Remaking The War Arc

Alright so the war arc was complete garbo and I've been thinking about it for a while now so here's the rewrite. I'm separating the war arc into two halves, the first half aka the boring one and the second half aka as soon as Madara arrives. I want this arc to have the same vibe as the openings.

  First, the war arc should be cut down a considerable amount because it takes up literally a 1/3 of shippuden. OK instead of a bunch of white zetsu being the army it should be smaller villages and a little bit of zetsu I guess. This would create some moral ambiguity since it is a war after all. The caster of the edo tense. I think orochimaru should've been the caster because he's just a better villain than kabuto and its a more logical way to bring back the previous hokage, but my opinion on this may change in the future. The edo tense itself, keep the army small there are way too many people for me to care also it has to EXPLICITYLY state that edo tense are weaker than their alive counter parts this is very important. Konan has to be brought back and have a fight with Sakura. The war should be 2-3 months no less. Strategy should be used like real life wars. Have arguments that lead to people dying, have the allied forces lose some battles, have people die because they can't bring themselves to kill people, make the arc feel dangerous and gritty. When hanzo gets revived tsunade should go to the battle field or be giving info live because she's the only one there who has fought hanzo. As for the 7 ninja swordsmen, it should be said beforehand that they're all dead. Haku shouldn't be revived at all. Sakumo should be revived and have a heart to heart with kakashi and as he's getting sealed takes off kakashi's mask and smiles one last time and in this version kakashi does not die in the pain arc so he doesn't meet Sakumo and it would raise the stakes because it feels like he could die (what I mean by this is that, you, the viewer have already seen kakashi die and in the back of your head think that if he died once, then he probably won't die again). As I said earlier this part shouldn't be too long. Show some ninja on the villain side questioning everything and share more about the shinobi system.

You know where we're going Right or filter. 'Exclude' section. 'Ratings' click the box that says 'explicit'
