Do you think the granny disguises Donnie and Leo wear (at Donnie’s insistence) are more of a Them thing or do Mikey and Raph also have their own granny disguises on hand?
If it’s the former then I have to say those two are killing it, I especially love Donnie’s scarf and old fashioned binoculars, and Leo’s eye makeup and pearls.
If it’s the latter though, then we were robbed Mikey and Raph granny designs. 😔

“The QSMP doing events and lore feels off given the admin situation especially since we haven’t had an update” and “we likely will not receive updates on what is being worked on behind the scenes and if we do it likely won’t be in depth, we’ll have to wait and see what happens” are two things that can co-exist

So this is going to be a very reactionary, emotional post, and I hope I’m proven wrong, but I need to talk about it.
I do not fucking understand what the point was of killing Bakugo if Deku is not the one that saves him.
And before anyone jumps down my throat, no it’s not because I’m a BKDK shopper or because I think Deku is the only person ALLOWED to save Bakugo. It’s because, unless Hori pulls some crazy ass bullshit, nothing narratively can top a pro hero literally sacrificing himself by folding into a heart to keep Bakugo alive.
The narrative has been set up from chapter 1 that Deku wants to save Bakugo with his own hands. Time and time again, Deku is either unsuccessful in rescuing Bakugo or has to have assistance (and yes I count chapter 1 as well, All Might saved them both from the sludge villain). This is the final arc, so logic would dictate that to fulfill this character arc, Deku would finally save Bakugo just like he tried to do all those years ago at the river. It sates Deku’s need to be a hero and also means Bakugo has grown enough as a person to let himself be rescued.
But now? What the fuck is gonna top this?
And why even do this now? There has to be something else going on, cause otherwise this is so frustrating. Bakugo would be miserable to find out another person essentially gave their life for him, and it would be super weird if he just walked around with Edgeshot as a heart from now on. Also, Bakugo just decided in 362 that he HAD to fight AFO even though he was injured. He basically died because the plot said so, and none of his friends were around to eve REACT to it
If THIS is all we get out of it then I’m gonna be majorly disappointed.

If you’re so disillusioned with who Taylor is as a person and believes she’s changed for the worse, why are you still here as a fan? I gotta be honest, I’m not a big fan on the idea of “the turtle’s long lost sister”. Never consumed any tmnt media where the trope was shown and it always felt off since this sibling bond that the brothers have is one of my favorite aspects of the franchise, especially in Rottmnt. But I have a feeling that the rottmnt writing staff would’ve sold that idea to me incredibly fast.
That’s how much I trust these people to have a good written story. That’s what rise is about, mixing up the formula and doing it right.

In my Sunday night feels & reflecting on the past two weeks & thinking about how incredibly grateful I am to have experienced 4 5sos shows, to have travelled to two new countries & to have done all of this with some of my closest friends who I met on this website 🥲 this tour was beyond incredible & I genuinely had not felt happiness like I did at these shows in a very long time 🥲
It’s so beyond insane that even two weeks ago I hadn’t met @highscal in person, we’d been texting for like a year maybe? But our first in person experience together was the Manchester show which was very fitting & now we’ve been to Prague together and to think we only just met irl is so wild because it feels like we’ve known each other forever. Nat I’m so grateful for you & our friendship & I love you so much, so happy we got to do this tour together (and all the unhinged show moments 🤪👹)
I just feel so emotional about the whole thing as I would not be the person I am today without this band and these people, I literally owe so much of myself and my life to them & I know 13 year old me seeing 5sos for the first time supporting 1D would be so excited if she knew all of the adventures we’d be going on because of them, and all the friends we’d make along the way 🥹

I wish people who write lotr fanfic didn’t inevitably end up writing low key constant emotional abuse to their blorbo.
#kicking a hornets nest here#but I’ll start reading something lighthearted and wonder I start feeling more and more uncomfortable the further in I get#the Peter jacksonification and what I suspect are culturally W.A.S.P ppl writing fic#without having read the books or. rely on period dramas for world building#idk it just ends up creating what feels like something deeply insidious masqarading as some teen fixit fic where everybody lives#and then I feel insane and overly sensitive for wanting half the shire Gandalf thranduil and 2/3ds the dwarves & bilbo to kill them selves#bc I cannot fathom how a any fuckjng says that b why would let someone say or do something like that to you#and then I realize it’s. it’s the same reylo#it’s the same 50 shades of grey mentality type stuff#I hate to assume anything about anyone’s identity over one fic. but be fr. either you genuinely believe this is normal or you’re writing#you’re writing it for plot reasons. and like. that’s how you advance the plot? sometimes i get mad because i don’t believe i get back as much love as i give but then i remember all the love i’ve withheld from others and the cruel things i’ve thought and said and think that ultimately these things do balance themselves out
