To Teddy, Kush, Vince and Hunseol. Thank you for working your magic on this album. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with you all, and hopefully we can do it again in the future! When I approached you three with an idea, I had no idea it would turn into something this big. 감사합니다!
Ducky, my big bro! Working with you is like a dream come true, ten year old me would be over the moon.  Jay, even though we've known each other since 2005, it has taken us this long to actually collaborate. Can you believe it? Charles, you're one of the most talented people I know, never let anyone take your spirit.
To my brothers, Seunghyun, Daesung, Jiyong and Youngbae. Look at us now. I'm so proud of what we've achieved, and what we're going to do in the future. The first day I met you all, I had no clue how I was supposed to work with four boys, but I'm so glad I stuck it out. Seunghyun, our wine dates kept me going through this creative process - the hangovers not so much. Daesung, my smiley brother. You cheer me up even in the darkest of times, though I do wish you'd wear more than just socks when you play the drums! Jiyong, like you've led BIGBANG through hard times, you've helped me so much personally. Thank you for all your advice, though it really should be me advising you! And Youngbae. You helped me with this album, even when you were completely sleep deprived from dealing with my nephew. Thank you for letting me crash on your couch, steal your food and steal your son when I'm craving auntie/nephew days.  I love you all so incredibly much. BIGBANG is forever.
To my fans. This album is for you. It's a love story, a romcom, the perfect glass of wine, a warm bath on a cold day. Thank you for supporting me from day one.
And finally, to my husband. Nando, this album wouldn't have happened without you. You've supported me through everything - my brothers joining the military, hiatuses, creative slumps and crazy fans - and I don't know what I would do if you weren't firmly in my corner. You've given me a fair few heart attacks throughout our relationship, and you continue to do so, but that's what I love about you.
Always yours,
Kang Juri.

A curse, a painting.
Can the maiden escape her imprisonment?
Word count 1480
Tumblr media
           Cursed!
Once upon a time, a long, long time ago….
Time was free of the concept of technology, one does not have the time for imaginative frivolous thoughts, chores and survival are the concerns of utmost importance.
There lived a young beautiful maid, vibrant and full of life. Her smile wobbled the knees of many young suitors. Her harmonious voice pleasant to the ears, her body, desirous of many young men and old alike in her atmosphere.
Many had asked for her hand in marriage. She respectfully declined, she was not ready for matrimony and the shackles it included nor was she ready for children, her child bearing days are her future not her present.
Her parents desperately wanted to see their lovely daughter settle down and be protected by a husband. Her father often said "if you do not choose a worthy husband, I will do so!".
Life was pleasant for the maiden,
Her daily chores kept her busy, chatting and giggling with her family and friends.
A dark cloud loomed over,  ominous and petty, unbeknownst to the lovely maiden, she had caught the eye of the Overlord.
The Overload an older gentleman, paunchy and balding and even in his prime not an attractive man. Genetics were not kind to him in the least. What he lacked in looks was compensated with wealth and power. This is a man that rules with an iron fist, not one to take lightly any slight, imagined or real.
His deviant eye watches her, his mouth waters as he imagines what he would like to do with this lamb. He bides his time watching, waiting like a spider on a well spun web, awaiting his moment.
The day like any other for the young woman, her Mother requested she take their monthly quota of vegetables to the Overloads kitchen.
The kitchen normally full of hustle and bustle as the staff prepare the daily meals was noticeably quiet. The room was warm and the aroma of freshly baked bread filled the air. "Good morning" a voice male in gender but by no means masculine in fact his voice was high pitched, that irritated the ears. Startled, she turns, knowing it's the voice of her Overlord.  "Good morning  Sir" she replies, her curtsey revealing to his lewd eye and vision of supple young breasts.
"Maid come hither!" He instructs, hesitantly she does as she is asked, plump fingers touch her face, his garlic and onion breath so close she fights the nausea swirling within like a tornado. "Maid I want you!" He states as his fingers play with her hair.
"I crave your body, and you will give it freely". His hands fondle and squeeze her breasts, her nipples hurt, frozen in fear, she only stares. "You will give yourself to me!" He demands.
Vegetables drop to the floor, "no" she screams as she runs out the door.
Running and not stopping till she reaches her favourite spot, the local stream, surrounded by trees and flowers she sits on her log and sobs.
The Overlord angered beyond words, the Wench dares rebuff his advances. This is not a man to trifle with, especially his ego.
This man dabbles in  dark magic.
"Curse thee wench!" He yells.
"I curse you forever to  see what you see! That no one sees you!
Only when you are truly seen will you be free! I curse you!".
The lovely young woman was never seen again, her parents valiantly searched but no clue ever surfaced.
A mystery of the ages. Some believed the Overlord had a play in her disappearance but none dared to speak these words out loud.
The Overlord's new acquisition became his obsession. A painting of a young maiden, surrounded by trees and flowers facing a stream sitting on a log, her back is all that you see it's evident she weeps.
Years rolled by the young woman's parents passed away never knowing what befall their beloved daughter. The Overlord eventually turned to dust after living an abnormally long life. His death was greeted with relief and rejoicing.
His prized painting, from that moment, was in the possession of many  hands, never seeing only gazing.
Eons passed, the young lady now has learned to navigate her surroundings, minuscule as they are. To the outside world she remains weeping on the log.
She freely roams her canvas prison, hoping, wishing, one day to be released.
Watching as her world slowly changes she can only observe and never participate.
Off the beaten track far removed from the tourist trade,  a world weary traveler stares at the painting through the window of the second hand store.  He is drawn to the art, he knows not why only that he should have it.
Upon entering the establishment his eyes roam the premise seeing many oddities. He states his business, the owner an elderly woman with a keen nose for business. She tells the well tailored gentleman her price, most shudder and make a hasty retreat. Not this man, he does not blink, instead he pays her asking price immediately.
"The painting is very old,'' she tells him. Thanking the woman he exits the shop, hops into his chauffeur driven limousine that waits patiently for him.
Jiyong is very pleased with his purchase and decides he will hang this art in his entertainment area once he is home.
Kwon Jiyong also known as G Dragon or simply GD, a world wide recognizable face by many, fashionista, trend setter, underneath all that glitters is a very lonely man. A man who hopes that someone will see him! Not the image but him! Lonely in a world where everyone is your friend, hoping that the Jiyong sparkle will rub off onto them.
Where every acquaintance and friendship is left with the thoughts "do they see me?". It can be a very lonely existence. Cameras click click click your every move. Reporters clamoring about looking for the exclusive.
Which is why his home is his castle, his haven, his refuge. He shares his home with his 'babies' Lye and Princess Zoa. Jiyong is also known to his kitties as Dad.
They are the true rulers of his kingdom.
All in all life is wonderful for the trio in their penthouse.
The young lady in the painting watches with indulgent amusement as Jiyong dresses Zoa in cute outfits, she also witnessed Jiyong running around worried and fretful looking for his baby, who was Peacefully taking a nap in the tub. Lyes, disapproval at his 'Dads' attempt to put clothing on him. The kitties keep her amused and are her only companionship.
"Animals always sense me, see me, never their owners" she sighs.
Jiyong notices his kitties preoccupation with the painting. He catches them sitting and staring for extended periods of time. Not understanding why, but always the Cat Dad he moves the settee in front of the weeping woman painting so the three of them can enjoy the art together.
"Why do you weep in such a serene beautiful setting?" He thinks out loud.
Tumblr media
"Booze" he tells himself. No way the weeping woman is standing by the tree he tells himself.
Shaking his head he once again looks at the painting she is back on her log.
'Time for bed' he tells  himself.
"He saw me" she utters, happiness overflows, feeling like a gold miner who's claim glistened in the sun, "he saw me" she murmurs.
Obsessively, Jiyong sits on the settee and gazes at his painting.
Lye and Zoa join him, often falling asleep on his lap.
Drowsily he yawns sleep beckoning as he stands before his painting, Lye and Zoe attention is directed at the art, looking back at his cats then his gaze returns to the painted canvas.
Disbelief, the woman  is kneeling beside the flowers.
"No no no!" He exclaims loudly.
The weeping woman upon hearing his distressed tone looks up and their eyes lock.
They see each other.
"He sees me!"
"She sees me!".
The curse is broken, the spell no longer holds her in her artistic cell.
The maiden walks out of the painting into Jiyongs  entertainment area.
Lye and Zoa hiss and  growl and run away to hide.
Jiyong can only stare, she bestows a smile of such warmth and gratitude it melts his fears.
The weeping lady who now no longer weeps but smiles hugs the stunned Jiyong whispering over and over her thanks.
Stepping back tears well in her eyes and trickle down her cheeks.
"Thank you" she says in many languages she has learned since her incarnation.
Jiyong witnesses in horror, as she ages and decays before him, her skeletal form turns to dust.
Staring at the dust at his feet, he turns to the painting, it's exactly the same minus the weeping woman.
Her loneliness has ended.
His continues.

Note
apparently tae is in a love triangle with joanna and jennie and with gdragon and jennie 🫠
i feel bad for tae and jennie cause they are starting to get dragged because of these fanfic-esque stories invented by antis, and news outlets are actually using shipper edits and narratives, that’s how little they have to go on (dispatch where art thou?!)
*i still think he was with bogum in jeju and no one can change my mind 🥲🥲
Are they gonna throw Kai into the mix too?
Tumblr media
Listen, if this picture proves Taennie were in Jeju, nothing can prove Taegum weren't also in Jeju.

“Why do you keep looking at the map?” Jiyong asked for probably the eighteenth time.
“Because,” you muttered through clenched teeth -- for probably the eighteenth time. “I don’t trust your navigation skills, and I think we’re lost!”
Actually, you’d thought he’d gotten lost about two hours ago. If only you’d had the courage to tell him back then -- the two of you would be back on the right track now!
...Oh, wait.
You had told him back then! He, being the insufferable, stubborn ass that he was, just hadn’t listened! And now you were still lost!
Though, not according to him.
“We are not lost,” he sighed, his annoyance very obvious as he spoke to you. “I know exactly where I’m going, so just calm down.”
“Don’t tell me to calm down,” you retorted.
You quickly snapped your gaze back to the map because you knew Jiyong’s response to your words would be a frustratingly annoying roll of his eyes, and you weren’t sure what you would do if you saw him roll his eyes at you. Your patience was already hanging by a thread -- it could (and likely would) snap at any time.
But looking back at the map reminded you that... you had no idea where you were.
“I can’t even find where we are on the map!” you pointed out, your forehead wrinkled with both irritation and concern.
“I told you,” Jiyong sighed. “I know where we are. Just put the map down, you’re getting --”
“Don’t,” you interrupted harshly. “Even finish that sentence.”
To be honest, you were actually kind of afraid what you would’ve done if he had finished that sentence. Absolutely nothing good, of that you were certain.
Thankfully -- and somewhat surprisingly -- Jiyong took your advice, pressing his lips together and continuing on driving.
Also somewhat surprisingly, you took Jiyong’s advice and put the map down. It was very clear he didn’t know where he was going, but it was also very clear that he wasn’t going to admit it. He was just going to keep driving until... well, you had absolutely no idea. Until he fell asleep, probably. And then where would you be?
With an internal sigh, you leaned over and pressed your forehead against the cool glass of his car window, closing your eyes and trying to think of exactly what to say to your best friend when you finally saw her again.
You wouldn’t even be in this mess if it wasn’t for her, after all. This was all her fault! ...Sort of. Right now, she was the easiest person to blame, so that’s what you were going to do. Blame her -- and her soon-to-be husband, of course.
Okay, here’s the backstory of how you’d gotten to this point: Your best friend had been dating Jiyong’s best friend since your university days. You had met Jiyong several times, obviously, but you’d never actually hung out, gotten to know each other, or become friends in any way, shape, or form. Not because you didn’t want to, just... because you didn’t. Jiyong had majored in music production, and you had majored in cognitive science with a focus on artificial intelligence.
So, basically, the two of you had lived in two completely different worlds.
But, now, quite a few years after graduating, your best friends were getting married.
Jiyong had been chosen as the Best Man for the groom, and you had been chosen as the Maid of Honor for the bride. But you hadn’t really had to interact or plan anything with each other... until now.
For some reason you really and truly couldn’t explain, the bride and groom had chosen to have a joint bachelor and bachelorette party up in some remote cabin in the mountains -- a perfect setting for a horror film, in your opinion.
But what’s even worse: they had asked you and Jiyong to go up ahead of time to get things ready.
Together.
In the same car.
For... bonding time.
So, that’s how you’d gotten here. In the car. With Jiyong. Lost. On some practically deserted, hardly paved, winding road with no cell phone service (hence the paper map you’d had to resort to).
“Oh, come on,” Jiyong chuckled. “We’re almost there, trust me.”
You weren’t even going to dignify that with a response -- mainly because you didn’t want to divulge your trust issues to someone you barely knew. But also because you just didn’t want to give him the satisfaction of any sort of reply.
But when you just barely lifted your eyelids, you noticed that the sun was beginning to set.
Great.
If you had been in charge of this little road trip, the two of you would be at the cabin right now. But, no. You had been too nice and had let Jiyong drive, and now look where that had gotten you: in the middle of nowhere.
And you would never, ever, ever admit to him that the reason you’d been too nice and had let him drive was because you were actually kind of scared of him.
You didn’t even want to admit that to yourself.
But you worked with technology all day! Machines, you were used to. People... not so much.
And Jiyong was just... a lot. He was quiet on the outside but definitely not on the inside.
He was supremely confident and wildly intimidating, two traits you’d never quite gotten the hang of.
Although, he did occasionally sport some wild hair colors -- currently, his locks were a nice mix of bright orange and fiery red -- so he wasn’t always quiet on the outside.
But, anyway -- his supreme confidence wasn’t going to help you now because whether he knew it or not, you were, indeed, very, very lost. And it was going to be getting dark within the hour.
You then spotted a building way up ahead, sitting up straight and squinting to try and make out what it was.
“If you know where we are,” you began, not doing anything to hide the skepticism in your voice. “Then what is that?”
“That... is a building,” Jiyong answered.
“Oh, wow,” you scoffed. “Now I definitely believe that you know where we are. There’s no way you could’ve known that was a building without being familiar with this area.”
You took a risk and glanced over at him, but instead of seeing some smug, smarmy expression on his face... he was smiling. But not in a way that made you want to slap it right off his lips. His smile was... like... amused. And then you realized he was laughing.
“Well, I’m glad you think you’re funny because I certainly don’t,” you told him, your brow knit together so tightly that you were fairly certain you would have a headache soon.
Jiyong sputtered out a chuckle, returning your gaze briefly as he sported a pretty adorable grin on his face.
Tumblr media
Oh, god. Why had you just thought his grin was adorable?
I mean... objectively, it was adorable. When he wasn’t smiling, he looked scary and threatening and like he was meticulously plotting your slow demise.
But when he smiled? It lit up his face and his eyes crinkled and you could see just a smidge more of his gums than your average smile and just -- he looked like a totally different person in a very good way.
But no matter how adorable his grin was and no matter how much his face was transformed by it, he was still an overly arrogant piece of --
“What?” he said with a somewhat taunting lilt to his voice. “It is a building.”
You simply replied with a scowl. Not only because you were not amused by his observation but also because he had interrupted your thoughts before you could properly, in your mind, call him an overly arrogant piece of --
“Okay, okay,” he relented. “Since you’re so concerned, I’ll stop at that building and make sure we’re going the right way. Because we are.”
“What if that building turns out to be abandoned? Or the house of a serial killer?” you asked, deciding to just give up on calling him silent names and turning away to look out the window.
Jiyong simply shrugged. “Then we keep going. Or we die.”
“Uh, excuse me,” you sputtered. “There is no we. You’re getting out of this car by your damn self.”
“But we’re supposed to be bonding,” he pointed out, and even though you were no longer looking at him, you could so very clearly hear the smirk in his tone.
“Dying together is not my idea of quality bonding time.”
A breathy chuckle escaped through Jiyong’s nose, and you looked back over at him with a very triumphant expression.
“See? You’re not the only one who can be funny,” you quipped.
“So, you admit what I said was funny,” he stated rather than asked.
“You thought it was funny.”
“And that’s really all that matters,” he nodded. “At least to me.”
At that, you merely raised your eyebrows and, yet again, shifted your gaze toward the car window.
There was semi-awkward silence between the two of you as Jiyong drove up to the building -- which turned out to be just a house, presumably. After parking off to the side of the road you’d been traveling, Jiyong turned off the car and leaned forward a bit in his seat to look at you.
“You sure you don’t wanna come with me?” he asked, his voice low as the engine cutting off had made it eerily silent.
“Oh, I’m sure,” you nodded. “You go right ahead.”
Jiyong took the keys out of the ignition then, jingling them a little before closing his fist around them. “Well, I’m taking these.”
“I wasn’t going to drive off without you!” you scoffed.
“Yeah, but now if I do get abducted by a serial killer, you have to come in and rescue me if you want to escape.”
...Okay, you had to admit. That was... kind of a genius plan.
Damn it.
“Just go,” you sighed with a weary shake of your head.
Jiyong murmured an ‘okay’ before unlocking the car door and hoisting himself out. You jumped slightly when he slammed it closed, but your eyes never left him as he loped up toward the house.
Your heart began to race as he approached the front door. You gulped anxiously when he lifted one hand and knocked. You clenched your fists in your lap when the door opened.
A short, middle-aged woman answered, and you almost immediately eased up a bit. She certainly didn’t fit the serial killer profile, and Jiyong was quite a few inches taller than her. He was skinny as a rail, but he could still probably take her if he had to.
You were too far away to make out any of the conversation between them, but the woman’s body language and expression both seemed very warm and welcoming. If you were a gambler, you would bet she was giving Jiyong directions to lead him to the right way.
Jiyong simply stood there nodding, though you knew without a doubt he was taking every and any opportunity to smooth-talk her.
Then, suddenly, Jiyong turned around and gestured to you, his lips curved into a smile. The woman waved at you, and you lifted one hand to awkwardly wave back.
If she was just giving him directions, why in the world would he bring you into it? There was no need for the woman to know about or wave at you... What, exactly, was he doing?
After another minute or two of conversation, the woman began to back into her house, one hand on the side of the front door as she got ready to close it. Jiyong, on the other hand, turned sideways a bit in preparation for turning around and heading back to the car. He quickly put his hands together palm-to-palm in front of his chest and bowed slightly to the woman, thanking her before turning on his heel and striding toward you.
Your eyes got wider as you watched him head, not for the driver’s side, but to the passenger’s side -- to your side. Why was he coming over here? And he had the keys, so you couldn’t roll the window down.
When he got to his car, he reached for your door handle and pulled it open. You instinctively leaned back a little, but then he leaned forward, ducking his head into the car and getting uncomfortably close to you.
“So, yeah,” he murmured. “We’re lost, and the closest way back is the way we came, but I don’t have enough gas to get us back there, and it’ll be too dark to drive soon.”
Before you could let out a victorious ha! and rub it in his face that you’d been right all along, Jiyong continued.
“This happens on occasion, so the woman who lives here has set up an extra room for people like us to stay in overnight.”
“Are you --”
“It’s our only choice,” he cut in, his voice sharp. “Either that or we sleep in the car.”
You honestly weren’t sure which one sounded less appealing: sleeping in a stranger’s house in the middle of nowhere or sleeping in Jiyong’s car in the middle of nowhere.
Well, at least in a house, there was food. And better protection from bears. Or mountain lions. Or whatever creatures lived around here.
So, you relented with a sigh and a shrug of your shoulders.
“Yeah, that’s what I thought,” he muttered.
You moved to undo your seatbelt, but Jiyong stopped you with a soft clear of his throat.
“Oh, and... uh... but there is this... one... stipulation.”
You paused, furrowing your brow with confusion and tilting your head up to look at him. “...What?”
“So... here’s the thing.”
Oh, you did not like the sound of that.
“Just tell me,” you ground out.
“She only has one room, and I had to tell her we’re engaged otherwise I don’t think she would’ve let us stay here.”
...Your heart jumped into your throat. Your stomach fell down to your feet.
You stared at him, blinking.
And then you finally managed to get out, “You had to tell her what now?”
“She asked if I was alone, so I said I wasn’t and that’s when I turned around to show her you were waiting in the car, and then she asked if you were my wife, so obviously, I said you weren’t, but then she started to say something that sounded like she really doesn’t let just anyone in -- I mean, you can’t blame her because, like you said, there could be serial killers. So, I just blurted out that we’re engaged and will be married soon, and she said that was perfect and we can stay for the night.”
So... if you were hearing him correctly, the woman inside that house -- the only building around for miles, so it seems, and the only way you’ll be sleeping safely for the night -- was letting you and Jiyong stay here under the misconception that the two of you were... engaged? To be married?
You inhaled deeply, letting it out very slowly before politely and quietly asking Jiyong to let you get out of the car.
He stepped aside, and you methodically unbuckled your seatbelt. You swung your legs over the side of your seat, and you put your feet on the ground. You stood up, and you turned to face Jiyong.
And then you reached out and hit his upper arm.
“Are you crazy?!” you hissed, feeling your frown on every inch of your face.
“Ouch!”
“Oh, we haven’t even scratched the surface of ouch,” you warned him before hitting him again. “Why -- why would you tell her that we’re engaged?!”
When you geared up for another hit, Jiyong’s hand darted out to grab onto your wrist. “Didn’t you hear me?! I don’t think she was going to let us stay here if we weren’t! She must be one of those super old-fashioned ladies -- I mean, come on. We’re in the middle of nowhere. The last time she watched something current on TV was probably decades ago.”
“But still! Engaged?!” you cried, using every mental muscle in your body to not sound like a shrill witch.
“I’m sorry! It didn’t feel like I had a choice, and I panicked!”
“Yeah, you should be sorry! You’re the one who got us lost in the first place, and you wouldn’t have been in the situation to panic if you had just listened to me!”
Jiyong carefully let go of your wrist, though he still kept his hand up at the ready in case he needed to protect himself again. And then he plastered a very convincingly apologetic expression on his features.
“You... are right. You’re right. I did get us lost, and if I had listened to you, we wouldn’t be in this situation right now. I’m sincerely sorry, and I understand and accept that you have every right to be angry with me.”
Your jaw fell open with utter shock.
...All of those words had really come out of his mouth?
His mouth? Jiyong’s mouth?
“When we actually get to the cabin, I give you full permission to shit talk me as much as you need to, but tonight... I really need you to play along. Without this lady’s help, we’ll probably just get lost again, and we won’t get any gas or food, so we just --”
“Okay, fine,” you interrupted. “I just have one question.”
Jiyong’s eyebrows rushed up his forehead, and he waited for you to ask it.
You simply lifted up your left hand, your palm facing you, and wiggled your fingers. “Where’s my ring?”
“I, being so much in love to the point of distraction, bought a ring that was too big, so it’s at the jeweler’s getting resized.”
Your head jerked back with surprise. “Wha -- um... you thought of that really quickly.”
“What can I say?” Jiyong smirked, lifting his shoulders in smug satisfaction. “I’m quick on my feet. She said she’s putting dinner on the table right now, so just leave all the talking to me.”
Well. Humble, repentant Jiyong had been nice while he’d lasted.
Tumblr media
God, this was so painful.
After lugging your overnight bags into the house, you and Jiyong had almost immediately sat down to dinner with Mrs. Elderberry, and she had almost immediately started asking about the two of you.
You had been incredibly curious to hear what Jiyong would come up with, but to your slight disappointment, he had basically told her the actual story of how you knew each other -- you had gone to university together and your best friends had dated each other. He had simply added on that you had fallen in love and were now getting ready to be married.
And, apparently, your first date had been to an old-fashioned drive-in movie theater. Mrs. Elderberry had thoroughly enjoyed that, and it was then you realized just how smart Jiyong was.
Not when it came to directions, of course, but when it came to people. He knew your hostess for the night was old-fashioned, so he’d thought of an old-fashioned first date to endear the two of you as a couple to her.
She had also believed his story about getting your ring resized, so you decided that leaving all the talking to Jiyong (he’d explained that you were frightfully shy) had actually been a good idea.
But still. It was painful. Listening to Jiyong wax poetic about how in love the two of you were was not a pleasant dinner soundtrack. Or one you’d ever thought you’d have to experience.
Ever.
Though... you had to admit... the way he described you to Mrs. Elderberry was scarily accurate. He knew your job, he knew you were shy and reserved unless it mattered (like when he had gotten you more lost than you’d ever been in your life -- you certainly hadn’t been willing to keep quiet about that), he knew you preferred video games over books even though you did still like books, and he knew you were a cat person. He even called you “smart as a whip.”
At the end of the meal, Jiyong volunteered the two of you for clean up duty, something which you heartily agreed to since Mrs. Elderberry had refused to take any money for the room.
Your hostess shuffled into her living room to “catch up on her stories” -- though when you heard the television come on, you definitely heard the theme song for a soap opera that was at least twenty years old... -- and you sidled up next to Jiyong at the sink to help with the dishes.
And since this whole situation was just absurd, you found your shyness had basically vanished completely. So, you came out and asked, “How do you know so much about me? Everything you told her was true, and it kind of freaked me out, to be honest.”
Jiyong lifted one shoulder into a half-shrug, letting out a breathless chuckle as he rinsed off a plate. “I’m just observant. I pick up on things easily, and I get to know people quickly.”
“That’s... impressive,” you admitted.
He murmured his thanks, and then the two of you continued on doing the dishes in companionable silence.
As soon as the kitchen was clean, Jiyong poked his head into the living room and let Mrs. Elderberry know the two of you had been in the car for so long today and were simply exhausted and were going to head up to bed.
...You froze right there at the sink.
How had you completely forgotten about that? The whole... sleeping situation. The fact that Mrs. Elderberry had a room -- one. One room. A single room.
And there were two of you.
And if she wouldn’t let an unmarried -- or unengaged -- couple spend the night here, you had to assume there was just one bed.
“Hey, you coming?” Jiyong murmured, interrupting your thoughts and making you jump a little bit.
“Hmm? Oh -- yeah. Yeah, I’m coming.”
He raised one eyebrow at you, obviously suspicious of your awkward stammering. “Are... you okay?”
You just nodded quickly but, apparently, it was enough for Jiyong because he headed over to your bags and picked both of them up to carry upstairs.
“Up the stairs, first door on your left!” Mrs. Elderberry called out as you began to ascend the staircase following Jiyong.
“Thank you so much, Mrs. Elderberry,” Jiyong called out in response. “We truly appreciate this.”
“Yeah, unless she kills us in our sleep,” you muttered.
“Good night!” Jiyong cried, but you knew he’d heard you. And, sure enough, once he reached the landing at the top of the stairs, he turned to you with a reprimanding expression. “You really think she could kill us?”
“Did you watch and make sure she was eating from the same serving plates as us? Our dinner could have been poisoned.”
You knew it wasn’t likely -- in the least -- but still! You never know!
“Okay, if anyone is going to kill you, it’s going to be one of those robots you work with,” he chuckled, shaking his head.
“That is absolutely not true. And I don’t work with robots! I just help design smart AI --”
Jiyong opened his mouth to interject, but you finished your sentence before he had the chance.
“For tech support chats. You know when you’re on shopping websites and that little thing pops up asking if you need help?”
“...That’s you?”
“That’s me,” you grinned. “Well. Kind of. I help design it. And make it smarter.”
“Ah... so... you’re not helping build an army of robots who are going to eventually take over the world?”
You shook your head. “No. Not yet. But probably someday.”
Jiyong snorted with amusement before turning and heading to the first door on the left, standing aside to allow you to open it since he was carrying both of your overnight bags.
Even though you knew there would only be one bed, you had still held out some hope that maybe -- just maybe -- there would be two smaller ones instead of one bigger one. If Mrs. Elderberry was truly old-fashioned, she would’ve set up her guest room like the mom and dad’s bedrooms on those black and white television shows -- the kind where they slept in separate beds even though they were married.
But, alas. When you opened the door... there it was.
The one bed.
“I can sleep on the floor,” you said hastily, not even waiting a second after closing the door behind you.
You were expecting Jiyong to let you, but surprisingly, he replied with, “No, that’s okay. I got it. I’m the one who got us into this, so it’s only fair.”
Would you ever get used to Jiyong admitting he had been wrong? For as long as you’d known him, you’d never witnessed him do that -- and now, he had done it twice. In the same night.
“Are you sure? You could probably use a comfortable mattress. You must be exhausted from accepting so much guilt tonight.”
“Hey, now,” Jiyong chuckled. “When I’m wrong, I say I’m wrong.”
“Uh, only after you’ve found unavoidable proof that you are,” you pointed out. “Do you remember how many times I said we were lost?”
“Yeah, well --”
“You just don’t trust me,” you said, half-teasing but half-serious. He had every right not to trust you, though -- you’d known each other for a long time but not well enough to have developed any sort of trust.
Plus, you still had the aforementioned trust issues, but we won’t get into that.
“I thought I knew where I was going!”
“So, you just wouldn’t even listen to me,” you tsked. And then you let out a soft gasp. “You wouldn’t listen to me because I’m a girl, and girls are bad with directions!”
Jiyong had been rifling around in his bag to find his toothbrush, but your words made him spring up and look at you aghast.
“That’s not true!”
“Oh, really?” you smirked. “You just honestly thought you were 100% right and there was no way you could be wrong?”
And then something happened you truly never expected: Jiyong looked... embarrassed. And shy.
“No...” he said slowly, drawing the word out in a very unconfident manner.
What was going on? You’d only ever seen Jiyong in a state of complete self-assurance, so this was kind of throwing you off-balance.
“I just...” he continued, lifting one shoulder into a half-shrug. “I didn’t want to look stupid in front of you.”
You almost choked on the air you were breathing.
Jiyong? Didn’t want to look stupid? In front of you?
“Wh --”
“You’re, like, crazy smart,” he interrupted. “And I guess... I just wanted to prove that...”
But he trailed off and didn’t finish his sentence, leaving you just as dismayed.
“But... I mean, you kind of are a genius,” you pointed out after a few awkward moments.
“Yeah, when it comes to music.”
Ah. There was the confidence. But, according to your best friend, he really was a bomb music producer. So, his confidence wasn’t unfounded in this particular instance.
“Well, I certainly couldn’t create or produce or even sing a song if my life depended on it. That’s something I can’t figure out with an algorithm.”
“True,” Jiyong replied softly with a little chuckle. And then he waved his toothbrush at you and said, “Well, I’m gonna get ready for bed, I guess.”
You shot him a swift grin before he headed to the small en suite bathroom, and when you heard the door close behind him, you dashed to your own bag so you could change into your pajamas before he came back out.
Tumblr media
You had no idea what time it was, and at this point, you were too afraid to look. You only knew you’d been lying in bed -- in Mrs. Elderberry’s guest bed in Mrs. Elderberry’s house in the middle of nowhere -- for a very long time, and you hadn’t been able to manage one wink of sleep.
And... by the sounds of it. Jiyong hadn’t been able to, either. He had been fairly quiet and still so far, but just a few moments ago, you heard the telltale signs of tossing and turning.
Since you were awake... and since you now knew he was awake... you would feel kind of awkward if you didn’t say anything.
“Jiyong,” you whispered hesitantly into the darkness of the room.
“Hmm?”
“Okay, just making sure you were actually awake.”
“Yeah,” he sighed. “Can’t sleep. You?”
“Nope.”
He moved around again, and this time, you saw his silhouette move into a sitting position and turn to fluff the pillow you’d given him.
“You can’t sleep because... you’re too uncomfortable?” you guessed. Your heart began to beat just a bit quicker because you knew what you were going to follow-up with if he said ‘yes.’
“...I mean, yeah. It’s the floor.”
And here we go.
“Just come up here. The bed is big enough.”
Unsurprisingly, Jiyong didn’t answer right away. He waited a couple of moments before replying with a very wary, “...Are you sure?”
“Yes, I’m sure right now, but if you wait too long, I’ll probably change my mind.”
You immediately heard some rustling, and not even ten seconds later, the side of the bed next to you dipped down.
“I don’t know if it’ll help much,” you whispered, keeping your eyes glued on the ceiling. “Because I’m still awake, but it’s gotta be better than the floor.”
Jiyong let out a satisfied sigh, and for some reason, the sound of it made a tiny smile appear at the corners of your lips.
“Much better,” he murmured. “Thanks.”
You simply hummed in response, and then the room went quiet again.
That is, until you found yourself asking something which had been on your mind for... well, however long ago it was that he’d said this.
“Why did you not want to look stupid in front of me?” you asked with an almost undetectable waver in your voice -- almost. It was definitely there because you were definitely nervous, both to have him lying right beside you and to hear his answer.
“You just couldn’t let it go, huh?” Jiyong chuckled. You could tell he turned over, and when he spoke next, his voice was more clear -- he had turned over to face you. “I didn’t want to look stupid in front of you because I think you’re cool.”
A laugh burst from your chest, and you immediately brought a hand up to cover your mouth, not wanting to wake your gracious hostess. “I’m sorry, what?” you choked out. “Me? Cool? I am not cool.”
“You are to me.”
“But... I’m a technology, video game nerd. It’s a well-known fact that you are the cool one.” You glanced over at him, but only briefly. Your heart was racing enough as it was; looking at him would only make it worse.
“You’re authentic,” he replied. “You’re genuine. You don’t care what other people think. You’re 100% totally yourself, and to me... that’s cool.”
Your forehead had started wrinkling as he’d started answering you, and the wrinkles had only gotten deeper as he’d kept talking.
“I... I had... no idea you thought that,” you said with a breathless laugh of disbelief. “Why didn’t you ever tell me before?”
“Because I just started thinking you were cool earlier today,” he answered without missing a beat.
“Shut up,” you chuckled, reaching out absently with your hand and swatting his shoulder -- or, at least, you thought it was his shoulder. You still weren’t facing or looking at him.
“No, in all seriousness... I just... didn’t think you’d care.”
And you could definitely understand why he would’ve thought that. Because you’d thought the same thing.
You finally turned your head to the side, meeting his gaze through the darkness. “I thought the same thing about you. I thought you were way too cool for me, and there was no way you’d ever want to be friends with a geek like me.”
“So, we both were idiots then, huh? Me more than you, of course.”
Your brow knit together in confusion. “Why’s that?”
“Because I’m a guy.”
“Oh,” you chuckled, your lips curving into a smile. “Well, yeah. I can agree with that.”
“So... are we friends now?” he asked -- and you could’ve sworn you heard a hopeful lilt in his tone.
“Yeah, I guess. And from one friend to another? A good leader isn’t the one who has all the right answers. A good leader is the one who recognizes the right answer when he hears it.”
“Wow, okay, how many times do I have to admit that you were right about being lost?”
“As many times as it takes me to forget.”
“So... for the rest of my life, then.”
...Why did the thought of knowing Jiyong for the rest of his life make your heart flutter? Just this afternoon, this thought would have almost disgusted you -- it definitely would’ve made you uncomfortable.
But now you were realizing -- pretty quickly -- that he wasn’t exactly who you thought he was. He was certainly still arrogant and stubborn, but he was also generous (letting you have the bed), determined (willing to do whatever it took to let Mrs. Elderberry give you her guest room), and... actually pretty sweet.
“Okay, my turn -- from one friend to another.”
His words interrupted your thoughts, but you were kind of glad about that. You didn’t really need to be thinking about how sweet Jiyong was when he was lying right next to you in bed.
“Go for it,” you murmured.
“...Would it be super weird if we cuddled?”
“Wha --!” you choked.
“I need something to cuddle when I sleep! That’s why I couldn’t sleep on the floor! And unless you want to give me your pillow...”
You immediately lifted your head, grabbed your pillow out from under you, and threw it over at him. There was no way you were going to cuddle with him. That was a very bad idea.
...Mainly because you were worried it wasn’t a bad idea at all.

One Year Later
You knew Jiyong was tired when he fell asleep before you.
That man could labor away in his studio basically all night, so when he was already in bed when you got home from work?
Granted, you had been clocking some late hours at work the past few days. Your team had been busy with a new project, and you’d even had to bring your work laptop home with you tonight to finish things up.
But, still. When you’d popped your head into your shared bedroom and seen with your own eyes that Jiyong was fast asleep, you knew he had been working himself too hard for too long.
...Which didn’t stop you from bringing your laptop with you to bed and getting your own work done, though. You had a deadline to meet!
You tried to get into bed as stealthily as possible, not wanting to wake your boyfriend up from his much-needed rest, but as soon as you opened up your laptop, Jiyong managed to throw the pillow he’d been cuddling over his shoulder and onto the floor. He scooted closer to you and snaked his arm around your waist, his leg over yours, resting his head on your arm as you sat up next to him.
“Ji, I have some more work to do,” you chuckled, trying to shrug him off -- to no avail.
“You can still work,” he muttered, his words slurred with sleep. “I need cuddle.”
“No, you need sleep.”
“Mm mm. Cuddle. You.” He nuzzled your arm, pressing his cheek into the crook of your elbow before turning his head and brushing his lips gently over your skin. “I tried to wait up for you.”
“I know, I’m sorry,” you frowned. “We’re almost done with this project.”
“Almost?”
You hummed positively, glancing down at him with a soft, adoring grin.
“And when you’re done --”
“We’ll celebrate, for sure.”
“By getting married?”
Your head jerked back with surprise, and even though his eyes were closed, you stared down at him. “...Excuse me? Since when are we getting married?” Because this was the first you’d heard of it!
“Since forever,” Jiyong mumbled. “Since Mrs... Mrs... Blueberry. What’s her name.”
“Mrs. Elderberry,” you laughed. “Oh, I’d almost forgotten about her.”
“How could you forget? That’s where we got engaged,” he sighed.
“Oh, it is? So, we’ve been engaged this whole time?”
Jiyong nodded, his hair scratching your skin slightly and causing shivers down your spine.
“Then I just have one question,” you said with a smirk.
“Hmm?”
You pulled your left arm out from his embrace, sticking your hand palm-down in front of his face and wiggling your fingers. “Where’s my ring?”
You were expecting him to reply that it was getting resized -- the excuse you’d given Mrs. Elderberry as to why your ring finger was... well, ringless.
But, to your complete and utter shock, Jiyong dug one hand underneath your pillow, emerging with the most beautiful, the most sparkly, the most perfect ring you’d ever seen in your entire life.

I never meant to hurt you
Your boyfriend that you adore, forgot your date for the second time in a month. But he’s determined to let you know how much he loves you.
(Smut)
Tumblr media
Yes, Ji is eating in the GIF. That’s my kind of humour :) I know, I’m hilarious.
Pairing Kwon JiYong and female reader.
W.C. 2230
Warning: angst at the beginning. Smut. Oral (female receiving), fingering, touching, squirting and also... Kwon JiYong in a smut is a warning in itself…
NOTE: ok, normally I read my texts like 10 times before I upload. But since I’m writing “king” right now, I wanted to upload it fast enough so I can go back to my serie. Meaning, I read it only once. Meaning, there will be mistakes. Sorry in advance. But still, enjoy!
Don’t be shy to comment in private or under the post. I don’t mind the way but I love to hear from you.
“Stop it Kwon! I’m way too mad to hear that shit!” You told him over the phone.
“But Jagi… I’m… I don’t understand... ”
He doesn't understand? What a blatant lie. It was the second time it happened this month. You understood his crazy schedules, you always did.  You knew he may have to cancel your date night sometimes. You too, had to to work and changed your plans. He’s fucking G-Dragon after all, you knew how busy he was before you started this relationship.
But this month, he didn’t cancelled, he just completely forgot to show up. TWICE.  No texts message, no phone call. Nothing.  And both times, you waited for him like a fool, alone at the restaurant trying to avoid the empathic glances of the waiters.
“Ji, please. I’m not asking for that much. I wouldn’t be mad if you would have dared notify me. But no, you didn't and it’s the fucking second time this month”.
“Jagi, you’re swearing, you’re really mad!”
“No shit, Sherlock!” You snapped.
“I’m…”
“Spare it Kwon. I wanted to be with you tonight. I took the time to make myself beautiful for you. I combed my hair, I did my makeup and put on your favorite dress”.
“Ooh, no! The lilac one?”
“Fuck the color of the dress Kwon JiYong. Fuck it, it’s not important!”
“Baby… why are you like this?”
“Ji… we planned this night yesterday, you cannot have forget already but you fucking did. I spent one hour ALONE at the restaurant looking at my watch ”
“I told you, I didn’t realised what time it was”.
You were so sad, hearing him say that. You have been waiting for this date, for him, all day with butterflies in your stomach. You were so happy to meet him tonight, to spend time with that man that you love so much. But there he was, forgetting your date. Forgetting YOU.
“In one year of relationship, it never happened Ji, never. But this month, you forgot 2 dates night with me. What’s going on? You don’t love me anymore? Are you tired of us?”
At this idea, tears start to flow on your cheeks, again. But if he doesn’t love you anymore, you don’t want to hold him back, you want him to be happy.  You don’t want him to stay with you because he pity you.
“What? No! Of course not. Love, I’m making you cry… I’m so sorry…”
“Ji, I cried all night thinking you don’t love me anymore… but don’t spare me. If it’s over between us, I’d rather know”
“You are the love of my life, how can you say something like that?’
“You love me? Then fucking act like it!”
You heard your words, you knew you sounded childish and egoistic. The last thing you wanted was to be a demanding, spoiled brat girlfriend. Right now, it’s exactly how you sounded though and you didn’t like it.
“Please, listen…”
“Look Ji, let’s talk tomorrow, ok? I love you with all my heart but I can’t talk with you right now. Good night”.
You hang up the phone, you didn’t want him to hear your sobs. You knew you would be loud.  You were never the jealous type, as long as he stay faithful, he can go out with his many friends, girls or boys.  You trusted him, he was always a wonderful boyfriend. He never made you doubt his commitment. What was going on between you?
However you looked at it tonight, the fact was that he forgot you. Twice. And it hurts like crazy.
Crying, you undress in the living room and let your clothes on the floor, walking on the elegant  lilac dress that he bought you at the very beginning of your relation. You took a second shower tonight, making sure to take off all that pretty makeup from your face. After that, no longer having the strength to do anything, you rushed under the duvet, naked. It’s a pang of pain in the chest that you fell asleep.
You didn’t hear him call you softly from the front door neither you heard him walk around the apartment looking for you. You were already in a deep sleep phase when you felt a slight sensation on your thigh. It was soft, light. Almost imperceptible. You turned to the other side and grabbed your body pillow, put one leg over it and continued to sleep. When you felt a light touch starting from your knee and going up to your hip, a delicate caress as if you were touched by a feather, you immediately knew you weren't dreaming.
“Jagi… I’m so sorry I made you cry”
Still mad but mostly hurt, you pretended you were asleep and you didn’t move a bit. You let him do whatever he was doing.
“I was composing a song with hyung. I just lose track of time. I have no excuse, just the cold truth to tell you. I should have set an alarm or something… I deserve your cold treatment”.
Before falling asleep, you took care to wrap yourself in a sheet. It was still wrapped around your chest but your legs were released. The slight pressure of his lips on the outside of your thigh was very noticeable despite its delicacy. Or maybe it was the airiness of the kisses that made your skin tremble.
“I love you so much Y/n… I can’t forget myself for the tears you shred tonight…”
Another serie of kisses. He was now trailing his way down your knee, the heat of his breath washing across your skin.
“I couldn’t live without you”  he whispered against your thigh.
You felt the mattress sink under its weight, behind you. His fingertips delicately  traced a line from your forearm up to your shoulders.  Then, the tender brush of his kisses in the nape of your neck.
“I.Love.You” each words were whispered between soft kisses”
He nuzzled his nose against your neck inhaled into your scent. He kissed your head, caressed your naked shoulder. Then, he were not on your back anymore.
“I know you are awake my love...”  he dotted one kiss on your foot
“and I know I deserve your silent treatment but...” a kiss at your ankle
“you told me…” a kiss on your calf followed by a few more on your knee.
“to act like if I love you…” a kiss on your tight this time
“so will I. After all, I am a man of my words”
Suddenly, he grabbed you by the hips and turned you on your back in a gentle but determined movement. Surprised by his action, a soft “oooh” slipped from your lips. Lifting your upper body, resting on your elbows, your eyes met his.
“Ji…”
“Shh my love, let me love you, shall I? Please?” He insisted when he found you didn’t answered fast enough for his taste. You nodded.
“Thank you love! I won’t disappoint”
With a skilful hand, he untied the knot of the sheet and spread it apart to strip you completely. He gazed upon your body, your skin glistening under the moonlight coming from the window.
“You are beautiful”
You knew what was coming as he positioned himself between your legs, spreading your knees in his path. You were craving the act to come and felt the desire burn you inside just thinking about it. Jiyong was good at giving heads, he proved it many times before. But tonight, there was something special in his eyes, something you never saw before.
With a last “I love you”, he dived in.
His mouth grazed your flesh, it was not quite a real kiss yet. Just the sensation of a light, light caress. His lips remained motionless, pressed against your opening. He raised his chin and caressed you like this, his nose getting in the game as it tickled your clit during the movement. His hands drifted to your hips and settle there as he nuzzled his nose on your clit. You couldn't resist the temptation of combing your fingers through his hair.
“Your smell bewitch me, you’re driving me crazy…” he uttered before he shoves his nose a little deeper into your flesh, breathing in your intimate perfume. Your head fell back on the pillow, expecting what was going to come.
“How can you imagine for a second that I don’t love you anymore?”
When you felt a teasing swirl from the tip of his tongue, warmth radiate from the little spot his tongue touched and spread all the way through your body.  His hands trailed down from your hips to the inside of your thighs, making you shiver. His caresses became more pressing, more demanding.  You glanced in his direction. He was looking at your sex as if he was about to taste the most exquisite dish that had been presented to him, exploring you with his eyes before he would taste you. The thought of him using all his senses to pleasure you, seeing him pleased while doing it, made your heart swell at the same time as your clit.
“So beautiful and mine…”
With a long and flat tongue, a long stroke on your fold,he tasted you.  Your flavor was enrapturing, so delightful that he wrapped his arms around your legs and pulled you closer to his face. He buried his mouth in your folds, attentive at each one of your reactions. He was exploring your sex, taking his sweet time.
Pulling back his head, he slipped his fingers between your labia. He put some pressure on it, squeezing them together, sliding his fingers up and down to tease you.
“You love what I’m doing?” He asked pinching your clit and labias together, changing the pressure on his fingers. He was slowly building your orgasm.
“Oh yes! It’s wonderful” you moaned.
He found your clit and very gently at first, with the tip of his tongue, tickled it with a up and down motion. He fasten the speed and the pressure on you then he kissed it once, twice.  You start bucking your hips, thrusting your crotch towards his face. You needed more already and you needed it now.  You locked eyes with him as he let you moved your hips and pleased yourself on his tongue. For a moment only, because he wanted control tonight. He steady your hips and his tongue became more greedy, he was ready to give you more.
When you felt the gentle suction, you squirmed under him. Your wetness was soaking his lips.
“Mmm Jagi, all those juices just for me. I’m blessed” he murmured against your clit. He grabbed a handful of one breast and started playing with your nipple, rolling it between his fingers. Then he did the same with the other.
“You want something special, love?”  he asked between two gentle suckling kisses.
“I want your fingers Ji, please” you rasped out “I’m close already”
“oooh, the effect I have on you…”
He rolled your clitoris across his lips and pulled it further into his mouth, tongue rubbing against it in circles.
“Baby, please… I need it” You were craving for more.
He inserted two fingers and pumped them gently in and out as he continue to suck on you. Each time he tilted his fingers at a perfect angle to reach this place, this precious place that was driving you crazy. You began to quake, holding onto the sheets. The sensations were delightful.
When he felt your whole body tense, he knew what he had to do. He was not teasing you anymore, his suction became more insistent and he fasten the pace of his fingers hitting your spot until. You felt tingly all over your body and your muscles start contracting. Your whole body started to shake uncontrollably and your thighs tightened around his head.
“That’s it love, cum for me” he said before he went back at business.
“Ji, don’t stop… harder, please”
He did as you asked until your had your sweet release.  You felt your juices running out of you, sucked and engulfed by that man that you love so much. With every wave of pleasure, you shuddered while was drinking on your cum as if his life depends on it, sucking on you until you stop shaking. When he felt you relax against his mouth, then only, he released the pressure on your clit and stop his fingers from moving. But he kept them inside you.
For a moment you stayed like that, both panting for different reasons. He kissed your tummy gently, brushing his lips against your skin by the time you were coming back to heart. When you stroked his hair softly, he lift his face.
“Was good?” he asked before he laid few soft kisses again.
“If it was good? Ji… it was wonderful. I saw stars”
“So, you know, that I love you, right? You know I never meant to hurt you tonight?”
“I was so scared that you didn’t love me anymore Ji… It was unbearable”
“That much”
“More than that… I almost died from pain…”
“Holy shit! That’s bad. Then I need to so I really show you again, how much I adore you? Shall I?”
When you felt his fingers start to pump again inside of you, you knew what he had in mind.

Warning: Heart break, angst, breaking up
Author’s Note: This was my first Kpop fan fiction and it holds a special place in my heart. Please be gentle. Also, again - I originally posted this on my other writing blog @writemelikeyourkboys before I decided to make this blog to have all my fan fictions together.

Prologue-
She hated to see him cry. The world thought he was so tough, had such a thick skin. She knew better. He was soft-hearted, sensitive and that was one of the reasons she loved him. But alas, as it sometimes happens, love just wasn't enough for them. She knew it, he wanted to deny it, yet there was no way the truth would leave them be.
"Please," she whispered softly through her own tear. "I need to know you'll be okay. I... I can't leave without having that peace of mind."
He lifted his head to look up at her before he moved from the couch to pull her into his arms. "I doubt I'll ever be okay after this." He spoke in that soft tone she loved so much. The one that only those closest to him knew, not the loud and out going voice the world knew. "But will I survive this horrible moment? About as much as you will."
A gentle laugh left her as she pulled back to stare at him. Her hand came up to  touch his cheek a moment before he leaned in, his lips capturing hers for the last time. She savored the moment, memorizing every detail to go back over in the future. He'd probably do the same, he was thoughtful like that.
As they broke away, he kissed her forehead, just to touch her as much as he could before she was gone for good. He'd never hold another the way he held her. The connection they had was strange as it was beautiful, one that even they couldn't explain. He didn't want it to end, but knew that there was just no other way. They'd reached that fork in the road, both wanted to go in the opposite direction of the other. So rather then sacrifice their dreams that they worked so hard for, they would sacrifice each other to make each other happy.
"The car will be here any minute," she whispered as she slowly pulled herself away from his body.
He gave a small nod of his head before he coughed to clear his throat. "Will you... let me know when..."
"Yeah, I'll let you know when I'm on the plane and when I get back home," she replied. Though the relationship ended, that didn't mean they didn't still have feelings for the other. He always asked for her to let him know when she was safely on the ground after a flight. Why should that change now that they were no longer a couple?
"Good," he said, a sad smile spread over his handsome face. "I just don't want to worry."
She nodded her head. "I know."
For a moment they stared at each other, just drinking in the others aura one last time. Then with a deep breath, she broke eye contact with him and headed for the door. Her bags where already downstairs waiting to be put in the car, but she had a backpack for the plane. She grabbed it and slipped it over her shoulder as her hand unlocked the door. She was about to step outside the apartment when he called her.
"Isadora... I love you. No matter that we are no longer together. Just remember  that, okay? That I do love you and I always will."
A bittersweet smile touched Isadora's face as she looked back at him. "I know," she whispered. "And I'll always and forever love you, Jiyong."

one winter morning
Pairing: G-Dragon x Reader
Genre:  Fluff
Word Count: 911
MASTERLIST
Tumblr media
Winter air seeps through every crack, chilling the room to its bones. I snuggle deeper under the comforter, curling myself into a tight ball. Beside me, warmth radiates from Jiyong’s sleeping body. As the faint morning sunlight peeks through the fabric of the curtains, I roll over, seeking the heat of his skin against mine.
Before I can get too cozy, his alarm goes off. I quickly slap it silent, snoozing it to give us a little more time. Why he set an alarm is beyond me, as he’s supposed to be on break from work for a while.
Not like the alarm was even helpful. Jiyong hasn’t moved a muscle
I nuzzle my face into his shoulder, flopping one arm across his bare chest and just taking him in for a moment. While most people are familiar with G-Dragon, the bright and boisterous leader of BigBang. Fewer are familiar with Jiyong, the thoughtful and sweet man with the soul of an artist.
Only I am familiar with this side of him, the side where he lets all of his walls down. Vulnerable and tender, this is the Jiyong that I only I get. His pretty mouth is slightly parted as he breathes the deep breaths of sleep, his long eyelashes dark against apple-round cheeks. His lime green hair is mussed with sleep, splayed across his forehead.
I snuggle closer to him, tangling our feet together. When my feet brush his, he stirs and lets out a low whine. Angling his face towards me, eyes still closed, he mumbles, “Why are your feet so cold, jagiya?”
“It’s not my fault you keep the A/C on in winter,” I reply, to which he snorts.
He scoots away, taking his delightful warmth with him. “Keep your ice block feet away from me.”
“But I’m cold!” I throw all my limbs around him and cling to him like a koala bear hugging the branch of a eucalyptus tree. “And your so warm, Ji; I can’t help it.” I press my face in between his shoulder blades, planting a kiss there.
He groans and rolls over, pulling me close to his chest. “Stop being so cute,” he complains. Eyes finally open, he looks at me and just smiles, lips curving softly upward. Seeing him like this, soft, sleepy, and so in love, makes my heart burst with affection for this man I get to call my own.
“It’s not fair,” he continues. “How can I be expected to go back to work when the cutest girl in the world is here in my bed?”
“That’s cheesy,” I mumble, though I can feel myself smiling. I lay my head on his chest, listening to his heartbeat as he absentmindedly strokes long fingers through my messy bedhead. Then, I frown. “Wait, you have to go back to work? I thought you were on a break.”
“Yeah, for the holidays,” he reminds me. “That’s over today.”
I wrap my arms a little tighter around him. “No, stay with me,” I pout. Then, quieter, I add, “I’m not ready for you to go back and get busy again. It’s been so nice getting to spend so much time with you.”
He sighs, and I instantly feel guilty. I knew what I was getting into, dating an idol. Still, it’s hard, and I can’t help but miss him when he’s busy at the company or with schedules or gone on tour. Having him all to myself these past few weeks has been my own personal slice of heaven.
“I know, jagiya, I know,” he murmurs, kissing my forehead.
I let out my own sigh, feeling the sadness creeping down my limbs, extending from my heart. “I guess nothing lasts forever.” I peck a kiss to his chest, giving him a little shove. “Go on then; I won’t keep you.”
Instead of rolling out of bed and getting on with his day, he cups my cheek and angles my face so I’m staring up into his eyes. Quite seriously, he asks, “If nothing lasts forever, will you be my nothing?” As he says it, his lips curl into a cocky smirk and he winks at me.
A snort escapes me, and I hide my face in the crook of his neck. “Why are you so cheesy this morning?” I moan.
He pinches my side, making me squeal. “Shut up; you know you love it.” I can hear the smile in his voice.
“I do love it. I love you,” I reply, softly, kissing his neck and making him shiver.
“You know what?”
“Hmmm?” I hum into his skin, thoroughly distracted by the expanse of neck just waiting for me to leave unfortunate marks his stylists will have to hide.
“I think I’m getting - ” he lets out two very fake-sounding coughs, “ - sick. I probably shouldn’t go infect the other members. Better stay home today and heal up.”
I can’t suppress my grin. “I think that sounds like the responsible choice.”
“You know me, always the responsible one,” he murmurs, tipping my chin up so he can kiss me.
I press a finger to his mouth to stop him, lips soft and warm.
He stares at me in confusion, eyes bright in the morning light.
“You know, if you’re sick, you probably shouldn’t kiss me…”
He rolls his eyes, grabbing me around the waist and pulling me on top of him. “Just shut up and kiss me already, woman.”
So I do.

A request for my princess: Part one - Youngjae
Tumblr media
A/N: So, Hi there guys! First off, so sorry I’ve been MIA (Missing in action) over the past couple of weeks. I’ve been loaded with work, almost working for 14 to 15 hours a day. Plus, my depression had hit me at it’s worst. One of the reasons I couldn’tpick myself up to write at all. But I’m so glad I found some time to do that now. And secondly, I normally don’t write for other fandoms but GD had been one of my favourites since a long time and I also made a little exception for my dear princess @little-dragon-stories as she requested this wonderful scenario ages ago. Sorry love, I took so long to write. I hope you like it. Also, guys she’s amazing! Please do check her out when you have the time to.
Summary: As a part of a birthday surprise, you take your little 6 year old friend to a G - Dragon fansign event. But what happens when you loose the said kid in a huge crowd and then find yourself run into the man himself?
Pairing: Kwon Jiyong x reader
Genre: Fluff, fluff and fluff
Warnings: None here
Word count: 1.8k
OH MY GOD THAT’S G - DRAGON!
Those were the first words that left Youngjae’s mouth the moment you stopped your car. The six year old sitting next to you was bouncing and rocking up in his seat, his eyes glittering like sparkles, darting everywhere around the area, breathing it in. It was a bright sunny day. The morning sky was clear with a few occasional clouds hanging here and there while the breeze felt fresh on your face. Youngjae now excitedly pulled off his seat belt, opened the door and practically bolted out of the car without waiting for you.
“Youngjae!” You called after him, but the kid paid no heed, “Wait for me!”
Sighing to yourself, you turned off the ignition, pulled your seat belt off and hastily got yourself out of the car. After making sure your car is locked and secure, you scurried after the hyper excited kid. By the time you caught up to him, he was standing in front of a life sized poster hung near the entrance of the building, clapping his little hands in excitement.
“Auntie!” He squealed, his voice bubbling with excitement, “It’s G - DRAGON!!”
“Yes sweetie,” You said, stopping next to him, trying to catch your breath, “That’s your dragon there.”
Youngjae’s face lit up like a thousand suns and he rushed forward to hug the poster. You laughed delightedly at his antics and brought out the camera to take some pictures. It was a camera his mother handed to you before you left, asking you to get lots and lots of pictures  of her little munchkin meeting his favourite star. And through the lens, you gazed softly at the boy in front of you. He was running around the open area, his face erupting in bright delightful smiles. Giggling and stumbling on his feet, his eyes delirious with elation. He was wearing a shirt that proudly showed off a G - Dragon print written in bold letters, a pair of shorts and some shoes.
“I want him to know I’m a huge huge huge fan!” He insisted as he pulled his tee on and puffing out his chest, “I want him to know I love him a lot!”
“Oh honey! I bet your dragon already knows you love him,” His mom cooed as she got him ready.
“He does?!” Youngjae exclaimed, his face set in determination.
“Of course Youn!” You offered from where you were standing at the door.
Youngjae’s mom would love to see her boy so happy, you thought as you brought the camera down. It had been a while since the kid had the freedom to run around like that, or laugh like that or eat or do whatever the kids who are his age normally do.
That’s right Youngjae was special.
He always was.
Perhaps for kids like him, playgrounds, schools or hobby classes were their normal habitats. But as for Youngjae, ever since you’ve known him, it was always either the hospitals or the four walls of his house. He came to you, his attending physician when he was just a baby, suffering from a bad heart condition that left him unable to enjoy a typical childhood. But, Youngjae was a strong kid. He never complained, he never cried. Whatever life threw at him, he embraced it wholeheartedly. Sure there were times, he was confused why he couldn’t do things other children did, there were times it frustrated him to no end and he would cry a lot. But then again, anybody in Youngjae’s position would do the same. As the days passed by, with every visit and all the time the boy spent in the hospital, you found yourself getting attached to the boy. Beyond just a patient and a doctor. You now cared for him like family, as if he’s your own little nephew.
And today, as a part of his birthday you brought him to this special solo event by Big bang’s leader G - Dragon. Youngjae always loved Big Bang and especially G - Dragon. He first came across the leader’s voice through a radio that was playing softly in your room. You had just gone out to speak to your colleague regarding work and came back to Youngjae sitting quietly on his chair while bouncing his legs and softly humming the tune to himself.  The scene in front of you instantly put a smile on your face. It isn’t that Youngjae never reacted to music but it was the fact that this particular voice calmed him. It made him serene. The boy who would otherwise ask you a hundred questions or keep jumping around everywhere is sitting quietly by himself humming a tune. And that was when you knew it. Whoever this voice belonged to, it impacted this little boy somewhere deep inside. It resonated in a place where no one was able to reach. Ever since then, Youngjae took to listening to the voice like a ritual, he gushed about G - Dragon at your every visit or bounce around everytime Big Bang or GD appeared on the TV screen.
“Auntie!” Youngjae chirped, during one of your sessions. He was sitting on the edge of the examination bed, his legs dangling down.
“Yes sweetie,” You looked up from where you were going through a couple of your patient files.
“Do you think I can someday meet G - Dragon??” He asked, staring off somewhere into the distance.
“You want to meet him honey?” You ask him, your voice tender, your eyes softly gazing at the boy in front of you.
“Yes!” He perked his head up, a bright glint forming in his eyes, “I’d like to if I can one day.”
And that was all it took for you to immediately book some tickets when the leader announced his solo event in Seoul along with a fan sign event. This was a perfect opportunity to let the kid have his wish come true.
It seemed that you were so lost in your own thoughts that you didn’t notice the crowds that began to pour into the venue. Shoving the camera into your bag you absentmindedly reached for Youngjae only to realize he’s not around you anymore.
It didn’t hit you at first. You just stared at the empty spot beside you, blinking once, twice and thrice. Around you, the crowds grew while people blended into each other. And that was when it hit you.
You just lost Youngjae.
A six year old kid.
In a huge venue,
Filled to the brim with crowds.
--
Dressed in a black overcoat, sunglasses and a black mask covering his face, Jiyong carefully peeked from behind the clothes rack he was hiding at, to scrutinize his surroundings. Turning to his left, his eyes swept over the area, scanning the place for any manager, crew member or anyone he can recognize. When he spotted no one in sight, he turned to his right and inspected once again. No one, area clear. Sighing in relief he tiptoed his way out of his hiding spot only to quickly duck behind an open closet nearby when a random manager along with a staff walked by.
“Is everything set?” The manager asked while scribbling on his hand book, not really sparing a glance at the staff following him.
“Yes Manager - nim, Jiyong - ssi’s wardrobe is all set,” The staff relayed, “The makeup artists are ready and the stage is all done too.”
“Good,” The manager nodded continuing to scribble, “Make sure there are no set backs anywhere, so that Jiyong - ssi can go through his set routine with the utmost ease and comfort.”
“Yes sir, we’ll make sure to give him our best care.”
Once the manager and the staff are out of earshot, Jiyong slumped to the ground in relief. Thank goodness! They were not looking for him! Huffing out a breath, he pulled himself up and rushed out of the venue through the back door.
Freedom!
At last!
Fresh air and sunshine!
It’s everything he needs right now.
The past few weeks had been really hectic for Jiyong. With all the back to back meetings, recordings, rehearsals, photoshoots, dress fittings, interviews, TV shows, travelling, etc. All in all, it’s safe to say that there had not been one day where Ji felt like he could breathe, not one day where he properly had time for himself. Hell, he barely even stepped inside his own home in the last five days. His million dollar apartment, his safe space, his comfort. He missed lazing around on the sofa, he missed painting whenever he wanted to, he missed his cat, he missed everything. So, to say that Ji is desperate for some peace and tranquility is an understatement. He’s very, very, very, very, desperate.
With a slight shrug of his shoulders, Jiyong checked the area around him once more to see if there’s anyone searching for him. When he found no one in sight, he turned around and began to stroll around the place with no particular aim in mind, breathing in his surroundings and simply enjoying them. It felt rejuvenating, the atmosphere, the cold wind whipping across his face, the tranquility, peace, It felt good. It felt nice, almost similar to paradise. Soon, it wasn’t long before he found a bench to settle upon. A brief glance at his watch told him that there’s still an hour before the event officially begins. Which means, the more time he can spend dilly-dallying around.
Thus thinking so, he made himself comfortable on the little bench and leaned his head back, closing his eyes. Perhaps it was the exhaustion that finally caught up to him or perhaps it was the warmth in the atmosphere that finally eased itself into the very pores of his skin. As he felt the tension in his shoulders fade away into relaxation, his eyes began to drop lulled by the breeze that blew past him, while softly caressing his hair. It was warm, the calmness engulfing him like a warm fleece blanket. His eyes finally closing and his very being carried into a world of dreams.
Barely had he closed his eyes, Jiyong felt a slight tug to the edge of his sleeves. Unsure of whether he really felt it and also unwilling to open his eyes, he decided to ignore it. He is too deep in dreamland to care. But then, the tug came again. This time making him wonder if it’s time already. But something isn’t right. If an hour had already passed by, his crew would have turned the whole place upside down looking for him. And they sure as hell won’t just be tugging his sleeves but shoving him towards the dressing room by now. So, to conclude, this isn’t a manager and he’s not going to bother.
A heartbeat later.
The tug followed again, this time a bit more consistent and persuasive. Jiyong huffed, blowing out a breath, disgruntled. Who dares disturb his sleep? He slowly opened his eyes and blearily eyed the figure standing in front of him. And to his surprise, standing in front of him was a 45 inch tall, huge G - Dragon T - shirt wearing, proudly standing, little boy staring right back at him!
Youngjae...

Enough
Hey y’all, so I have been in such a writers block the past few months and I am trying to slowly dig my way out of it. Writing for nyongtory is one of my favorite things to do. So of course I need to work my way back to that so I can get back to Bitter Sweet Destiny. I did NOT abandon that story, I will get back to it! But for now please enjoy this little story. I will make this into three parts but here is the first part. I want to see if y’all are feeling this or not. I’m still rusty with my writing so please just bare with me. Also if you haven’t noticed I am OT5, BigBang will always be 5 in my eyes. I am also still a supporter of Seungri, until they can prove with actual evidence that he is guilty I will stand with him. With all that said please do enjoy and as always love, comment and share.
Tumblr media
With everything that has happened he thought they would still be there for him. What is he supposed to do other then move on when the “Family” he had is no longer there. Enough is enough. It is time for him to be happy.
Theme: Angst
Word: 3073
The dark cold silence was something Seungri was slowly getting use to. Gone were the days of playing around with friends and laughing with his so called brothers and the love of his life. The year leading up to his enlistment was what he thought was his darkest time…he was so wrong. Going into his enlistment after being cleared of the horrendous allegations he thought things would change. That the media would spread the word that he was innocent. They never did. The people who thought he was guilty before still though of him as guilty. They justified their thoughts by saying he paid off the courts and the police to proven his innocence. Seungri couldn’t believe how blind and stubborn people were. The amount of money needed to do such a thing was more money then he would ever have.
Leaving the military he thought his brothers would be there to greet him but they were absent. He understood why they couldn’t send him off because of their schedules and because he was still seen as a negative aspect in societies eye, so it was only natural that they wouldn’t want to be seeing public associating with him. Yet now that time had passed he couldn’t understand why they weren’t there for him. Their schedules were clear and there should have been nothing to stand in their way. After all even with the reports hunting his every move down he still made the time to see each of them after they returned home.
It hurt to not see his three so called brothers, but that hurt didn’t compare to what he was feeling to not even get a welcome home text message from Jiyong. That pain was by far the worst, it was as if someone had stabbed him directly in the heart. But he just assumed Jiyong was busy with something, after all he was the all mighty G-Dragon. The pain only got worse as the time went by without a single message from Jiyong.
The only solace Seungri had found in those days were from his family. They were there to welcome him home with open arms. Glory…the one true friend was there as well. Glory and a very few friends were there to take him out for his first drink and dinner. Glory had organized a small gathering in a private setting for the celebration.
Glory was really the only one who openly supported him this whole time out of his inner circle. Glory was also the only one Seungri allowed to see how hurt he was. He was the one to sit up with him at night as he cried his pain into a glass of wine. Glory allowed him the chance to openly let his emotions show with no judgement.
For months Glory sat by and waited for the members of BigBang to come back to Seungri. For them to make the smallest movement that would give him hope that things would be fixed. Yet it never came. He watched those so called brothers and lover go on with their life without a single concern for Seungri. He was never mentioned on a single SNS post or in any interview. It was as if they had deleted him from their life.
It was when Seungri started mentioning how he didn’t want to be there anymore and how he was tired of feeling the way he was. Glory knew that he needed to change something before Seungri would do something that could not be undone.
For the following two months Glory did research on the process of immigrating and opening a business. He knew that South Korea was toxic for Seungri and it was time to see him happy again. Glory had been wanting to leave South Korea to start fresh in a new setting, he just couldn’t see him leaving Seungri alone with everything going on. So this was the best option and chance for both of them to be happy, he couldn’t let it pass them by.
With Seungri sitting at the dinning room table Glory placed a plate of food in front him before he sat down across from him. Glory watched Seungri as he moved the food around the plate without putting much in his mouth, something that he was doing more and more these days. He was losing weight again and the dark panda circles were becoming more prominent.
“Hyung I have an idea and I need your help.”
“What did you need? You’re not in trouble are you?” Seungri asked as he set down his utensils.
“No, I’m not in any trouble. Hear me out ok. I think this would be great for both of us.”
“Ok, I’m listening.”
Glory got up and walked to his bag on the floor to retrieve a folder. Returning to the table he handed Seungri a pack of paper before returning to his spot and pulling out his own packet.
“Hyung lets move. I want us to move to LA. We can open up a dance studio and we can expand NHR and work with other Korean DJs in the states. If you look over these pages I have highlighted the price it would cost to start everything. It wouldn’t take much to move there and get the proper legal documents needed for the business. Then if you move to the next page it breaks down the cost of the move and start up. I have included what I have to put towards the cost and what I would need from you. Now I know you don’t have much income coming in but I did look at how much we can get if we were to sell your stocks and how much we would get if we liquidate all of our larger assets. It’s not like we can bring everything with us like your houses and our cars.”
Seungri sat there looking at all the info Glory provided him. The younger man was very thorough with his research. Was this the right thing to do? Could he cut ties with his home? It’s not like there was anything holding him there besides his true family.
“Your family is on board with this. I already talked with your parents and Hanna. They think this is a good thing for you.”
“You already spoke with them?” “Yes because I knew they would be the thing holding you back.”
It was crazy how much the younger man knew about his way of thinking. Seungri always thought there was only one man who knew him like that but clearly he was wrong. It was time for a change.
“Let’s do it.”
“Really?”
“Yes.”
Glory jumped out of his chair and ran to Seungri and threw his arms around him. The two men laughed. The feeling of excitement was something that Seungri had not felt in such a long time.
With his mind made up things moved quickly. Before he knew it they had a rental property picked out. The proper legal documents were being processed and a meeting was set to handle the stocks and shares Seungri owned.
Walking out of his lawyers office Seungri felt a bit of unease. Things were really becoming real. His lawyer had him sign off on documents and promised to find buyers quickly. The amount of money Seungri would be getting would be more then enough to keep him comfortable in the states.
Sitting in the studio with the rest of the members Jiyong was going over lyrics as the other members chatted about a variety show appearance they were going to have tomorrow. Jiyong’s phone lit up with a notification from his attorney. Putting the pen down Jiyong grabbed his phone wondering what was wrong since he didn’t have anything going on that needed his legal representative. Opening an email he was being made aware that a few companies he was interested in had shares available, including a decent amount of shares in YG. Jiyong looked at his phone confused, his brows scrunched together as he thought hard.
“Jiyong what’s wrong?” Youngbae asked from his spot on the couch.
“Just my attorney asking if I wanted buy some shares.”
“For what company?”
Jiyong rattled off the names and number of shares that were listed in the email.
“Weird, those are about the same amount of shares we all hold in the same companies. Remember when we got our first big check we all a bought shares for retirement.”
“You’re right, weird because none of us are selling them right? Who would have thought someone else would have the same amount as us.”
Everyone stopped talking and looked at each other. None of them would sell. They didn’t need to after all…..but there was one person not there.
“He wouldn’t.” Daesung pipped up.
“Why would he?” Seunghyun asked putting his phone down.
“Has anyone talked to him? Why would he?” Youngbae added.
Closing the email Jiyong opened up a web browser and searched Seungri’s name. Nothing much came up besides picture of when he was discharged from the military. Jiyong bit his lip remembering that he had forgotten about it. One small article published a few days ago showed Glory and Seungri leaving a building with the headline “Former member of BIGBANG ready to move on to new endeavors” but didn’t mention what.
“Nothing alarming is coming up so it must not be him. Oh well, I am just going to buy them.”
Jiyong replied to his email giving the green light for the purchase not knowing what he had done.
The next morning Seungri had gotten a phone call verifying that he wanted to sell his shares and he confirmed again that he wanted to. His attorney promised him the funds would be available the following week and that his legal forms were ready to be picked up. With everything set up and ready to go Seungri informed everyone that they could start preparing for the move.
That same day the members of BIGBANG were just leaving the recording of the variety show when they were stopped by reports bombarding them with questions.
“What are your thoughts on Seungri selling his homes and cars?”
“Is Seungri filing for bankruptcy?”
“Do you know why Seungri is liquidating all his assets?”
“Is Seungri in trouble again?”
The members of were thrown off guard by the questions and continued onto the van waiting for them.
“What was that all about?” Seunghyun asked opening a bottle of water.
“OH MY GOSH!” Daesung shouted.
“What’s wrong?” Youngbae asked.
“Seungri! He sold all his houses and his cars!”
“What?” Youngbae asked again.
Daesung handed Youngbae his phone and articles were being published about Seungri selling off his assets but no reason was being provided.
“Is he in trouble again? I haven’t heard much about him. I thought he was laying low these days?” Seunghyun mentioned as he leaned forward to look at the phone.
“Hyung don’t you think we should find out?” Daesung said looking towards the eldest member.
“I think it would only make sense to.” Seunghyun said as he looked towards Jiyong.
Seungri did his best to avoid the reporters who were constantly following him and asking him questions. He would only smile slightly and move on. The Korean media and the public didn’t deserve to know anything anymore. They had turned their backs on him and only wanted to destroy him. All of his houses except for the main one was emptied out and everything he was taking with him was already boxed up and sent out for delivery. Today was the final day to box up the main house….the house that he had shared so many memories with his so called brothers and him. Seungri didn’t even want to mention his name anymore. Gone was the feelings of sadness and loss. He had moved on towards anger. With his family and friends there to help, it was going to take much less time to box everything up. Everything that brought memories of their time together were boxed up to be sent to him. Everything BigBang related was set to be thrown out but Seungri’s mom wanted to hold onto it, so those boxes were being sent to his parents house.
Grabbing a box of pictures Seungri carried it down to the moving truck and passed Glory who offered to carry it for him but Seungri only smiled at the younger man and told him to go help his dad with the other boxes. The day was perfect for moving, the weather was mild and the reporters were nowhere to be seen. Placing the box in the truck Seungri turned around to head back into the house but stopped dead in his tracks seeing them there.
“YA! Were you just going to leave without even saying anything to us?” Youngbae yelled towards the frozen Seungri.
“That’s kind of messed up Seungri. That’s not like you.” Daesung added.
“Even a text message would have been better then no communication.” Seunghyun added.
Seungri just stood there, why were they here? Why now of all the times they could have shown up? Seungri looked at each member with his eyebrow raised with confusion.
“Why are you even here?” Seungri asked finally finding his voice again.
“Because our little brother is leaving without a word.” Youngbae replied.
“Brother?” Seungri spoke softly, as if it was an unknown word to him. “Brother would imply a relationship. A familiar bond between individuals. I don’t know if that is a bond we have. So I don’t think brother would be a word I would use to describe what we are to one another.”
“How could you say that? We have spent years together. We know everything there is about one another.” Daesung shouted as he took a step forward but was stopped by Seunghyun .
“True we have spent years together. I thought we knew everything there was about each other. But that didn’t mean anything.” Seungri said as he crossed his arms over his chest.
“What the hell are you even going on about?” Seunghyun said with a scowl.
“If all those years meant anything to any of you then where were you? Where have you been? Every single time any of you needed someone I was there for you. None of you even were there for me when I was discharged. Even though I was going through hell I was there for every single one of you. Even a text message would have been better then nothing.” Seungri spat back at Seunghyun.
“Don’t take that tone with him Seungri, he is still your elder and deserves respect.” Jiyong said finally speaking up from the sidelines.
“Oh the fearless leader finally speaks. I’m surprised you could find the time to even be here with your busy schedule with all your work and girlfriends.” Seungri let the last word slip out as if it was a knife hoping to slash out at the man who had held his heart for years.
“Is that your problem? Are you pissed because we have all been busy and that I have girlfriends again? God Seungri you are such a child. We have to move forward, if we don’t then BigBang dies. I have had girlfriends in the past many times, you know they are a requirement. Grow the fuck up!” Jiyong spat back, clearly fed up with things.
“I could honestly care less about any of it anymore. For once I am doing things for myself. This has nothing to do with any of you. So just go.” Seungri said as he tried to push past the men blocking his way but was just pushed back to his spot by Youngbae.
“You don’t get to just leave like this, family doesn’t do that!” Youngbae said with his arms extended out blocking his way.
“Family?” Seungri spat the word out as if it tasted like spoiled food. “No fuck that. In fact fuck the Korean media. Fuck Kpop. Fuck BIGBANG. You guys aren’t family. Family doesn’t turn their back. Family doesn’t leave you feeling alone. Family stands by you and supports you. Family fights for you even when the odds are against you. None of you did that. So why should I consider you all family? I thought you guys were my family and I waited for you. But I wont do that anymore, I am leaving everything in the past that is toxic and I am going forward to start fresh. So you can stop pretending you care because your actions speak louder then your empty words.”
The members of BIGBANG were left speechless, never had Seungri spoken with such anger nor has he ever dropped so many cuss words. This wasn’t like him and they didn’t know how to process it. The sound of someone clearing their throat had everyone turning around to find Seungri’s father and an angry Glory standing behind them. Glory moved forward and pushed passed the members as they bowed to Seungri’s father. Placing his box in the truck Glory grabbed Seungri’s hand and pulled him back towards the house.
“I think it is time for you all to leave.” Seungri’s father spoke calmly but with a sense of finality. He was not here to argue with these boys who had hurt his son.
“Abeoji, we need to talk more with him.” Jiyong said trying to move forward.
“Don’t even think about approaching my son again. Don’t address me with such familiarity anymore, my son is no longer connected to you or your kin. Such is your bond with my son broken, so is your bond with my family. Leave now and never return.” Seungri’s father said and turned towards the apartment before nodding to the security team waiting by the door.
The security team moved forward blocking the entry to the home. The members stood there watching the door shut to Seungri’s home.
“Hyung what do we do now?” Daesung asked looking towards Jiyong.
“We leave. There is nothing we can do. If he wants to leave then good riddance.” Jiyong replied as he turned around. He was angry that things had turned out this way. Yet even with the anger coursing through his veins, there was a feeling of pain in his heart and a feeling of uneasiness over what just happened. How did things get to this point?
