thank u. Godzilla '98 was my fav movie as a kid too. Everyone I've told that to thought I have horrid taste but now I know am right

A lot of people think that but i don't get it, it's such a good movie!! I'll admit that my opinion might be skewed because it's the only godzilla movie i've ever watched but i loved it so much!

My favorite part was when the eggs start hatching & the "baby godzillas" start eating people. Like, the scene where they take the elevator and when the doors open they've accidentally ended up in a floor full of godzillas? The scene where they throw all the bouncy balls on the floor and the godzillas start slipping? It was funny & scary and that's all i care about honestly.

Also Nick Tatopoulos was so cute :D

#i should probably rewatch it because i haven't watched it in years so i'm sure there are a lot of scenes i didn't catch or understand #but it was a good movie #that & jurassic park 1 were some of my most re-watched movies #🤔🤔 i feel like there's a theme

i just think that for years, nerdy bakugou is 98% sure you're only nice to him because your mom is friends with his mom. it's what he tells himself whenever you smile at him, or ask what he's doing later

aw aw sad ! imagine you call his name across campus and make a point to wave to him, only getting a tentative raised hand in return, and then all his friends are like ???? um excuse me sir ?????? and he has to say 🥺 something dismissive like 🥺 just some girl who's mom knows my mom 🥺

or — you run into each other at the library and he's just trying to study and wants to be left well enough alone, but there's a movie-scene-worthy moment when you both enter the same aisle, opposite one another. and he doesn't know what to expect !! bc he tells himself and his friends one thing, but that doesn't mean there isn't some small, teeny part deep inside of him that hopes for the romcom happy ending. and you look so genuine and excited to see him, getting into his personal space bc you have to whisper just to talk to him, and you look so cute and are holding a worn copy of dune in your arms and —

and some guy manages to spot you as he walks by, does a double take and gets this smirk on his face that makes katsuki wanna throw down — but you're nice, and friendly, and you entertain a small conversation that makes him feel like an intruder and it's not long before the guy is asking what you're doing later.

and you look to him.

"are you busy?" you ask quietly, eyebrows raising as you bite your lip. "what are you doing right now?"

"uh," there's a set of hardback books in his hands, sources he needs for the research paper that's due tomorrow. and you're probably just asking to be nice, anyway, so he just tells you, "i've gotta study."

you frown and ask him if he's sure and he is. adjusts the glasses on his face just to have something to do with his hands as you bid him a quiet goodbye.

because you're just some girl who's mom knows his mom. that's all.

i actually drew this like a week ago but forgot to post

yes side characters as guards au still lives in my head rent-free. it's so funny watch arata and takame vote akio and yurika guilty bc one of them is still mad at his ex-bf and bc takame can easily replace yurika with someone else so she doesn't really need her that much (meanwhile ruka tries his best to save kei)

#tbh i feel like arata is the only character out of these three that actually looks good as a guard JSKSLSLS #it's the eyes. if his right eye was red he'd fit the inno/guilty theme SO WELL #also if you're wondering about his pendant it's supposed to look like a keyhole!#he always wears it and i feel like it looks especially good with a guard uniform #also this is me coping with the fact that i can't reveal second linagram's guard and i still want to draw someone in a guard uniform.#maybe i should reveal the second linagram timeline's prisoners beta designs? 🤔#they're going to change a lot though i just know it SJSDJKSKLSL

What REmake do you think is the best so far?

What RE game are you hoping to be REmade the most?

What do you think the next non-remake game will be like and about?

Omg that last part is so flattering you have no idea 😂 I’m happy to answer questions!!!

My personal favorite of the remakes so far is RE2, I love the characters and music and atmosphere and everything about it. BUT after playing the original it became really glaring to me what wasn’t done “properly” — mostly the way the A and B scenarios had no real continuity between them, and how most of Leon and Claire’s interactions were cut, that was disappointing. So I think the best executed remake is RE4, because it really felt like an upgrade in essentially every way.

EDIT: WAIT I CAN’T BELIEVE I FORGOT RE1. RE1 REMAKE IS MY FAVORITE REMAKE. That game is absolutely loaded with atmosphere and cool visuals and great music and AGHH I love it so much. Idk how I forgot that one!!!

And I am DYING for a Code Veronica remake. I really enjoy the story in CV and I’ve read the novelization and enjoyed that a lot too, but the game is definitely outdated and has its… quirks? I think it’s the most in need of a remake. I also feel like Steve has a lot of potential as a character and I really would like to see how a remake would handle modernizing him!! Especially after how they fleshed out Ashley as a character in 4R, I want to see another widely disliked character getting some love!

As for RE9… I honestly don’t know what to expect from it. I definitely want them to avoid repeating the RE5/6 mistake and stick to survival horror. I feel like that’s what they do best and I’d be really sad if RE becomes an entirely action-oriented series again.

I also would like to see one of the core female protagonists take the center stage again, Claire especially. I adore Leon and Chris is great too but I’m a bit tired of them both at this point lol. There was a “leak” awhile ago that claimed 9 would be about an older Claire somewhere out west, with folklore-themed monsters of some sort (like skinwalkers sort of??). I don’t believe leaks unless there’s hard evidence, but I’d really love if we got something along those lines!

#i feel like a western themed survival horror game would be so cool #bio weapon lab hidden in an isolated ghost town????? 🤔#anyway if you can’t tell i enjoy resident evil. a smidge.

notes. — idk. this has been incessantly on my brain pretty much from the moment i woke up today, even to the point where i was writing half of this at the laundromat lmao. mother’s day yesterday had me feeling some type of way, so here have some fun headcanons from a strange eldest daughter!!!! (i might end up doing a set of these for gojo x reader too 🤔)

⋆ 「 — he’s not your biological son, but you’ve been around since you started seeing toji when megumi was still a baby. but now, a few years later, you might as well be his real mother. you certainly act like it and feel like it, so toji gladly initiates the conversation about official adoption. it just makes sense. you eventually explain the situation to megumi as best as you can simply so that he doesn't grow up thinking he was lied to or anything of the sort, but as far as he's concerned, you're his mom whether it's by blood or not.

⋆ 「 — and oh, megumi’s a mama’s boy. i imagine he’s just a little bit of a healthier kid vs. canon given the better family situation, but he’s still always a bit of a grumpy baby, appreciating his autonomy and trying to be as self-sufficient and mature as he can be. but he’ll most certainly run to you when he needs help, is truly hurt, or just needing a bit of comfort. you’ve always treated him so softly and kindly with understanding, so he honestly feels more comfortable coming to you most of the time instead of his dad.

⋆ 「 — he likes the way you organize the bookshelf in his room or fold and sort his clothes in special little ways. he gets upset any time toji tries to put a book back in the wrong place or can’t figure out where his damn socks are. gumi will scowl and say, “that’s not where it goes.” or go deadpan and be like, “mom always keeps the socks in the bottom drawer.” disappointed that his father can’t even remember. toji just grumbles and says, “your mama’s gonna ruin you.”

⋆ 「 — has called you 'mom' basically since he was old enough, but don't let him fool you. megumi will drop the big boy act and come out with 'mama' or 'mommy' when something's wrong or he's really excited. he'll come to you with quiet tears and sniffles, a little ashamed that he's crying, but present to you a scraped elbow, "mama... it hurts." you clean up the scrape and explain to him the little medical details in a somewhat understandable way to help him focus on something besides the pain, and you tell him that it'll be okay, and that it's alright to cry. or on the flip-side, you and toji take him to the zoo, little gumi on his dad's shoulders, and he gasps and points excitedly, "look, mommy! look at the big elephant!" and it feels incredible to see him be so spirited.

⋆ 「 — along the lines of the art from this post and the thought i had about it earlier, just imagine that you're at some event (maybe like a birthday party or something), and toji's been hauling megumi around. they're both so over it at this point and are like 'please get me out of this' so as soon as toji walks past the obnoxious inflatable bouncy house, he smirks and just YEETS that kid inside without a second thought. after regaining his breath, megumi just looks at his father with the most EVIL little scowl as other kids bounce around him with smiles. by the look on that child's face you could've swore that his father had just done him the ultimate betrayal.

so gumi slides out and hurriedly makes his way over to where you're sitting off to the side, quietly climbing into your lap for a little bit of solace. he wiggles in close to your chest and you tuck him under your chin with a ‘come here, sweetpea,’ rocking slowly and humming something soft because he always seems to like it when you do.

toji comes over and you look at him through narrowed eyes. "kids are supposed to like shit like that," he says.

"you know he likes when things are more quiet," you respond, and toji rolls his eyes at how you seemingly spoil your son.

"just thought it might be good for him to try and get along with the other brats." toji tries to cover up the fact that he tossed his kid for the sheer personal enjoyment of it.

you huff in disbelief. "oh, like you get along so well with everyone?"

he scoffs and moves in behind you, leaning down to place a kiss on your neck. "i get along with you," he says almost suggestively.

you just keep stroking megumi's hair and give the top of his head a gentle kiss. "yeah, well not today," you say, shooting a smug, resolute smile towards your husband, ultimately taking his son's side.

⋆ 「 — outside of his alone time, megumi would honestly much rather be with you instead of other children. toji thinks it's probably unhealthy and you're inclined to agree, but you also don't want to force megumi into situations that will just make him miserable. so, when appropriate, you don't mind at all pacing around with him in your arms or have him walk next to you (maybe holding your hand if he’s not in a ‘big boy’ mood), teaching him about the things you see in the woods, the park, or even the museum. when toji's not away working, he'll join too because it admittedly makes his heart feel soft to watch you two together. it always has, because you've been doing this with megumi since he was a baby. it never gets old. if it wasn't already so difficult trying to figure out how to do things right by his son, he'd want you to give him even more babies.

⋆ 「 — megumi likes doing things with his dad sometimes too, though. toji tries his best to do it right and watch both his mouth and his temper. you like seeing them getting along, even if it's just quietly watching tv or a movie (probably a cartoon where toji gets kind of into and will ask the occasional question like "why does that one stupid chick keep doing that?" and megumi just shrugs like, "i dunno. she is pretty dumb.") or playing ball outside because gumi's starting to show some athleticism. but you have to remind toji that he can't always be so rough or competitive with games because megumi is literally a child.

⋆ 「 — toji can also be way too overprotective of you two at times. you'll be out and about and he'll just be wearing such an intimidating expression as he walks behind you both, on the lookout for anyone who might want to cause trouble or take the wrong sort of glance at his wife. he'll even snap at people for walking too close or like cutting in line or something petty, and you have to tell him stop acting like an attack dog and looking like the grim reaper because dear god you're literally just having lunch at the park. even at his age, megumi's just eating his ice cream and looking at his dad with his little baby deadpan expression and thinking "this man really needs to take a chill pill." other times he can be more relaxed, however, obviously confident in his ability to protect you. it depends on his mood. but that still doesn’t stop him from being embarrassing and going off on people in public if something happens.

⋆ 「 — you also know all of gumi’s favorite meals and snacks. it’s yet another one of those things where, if his dad does it wrong, megumi expresses a disappointment beyond his years. toji will be making and packing his son’s school lunch just as instructed by the notes you gave him, but it’s by no means as neat and meticulous as when you do it. toji’s got a cigarette hanging out of his mouth with furrowed, concentrating brows, his free hand shakily reaching for a cup of fresh coffee, and megumi’s standing there with his little backpack, criticizing his father the entire time. “mom doesn’t do it like that,” he says.

“well mom ain’t here right now. and it doesn’t matter how the sandwich is cut, is still tastes the damn same.”

gumi doesn’t even physically react, still wearing the same neutral expression, just waiting for his dad to hurry up. “mom says you shouldn’t smoke. and she also says not to use bad words.”

toji scoffs and then smirks. “well mommy uses all sorts of bad words you don’t even know about when her and daddy have play time.”

megumi’s already almost late for school and can barely feel his feet from how tight his dad tied his shoelaces. he also asks you later about “play time,” and you want to absolutely murder your husband over it.

↳ user guys the keyword is “if” here, of course, bc as fun as it is to speculate it is all still speculation and we won’t know for certain until it’s revealed by official sources. silly season is called that for a reason, and for all we known y/n is drawing out the announcement of her continued partnership with prema to stir up interest. she’s been in a very loyal and secure partnership with them for years now, a partnership that both she and prema seem very happy to keep considering just how long it’s lasted.

↳ user f2 is another series that once you win the championship you are no longer allowed to compete in, so prema may have kept her around to help carry her male teammates into first place until females are more accepted in formula racing so that she could eventually move up to f1

↳ user she’s literally a 6-time f2 runner up??? sure, she didn’t win, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t still incredibly fucking impressive that she’s managed to get p2 against her male counterparts 6 YEARS IN A ROW 👀👀 her brother got p12 his first season and you know what she got? p2. she’s already raced with the likes of charles leclerc, zhou guanyu, yuki tsunoda, alex albon, george russell, lando norris, and a number of other very prominent formula racing names, and she held her own against them all incredibly well. she gave her own brother a real run for his money when they were teammates in 2019 and 2020, and in 2021 she was only a 9 point difference away from oscar piastri, whereas the p3 finalist was nearly a full 60 points below both of them. get out of here with that “there’s a reason there aren’t any female drivers in f1” bullshit, because the reason is misogyny 😒🙄

━━ a/n: first and foremost, happy international women's day! i've had this sitting around for a little while now and decided that today would be the perfect day to finally share it, what with the themes of women empowerment and breaking the glass ceiling. my main priority will still be my lando series until i can get that finished, but updates for this might appear in between on occasion. i also wanna take a moment just to appreciate the sheer amount of research that went into this, finding a team that would reasonably work well as an 11th team for formula 1 was a bit difficult, but i'm not gonna look a gift horse in the mouth when maserati fits pretty perfectly. also, as a twin myself, i'm incapable of writing a sibling duo that aren't also twins, and i have zero shame about that. anyways, i'm very excited for this, and i hope everyone else is as well!
