hey osddid systems.. how normal is it to not have any major shifting or communication or anything for like.. multiple months. my head is so quiet.

ive been experiencing memory gaps but there has only been one shift in the last few months that ive been aware of. im so paranoid ive been faking/having a long-term delusion that caused me to think im a system when in reality im not..

really need some personal experiences/advice/etc on this because ive been freaking out about it for a while.

cw intrusive thoughts , assault

…however i have reoccurring intrusive thoughts that someone will take the pins as a challenge and in return touch or assault me. and im horrified about it. i take public transport twice a day and have extreme fear of people, mainly strangers, men, and outgoing folks in general.

can i maybe get some encouragement or kind words or anything? /nf of course

i wish i could mark my territory like im supposed to, but its “gross” and “weird” because of my body. i guess ill have to find a fragrance that triggers a similar sense of ownership of territory when sprayed.
