When life changes, you will probably miss the way it was. You may miss those long morning drives or walks to the office, or those hectic family gatherings. You may miss them because those moments are finite — you will only travel those streets and see those people a certain amount of times.
Every time you do something that is one less time you do it. One day you will do something the final time and you will rarely know when that day comes.
For all you know, today might be the last time you walk in a particular neighborhood. Or it might be the last time you smile at a particular someone. To think otherwise, would be foolish. Nothing is guaranteed, except this moment. Your only real choice is to cherish every exchange like it is your last — because it very well might be.
Therefore, the best way to cherish life is to remind yourself of life's impermanence. It is to remember that every time you see someone that is one less time you see them. It is to remember that every time you go somewhere that is one less time you visit. By doing this, you naturally slow down. Almost like a reflex, you start to truly live.

Title:  Life's Impermanence: A Journey to Cherishing Every Moment
Entrepreneur and creative director Andrew Anabi on how to cherish life: "When life changes, you will probably miss the way it was. You may miss those long morning drives or walks to the office, or those hectic family gatherings. You may miss them because those moments are finite — you will only travel those streets and see those people a certain number of times. Every time you do something, that…

Habit
Small things matter when they accumulate.
"Life rewards action, not intelligence."
Many brilliant people talk themselves out of getting started, and being smart doesn't help very much without the courage to act.
You can't win if you're not in the game.
Start with the thing you are most motivated to do.
Start with a small habit you think is fun and do it consistently. This will not only feel satisfying, but also open your eyes to the type of person you can become.
After the first domino falls, you can use the momentum to do a little more.
Writer and Aikido teacher George Leonard on how to get started:
You can't do everything, but you can do one thing, and then another and another. In terms of energy, it's better to make a wrong choice than none at all. You might begin by listing your priorities—for the day, for the week, for the month, for a lifetime. Start modestly. List everything you want to do today or tomorrow. Set priorities by dividing the items into A, B, and C categories. At the least, accomplish the A items. Try the same thing with long-term goals. Priorities do shift, and you can change them at any time, but simply getting them down in black and white adds clarity to your life, and clarity creates energy.

In additional, pondering upon a mistake and habit
Is a mistake repeated a habit? When someone makes a mistake, constructive feedback is provided to ensure that people understand the mistake made, impact of making that mistake, and ways to avoid making the same mistake in future. However, if the same mistake is repeated over and over again, we consider them as a choice or habit. Once Is a Mistake, Twice Is Choice and Three Times Is a Habit Ref: https://www.sciencealert.com/the-simple-reason-we-make-the-same-mistakes-over-and-over-even-if-we-know-better

ADVICE ON LIVING
There is nothing wrong with dreaming. In fact, you need to dream. The only way to create a better world is to imagine that a better one can exist.
But sometimes your dreams get in the way. Sometimes they form a cloud around the people and things already here.
Never forget the beauty in front of you. Never forget that your life is already magical. Because unless you find fulfillment in the present, you'll never find it in the future.
Whenever you reach a goal (a goal that's supposed to bring you happiness), you'll just set another one shortly thereafter. In turn, you'll never find what you're looking for this way. Because life is a never-ending journey, my friend.
So whatever you do with your life, remember to make today enough. Because today is all you really have.

Relaxing Podcast Recommendations
The past months have been tedious for me, and I certainly am not the only one in this situation. So, I decided to post a recommendation about relaxing podcasts that help me get through the days.
1. Figuring It Out with Andrew
Tumblr media
A podcast hosted by Andrew Anabi, Pool House New York
I discovered this podcast while I was in the midst of chaos and needed a break. Each episode has a relatable story to tell and what the host learned about it. His voice is soothing that you'll be able to smile hearing his stories and lessons after a tedious day. Every episode helped me to see the simplicity of the art of life.
If they could upload or update their episodes more often, that would be awesome. But, I understand that creating content takes time to send that positive impact on to their audience.
2. The Daily Stoic
Tumblr media
A podcast hosted by the author and speaker Ryan Holiday
I discovered this podcast in 2019. The podcast gave guidance to live on and cope with everyday problems. Each day, there is a new episode that brings a new lesson about life. This podcast's inspirations are the great Stoic thinkers like Marcus Aurelius and Seneca the Younger. Some of these episodes also feature notable figures from different industries.
Listening to this podcast made me stronger and made all the problems way more tolerable.
And there you have it, my top two podcasts that help me relax as I start the day and before the day ends!
