My dad just dumped a ps5 on my bed while I was asleep

#apparently he bought it because he had to.. pay my sister’s power bill and also buy her an air conditioner #I don’t know how that correlates #but I guess it does #I was supposed to get one for Christmas and the price would be split between my parents and my grandparents #now he it won’t be taken out of my Christmas money from them???#I just woke up #i have a headache #and I’m confused #anyway #now I guess I can add new games to my Christmas list #(security breach????)

not me thinking about imaginary scenarios of ten year old Tim Drake in the ghost zone (pariah’s castle)

where Tim thinks it’s strangely soothing that despite being the only one whose steps connect to the ground, there’s not that eerie silence that befell drake manor

strange blob creatures chitter softly and nip at his hair and swooshes and wisps of wind betray the presence of an invisible ghost

which after following he realizes it’s almost like he’s trailing after the black dark shadow that is batman again

which gives him the idea that, maybe, just this one time, he can play the part of robin

that in mind Tim makes out a game of sneaking to the side of ghosts that look like they’re brooding and if they can spot him he loses

most just grunt in response (very in character) while others fuss over him and ask questions which Tim uses to infodump

he also politely asks the ghost that always asks him how he’s doing to instead say the word “report”

(the ghost looks at him weirdly but humors him and besides the answer would be the same anyways)

Tim also(!!)

gets on the case of why the walls lack tangibility when he is the one leaning on them (he doesn’t live down the time he wanted to look cool only to fall through the wall)

hyperfixates on how gravity works in the ghost zone because he couldn’t do a skateboard trick he has pulled off many many times and he’s salty about it

tries to figure out where they are getting human food from (cause it’s hot enough to be homemade but also there’s no kitchen —so how could it be) (also he wants coffee)

finds out the dude that often gives him a side eye when he finds that Tim knows how to do something (math homework), is next in line for the throne and yet doesn’t have a single “mingle and talk people up” bone in his body. (despite it his networking is a solid 7/10)

gets a ghost horse to adopt him what

discovers pretty quickly that there are rooms to which he can’t phase through (a.k.a. he’s not allowed entry) to which he begrudgingly backs off even though that stands in his way of doing a very thorough layout™ of the place (robin would)

sulks over the lack of extreme sports in the place

(Danny takes him to the Far Frozen where they go tire sliding in the snow and where tim learns how to use a skateboard skate and also that ghost ice cream is just as good as normal ice cream)

sulks again cuz he caught a common cold

also because there’s no sun or moon poor Timmy’s already screwed sleep schedule gets more messed up to the point no one knows when or where he will fall asleep

(ghosts find him in the most unhinged of places with a signature purple cloak draped over him every. single. time.)

overall, be a menace

see-> the time he threatened to build ghost weapons he’d somehow memorized the blueprints of cause Danny wouldn’t let him visit the radium girls factory but yes the renaissance period

see-> that time he went through the whole ghost energy and how to work with it book section in the library and half an hour later had a prototype of a star wars laser beam made

(note: bribing only works for hot chocolate, not for letting him keep cool-looking guns)

just tim having the time of his life

clockwork being no help at all (the ghost loves being a cryptid)

and danny trying not to get attached while he progressively gets more concerned over this chaos child he emotionally adopted as his little brother

(to fit canon cause i want it to this would just be until Danny finds the dimension little Timmy is from, then they can safely yeet the child back to the moment he first went missing)

anyways before anyone knows it’s been three months

most insane part about live action atla is sokkas relationships and how they are based on tension and not growth. his scenes with suki were about her longing for a “normal life” and the scenes where they pinned eachother down….the bell line it’s all bait for tension

when i say i have daily headaches i don’t mean that i get a headache once a day, i mean that from the moment i wake up to the moment i fall asleep, i have a headache. i varies in intensity but it never goes away. and i feel like there’s a big difference that the people around aren’t understanding

#so far the response from my parents is that i need better sleep and i don’t eat enough / properly #i agree that i might be deficient in some vitamins and what not #but my lack access to nutritional food is not my fault #my therapist seems to think that it’s my anxiety and that’s how it presents itself #and so she’s referred me to a psychiatrist #but i’m hoping i get to a normal doctor before then to see if it’s anything else #i’ve been giving myself massages to see if it has anything to do with my muscle tension #and it’s far as I can tell it has no correlation #i’m not sure what type of headaches like this because where the pain is and how it feels varies a lot #It’s in my temples my forehead #it’s been in my temples my forehead my brow bone sometimes it goes down to my cheekbones #it’s also been in the back of my head sometimes it feels like it’s almost in the center of my skull #i’m not sure. I do know that coffee can make it worse as well as like sunlight. but beyond that I don’t know #moving to much ig #chronic headaches #mental illness #chronic illness

has anyone else noticed that only very recently has the “general public” (aka non-tumblr like twitter, ig, and even some press) really accepted and started to use he/they pronouns for gerard? like i would only ever see people on other social media sites use he/him pronouns but now i see they/them all the time. which i am LOVING don’t get me wrong but like gerard said their pronouns were he/they all the way back in 2015 i feel like only recently in light of his latest stage outfits have people really started using “they.” and the correlation is very inch resting 2 me…

i am absolutely LOVING gerard’s outfits recently. like i am fully obsessed and it brings me so so so much joy to see them so joyful on stage in dresses and skirts. however i fear that people are only really starting to see gerard as gender non-conforming now that they are wearing traditionally feminine clothing. i’m glad that people are finally starting to see them for who they are, but there is no one way to be gnc. and seeing people correctly gender gerard only now that they tick the boxes for people’s stereotypes on gender nonconformity is idk.. Alarming to me??

a few years ago, gerard gave an interview for The Advocate’s “2018’s LGBT Icons, Innovators, and Disrupters” article listing “the queer people leading the change.” so he was actively broadly identifying as queer in some way. in the article, they talk about gender and how seeing laura jane grace transition made them feel “no longer ashamed” and inspired them to publicly address their gender. in 2018, gerard had a beard and a mustache and long shaggy hair, wore the same baggy clothes at every appearance, and also (kind of crucially) was not skinny. he did not fit the stereotypical image that people have of those living outside of the gender binary. but they were still actively identifying as gnc. and as someone coming to terms with their own nonbinary identity who does not tend to fit people’s ideas of nonbinary identity or androgyny, this meant the WORLD to me. and now here we are in 2022 and gerard fits into the “skinny/androgynous/crossdressing” box and only now am i noticing people really starting to see them as gender nonconforming. like i’m very glad you got there eventually but can we please PLEASE get rid of the idea that there is a right was to look and be nonbinary thx

has anyone disected what the different frame sizes mean/correlate to in everything everywhere all at once yet because i have been trying to figure out what they all mean ever since i noticed it on my fifth rewatch. and every time i watch it now it’s all i can think about because it’s done so intentionally and clearly has a purpose to aid with the storytelling. if there’s an interview out there about this though PLEASE send it my way because oh my god i’m SO fascinated with this

#everything everywhere all at once #eeaao #my current theory is that the letterboxing frames are clearly correlated with the multiverse where evelyn that’s a movie star #and i interpret it as the movie they’re watching in that multiverse and the full picture is the “true” timeline for the movie #and then clearly the 1:1 ratio styles are to indicate past events prior to the current events #for example: how evelyn grew up/ended up in america/had joy etc that created ger current timeline and how changes could create the others #i need to rewatch it again to see if i can make a better/more coherrant theory and ideas #but it makes sense in my mind #it’s just done SO seamlessly and intentional that it blends into the movie with everything else going on #legit took me seeing it five times before i went ‘oh my god the frame sizes have been changing the entire time’#also just the implication of being meta with the movie within a movie thing….i need to know the thought process #because it’s clearly intentional since you don’t just change aspects and ratios of your film throughout the film on accident #god the way this film and carol are just my beloveds….i would die for both films ngl #but for real if that’s an interview about this i NEED it #because ngl i do forget to pay attention to the film aspects changing because i still get so wrapped up in the storyline and end up sobbing #emiie rambles

hypster fc recently uploaded bat’s hyped up 02 after interview and kuukou’s still pretty salty about his team not following his lead and doing what they want on stage lmao but he comes to reason it’s not bad taking a backseat like that since he gets to see results of their growth how they can now be truer to themselves now and it’s showing thru on stage

jyushi and hitoya kinda roast him for this sentimentality so kuukou gets even more heated about the next time they perform on stage lmao but i thought that was interesting thought process from him

y’know just as soon as i start getting comfortable with the idea of being open/relying on my dad and him being more comfortable with my choices than i feared, i can essentially throw all that out the window with how vehemently he yelled at me at the thought of my getting my septum pierced (even though i never said i was yet. i said my side before i decide anything else). also making underhanded remarks of me never getting tattoos other than the one for my mom. like okay don’t ask me why i don’t tell you about anything or talk to you or anything. what the fuck.

I gotta talk abt this here 2 becos it’s just so perplexing. Loke. I’ve never rlly bothered to check before because I only rlly got fixated on LoZ recently and like. I had seen so much stuff online of people sexualizing or in general just like. drooling over Link. so I figured he had to be over 18. but. I just looked it up, and in every single incarnation Link is 17 and under. TOTK is the first game (to my knowledge) where Link is above the age of 18. What the hell guys.?.??..? Why have I not seen anyone talk abt this b4😭😭 Like. This changes Everything. Link x Sidon and Link x Revali are very much illegal (Revali is 21? In his 20s at least. And Sidon is not only a 100+ yr old Zora, but like. He’s like. 120+. So even tho zora age slowly he’s still like, equivalent to 20 something probably. This goes for all other champion ships too, these r just the two I see the most). And like. All these adults I’ve seen and am still seeing sexualize link online have been talking abt a 17 year old boy this whole time. Uhmm! I just found that interesting! Uhm!

i do a really bad thing where i have a conversation in my head but then retaliate out loud like when i’m overwhelmed i’ll be like ‘gosh everyone is being so annoying and so loud’ and then the second someone talks to me directly i’ll be like ‘STOP DONT TALK TO ME’ instead of being normal in the first place and asking people to not talk to me in a polite manner

#and like i know WHY i do it but it still doesn’t make it right #i just had a fight with my sister but apparently my argument wasn’t valid because i did the same thing to her yesterday #and like i know i do that because my family doesn’t respect me or my requests in the first place so over time #i’ve just stopped making them so now when i’m over stimulated or stressed i just react #and like i have never truly yelled at someone maliciously in my life like it feels very unnatural to yell #but my sister said i was screaming at her like a crazy person so like at the end of the day my feelings on the matter i hurt her no matter #how unintentionally and like fuck my mother but she looked me dead in the face and said this is why everyone hates you and doesn’t want to #have a relationship with you because you’re a hypocrite who doesn’t even realize when i’m doing the same thing as them #and like while it IS different it’s not an excuse and just #yeah bad night mentally and emotionally for that to walk into at home especially since while i understand what i ddi wrong yesterday #i don’t know how that correlates to today and me being confused and upset because my sister refused to answer a question about my dog #because it was ‘none of my business’ and no one would justify my feelings on it #eris: text #[redacted]
