A scribble comic from a while ago that I didn't post because I felt like I was spamming too much content about Shyam, given she doesn't show up in the main story for a long time. But it's been up on my website for a while so sure I'll eject it on social media too. This takes place when Shyam was still in college, she's 20 here and her then-girlfriend Rajni is 21. Neither of them are terribly emotionally mature yet.

Glossary:

Per: gender neutral term for a parent, equivalent to mom or dad. Typ: A human that has not been significantly modified from the genetic baseline (i.e. you, presumably)

Holden Sandman, 1977. The most iconic of all Australian panel vans was the Sandman that was based on multiple "H" generation Holden Utes from the HQ in 1974 through to the HZ ending in 1980 (HX is pictured). They were colloquially referred to as "Shaggin' Wagons" due to their popularity with young heterosexual couples. They came with the GTS sports instrumentation, a sports steering wheel, bucket seats, and the exterior consisting of rally wheels with the "Sandman" Logo painted on B pillars and body side stripes. The name was revived for a concept panel van based on the VU series Commodore in 2000 but it never made it into production

i totally forgot that mermay is a thing so have a ‘mermaid’ from @jayrockin ‘s runaway to the stars setting i like to think that her genetic group was made for shoreline and shallow-water algae/biofuel farming back when gmhs were still commissioned for companies. now they’re allowed to go where they please, but she stays in her hometown and runs a store on the boardwalk.

327 goes into… just about everything: Part 4 Holden Monaro GTS 327, 1968. The HK series was Holden's first Monaro Coupé. It was available with locally produced straight 6 engines and Holden's own 253ci V8 but at the top of the range came the imported small block 327ci V8 rated at 250hp with a 4-speed manual gearbox.
