여름철 발건강 관리법 발마사지효과 각질제거 풋케어

*속앓이
서서히 그런 생각을 하곤 한다.
나는 '나'라는 기준으로 잘 살아내고 있는 것
같다가도
문득 주변을 돌아보면
내가 뒤쳐지거나, 다른 갈랫길에서 걷는 기분이 든다.
그것이 비단 사회생활이나
나의 입장이 변하는 것은 아니겠지만
새로운 가정을 꾸린다거나,
어떤 생명을 책임진다거나,
집을 넓혀가는 욕심을 부린다거나,
차근차근 본인의 범위를 넓혀가는 사람들을 보면서
아, 내가 조금 다른 길인가? 라는 생각을 한다.
결혼도, 육아도, 투자도
전부 먼 이야기 같다.
사회가 정해주는 가이드라인은 잘 따라왔다고
생각했는데,
때가 되면 학교에 다니다가, 졸업을 하고
여행도 다니고, 아르바이트도 조금 하면서
돈을 벌다가 그렇게 남들이 하는
그런걸 나도 따라가게 될 줄 알았다.
뭐 내가 비혼이라던가 딩크라던가
그런 대단한 자아 기준을 가진 사람은 아니지만.
내 사회적 범위가 조금 더디게 가는 것에
우리 엄마도, 아빠도
궁금증을 갖기 시작했다.
나는 사람을 좋아하면서도
믿기는 어려워하고,
쏟아져 내리는 행복한 감정에도
그 바닥이 느껴질까 마냥 행복할 줄 모른다.
그런 불안정한 나를
친구들이 품어주고
아껴준다.
아직은 딱 이정도의 사람이라는 뜻이다.

형주의 누나가 공황장애와 우울을 앓다가 엊그제 돌아가셨다. 스스로 선택했던 죽음이었던지라 장례는 조문 없이 조용히 가족장으로만 치러졌다. 매일같이 울면서 죽고 싶다던 누나가 이제는 좀 편해지지 않았겠냐며 형주는 앓던 이가 빠져 속이 시원하다는 듯 말했지만 나는 분노와 연민 또는 상실감이, 누님의 우울이 이제 형주에게로 옮겨가지 않을까 걱정되기 시작했다. 그의 속이 더는 곪지 않도록 지켜주는 방법을 조금 더 고민해 봐야겠다. 사람이 우울한 것은 특별할 게 없는 일상적인 일이라 생각하는 편이긴 하지만, 오늘 다시금 느꼈는데 몸 만큼이나 마음의 건강을 돌볼 필요가 있겠다고 생각했다.

"겉으로 드러내지 못하고 속으로 걱정하거나 괴로워하는 일" 사전에 찾아보니 이렇게 나온다.
겉으로 드러내지 않거나, 드러낼 수 없어서 혼자 고민하는 것. 내가 주로 이렇게 할 때는 공유한다고 해서 그 문제가 해결되는 게 아니라 오롯이 내가 해결해야 할 문제 일 때 그렇다.
반드시 자기 스스로 해야 하는 일들이 있다.
등산 같다고 할까? 차로 정상까지 갈순 있지만 내 발로 가려면 내가 내 스스로 발을 움직여 내 몸을 정상까지 가져가야 하는 것처럼.
이따금씩 속앓이를 하기도 하지만,
문제가 해결되지는 않더라도 내 감정과 생각을 공유하고 털어놓다 보면 생각도 정리되고, 더 좋은 방법이 떠오르기도 하는 것 같다.
혼자 고민하는 시간도 분명 필요하지만, 고민을 털어놓고 공유하는 것도 때로는 도움이 된다.
모든 마음은 나에게 달렸기에,
심각하게 생각하지 말고 가벼운 마음으로 즐겁게 지내야겠다.

2, 신다 (v): wear, put on
신다 is for things you wear on your feet such as shoes (신발), dress shoes (구두), socks (양말), snickers (운동화), high heels (하이힐), 부츠(boots) and so on.
3. 끼다 (v): wear, put on
끼다 is for things that should be worn tightly on your hands, arms, or fingers such as gloves (장갑) and rings (반지).
끼다 is also used for glasses (안경) and contact lenses (콘택트렌즈)
4. 쓰다 (v): wear, put on, be covered with
쓰다 is used for things we put on the head or face area such as hats (모자), wigs (가발), masks (마스크) and so on
쓰다 is also used for glasses (안경)
5. 차다 (v): wear
차다 is used for items that you wear around your limb such bracelets (팔찌), wristwatches (손목 시계), belts (벨트), and so on.
6. 매다 (v): wear, put on, tie, lace
매다 for things you tie or fasten such as scarf (스카프), neckties (넥타이), bowties ( 나비넥타이), shoelaces (신발 끈) and so on
7. 메다 (v): wear, put on, carry on one's shoulder
메다 for items you sling over on your shoulder such as backpacks (배낭가방), sling bags (슬링 백), and so on.
Please note that the items must be hung on the shoulder. For other bags or suitcases, you use the verb 들다 which means hold or carry.
8. 바르다 (v): apply, spread, wear (makeup)
바르다 is for putting or applying something (evenly) on your body, especially cosmetics. For example 화장품 (makeup), 립스틱 (lipstick), manicure (매니큐어), ointment (연고) and so on.
Note:
- There is some overlap between categories; for example, you can use 끼다 and 쓰다 for glasses. However, some verbs are not interchangeable; for example, you cannot use 입다 for shoes.
- The verb 하다 simply means to do, and to wear is also part of doing. Koreans use 하다 with artificial eyelashes (인조 속눈썹) and earrings (귀걸이). 하다 is also used with cosmetics like 화장하다 or 화장을 하다, so we can change 바르다 with 하다.

This means “not really.” It is used with negated verbs and adjectives. For example, 이 드레스가 별로 안 예뻐요 means “this dress isn’t that pretty.” You may also hear it used as an adjective to mean “to not be very good” or “to not like.” 이 드레스가 별로예요 means “I don’t really like this dress” or “this dress isn’t great.”
유치하다 means “childish.” 유치한 건 별료 means “I don’t like childish things” or “I don’t like being childish.”
[verb stem] + 아/어/여 버리다
This structure communicates that you did an action to completion. Depending on the context, it can have a particularly negative or positive connotation. 다 튀어 버린 진흙 literally means “the mud that has been completely splashed.”

[verb stem] + 는
This is how you turn verbs into their noun-modifying from in the present-tense. 내리다 means “to fall” and 빗물 means “rain water.” 내리는 빗물, therefore, means “the rain water that falls.” Here, the verb, 내리다 is describing the noun, 빗물.
[verb stem] + 아/어/여 놓다
This structure communicates that you do an action now that is for the future, or will have effects on the future. An example is 음식을 많이 준비해 놓았어요, meaning “I prepared a lot of food.” This implies that the food is for future usage -- it was prepared to be eaten from the point it was made onward.
Likewise, 다 바꿔 놓지 이 세상의 기준 means “we change all of this world’s standards.” The use of 바꿔 놓다 means that they changed the standards and that they will stay that way for that point onward.
대신(에)
This means “instead.” Attach it to the noun that you would put after “instead of” in English. 탁한 공기 means “murky air,” and 맑은 공기 means “clear air.” 탁한 공기 대신 맑은 공기, therefore, means “clear air instead of murky air.”
[verb stem] + 지 말고
This structure is used to command one to do one action instead of another and is a variation of the structure -지 말다. 흙탕물 물 흐리지 말고 멀리 꺼져 means “don’t muddy the water; get away from me.”

내 입만 아프니까

삐끗해도 행실은 반드시 자로 잰 듯이

[stem] + 아/어/여 봤자
This structure means that even if you do something or no matter how much you do something, it’s no use. 단물 빠진 껌은 씹어 봤자 내 입만 아프니까 뱉지 means “It’s no use / It doesn’t matter if I chew the gum that’s lost it’s sweet flavor -- because my mouth just hurts, I spit it out.”
This can also be translated as “even though...” or “no matter...” For example, 열심히 공부해 봤자 수학을 못해요 means “no matter how hard I study, I’m still bad at math.”
[stem] + (으)니까
This is attached to stems to mean “because [verb/adjective].” It is used when providing justification or reasoning for doing an action, having an intention, or thinking a certain way. 내 입만 아프니까 뱉지 means “I spit it out because my mouth just hurts.” His mouth hurting is the justification/reason for spitting it out.
[verb stem] + ㄴ/은 듯(이)
This can be translated as “as if” or “like.” 뱉지 랩 뱉듯이 means “I spit it out like I spit my rap” or “I spit it out as if spitting my rap.” 자로 잰 듯이 means “as if measured with a ruler.”
Sometimes this structure has the particle -ㄴ/은 attached to the stem and sometimes it doesn’t, as shown in these lines. This video by Go! Billy says that when it does NOT have -ㄴ/은, this makes the sentence sound more metaphorical rather than literal. They’re pretty similar in general though.
