Happy June everyone! Whether you’re celebrating Pride or finishing up school or looking forward to the start of summer, I hope you have something to look forward to this month. June gloom is in full swing where I live but I’m holding out hope that the warm days are ahead and the seasonal depression will be on its way out. 🤞🏻At the very least, I only have two more weeks of work until I’m off for the summer. Good times ahead!
In other news, I think I’m going to start posting my time travel AU, Back and Back and Back this week. I’ve got 3 chapters written, one with the betas and another half way written. I’m hoping that’s enough padding to keep a fairly consistent posting schedule. Wish me luck!
I decided to share the prologue today, since it’s only six ten sentences anyway. I originally had this in the middle of the first chapter mostly just for vibes to get me excited to write the next bit. I thought I’d need to kill it, but then @cutestkilla and @emeryhall thought it’d work well as a prologue, so you can thank them for keeping this alive:
BAZ
The thing about being in love with someone from the future is…well, it’s crap, isn’t it?
It makes living in the present nearly unbearable. The majority of the time, I’m stuck here, alone, pining for someone who’s about as far away from me as they can get. And how does one visit their boyfriend from the future anyway? The answer is, they don’t, not unless said time travelling boyfriend visits them. And Merlin knows, if there were some rhyme or reason to when or why he visits me when he does, I would have cracked that formula long ago.
I don’t know why I insist on calling him my boyfriend. How can you date someone who doesn’t even live in the same magic forsaken time as you? You can’t. You can merely yearn for them, hope and wish and dream to see them, and wait for your luck to actually pan out.

MY DEFINITIVE RANKING OF THE 9-1-1 SEASONS
I got into this show back during the pandemic and I have grown to love all of the characters and the storylines. Now that I've finished season 7, I thought it would be fun to rank each of the seasons. Let's start with my least favorite season and work our way up to what I believe is the best season of 9-1-1.
#7 - Season 5
Why I chose this ranking? This season felt so disjointed. I usually enjoy the disaster episodes but the 3-part season opener seemed to drag on and on. I will say that the season drastically improved when Maddie and Chimney returned from Boston. Still, it sucked to have Maddie and Chimney gone for most of the season and then Michael and David left to go to Haiti. Eddie worked at dispatch which was weird and then they killed off Claudette right as I was finally starting to like her. What a strange season. I blame the pandemic.
Fave episode? "Boston"
Least fave episode? "Wrapped in Red"
Season MVP? Henrietta "Hen" Wilson
#6 - Season 4
Why I chose this ranking? Speaking of the pandemic. I don't think this was a bad season. I quite enjoyed this season and it was the first season I got to watch live. The disaster episodes (earthquake + mudslide) wasn't as grand as the previous disaster episodes. I will say that this season did deliver a lot of solid moments. We got to see Buck's backstory. Hen started medical school. Maddie gave birth. We got Josh's backstory as well. The treasure hunt episode was super fun and we ended the season with Eddie getting shot. Now that I think about it, the only reason this season ranks for low for me is because the other seasons are just so good.
Fave episode? "Buck Begins"
Least fave episode? "Parenthood"
Season MVP? Evan "Buck" Buckley
#5 - Season 6
Why I chose this ranking? Season 6 was a vast improvement on the hot mess that was season 5. We didn't get a disaster episode this season (unless you count the bridge collapse in the last episode) but that's okay because we got to see Athena catch the guy who killed the girl she knew growing up who went missing. We also saw Hen leave medical school. Buck got struck by lightning and Bobby and Athena tracked down the people who murdered Bobby's sponsor. We saw an alternate reality where Buck met his brother Daniel and Chimney finally proposed to Maddie. P.S., she said yes!
Fave episode? "The Devil You Know" and "In Another Life"
Least fave episode? "Death and Taxes"
Season MVP? Athena Grant and Evan "Buck" Buckley
#4 - Season 1
Why I chose this ranking? Unlike the first season of its spin-off series, I quite enjoyed the first season of 9-1-1. There are a few episodes I often revisit. The only downside to this season is the tone of the episodes and the characters. There's very little humor and everyone is the worst version of themselves. Athena is angry and prideful. Bobby is miserable. Hen cheats. Chimney lies. Buck is a ho. There's no Eddie nor Maddie. However, we do have Abby and I actually liked her before her character left at the end of the season. I do think that as the season went on, they figured out who each of the characters are. Buck toned down his rakish ways and actually became likable. Bobby let his walls down finally. Athena softened. Hen made up with Karen. Chimney got some self-esteem. Overall, a solid but short season.
Fave episode? "Worst Day Ever"
Least fave episode? "Point of Origin"
Season MVP? Bobby Nash
#3 - Season 7
Why I chose this ranking? Perhaps it's recency bias but I really enjoyed this short but bittersweet season. The change from FOX to ABC was a major boon for the series. The 3-part cruise ship disaster opener was well done and you can tell that the network poured a LOT of money into the episodes. Bobby and Athena survived their Poseidon Adventure-style honeymoon just in time for their surrogate son Buck to come out as bisexual. This was a major shocker for most viewers and a great choice for the character whom some had long suspected was not straight. Pairing Buck with former 118 firefighter Tommy was brilliant and it felt good to see Buck happy this season. Next, we got to see Chimney marry Maddie. Hen and Karen fostered a little girl named Mara and Eddie cheated on his girlfriend Marisol with a woman who looks remarkably like his dead wife, Shannon. We nearly lost Bobby and poor Eddie was left single and childless by the end of the season. Usually I'm exhausted at the end of a season but this season has left me super excited for season 8.
Fave episode? "Buck, Bothered and Bewildered"
Least fave episode? "Step Nine"
Season MVP? Tommy Kinard for saving Bobby and Athena and bringing happiness to our dear Buck's life.
#2 - Season 3
Why I chose this ranking? I honestly went back and forth on my number one and two choices. I really like season 3. It's so much fun. We start things off with a disaster episode (tsunami). Tensions get high when Buck sues LAFD putting his job and friendships in jeopardy. Eddie inexplicably joined a fight club. Hen is involved in an accident that takes the life of a young woman. Everyone goes to therapy. The dispatch center is hijacked. Abby comes back and Buck is finally given closure. Athena gets brutalized and almost killed by a serial rapist. Maddie finds out she's pregnant. We meet Chimney's half-brother Albert. We also get Athena and Eddie's backstories. Overall, this season is pretty amazing.
Fave episode? ""Sink or Swim" and "The Searchers"
Least fave episode? "Rage"
Season MVP? Athena Grant
#1 - Season 2
Why I chose this ranking? Without further ado, my favorite season of 9-1-1 is season 2! This, hands down, is the best season of the show and here is why. Episode 1, we get Eddie (and his 8-pack) and Maddie. We get an earthquake disaster episode. The 118 gets dosed resulting in Bobby losing his sobriety. We meet Norman and Lola. Wet get Hen, Chimney and Bobby origin stories. Maddie was kidnapped by her deranged ex-husband and she ended up having to kill him. Eddie's wife dies and Bobby and Athena get married after a firetruck crushes Buck's leg. This season from beginning to end is perfection. The tone of this season feels lighter and brighter .
Fave episode? "This Life We Choose"
Least fave episode? "Haunted"
Season MVP? Eddie Diaz and his cute as a button kid Christopher

Unnecessarily lengthy ramble abt losing interest and moving on with a new acc + last few bot/fic ideas I might post (feel free to ignore idkidk)
I’ve been having a hectic week regarding academic stuff so I have the worst brain fog rn, and I have a feeling I should unwind a couple more days before writing this but I honestly don’t care atp 😭😭
Basically, as you can see with the title, I’m losing interest in AHS, evan peters, his characters - all that. Besides Colin Zabel (he’s still my husband fr), creating content for everything else feels like a real chore now, whilst back then it was truly enjoyable and exciting.
Don’t get me wrong, I love writing and making bots, like this stuff is basically for life lol. But nowadays, it feels like I’m simply utilizing the evans as tools to write out the tropes I enjoy, rather than actually experiencing a desire to write FOR the characters like I used to ((which still can be gratifying in its own respective way… until a certain motivating factor begins to lack, if that makes sense??
It really sucks cuz I chalked it up to me being burned out, when in reality my attraction was clearly just plummeting as we speak 😔. What’s worse is that I’m really comfortable in this fandom - like I have super cool moots here, there’s no drama, there’s a bunch of evan characters for everybody 😂, and I gained over 500 followers, which is still crazy to me! I tried to “prolong” my interest for the sake of all this progress, but I think the inevitable has arrived and I can no longer keep up, my resolve is crumbling y’all 😭😭😭
I was hoping to wait until the Tron movie comes out in 2025, cuz maybe seeing Evan in there would reignite some of ✨la passion✨ within me, however I don’t feel like hanging around anymore, since I no longer relate to the fandom. I feel so out of place now, like a fRaUD 😩 ((I’ll still most likely watch it, but until then we’ll see
And to clarify, I will most likely NOT post and interact as frequently as I used to anymore. I’m not deleting this account, though I am going to make a new account to post The Boys content, as I want a fresh clean slate to start new.
Before I do go, I might drop a bot or two, maybe even a fic in the near future since they’re halfway done and I did NOT use all that effort for nothing 😭💀:
- corrupt cop!Colin Zabel ((most likely will make this next…. For personal reasons 😳
- a standard pre-cult Kai bot ((not brown hair pre-cult Kai, the recently dyed blue hair one iykwim. sorry
- as for fics, I’ll most likely post a very short smut when Kyle goes down on reader, cuz why not 😏
- might finish the older!grumpy neighbor!kit I talked about before since I’m halfway done
- not sure about this but I have a really random JPM fic where reader (accidentally but also not so accidentally) killed their spouse and they have no one to call but him for help ((heavily based off the tv show Fargo, the first season
No promises tho! I might occasionally come back to post if some random ideas for the evans come up, and ofc for Colin cuz he’s still the loml, no debate <3

Will and Hannibal are shown to be very respectable and calculated people throughout the show, but when you REALLY get down to it, they are both such dumbasses like,
Hannibal made the conscious decision to frame Will for murder and get him sent to prison and just....didn't realise that he wouldn't be able to talk like they used to?!?! You see the longing in his face as he looks at Will's empty chair like :'/
LIKE SIR YOU DID THAT?!?
Then on the other hand you've got Will, who plotted for Hannibal's downfall/capture for an entire season before getting cold feet literally moments before go time and giving Hannibal the heads up to run because he finally realised that a big part of him cared about Hannibal and didn't ACTUALLY want him in jail.

IIIII dont see any reason not to, so. Timeline I've been using (mostly as a guideline and summaries) for TFE! yippee!! (this is mostly for. non-content box ppl bc yall already had access to this--)
[Black Garden] The Young Wolf begins to hear whispers around Darkness-infected areas after the Black Garden, confides in no one and brushes it off when Ghost asks. The effects begin fading away, pushed out of memory, before the Red War hits and it is amplified until they get their Light back.
[?] Osiris and Drifter meet about the Sundial, where Osiris tells him he should meet the Guardian. [Encounter intro] [Original lore: The Sundial]
[Forsaken] Petra sees The Young Wolf holding the gun after Sundance bursts, Cayde does not get a chance to tell her. He falls into a coma after throwing Petra out of the way of an attack from a Baron, and is presumed dead by Wolf.
The Young Wolf is exiled, under the belief that they had attempted to murder Cayde.
Before Petra and Wolf race to get to Uldren, Ghost receives and ignores a message from Ikora, asking for their side of the story. Later, Wolf gets to Uldren first, and kills the Prince.
[?] Drifter has an impromptu meeting with Shin, where, similarly to Osiris, he is told to meet with Wolf—For different reasons. [Do They Know?]
[?] Crow wakes up, after the Dreaming City’s curse had set in. [Bury Me Shallow, chp1]
[during/ pre-Season of The Drifter/Joker’s Wild] The Drifter seeks out the Young Wolf under Osiris's (and Shin’s) recommendation and sets up an exchange of favors. [Questionably Fortunate Encounter]
[Shadowkeep]
[Beyond Light] The Exo Stranger takes up teaching the Young Wolf how to control Stasis, in an attempt to help them tame the hallucinations from the Black Garden. Elsie found out because she began keeping a closer eye on them after a vague warning from Drifter about keeping an eye on them.
Later, Wolf takes up hunting Eramis.
[Pre-Defeat of Eramis, Post-Wolf getting Stasis] Cayde finally wakes from his coma.
Shiro acts as a bodyguard, making sure Cayde doesn’t do anything to get himself into trouble for a few weeks.
[Hunt] Starts after Wolf has already taken out the first of Eramis’ Lieutenants. Crow multitasks hunting the Wrathborn and prying for information on what happened to Wolf and why they killed Uldren from Spider back in the Shore. Wolf, unknown to him, stalks Crow to find out more about their replacement, between receiving more information on Eramis’ forces.
Shiro assists Crow's Wrathborn hunts while attempting to track the Young Wolf after hearing word of sightings of them, unable to pin down their purpose for switching between Europa and the Shore.
[Chosen] Wolf crashes some Rites of Proving, proceeds as usual (?)
[Splicer] The Young Wolf, learning of Lakshmi's plan to invite the Vex inside the City with the intent of getting rid of House Light, sneaks into the City and publicly executes her - both to stop her before it's too late, and to take the heat off of the Eliksni's backs. [Bury Me Shallow, chp2]
[Lost] Now desperate for information on Wolf, and determined to find out what happened, Crow and Cayde attempt to consult Savathun in-between saving Mara's Techuens.
[post-reclaiming Uldren’s memories] Cayde and Crow, under Mara's request, try to find the Young Wolf. Cayde, unable to leave, is stuck playing intel. Crow, deep in abandoned ruins that were already difficult to get through, finds them and is warned against trusting the Vanguard not to turn on him. [One Mirror, Two Reflections, chp1: Warning A Replacement]
[Witch Queen]
[Risen]
[Haunted] Wolf’s Nightmare is the Speaker, who taunts them for letting the Vanguard take their chance at life and for being too weak to stop it. Crow is the only support they have through it (?), and without the connection through the Harvester.
The Nightmare of Safiyah taunts Zavala with failing both Hakim and Wolf, pointing out he’s fucked over both of his children now.
Cayde’s Nightmare is Sundance, who taunts him about failing Andal, her, and Wolf.
Calus is not repelled (?), but the Witness still drags his consciousness from the Leviathan for Lightfall.
[?] A fireteam catches wind of the Young Wolf’s whereabouts potentially being on the Leviathan, and are assigned to check out the validity of the report. [Impromptu Arsenal Check]
[?] Cayde and Wolf see each other in person again for the first time since the prison. [A Lot of Firsts]
[Lightfall] (Crow and Wolf train together under Osiris in using Strand.)
[?] Crow, Saint, and Osiris wear down Zavala, trying to advise him to unexile Wolf, as the Coalition is spread too thin. Empress Caiatl, despite having heard much of the story from Saladin and Zavala’s points of view, makes the final nail in the coffin in a private meeting.
If she can see past Calus and his crimes and turn to protect her people; if Saint can see past the Fallen to protect the Eliksni and the City; if Zavala can see past Ghaul and trust her with his own— Then he can see past the Prison and take the risk.
He talks Ikora into allowing him to unexile the Young Wolf.
[?] After some time, Crow finally convinces Wolf to take the opportunity to see the City again, and they are brought out of exile. [A Day In Town]
[Final Shape] Plight of The Honeybee.

Miami truly said we're gonna write some really wild experiences for our main characters that make the ones other main characters actually die from seem minor.
Horatio: shot in the abdomen (roughly), lays there, proceeds to dive into the ocean to save Nat (who was fine btw) shortly after hallucinating his wife. He goes back to work. Collapses again after an arrest but he's fine don't worry
Speed: gunshot to the chest, gone within the minute 😭
Calleigh: severe smoke inhalation not once, but twice! Literally categorized as lung disease. A couple comas. Her heart stopped. Weren't even sure she could recover. But she did! And she's a mom now and I couldn't be happier for her
Jesse: inhaled the same gas as everyone else in the lab, but he was the only death because he... hit his head
And the biggest miracle, Eric: shot in the leg and then the head, where most if the bullet still is. He flatlined for several minutes. He was on plasma. But he pulled through eventually. Back to work in a few weeks, no big deal. Some amnesia, had to relearn some of the basics of being a csi. Even hallucinated a dead colleague for a bit (though it helped with the side case and I adore that ep cause SPEED MY BOY) but after some more minor trauma he achieves his happily ever after, don't worry guys
