Tee-Service, oder: darüber schreiben
Wie rauchende Arme
strecken sich die Trümmer
zum Horizont,
greifen nach all den
Herzen, die dem Hier
entfliehen wollen, nach
all den Augen, die
das Jetzt durch ein
Teleskop erleben,
das sie aus der Welt
reißt, ihre Körper
zurücklassend
~
Häuserwände begraben Fahrräder,
deren verbogene, gebrochene
Gliedmaßen sich
aus dem Dreck strecken,
als flehten sie um Gnade -
Aber es sind mehr
als die Fahrräder.
~
Kleine, orangene Flammen kauen
an einem alten Tagebuch, fressen
die Erinnerung an
ein Leben, eine Flamme,
die nun ohne
ihre Luft erstickt, ohne
die Luft der es hier
unter dem Druck
an Kraft fehlt
Atem zu
sein
~
Und der Gestank
durchdringend, als sei
nicht ein Rohr geborsten
und Abwasser trete aus, sondern
die Welt tritt ein,
materialisiert sich
in einer Atmosphäre aus Unrat
wächst in sie hinein, in
einen Gestank, der vor ihr war
und nach ihr sein wird,
dem es stinkt, dass man
ihm seinen Platz nimmt
~
Inmitten dieses Nichts, in
dem alles ist
kennt ein Trümmer meinen Namen,
ruft mich und ich
nehme ihn,
hebe ihn und darunter
ein Tee-Service, glasige Keramik,
Blumenmuster, unversehrt,
kein Kratzer, mitten im Dreck -
vielleicht sogar noch
Tee darin? -
und ich frage mich, was
schreibst du für
beschissene Metaphern

Unfortunately had a panic attack after dinner today. Recognised it happening right when it happened. Got the TV paused and spoke to H about what was happened after about a minute. Was crying uncontrollably and my heart was fluttering uncomfortably. Managed to calm down after a few mins. That's was even with 2 BBs today out of a possible 3... I'm going to have to keep my focus and plan things and keep on top of those medicines because clearly I do need them. I don't feel as weird about taking them now as I did a few months ago, I evidently have some predisposition/ trauma induced sensitivity to anxiety. And I do push myself so hard. I have my list and my pre booked arrangements for the rest of the week. I will be contacting work about making sure I have some down time. I will keep enforcing rest time, clearly it's needed.
