Hii from one writer to another, you do not need to apologise for not doing requests. Ever. You do amazing work regardless on it being a request or not. I made the mistake of writing requests that I truly wasn’t comfortable with and simply didn’t enjoy doing. I’m glad you’re writing what you love and I’m glad you’re having fun with it. How would y'all feel about mini-game-esque elements in the story?

For example having a pool of ingredients, choosing three, and in the end, the potion that comes from it is different depending on the ingredients?

(I'd have to bring the big brain creative guns for that but I feel like it would add a bit of witchery and domestic feelings in between the grim mystery plot points)

You know how humans have gotten progressively taller as time goes on? Like, if you go through older homes they’re smaller because people were smaller?

I like to think that’s how Fire Emblem works too.

Like, Marth’s generation is just a bunch of tiny little people and as the games progress the characters get taller until you get to the most recent games (right now Three Hopes) and those characters just tower over them.

And of course there are exceptions. People who are tall in the older games (like Cain or Jagen) and characters who are short in the modern games (like Lysithea or Caspar) but my main point is that I think it would be really funny if in Fire Emblem Heroes, Marth is the tiniest protagonist.

Immediately I think “Wouldn’t it be so funny if Byleth (either one, maybe both) is just standing there and the summoner comes up to them and is like “Hey, have you seem Marth?” and Byleth just steps a bit to the side and Marth was there the whole time.

Tldr: give me tiny Marth or give me death.

Had a dream or a thought process wherein:

Salem!Agatha did not have the Darkhold but somehow got her hands on an Infinity Stone.

Evanora assumed Infinity Stone power as dark magic.

Proceed as normal.

I don't know how I got to that thought process, and I don't think it was a dream, but. It's an interesting.... I don't know. Just a sort of. Hm.

Dollhouse shenanigans:

I made wall decor! I couldn’t find what I was looking for on the miniatures sites I’ve been buying from so I decided to make my own. The frames are 7/16″ strip wood cut to length (the big picture is 2″, the smaller ones are 1″) and then sliced in half (or as close to half as I could get) and painted with metallic gold acrylic. Since I didn’t miter the corners, I ended up with rectangles instead of squares, which is way more obvious in the smaller frames.

The butterflies are from a sheet of scrapbook paper I found at Michaels. I found the animal illustrations doing a Google image search of vintage animal illustrations. I don’t know if they’re actually vintage but they look close enough to vintage so I went with them. :)

The butterflies will be going into the sewing room. The animals are for the play room.
