Hi wifiiii i sent an anon a couple of weeks ago about how i had a job interview and your writings helped calm me down--i LOVED the lil writing you did when responding and i wanted to pop back in and let you know that I GOT THE JOBBBBB :D you are truly an incredible writer and you convey such strong emotion through your pieces, im so glad i found your blog! (Also...imagine FL getting sick and u bundle him up in huge blankets and put a lil ice pack on his head between his horns and he insists hes fine but he needs to rest to get better so you sit on him to make him relax and even though hes so strong that he can just push you off, he grumbles and stays still but then falls asleep as you stroke his fur)

oh my moon and stars yes- you take time off of work solely to care for Foul Legacy, even if he tries to insist that he doesn't need it. he's grumpier when he's mildly sick- he knows he's not in any danger, but it's uncomfortable and he can't sleep and his head hurts >:(( he's a lot more pouty too, grumbling when you come to readjust the blankets or make him a light soup, pulling the covers over his face when you tenderly brush his ginger hair. the only time he seems to be completely at peace is when he falls asleep leaning against you, claws clasped weakly around your wrist

secretly though, he really appreciates being pampered even more than usual. the fact that you were so worried- enough to stay home from work- just because he caught a cold already makes his heart melt, he just despises that he has to be taken care of. you've already done so much for him, he tries so hard to not make any trouble for you, and yet here he is, sick and in bed because of a pesky illness. but you don't seem to mind in the slightest, humming and cooing gently to him as your fingers press against his temples in an effort to lessen his headache, combing out all the tangles in his hair and fluff. no matter how he tries to huff and sulk, he finds himself gravitating back towards you, arms wrapped around your waist when you lay down on top of him. your extra weight really does help him fall asleep, he finds, and soon his grumbles turn into soft, tired purrs, leaning into your hand as you cup his face. you'll have to get up eventually, to make some tea or prepare more ice, but for now Foul Legacy sleeps soundly under your care, even though he's sick
