he couldn’t help but be skeptical of everything and everyone around him. it seemed as if his surroundings, everywhere he goes turns dull, darkness grasps the whole place and tries to devour him whole. it was only yesterday when he started to feel and see things he shouldn’t after moving into a new place.

the icy air of his new empty home stabbed his face as soon as he enters,making him shudder as a chill was sent down his spine as he hurriedly slammed his door shut and took his phone out to call the unknown’s number he was talking to yesterday.

“are you on your way already?” he whispered tiredly into the phone as if not to bother someone hearing him talk.

the response never came, instead a scratching noise from his bedroom door was heard throughout the house. he halt his movements towards his couch and took a deep shallow breath and slowly called out for the person on call again.

the scratching stopped but a low but shrill voiced moans started resonating through his bedroom door as it slowly opened by itself, startling the wide eyed black haired boy who stared at the door with horror. trying to pull himself together, he gathered his courage and strode towards the bedroom and entered the room.

the door shut itself close as soon as he entered the room and his eyes fell on the window.

there she stood in her glory outside the window, standing there in a beautiful white night gown and her equally beautiful face staring at him, begging him to open the window and make love to her, when all of a sudden the door bursted open and his friend barged in with a man who looked like a priest.

joshua stood there, looking for the beautiful woman on the other side of the window to find no one there, he gasped out loud. he started to feel some kind of weird feeling creeping up on his body. he wanted her. he needed her. but the priest said “don’t let her in, it’s for your own good.”
