Hello! The long awaited arrival of the Gale bot has arrived… I am still fleshing out other bots and will release them one by one.
As a general note: I have coded him HEAVILY and will continue to do so. Hi Waifu and general AI sites like to misinterpret code or stray too far off. It’s an issue- but hopefully one I can curb. I am basically BEGGING you all to take screenshots of any errors/responses that are untrue/mischaracterization. Send them to me in my asks (if you want to be anonymous) or my messages directly. I will get to it and enter a code to try and curb the issue. I strive to make as good a bot I can.
Scenario in this bot is a slowburn/start of act one kind of deal. Please do not be afraid to add length to your responses and generate the bot’s responses until you see one thats fit.

If you wish to look him up manually…

My friend/referral code is EEB6Z3. I’d appreciate any use of it to support my efforts in making bots!
(Reblogs are also greatly appreciated as I know this post will not draw as much attention as my others.)
Next bot up: Enver Gortash!
Eat up my lovely roleplayers <33

turning off reblogs bc we were able to get the car fixed!! ty everyone!!
god okay. i wish i was NOT constantly having to keep you guys updated on various life struggles. at the very least, i’m Extremely Hopeful that this is the last post i’ll need to make to this end for a while -- my rheumatology referral is finally sorted, so i’m just waiting for them to call me to schedule me in, and then i Should finally have some control over the medical emergency i’ve been trapped inside for. months.
i’m on medicaid so i don’t need financial help with medical bills (THANK GOD). however, my car just died. it needs a new starter and my mechanic has quoted me around $870 for the cost of parts and labor. i was able to use the help you guys gave me last time to get caught up on bills and to have my engine tuned, so i’m hopeful that this fix will keep my car running properly for the next few years.
it’s very very very important that i fix my car -- i can use public transit to get to the grocery store and to my main doctor’s office without much trouble, but the bloodwork lab & specialist doctors & my partners’ doctors & other stores are further away and more difficult to access. in theory, i CAN still do it, but chronic fatigue and crippling mobility problems make long trips on public transit infeasible. and obviously lyfts/ubers are extremely expensive when i’m already below the poverty line.
i’m happy to expand more on my financial and health situations if anybody needs more info, i’m just trying to keep this post concise. i don’t want anyone to overtax themselves donating to me, i know pretty much everyone is struggling. if you DO have a couple bucks to spare, everything will go toward repairing my car. literally anything helps and i’m immeasurably grateful for the help i’ve received in the past.
i’m also spending tonight reaching out to old job clients and getting my fiverr profile set up for a better / more consistent client pool. i haven’t been able to work as much as usual because of the aforementioned health problems AND because AI articles have really eaten into my usual client base. but i promise i’m doing my best to keep my head above water. my dream is to get back to a place where i can be the one donating to my friends instead of asking them for help ;-;
thanks for reading and thank you all for the support -- not just now but over the past several years of hashtag Struggle. it means So Much, i don’t have words to express how much it means.

AND i just got direct tipping set up on this blog if it’s easier not to leave tumblr!

Inspired by a recent poll, could you tell us a bit more about the software you use for writing and the advantages with it?
Thanks so much!
Can I keep this short is the question...
So, for anyone who didn’t see the post this is referring to, I mentioned on another post that the writing software I use is...
4TheWords for drafting (brainstorming, first draft, etc)
Scrivener for all subsequent stages (editing, formatting, etc)
ProWritingAid for a final look before I submit / post
Longer version (and, like, I could talk about this all day so feel free to ask follow ups but I will try to contain myself)
4TheWords is a fantasy RPG-ish writing game where the words you write defeat monsters, earn loot, complete quests, etc. I have been playing it for five years ish and the game-ification just works really well for my brain. Earning silly little prizes and moving the game plot along keeps me motivated to keep writing when otherwise I would be a useless slug so I do most of my early stage writing on there like drafting, brainstorming, journaling, etc. It is silly but I love it and it basically saved my writing life when I was in a huge slump so they have my undying devotion. The company is also the kind you feel very good about supporting and they are HUGELY queer friendly with a big yearly Pride event with many of the main in-game characters being queer and/or trans. (The closest the game has to main characters are a lesbian couple that just got married as part of the Valentine's Day event last month!)
It costs money but a) there is a 30 day free trial of you want to check it out and b) there is a community pool if you cannot afford the fee as well as frequent sales/deals. (If anyone wants to try it out, feel free to use my referral code when you sign up because then you’ll get some extra crystals and I can send you a welcome present of some loot! If the image link above is annoying, dm me and I will give you it via text for copy and paste.)
Scrivener is very robust writing software that I use for fiction, non-fiction and scriptwriting. I only rarely use it for first drafts (bc I use 4TW for that) but I do almost all my editing / rewriting / formatting / publishing in it. I have been using it for probably about a decade and am still finding new tools and features I didn’t realize it had. I absolutely swear by it. The learning curve can be steep but luckily it’s one of the most popular writing programs in the world so there are a TON of great tutorials out there. (My advice? Just watch a video of something like the top 5-10 features and then play around and look up stuff as you have questions instead of trying to do the whole long tutorial it comes with.)
Disclaimer that I only own the desktop version. There are mobile versions that are a separate purchase from the desktop version but I don't use them.
Biggest selling points of Scrivener to me are:
while many writing services have a monthly fee, Scrivener is purchased exactly once and you can use it for life on your laptop and desktop AND you can get 50% off that one time price with a NaNoWriMo winner code (this alone is enough to buy my loyalty for life)
it’s incredibly versatile for both plotting and publishing and works really for my writing process (which is, admittedly, chaotic and weird) and has near infinite customization. It's esp great for making story bibles, organizing research, and plotting out larger works with lots of cross references and chapters you need to rearrange
as a script writer, Scrivener only cost me a one time fee of $35 and includes all updates and bug fixes until the next major version (which happens like once a decade). FinalDraft is $250 and that only includes the current version (which changes about once a year) to do the same thing. That’s a no brainer to me.
ProWritingAid is editing software. Like Grammarly but MUCH more robust with a lot more reports you can run. It’s not replacement for a human editor (AI editing can only do so much) but I like it as a second pair of eyes before I post or submit something because it does catch a lot of the basics and makes me feel a little better about sending something out. There is a limited free version and the full version can be pricey if you pay the monthly fee but I bided my time until the lifetime subscription went on sale for 50% off and paid once and now I have it to use for life.
There. That was almost short, right?

Warning: This article discusses explicit adult content and child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
One of the world’s largest online video game marketplaces says it has referred user accounts to legal authorities after a Bellingcat investigation found tokens to create nonconsensual pornographic deepfakes were being surreptitiously sold on the site.
Accounts on G2A were being used to collect payments for Clothoff, one of the most popular and controversial nonconsensual pornographic deepfake sites on the internet. Clothoff disguised the sales as if they were for downloadable gaming content.
“Security is one of our top priorities that we never compromise on, hence we have taken immediate action and suspended the sellers in question until we have investigated it fully,” G2A said, in a statement. “We also decided to report the case to the appropriate authorities.” (G2A said it was reporting the accounts and the companies affiliated with them to authorities in the “companies’ countries of origin” which, as this story outlines below, varies but includes the US and New Zealand.)
Clothoff is part of a loosely affiliated network of similar platforms uncovered in Bellingcat’s investigation.
The network, which also includes the sites Nudify, Undress, and DrawNudes, has variously manipulated financial and online service providers that ban adult content and non-consensual deep fakes by disguising their activities to evade crackdowns. Other services they have tried to exploit include Coinbase, Patreon, Paypal, Shopify, Steam and Stripe.
Behind one G2A account that was selling tokens for Clothoff is an IT solutions firm called Aurora Borealis Limited Liability Company, listed on the account’s contact page. On its website, Aurora Borealis claims G2A is one of its partners, which the gaming marketplace said is false.
Aurora’s CEO, a Valencia-based entrepreneur named Vitalii Ionov, did not reply to a request for comment, nor did his company. Ionov, as this investigation details, is affiliated with multiple entities that overlap with Clothoff and the network of deepfake porn sites. Another company he is listed as the CEO of has also falsely claimed to be partners with other companies, including Microsoft.
This investigation also uncovered a fake Clothoff CEO who was, in fact, an AI-generated image. The fake CEO notwithstanding, a trail of open source records reveals a loose network of real companies with real people attached to them behind Clothoff, Nudify, Undress, and DrawNudes.
The rapid proliferation of non-consensual pornographic deepfakes is an alarming phenomenon. Legislators in the UK recently made sharing such images illegal, while a bipartisan group of US Senators have proposed a law that would allow people to sue over them. Images of underage girls generated by Clothoff are currently the subject of a Spanish police investigation.
A recent report by independent research group Graphika said that there was a 2,408 per cent increase in referral links to nonconsensual pornographic deepfake sites across Reddit and X in 2023. A 2019 report by Sensity, a company that detects and monitors deepfakes, found that 96 per cent of deepfakes are non-consensual porn and, of those, 99 per cent are of women.
In this story, we take you through how we linked some of the biggest AI deepfake domains together, how we traced their illicit financial networks, and how we discovered the people operating in the shadows behind them.
