I am not going to talk about "low morale" because I really don't care, but the tags are extremely wrong.

Source: I spent the last two years in a city in 45 kilometres away from the frontlines (Zaporizhzhia). Air strikes and air defense sound different. While I can't say for sure that there was no time Ukrainian air defense misfired into a residential building ever anywhere, I can guarantee that the most notorious destructions of residential buildings here were all air strikes.

This is what I am direct witness of, but what I saw from destruction of Kharkiw doesn't resemble air defense misfire either. I didn't pay close attention to other cities, but I can believe in situation there being the same.

#it's really funny how i can't voice my opinions irl because they are considered so unpatriotic that are (borderline) illegal #but only is no better either #if you want to be anticommunist on my post - my understanding of the world politics is mostly communist and people irl more or less agree #and the people who have the most nuanced takes are also communists while everyone else tells some fantasy story #there are just clowns in every movement who but into propaganda of any major power #(though it's a little surprising to see such a take from a russian queer - they are usually uncritically pro-ukrainian #(okay i may allow anarchists i am not 100% decided on theoretical foundations)#politics #ukraine #txt

i think i may hate instagram the most out of all the social medias i use its so fucking boring i cant stay on there for more than 5 minutes. thats probably a good thing but like if it wasnt for it being the most reliable for following irl friends (and a lot of visual artists i like) i would never use that fucking app it puts me to sleep

#all the ‘meme pages’ are so unfunny and 100% stolen shit #i never want to look at that discover or reels page ever. i like mostly use it as a messaging app lmao #i post there but mostly when i have something 2 say to irls #or art. bc it is good for art to a point #tiktok has the worst content by far but i like the vegan cooking video and art supply reviews so i stick around #its just that that stupid fucking app would rather show me infurating garbage than the content i activly search out #tumblr i like the most obviously. best sense of humor. most like minded people.#my usage is a bit much i agree but like idk. other social medias make me feel like i am being deprived of all happiness and this doesnt do #that at the very least

Aces Wild is this month's pick for my book club with some IRL friends and on one hand I'm excited to chat about Aces Wild (even though it's a 3 star book IMO), but otoh I have to pretend to be normal about ace representation.

HAHAHAHAHAHA - I barely wake up in time to get dressed for work. If I make my bed, it's a miracle.

What’s your favorite number?

Any multiple of 5 or the number 7.

What is your job?

I am an administrator at a nonprofit (you would be surprised at how many times I have yelled at a show about things would not Work That Way because admin isn't just....magic. I just don't post about it because it's not typically interesting. Just me being passionate about my chosen career and that is not the point of the shows ever and there would be nothing more boring than watching administration done properly)

If you could go back to school, would you?

If I could afford it, I would get a million degrees. Just for fun. But alas, education is expensive.

Can you parallel park?

Yes, but it takes me a long time and I don't have great depth perception.

A job you had that would surprise people?

I don't think anyone would be surprised by any of the jobs I've had.

Do you think aliens are real?

Yep.

Can you drive a manual car?

No but I want to learn SO BAD. And I've wanted to learn for years I just don't have access to a manual car to learn on.

What’s your guilty pleasure?

If it's a pleasure, I'm not feeling guilty.

Tattoos?

Not yet but hopefully this summer. I have two tattoos I want to get but money is tight and also I'm scared of needles so I need a friend to come with me and hold my hand. I also need to find a tattoo artist I like to do it.

Green. Any shade of green.

Pop, punk rock, or classical.

Do you like puzzles?

Only if I do them with @neighborhood-yogurt, who does not like puzzles and I get to bully them about it.

I have phobias yes. And I don't expect my followers would specifically trigger me but I'm not gonna post them for reasons.

Favorite childhood sport?

Childhood? I was an active child. I guess soccer. But I also did gymnastics, karate, tap, and ballet. Though I was VERY young for all of those. Also tennis in high school which I stuck with the longest.

I find my conversations with myself delightful.

What movies do you adore?

Anything from Studio Ghibli, Amelie, and Ever After.

Coffee or tea?

Both but lately I've been drinking more coffee.

First thing you wanted to be growing up?

Honestly? I think the first thing was an author. There is a small possibility I wanted to be a teacher first though. Now I am neither of those things.

the nice thing about living at work being offline for chunks at a time is the people u used to really dislike seeing on the dash (by no one's fault, promise), it doesn't really bother you anymore when you see them pop up as recs or smth. like. neat. lol. it's nice! it's comforting. i feel like I've def moved on from things, its liberating.
