used to post lists of the titles and I’m wondering if you have anything like that for those published after the initial 12 “seasons”? Hi, welcome back! I’ll do a recap with everything on this matter to make sure we have everything covered.

The Buffy canon seasons (8–12) were published by Dark Horse Comics. Everything that comes after them has been alternative reality stories published by Boom! Studios. I listed these titles below in chronological order of debut, but you can check a reading order of issues on this link. If you need any other information, please let me know!

1. Buffy the Vampire Slayer (2019–2021), 34 issues

Modernized Buffy characters in the world without shrimp. It also introduces the concept of multiverse, including the Willowverse from The Vampire Slayer.

2. Angel + Spike (2019–2020), 17 issues

Titled Angel until issue #8, it has modernized Angel characters in the world without shrimp.

From the Free Comic Book Day publication 25 Years of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, it’s a recap of the Buffy 2019 series in yearbook format.

16. The Vampire Slayer (2022–), ongoing

In a reality known as the Willowverse, Willow has taken Buffy's mantle as the Slayer, including her powers and memories.

I know it's really basic but I love pasta so much in every form - my favourites are tortellini with tomato and mascarpone sauce, or just those little pasta bows (i forget what they're called). I also love anything mint flavoured, especially after eight after dinner mints OOF so good

ooooo I don't knoowwww!!! I've been part of so many during my time on the internet that it's so hard to pick just one!!! i guess just see the 'fave shows' section, lol

I'm in the middle of my first ever buffy watch!!! I've nearly finished season 3 and i am so obsessed lol

apparently this question started as 'favourite anime' but got misread?? so i'm answering both.

I love dogs!!! also pigs - i had so much pig-themed stuff when i was little and i still get super excited when I see them

I've only ever watched one anime all the way through, and it was your lie in april which made me cry so. definitely that one <3

10. hobbies?

drawing/painting/crafting and everything in that realm!! I'm currently sewing my own costume for comic con, so that's the hobby that's getting most of my attention atm. I also love reading, when I can find the right book, and I play the piano!! Does musical theatre in general count as a hobby????

11. favourite characters?

okay i have a very long list of characters that mean the world to me and i have no clue how to keep it brief!!!! I'm currently watching btvs so willow rosenberg is my fave from there (i love witches!!), i am obsessed with kermit the frog, guillermo de la cruz because he is so cool and so fun and i love him, and of course my fave goth, tina cohen chang <3

12. favourite shows?

what we do in the shadows (silly vampires are my raison d'etre), buffy the vampire slayer (even though i haven't finished it yet, but i can just tell), glee (there's singing, there's dancing, there's drama), and derry girls (it's so funny and I rewatch literally it all the time)

oh! and I have to shout out heartstopper ofc- I love the comics and all of the osemanverse books, and the show is just so sweet <3

Somebody asked me about my favorite BL series and I wanted to make a list but then I thought it’d be more useful to make a list of series I recommend with LGTBIQ+ characters because in some cases they aren’t one of the main characters, or their love story/story happens just in one of the seasons or in individual episodes. If you want more details about any show or you just have any questions, you can always ask me in the chat where I’ll be happy to answer.

I had some doubts about including certain Asian series but I finally decided to add them if I have given them at least 7 out of 10 stars on MyDramaList because even if they could be improved, I think they still have some enjoyable elements and they are worth checking out.

The shows are ordered chronologically and by nationality. I know there are many more shows but I haven’t included anything I’ve not seen (at least 1 season or enough chapters to have an opinion) and obviously, I’ve omitted those with less than 7 stars.

Deepscan/The "Slayer Army"

Why, When, and What: The first group of Slayers gathered by Buffy Summers formed a group to continue protecting the world from supernatural evils. Buffy is good at a lot of things, though, but running such a large organization was a bit beyond her scope and she stepped down as leader. From there it, was eventually, re-organized into the Private Military Company "Deepscan." From there, they would continue to monitor for threats, as well as offer to be hired out to aid in putting down supernatural threats among other work.

And because they were a cadre of largely good-looking young women bodyguards, they alternated between saving the world and humoring the egos of insecure rich men.

The vast majority of the company members are Slayers, but it is not a pre-requisite (there are books to go over, some of which bite).

The main base of the “Slayer Army”/Deepscan has 10 witches in employ and usually has about 100 slayers in 15 squads of 5 to 7 members at any one time.

These Stats represent Buffy Summers at the Start of Season 8. As time goes on, she becomes even more potent. While the events of Season 8 and beyond are subject to interpretation within the Crossover Universe, the rough of it sees her, by the end of Season 8/start of Season 9 having Strength and Constitution 10. She is one of the most powerful sorcerers on the planet, able to tell the White Council to back off on her own before joining a like-minded coven of other powerful sorcerers who similarly don't have time for the Council's stuffiness. Satsu is one of the key players in the new Slayer organization, as Buffy’s right-hand woman (and girlfriend), she is privy to all sorts of things. She eventually begins to train in the use of Ki as the seasons progress, as well as becoming the head of the Japanese branch of the Slayer Organization. She also slowly increases her stats to Strength and Con 9, and Dexterity 10. She is a Beginner/Disciple by Mid-Season 8, and a Soldier in Season 9 and 10.

Her go-go Ki moves are Acrobatic Multi-Tasking, Breather, Spinning Strike, Wall Walk, and Massive Blow.

She did not like the torturous upbringing she had under her dad, but recognizes the importance of the good fight. To some degree enjoys it, but her childhood haunts her on occasion. In 2005 she joined the Beyond Corporation with several other supernatural beings, only to find out that they were a terrorist cell about to test unusually weapons of mass destruction across the United States...

As time wore on, she grew more potent as a Slayer, possibly because of the Bloodstone Gem, rivaling Satsu and Faith in terms of overall power (IE: eventually she has Strength 10, Dexterity 10, and Constitution 10).
