Slashers W/ an S/O Who Writes Love Poems

A/n- Requested by @slashert4t , I hope you like how this came out! Reader is gender neutral <33

T/W: the Billy & Stu one is kinda angsty so like. watch out lol and...Norman's. Loves I'm so sorry haha

Candyman (Daniel Robitaille)

Daniel??? Who’s lips speak nothing but sweet nectar? Who’s so soft spoken and wise and somehow holds you in his mind above all else? That Daniel??

part of what attracted him to you in the first place, was how you could see him and your first instinct not be scared and disturbed. Worried and careful, but not afraid that you’d come to harm. You saw him as a person first (or- ghost?), as himself, as Daniel Robitaille— and then as the legend.

it’s like falling in love with you all over again!

he feels. . .seen. So important in your eyes.

ohmygod wait, using some the lines to write them in blood against the walls of his victims? Like ughhhh that would be so fucked and morbid out of context (but it would be weirdly sweet if you find out through the news and find. Oh. That’s your writing. Daniel’s been thinking about you, huh?)

Norman Bates

I think I talked about this for the long distance HCs I did but uhh.

Norman abso-freaking-lutely writes you letters!

so maybe it started as a tradition, of giving letters to each other. Long distance or not. Norman finds it so soothing. It’s much easier to write all his feelings down than speak it aloud— you must feel a little like that too, right? He can’t be alone in that feeling :(

you surprise him one day, with the prettiest words dedicated to only him. He’s so happy holy cow :’( he’s gonna tear up a bit, but he’s so bashful about it. You might not even notice that he’s crying, if it weren’t for how long you were together; you know his tells now.

Mother may attempt to “protect” him and not let him read the letters. Kind of like, the part of him that doesn’t think he deserves this nice thing or thinks it too good to be true.

he’ll need some reassurances but hey, if you’re able to print your heart on the page for him, I think you can muster some courage to comfort him when he needs it <3

The Lost Boys

all the boys have pretty similar feelings??? but MUCH different reactions.

David has a secret soft spot and has written both men and women, in his past, love letters. Not quite poems...but not too far off from what you're doing....right??? And he's also received many a poem and letter from previous (human) lovers.

he keeps his favorites tucked away on the inside of his jacket

I feel like Dwayne has dabbled a bit in it.

Paul is a fucking goof but I promise...somewhere around his brain...hidden beneath some layers maybe?? he can be serious about things. He'll kiss you and tell you that he loves you. And if the poem was just for him, he'll be a little obnoxious and show it off to the rest of the lost boys. It only really gets under David's skin.

Recreating portions of the poem in embroidery or paint on patches of his own, to add to his jacket.

some of the boys stick them into the section of the cave they sleep, or the common area, as a sort of decoration.

just about dies when you first show him one of the pieces

his abandonment issues are strong; but his obsession with you is stronger lmao

He's one of the few folks who will really truly appreciate what you've done. He likes reading, it's one of his tamer pastimes.

he'd like to put these up with some of the greats; the masters. No words but yours know how to tap into him, worm through his head, work it's way as it breaks him apart with gentle, cautious hands.

He's in pieces, dear.

Nothing shows such devotion like this. He'd do anything for you (yes, somehow even more than he already would and wanted to)

He's put back together, healing, as he writes in the margins of a book he'd borrowed from you. He sneaks into your room one night, and slips it into place on your bedside. For you. For you to read when you're alone. To read and find a way to let him know you loved it (you loved HIM more importantly), without fully acknowledging the light BnE.

Billy Loomis & Stu Macher

oh- these boys do Not know how to act!

You're writing them??? notes? in??? in your writing???? for THEM???

utterly flabbergasted.

Stu can and WILL brag about this to his friends lol

Billy is far less openly endearing and appreciative about it than Stu is. he thinks it's so sweet, really. but he has no idea how to properly tell you how much it REALLY means without totally baring his soul to you.

. . .it almost feels like you've already seen him inside out though, with the way you've poured your love onto the page.

it's almost scary how well you know him. . .

expect him to be a little defensive and weird about it when you first show him any of the writings.

it's that whole "I'm so scared of being known" (+ so intimately at that). this coping mechanism from his trauma acts up and makes him pull away.

whether or not you're hesitant to show him again. if you keep trying to connect with him or whatever .

I think his rock, Stu, is ultimately what gets him to really open up. to let himself love you and know you, and vice versa. he's done it once with his boyfriend, he can do it again.

ALSO all of this might change depending on what point in their lives you begin writing and sharing these with them (and I suppose also how long you've been together...but I feel like poems aren't something most do early on in relationships..?)

Billy is more reclusive if it's in high school, in college it's not too different...but he's able to face his feelings just a teeny bit easier <3

Helen Lyle

Helen actually writes you little notes and stuff, but it's usually meant to tease you. Sometimes they're cute and heartfelt, but it's not quite her thing, y'know?

When she starts receiving these poems from you though? Oh my, she is in love. She is really in love.

She half expects the paper to read like something she would've wrote for you. Something silly and dirty and to be read only once or twice, when accidentally found in between the text book pages.

She's so surprised to see it's something so sweet.

The poems really help the two of you bond and show affection towards each other! Especially if you're in a queer relationship, and may need to have things on the down low.

If people see Helen smiling down at her notes, let them think what they want- but they'll never know who it's from or how much it means. It's your special secret between each other <3

quite the contrast !!

michael is very much the quiet type (and is usually pretty tired, he doesn't get much quality sleep...except sometimes when ur there <3)

it's actually kind of overwhelming at points. it's just,, ur so much different than what he's been used to the past decade or so.

he will let you know if it's bothering him though- by picking you up and taking you out of whatever room he's in lol

he does love you!! it just takes a lot out of him.

...he does find it a little endearing though! that you contain such enthusiasm around him- maybe he is capable of love

Polyam! Ghostface

ur energy matches /so well/ with stus!!

it can be a bit of a headache for billy tho lol

helen can be quite the chaotic person herself- but for the most part is fairly tame.

having uu !! as the absolute bundle of energy uu are as her partner, definitely brings out her wild side more often <3

you act as a force- knowingly or unknowingly- that coaxes her quiet creature of a person from her shell. that let's her mind wander, and rebel against everything that made her. ( except you <3 incredibly loyal to you <3<3 )

Kurt Kunkle

kurt is actually someone that ii think an energetic s/o would work super great with !!

someone to share his enthusiasm with! and that isn't too shy in front of the camera- and is /maybe/ willing to help him :)

he can get pretty nervous- and talks a bunch more when he is- but you help quell that anxiety.

other random helen thoughts because why the fuck not

tw towards the end some of it gotta a little suggestive...haha whoops.

helen is a total history nerd!!

she likes visiting museums. she's partial to history or art museums, but since she's ever the learner and is rather fond of finding out new info, she's willing and eager to go to all sorts of museums!

trevor was never very supportive of this side of her...he liked his women more complacent and subservient which was never very much helen's thing. losing herself to the candyman "myth" was almost a blessing- it unlocked the side of her that was always too afraid to be more.

i've already said before that she likes poetry and fictional stories BUT, along with her love for history she often finds herself reading biographies, or things like personal accounts of people alive during periods of troubling (and/or horrific) events.

her favorite color is blue

helen isn't big on PDA- as i've said before- but she's still somewhat of a romantic.

she likes planning out and cooking meals for candlelit dinners at home.

she likes treating her s/o to little gifts

flowers- but not roses. usually they'll be handpicked. and not a full bouquet but rather one or a few individuals.

books. or handwritten lines. she'll insert small poems she's done in her s/o's school books/bag- a fun surprise for them later :3

subject matter is always changing. but on the rare occasion- she'll slip you something that toes the line of risqué. again- she likes teasing uu ;)

also !! ii said the most she'd do in public is hugging or handholding- but she also kisses her s/o on the cheek in greeting or parting <3

General Relationship HCs - Helen Lyle x GN! Reader

A/n- a very impromptu mish-mash of all of my current thoughts on my ever favorite slasher woman <3

i feel like there's only really two ways this relationship would come to be. either A. ur friends with Helen in college, and you help her with her urban legend research and desperately try to save her from her descent into madness. or B. uu meet Helen after she's taken on the Candyman mantle.

depending on when you're dating her, ur relationship is going to be pretty different.

human! lyle is far more quiet and polite. but when she's a vengeful spirit, she takes what she wants. she's fierce and powerful. her presence is demanding.

Before She Dies:

the two of you mostly stay in at home for dates, playing board games, reading to each other or cuddling and watching films on TV.

or, on most days, studying. just trying to get through ur last few semesters of college.

Helen doesn't enjoy sharing too much attention to herself or you. not one for very much PDA. holding hands and hugging are usually her max. with those things.

she prefers saving more intimate activities to the privacy of her own home. where kisses shared can be relished without dozens of eyes pouring into the two of you.

despite not being much for public attention, Helen- by nature- is very inquisitive. in a constant pursuit of knowledge. she thrives in environments that lets her explore all her curiosities

ALSO!! she loves poetry and fiction books. sometimes she'll pick out her favorite poems and recite them to you

she has a hidden love for darker stories though! she finds it thrilling to break away from others expectations for her

very into writing! another thing she loves to do with you, is to just work in the same room. doing separate things but enjoying each others company nonetheless <3

warning !! helen does smoke !! mostly when she's stressed. so be sure, if you notice her smoking more- to check in on her! she might need ur support more than she's letting on

not in public, of course, but she rather enjoys joking with and teasing you !!

Alright- now to after Helen has deceased:

it takes a lot of getting used to, now that ur gf is dead. but she's still Helen. she's still your Helen.

she still retains her softer side, but now has more of an edge to herself.

you're only able to meet with her when she's not being called upon- or you're calling her name. she'll always come for you. you're her one and only beloved. the thing that kept herself going through life. and now in death- ever a reminder of her purposes now.

the longer she's dead, the harder it is to stay connected to her humanity- you're the the sole connection she still has.

she's not as subtle with you now. she's direct.

she's messier now ! she'll catch you in a kiss, still bloody from a victim.

she'll leave books unmarked. there's not much else going on in her ghostly life- she'll remember where she left off.

she'll leave messages written in blood on the crime scenes.

you can still touch her btw !! just other people can't see her unless they call her name five times

much more bold with her actions! more likely to take your relationship to new places. now that she's allowed to take her desires. no longer required to shy away from her true self.

she still loves reading with you, but she'll indulge in her darker interests more often.

Slashers W/ a Soft Pastel S/O

A/n - So this one actually wasn’t requested, I just thought it would be super cute. And what I mean by “Soft Pastel”, I mean being into soft/pastel/kawaii fashion, I just didn’t know how to phrase it. Since there’s so many subcultures.

Trigger Warning: Slight Cursing (I say f*ck)

Also- these are gender neutral, but a few describe you in skirts/dresses, so if you’re not comfy with that, just skip that part or the whole thing?? :/

I might do more like this for other types of alternative fashion- like punk or something? Or a S/O who has a lot of body mods, I think it would be fun.

Characters: Billy/Stu, The Lost Boys, Helen Lyle, Daniel Robitaille/Candyman, Brahms Heelshire, and Amanda Young.

I didn’t add Michael Myers, but can do so if y’all want it. I just think he’d be very indifferent about it...didn’t think that would be very fun to read.

Billy Loomis + Stu Macher

Stu would be the most like into your outfits

Billy? Not so much. he just thinks you look cute in everything.

but if you did more guro-kawaii looks? they would both be all over that shit.

it combines more of the grotesque in with the cute- which is just perfect for the boys. they get to see you dawned in all sorts of blood, guts/gore, bandage patterns/aesthetics.

and maybe even tying in different monster-ish elements.

like wearing funky white or other unnatural colored contacts, really intense makeup(especially around the eyes), and fuck it, maybe you’re wearing faux demon horns.

I think they’d find it kinda hot. if we’re being perfectly honest here.

Now- would you able to get them into it as well?

Stu will ask you, with excitement reverberating throughout out his body and his voice. of course he want’s to at least try it!

so many clips in Stu’s hair. you haven’t even had that many in your hair before!

he may also wear rings sometimes. he thinks all the colors and designs are just so fun!

and on the other hand...

Billy, the guy that basically wore the same outfit for an entire movie? who’s closet only contains jeans and white t-shirts? trying out your style? i don’t think so lol

if you do- somehow- get him to try...

then you might have pressured him into it a bit? very jokingly, of course.

“C’mon, humor me, babe. Stu’s already dressed and everything!” You try giving him puppy eyes to seal the deal.

“Fine!” Billy says, grabbing the garment and a few clips from your hands. He shuts the door too harshly behind him.

A short silence is shared, before you and Stu burst out laughing. “Do you think he’s mad at us?” You’re hardly able to get it out. Of course he was, but in his own odd way appreciated this adventure.

He comes back a moment later, his white t-shirt replaced with a pastel red one, an especially gory character printed on the front. and a red clip barely hanging on to one of the side pieces of hair in front of his face. You try to suppress a giggle at Billy’s messily put together look.

for the love of gosh- don’t actually laugh when he appears. he is very outside of his comfort zone, and he’s only doing this because he loves you and Stu, and just,, don’t add this to his list of reasons not to try new things.

whatever your reaction ends up being, you’re absolutely obligated to tell them how attractive they look in it(even Billy who looks hella dorky).

The Lost Boys

the comparison between their dark, punk-ish style and then the sweet baby pinks and blues, and soft lavenders that adorned your form??

it’s just too sweet.

they are completely enamored by your style- even if certain vampires (and I’m not naming any names, but I definitely mean David) may not show his love for your look as openly

Marko- he’d get one cutesy patch for his jacket, so he has like a little piece of you everywhere he goes. also...he genuinely ended up really digging your style? but not enough to abandon his punk look completely. he is still totally dedicated to that.

the other boys will absolutely mess with him about the patch though

all in good fun!

David’s not letting you near his hair with any extra clips or accessories.

Dwayne enjoys the quiet intimacy shared between the two of you. just sitting together, you might be styling his hair( super loose ponytail or braid- admit it, it would be so cute! and helpful so his hair isn’t always in his face!)...anyways, you’d use a colorful hair tie, and a few clips to help pin back his hair.

he probably won’t go out with the clips in, but if it’s just the five of you at the cave? he’ll keep it in until it’s time to sleep.

he loves seeing how happy and accomplished you look after finishing with his hair tho.

Paul is hands down the most likely to get into the whole look and go out in public with it on.

makeup? hell yeah. it won’t be as intense as yours, and he probably only does the eyes and maybe some shine. sparkly vampire time

hair accessories? all of them

would try combining his look with yours, to have a perfect mess of it.

a light, light blue mesh top, slightly darker blue jacket(with slight accents in pink, purple, white or black), and his usual sort of white jeans(?) would still look great with it. he’s absolutely rocking that look.

you are ecstatic to finally have someone else to share your passion with! (much harder to find similar folks when you’re a vampire,,)

Helen Lyle

she’s so used to the plain life around her, and she’d been living before you- you were such a breath of fresh air.

of course, you’re darling personality also drew her into you- but your fashion sense? it fascinated her.

she’s not trying it herself anytime soon, but she appreciates the fact that you enjoy it.

the most she would ever try is a very natural makeup look. and a coat or two of a pastel color of her choice.

she would love watching you get ready. not so much help out though- she just likes seeing the way you approach things. how you choose to pair certain pieces with one another.

she’ll ask questions to better understand your interests! not that it’s weird or wrong that you’re into it, she’s just a very inquisitive person.

you’d wear a lot of blue though- because you know Helen likes that color.

imagine wearing coordinated looks for different events and such. so, when you go with Helen to help out with her Candyman thesis, you might wear candy-themed attire. (of course in this universe,, she wouldn’t die! so no worries of that! you get to keep you’re gf).

if you do gift her something, she keeps it on her bedside table(or dresser). so she can still admire it, and still serves a purpose. fun décor!

all around though- Helen would be very chill, but captivated, about you’re interests.

Daniel Robitaille - Candyman

his life is so dark and gruesome, and he loves seeing you all dressed up.

and while he’s dead- long dead- and isn’t really apart of the world in the same sense that you are- it gives him this happy sense of hope for the world.

because there’s this very small thing, that you hold close to your heart, that makes you smile.

Also!!

even if they’re apart of a super awful, traumatic, part of his past- the bees are just a part of the family now.

so cute yellow/spring/bee themed outfits?? yes. ohh definitely, yes.

As for him dressing up? He’d feel hesitant.

he’s filled with immense joy around you, but is almost scared with someone altering part of his attire or self in any way(rooted back to, again, past stuff).

but part of loving is to take the person as a whole, bad parts, good parts- insecurities- the entire package. and trusting one another.

he has his whole faith in you not to do anything bad.

and so, it becomes a habit for the two of you to spend mornings together, chatting and getting ready. well, you’re getting ready, it’s more for the quality time together for him.

things are little different for Daniel. for many reasons.

one, he has very short hair. so the clips don’t really work there..

two- he only has one hand, and he’s “working” a lot with the appendages he does have. rings won’t work out because they might fall off- and he’d hate to lose something of yours.

three- he’s not a big makeup fan. he’s happy enough watching you put it on.

and then for his actual attire- he needs the coat to cover his insides. it’s also, in a way, his uniform.

you’ve settled on two things.

making homemade necklaces that can easily hide under his big coat (either sweets or honey/bee themed).

and sewing little patterns on the inside of his coat. other’s wouldn’t be able to see it, but he would know it’s there.

Brahms Heelshire

imagine being super into sorta ‘sweet lolita’, pastel/soft colors, bows, the big skirts, all the sorta ruffles(?)

and then especially if your shorter than Brahms(which is really,, not hard to do unless you’re insanely tall cause he’s,, 6 foot 3.)- and he thinks you look like such a doll?

but like,, in a nice way.

I think he’d get pretty excited if he got to help you set up your outfits!

especially if you praised him for picking out a good combo, or organizing correctly.

and some of Brahms movements are a bit awkward, he’s spent most of his life in the walls and the attic...but imagine turning on his music, and just dancing with him. having him twirl you in his arms a few times.

Brahms loves having your hands through his hair. and if hair accessories means he gets more of that love and attention? then yes,, yes he will wear them.

he just likes feeling taken care of, and along with your usual duties, you help him figure out the soft fashion styles, and how to make it more appealing and suitable for his own tastes.

because- as you insist- you want it to be something he enjoys just because he does, and not just for the closeness. though you can’t deny you love that aspect, too.

i can tell you one thing right here, though. you’re never getting makeup on him. he does not like taking off his mask, even if you’ve been in a relationship with him for a while, he still hides his face a lot.

you’d offered to do his makeup once, since he was staring so intently as you did yours. you’d made the mistake of reaching for his mask. you’d usually ask before doing so, but sometimes you’d slip up.

You apologize profusely, offering your arms out to him for a hug. “There, there, Brahms.” You smile, giving him a slight squeeze of affection.

he does take your stuff sometimes.

it’s a little annoying when you think you’ve lost your favorite accessory or dress or etc and then you just realize,, oh, it’s my favorite wall boy again. thank gosh you love him, so you’re not really upset or anything.

he just likes having little reminders of you, it gives him reassurance. upon other warm and fuzzy feelings.

if you’re able to find time in your day though, you’ll make cute little trinkets or bracelets for him. you’ll gift them or purposely leave them out for him- so you’ll still have some of your stuff when it comes to getting ready the next day.

in short- he’d much rather look at you than partake on his own.

Amanda Young

she’s never seen anything like this! :0

everyone she knows, herself included, tend to wear more dulled, plain clothes.

she’s immediately very intrigued by your attire...sort of want’s to try it, but is a bit self conscious and embarrassed to ask.

So!! you start out with small things, and fairly early on you both realize that she loves when you decorate her hair with accessories.

gifting Amanda a pair of little pig clips!!

or little stud earrings- those would be fricking adorable on her!

and she’s just so happy,, wtf

you dress mostly for yourself, but the more you’re in a relationship with your gf- the more you want to dress for her as well.

you can see this little sparkle in her eye when she sees you, and you want to keep seeing that look for as long as you can.

you slowly get her into it. your relationship and Amanda’s interest in your style just gives her so much light in an otherwise dim world.

if she did get into it, I think she’d do more creepy/cute. as a way to sort of cope with past trauma. that this sort of “bad” thing (the creepy) can still coexist with the good (the cute). she admires that quality.

just very sweet partners, who happen to love similar types of fashion

A/n- Really happy to be writing for my girl Helen again. there are so few reader inserts for her, which is honestly such a shame :( She’s such a wonderful character <3

She’s getting a college education, baby!!

She better have some appreciation for the arts ahdkjfhkjfs

You’re constantly getting paints and ink stain on your hands and all of your clothes. You try to scrub it out, you really do

But somehow every time you go to see Helen, you still manage to find yourself covered head to toe in splash marks.

Extremely exasperated Helen? Oh, yes.

It’s like,, you’re going out to a nice restaurant with each other. And Helen wouldn’t mind too much if you dressed like this when the two of you are alone...but like, as a society (or whatever) you’re expected to come dressed nice.

and it’s just,, babe. wear clothes that don’t have paint on them. for one night. please.

( Helen after Candyman could care less about your clothes though, as long as your safe & happy <3 )

Museum dates! Museum dates! Museum dates!! :D

She would definitely take you to art showcases or museums.

She loves hearing you pointing out all the techniques you recognize being used, and all the fun little facts you know about the pieces or the artists themselves. She could listen to you for hours...

and she’s slowly learning all of the artist lingo !!

Taking a somewhat darker turn...

She brings you a long to help her out with her Candyman study.

Remember the big painting of ( presumably ) Candyman, and Helen’s seen climbing through the mouth?? Well, I’d imagine she might have you analyze it with her- maybe you’ll have better insight on it.

Plus, with the myth of the Candyman, we know that Daniel was an artist- so perhaps having you there, you can see the “myth” at a different angle or perspective than Helen. Like, seeing him from an artist’s point of view.

But, in this little AU- I promise there is no girlfriend dying...you get to stay all happy with Helen :)

your getting a book from a tall shelf, trying to stand on your tippy toes, and your fingers barely grasp the edge of it

Helen notices you struggling, and asks if you’d like help

And your kind of mess at that point because 1. So many other people have passed by and not done anything and 2. When you turned to look to her- she was kind of hot

Useless lesbian/bi noises ensue

You eventually get out a small “yes” and “thank you...”

And you sort of drawl off, waiting for her to say her name

She smiles, handing your book to you, “It’s no problem at all- I’m Helen”

You ask her what her major is- and they’re fairly similar!

You- somehow- manage to ask if she wants to study together sometime!

You kind of just die when she says yes

Okay- so smoking in the 90s was fairly common BUT!

Imagine getting all worried about Helen’s smoking habits, and you try to take the cigarette from her

But you’re too short >:(

she just teases you about it, and has the brightest and softest smile on!

She banters about your height all the time- but she ALSO reminds you how adorable she thinks you are

cuddling?? yes please

being held in her arms

and aww- she’s too sweet

she always helps you with cooking, getting out ingredients from the higher shelvesalso!!

when the two of you move in, she’d start putting your stuff on lower shelves, so you can get to it easier. Or getting a special stool for you!

cause she loves helping you out, but she sees how frustrated you get by not being able to get something? and she wants you to feel like you don’t always need her swooping in?

because you’re so strong, beautiful, and capable!!

But you also LOVE when she does that? Helen just makes you feel so protected and safe.

Helen Lyle W/ a S/O Who Has Trouble Sleeping

A/n - Requested by anon! Took a bit to write, but I’m finally getting used to her character so I’m very excited for that! I’ll be able to write for her more! :D

Also- these are fairly neutral cause like?? I didn’t see the need for these to be gendered at all?? hope that’s alright.

When the two of you first start dating, she doesn’t mind your sleeping habits much. since as a college student, she’s pulled all nighters before, staying up till she could barely keep her eyes open.

But that’s an every once in a while, getting ready for finals, type of thing.

You’re habits are persistent, every night, and she’s worried.

You always have dark circles under your eyes, and very sluggish movements

may drink a lot of coffee or caffeinated tea to help compensate for the hours without sleep

You figure if you’re just laying in bed staring at the ceiling, that you should at least do something productive while you’re awake.

So...you’re up at ungodly hours of the night finishing up little odds and ends. Cleaning, maybe baking or cooking because you just need to do something with your hands right now, reading, listening to something on your old walkman with your headphones- trying to do everything very quietly as to not wake up your girlfriend.

but the lights are on, and Helen can hear your feet shuffling against the floor- she’ll come out, coaxing you back to bed. she cuddles you- an arm wrapped around your side, legs entangled- giving you warmth and comfort, eventually lulling you to sleep.

helps out sometimes by making tea for the two of two of you- something like chamomile.

once or twice has stayed up with you, so you’re not so alone while your awake- has definitely fallen asleep in your arms a few times because of this. you wake up early in the morning to seeing Helen just all cozy and cute in your arms?? yes please🥺🥺

despite how sweet all of this is though, she can be pretty hard on you about it

since one time you passed out due to exhaustion, and she will not let that happen again!

if you use meds at all for bedtime she will always remind you to take them. her baby’s getting sleep tonight!

also when you get super sleepy, you have trouble focusing which is not good for a lot of the activities you do

maybe you’re like kissing/making out, but you seem really out of it and she’s just out here being super understanding and cool about it.

“Love, you sure you want to keep going? We can do this another time when you’re well-rested.”

“Thank you, Helen,” you mumble, just resting on the couch/bed with her.

Usually she does a lot of the cooking for the meals(even if you’re practically an expert by now, from how many times you’ve made eggs at midnight).

you’ve slowly gotten into the habit of reading in the bedroom to help relax a bit before trying to sleep, even if you insist on telling Helen that the lamp light is going to keep her up, she insists back that this might help you and that’s what matters. she falls asleep pretty quick, anyways.

anyways- Helen Lyle is just very helpful and sweet with you about this stuff, maybe even more so than other slashers/horror characters would be... don’t quote me on that
