i was gonna come on here and make a post like “do y’all think percabeth is the type of couple where one of them dutch ovens the other one every fucking night and they gag every time and threaten to sleep on the couch or do they dutch oven each other?” but i quickly realized that’s a stupid question and the answer is very obvious,, they do it to one another all the time…so now i’m here to say that they went to give a dutch oven to one another at the same time and ended up trapped under the blankets with both of their farts and it set off a gag chain where percy gagged at the smell and annabeth gagged his gag and percy gagged at her gag and it went on for ten minutes. it’s happened more than once.

back from good ol’ WY. here’s some pictures from my travels :)

#it was!!! so wonderful!!!!#like. it rained? but it was nice to experience rainy weather up there #i’ve only been in WY when it’s sunny… it was really cool seeing it shrouded in clouds and fog #and it made it so cool outside to ahh it was so nice. such a great change of pace #at least from the constant triple digits in cali 😮‍💨#i camped at wolf creek- ^pictured above. right off of snake river #it was great. had dutch oven chicken and rice the first night and s’mores on both nights #and in the morning… i’d wake up and grab the binoculars and run outside #so i could watch the bald eagles across the river. i’d wake up and hear them calling #and this morning!!! i saw two of them chasing each other #they’d fly way up high and back down in seconds i had to watch them without the binoculars #i couldn’t keep up otherwise #it was so lovely… i had such a great time. i can’t wait to go back #especially because next summer!! i’m gonna bring my little brother with me #& we’re gonna go to YELLOWSTONE!!!!!!!#i’ve been but he hasn’t. i can’t wait to show it to him #also!!! that dandelion above^. was LEGIT the biggest dandelion i’d ever seen.#liam and i wished on it together. top 10 yaoi momence #& SPEAKING OF BIG…….#i saw just the most MASSIVE slugs last night. they were longer than my hand!!!!!!!!!#they came out when it rained… two of them moving along one in front of the other #they had black spots… i wish i got pictures but liam was taking a video of them and #i was using the flashlight on my phone so he could have good lighting (it was very dark…)#maybe i’ll get him to send me the video ^_^!!!

#a lot of stuff in the kitchen you can get around needing a specific appliance for #juicing citrus? not ideal but workable with just your hands #blending spices? eh if you cut them up small enough it works #you can even substitute a saucepan with a tight lid for a dutch oven with a lot of recipes #but like. if you don't have a blender you don't have a blender #and if you DO have a blender but it's tiny and shitty and cheap #well then. an immersion blender is a dream come true for someone who likes soups that require a little tender love and spinning blades #asks #anon

If there's one thing that Simon loves about coming home from deployment, it's being able to absolutely spoil his girlfriend rotten. There's nothing quite like coming home with a pay check lining his pockets, and a sweet little bird chirping to him about the newest lipgloss, lingerie set or outfit she's seen online, trying to be subtle in the way she asks him to buy it.

Who's he to say no? Honestly, so long as he can follow her dutifully around Sephora, carrying her little basket and getting a good look at her ass, he really can't complain. Equally, he's more than fine with being a walking lipstick tester, making sure all of her chosen products are as transfer proof as the packaging claims them to be.

Admittedly, he does have to steer her away from the pet store, following a series of bunny related incidents which don't get brought up anymore. Thankfully, the Le Creuset store is only a couple of shops down, and have just restocked the pink, heart shaped Dutch oven she's been pining for, but absolutely cannot justify spending two hundred and something pounds on. He can though. He'll let money trickle through his fingers like sand so long as it means seeing her happy.

Lucky for him, she just has to express her gratitude for him buying her all of those lovely things. Said gratitude obviously expressed in bounding out into their bedroom as he sits reading the news in bed, wearing nothing but some little lace and silk teddy, which he can't wait to sink his teeth into.

Baker's Kitchen Collection Part 2

Hey everyone!

Finally I'm uploading my new set which - as you can see from the earlier WIPs - is a clutter set which will go well with my previous collection. I tried to capture the chaos of baking when everything is out and there's a beatiful mess in the kitchen.

My aim was to theme the object around baking bread. There's still so much more I could have included but didn't have the time for it but I think these clutter items will fill up your kitchens and add a homey feeling to it.

I made a retro inspired stove and I'm really proud how it turned out. It can go well with a rustic kitchen but with a luxury kitchen as well. The bigger size is 1,5 tiles wide so for best placement you will need to turn on the half-tile placement with the F5 key.

Here's what's gonna happen. You're gonna take 4 russet potatoes. You're gonna peel them and dice them. You're gonna set them in a bowl of cold water so they don't oxidize. Then you're gonna cook a half pound of bacon until crispy and set it aside. You're gonna melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a dutch oven. No more, no less. Add some diced onion and garlic to that. Saute it for a couple minutes. Then you're gonna add 4 tablespoons of flour and make a roux. You're gonna add 3 cups of milk to the roux. Slowly. Don't get in a hurry. Then add 3 cups of chicken stock. Add plenty of salt and pepper. Bring it to a boil. Add your potatoes in. Let that simmer for 20 minutes. Then you're gonna add some sour cream, the chopped up bacon from earlier, and some grated cheddar. You're gonna stir that together for 5 minutes. And then garnish it with a little green onion and shredded cheddar. You got it?
