my personal, updated headcanon is still that imogen doesn't have glasses, but she still sort of needs them, mostly because i think its tragically hilarious. she just spends so much of her time stressed and preoccupied that shitty vision doesnt even register as something she should fix. like "OH YOU ALL CAN SEE????".

Universe really came through connecting me with this artist. Spent a week after the finale crazily looking and contacting artists and being kinda disappointed in the local work and responses - decided to put it on the back burner for a while. One night I randomly saw a villanelle tattoo in the ke tag on ig and saw the location was in my state, then saw her other villanelle tattoos. *Books closed no dm’s* I still wrote because I wanted to say it was crazy I randomly found her work and that she was local and she wrote back and we chatted for a while, she had a cancellation and told me to come in four days after my dm. A queer girl who’s also a crazy villanelle fan. Literally talked about her and the show the entire three hours. When I walked in the shop I looked right and saw multiple hanging pictures of villanelle (that she drew) in her little room. Did we just become best friends? She was also wearing a damn ‘what would villanelle do’ shirt for the occasion. “When you look down it looks like she’s looking up at you saying that” hahah. Best. Wanted to commemorate what this character meant to me and found the actual best person to do it. Shit works out so weird sometimes.
