now i feel emotion roused in me and i’m unsure where to put it. but i think it’s necessary, sometimes it hurts to let go and there’s parts of you of you that don’t want to…i’ll admit i’m so unsure and i don’t know what’s going to happen, if anything. perhaps that’s the whole fun of it. i still feel slightly annoyed for the bother of it all, but again i can’t see the grand design

i feel very watered down…but cycles, ups and down you know the story, best to accept and allow yourself to flow, rather than fight against what i don’t know and can’t control.

This has been the worst Christmas in many years. First of all, Michael was going to drive up to Iowa but couldn’t because I’d the storm. Then, Andrew was going to arrive today. Well, about that, someone broke into his house a couple of days ago and stole a bunch of things. Result, not coming. They’re installing cameras and a security system today. At the end, we’ll be going there, leaving tomorrow and coming back Monday. I did not want to make that drive again this month but here we are. My friend KJ will come and take care of the dogs. I pray that Walter behaves and don’t do anything stupid. She’s really good with them.

KJ is away from home and lives by herself so we invited her to spend Christmas Eve with us and had Christmas dinner, extremely low key. Then we went to church. It was ok.

At least the temperature is going up. It’s always good when it’s above 0.
